  1. Good Mornig Dinar Vets, here's several opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They are simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Mnt Goat ...There is now NO sign from the CBI they are doing any actions for a near future RV for the rest of this year. Sorry! For some time it was looking as though we might have a pretty good chance but that chance was killed this week. Now that the finance committee in conjunction with the CBI has re-issued bonds to cover the 3months beyond July - Sept for the salaries. So the pressure is off and we may have to wait a bit longer to see the reinstatement. Maybe January 2021 is coming back into view? Just saying…. *** Breitling If the value of their currency is too high regionally...no body is going to want to do business with Iraq because the value of labor is too high. This is how Iraq is going to look at it. They are going to look at that. And they are also going to compare it with them doing business outside of Iraq and they might be able to pull it off. That's how they're looking at it. That's why they haven't made the decision yet. That's why they're taking their time. You guys are in panic mode because you're waiting for your big payday. You don't realize how important of a decision this is for Iraq...(Post 1 of 2)... *** Breitling ...They've got to be able to balance...how do they be competitive in the region and also take advantage of the International markets? Because if they go too high - regionally they're going to get cut off. If they go too low they're not going to be able to pay for the local budget...(Post 2 of 2)... *** Ray From across the pond...All talk today is the plan to cover the salaries for next 3 months at reduced rates so Iraq can pay salaries. Then after 3 months, the new plans and reforms will assist. This indicates no rate change for 3 months going into the new fiscal year just like they talked about this morning and now is on Iraqi TV. (REMEMBER: Watch what they DO... not what they say)..

  3. Good Evening Dinar Vets, here's several opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They are simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Delta ...There's two big events...one of them is July 15th which we believe is the last day for Allaq the governor of the CBI should be removed and replaced...Unless the Prime Minister...extends his duties. The other one, we all know, that July 24th the Prime Minister is invited to visit the White House...logic says if this is the case, you will come to the U.S. you have to come up after the fact so they can congratulate you...we do believe that according to around that time period we should see something in our opinion... *** Adam Montana The new PM Kazzamie is operating efficiently and effectively. We are going to hear some distractions and criticisms, but he is doing a great job in my opinion...This was taken from another site that follows Adam's Opinions and posts snippets from them.

  4. Thanks for bringing these "opinions" to DV. We have heard encouraging "opinions" dating back to Okie. Lately the news has been positive and hopeful. But these today sounds more like a bit of back peddling and I can't say that it isn't at all unexpected. For all these years we have seen the ebb and flow with this venture. But we still believe that someday Iraq will get out of its own way and get it done. We still wait...... it might be this glorious weekend or this month or next year or certainly by 2025..... But we will still hold out hope and pray that it will be SOON !!!! Just remember that life and peace is more valuable than a Dinar RV or RI. God Bless America, our troops, our first responders and you and me.

  5. Good Afternoon Dinar Vets, here's several opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They are simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy [Quick dinar history overview for newbies] ...they dropped the value of the dinar very very low. Right now for one dollar you can buy 1190 Iraqi dinar if you can find them. What people are doing is they're storing up on them waiting for the currency to be reinstated to its pre-Saddam rate of $3.22. There's people out there that's been waiting 12, 15, 16 years...some people are frustrated so now they have no faith in them and you'll hear them talk crap from time to time and say this is a scam. That's fine everybody has their opinion...the whole purpose of the Iraqi dinar news...is explaining to you why I think it's real and in what it is we're looking for that tells us...its rate is about to be reinstated... we've been patiently waiting for the rate to be reinstated and we have reason to believe that's gonna happen very very soon... *** MilitiaMan ...They have to raise the exchange rate of the dinar, not the dollar and this is where we are at...they've been telling us and telling us and telling us and we're just waiting and waiting and waiting but the fact remains is now they're at the precipice. They don't have money to pay the salaries. They said they were going to do it. ...the pressure is so hard on them to get this done it's probably unbelievable...that's why I've been focused to some degree on these next couple of days to see what they do. Typically they're gonna have to have an excuse when they don't pay these people...they need to raise the value of the exchange rate. *** Jeff Article: "The Central Bank Announces Financial Assistance with 3-month salary insurance and talks about the date for the June wage payment" ...this level of news right now is walking you into September ...the rate change is married to a budget so if you follow the movement of the money you can piece this together...we need to see when that budget goes into effect because the budget and the rate change are married together... they're showing you they're tentatively walking you into September. I'm not giving you a date I'm just giving you an approximate generic information that they're bringing fourth - trying to help you decode this and put the puzzle pieces together... *** Kaperoni A lot of what has been occurring in the last few weeks has been addressed several times in the past by the World Bank and the IMF. So this is all good news that they are finally taking the steps necessary. *** Pimpy ...I have a feeling this is going to be a really big month for us. There's a lot of things that are popping up that seem to be pointing to this month being a big month. What that means exactly? I'm not sure. There's a lot of speculation...Al-Kazemi is supposed to come here to meet with Pompeo and the president. I told you one of the biggest announcements that we're hoping to hear, and they do it out in the rose garden, is that Trump is encouraging the international community to restore the sovereignty of Iraq for them to be recognized and embraced buy the International community. And he announce the lifting of the restrictions on the currency and that allows it to start trading on the Forex. That's what we're watching for. That's what we're hoping for. And our wait continues, so have a good evening DV....RON

  7. That box is with about $1.58. . I have heard 2 different opinions for an exchange rate. Let it be 1 to 1 and one for $3.22. Basically it was: a. 1 to 1 less shock to the market and easier to exchange. b. $3.22 - They need to import everything. They need purchasing power. Do a reinstatement and do a controlled float down.

  8. Parliamentary Finance, warns against moving towards changing the dinar exchange against the dollar: 3 categories will pay the price! Politics 07/20/2020 21:44 667 Baghdad today - Baghdad The Finance Committee in the Iraqi parliament, Thursday (2 July 2020), commented on reports that there are potential intentions to change the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar within the forthcoming financial reform law. The committee's rapporteur, Ahmed Saffar, said in an interview with (Baghdad Today) that "until now we have not seen the draft financial reform law, but there are information and leaks, we report that there is an intention to change the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar, but we do not know its accuracy until the moment, as there is Some deputies went for this option, and there is also parliamentary opposition to this approach. " And Al-Saffar said, "Any devaluation of the dinar or the dollar will cause inflation in prices because it will reduce the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar, and here the affected people with limited income from employees, contracts and renters will be affected," noting that "within monetary policy, this will be the last solution to the crises." The economist Rasim al-Aqidi warned, Thursday (14 May 2020), of floating the Iraqi dinar against the dollar, that is, reducing the value of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar, according to a proposal put forward by economists to provide additional funds for the Iraqi budget to be paid as salaries for employees. Al-Akidi said in an interview with (Baghdad Today) that "the issuance of any decision to float the dinar against the dollar in light of the current conditions of Iraq is very dangerous for the country which is basically suffering from uncontrollable losses, namely fees, customs, taxes and many other financial resources." And that "the flotation does not constitute an increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar, but rather we will see an increase in the exchange rates of the dollar because of the lack of its acquisition in the global market, especially with the decline in international oil prices." He added that "the flotation will lead to a significant increase in prices and will be paid by the poor," noting that "the flotation is taken in light of the stable financial conditions of the state, as well as the diversification of the economy and its dependence on resources other than oil." Al-Akidi said that "floating the dinar against the dollar is launching the process of buying and selling without any limits, and the country will face an unprecedented rise in prices with limited and steady salaries, so conditions will be more difficult, especially in the humanitarian context." Economists suggested reducing the value of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar by a value ranging between 1300 dinars or 1400 against one dollar to provide additional budget resources that allow part of the salaries to be spent, while others considered that any proposed float process may go out of control and cause a significant increase in the price of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar. link

  16. @cranman and @Indraman, I believe you are both right. I have seen and heard the same arguments from both sides. The truth is out there somewhere and we have to find it. Like I said, I have seen and heard the numbers are being inflated. I also agree that as more and more show a positive test with asymptomatic signs that the death rate falls in line with the flu. However, this is not a natural occurring virus. It was manufactured in a lab and that has been proven by the markers it contains. That is what gives me concern because we really don’t know how it will react and mutate in the future. I can tell you there are a lot of things that don’t add up with this whole scenario. Until we figure it out we should protect ourselves somehow. We don’t even have a vaccine yet, what is it gonna be like when that comes out? I have not got a flu vaccine in 10 years and guess what, I haven’t had the flu. I know people that get the vaccine and they get the flu. Who is gonna run out a get the vaccine for this? I am definitely hesitant about it, especially knowing that this was genetically engineered. We have a long road ahead of us with this mess. My answer for it and the only one I can trust about it is GOD Almighty.

  17. The Ministry of Finance: in line with the transactions of financing "salaries" for the month of June Fri, 03 Jul 2020 12:07:47 Views: 35 The year of the Accounting Department at the Ministry of Finance announced the direct commencement of salary financing transactions for the month of June. He affirmed, “Continuing until the completion of all financing transactions.” It is noteworthy that about two weeks have passed since the date for the employees of the public sector to receive their monthly salaries, and many of them are waiting to receive Their usual wages are as a financial "reward" and not a salary due for their work. The Parliamentary Finance Committee attributed the delay in the disbursement of the June salaries to the duration of the currency conversion procedures, and stated, "The delay in paying the salaries is due to the duration of the currency conversion procedures, and not to transfer the salaries exchange every 40 days as It is rumored, "adding," that the salaries will be launched by the Ministry of Finance in the coming days after the completion of procedures for transferring cash from hard currency to Iraq.

  27. I believe this as well. I know first hand, one gentleman had a coworker get it. Everyone in the office was sent home and arrangements were made for testing. Well, he tested positive a few days later. Never showed any symptoms. A few days after that, a "contact tracer" came to his door and asked him a few questions. He was asked how many people were in the house, and he told them my wife and 4 kids. The tracer wrote 6 down on the sheet. He asked what the was for and she told him that they were counting 6 six the virus. He told them his family hasn't been tested. She said it didn't matter, that is how they are counting it. This is not right. I have seen other reports as well. I know the "first CV death" in a neighboring county was a man that had a crash on his motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet and had head trauma. He died two days later, but because he was tested when he came into the hospital and tested positive, his death was ruled it was by CV-19. According to family he never showed any signs. There are some serious problems with all of this, and it is not the virus.

  29. Clay County Sheriff Darryl Daniels made it clear this week that he and his officers will not put up anyone who would bring their lawlessness to his Florida community. In a video YouTube statement posted Tuesday, Daniels, who is black and a Republican, stood with about 20 deputies to declare to civil rights protesters who might consider getting violent that they are not only not welcome in Clay County, but also that he would not hesitate to dole out the pain and use legal gun owners to help keep the peace. Standing by their oath Daniels began by letting citizens know that he and his officers are aware of the debate going on nationwide about police reform and sought to reassure them that the men and women in his office will stand by their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and protect the public. "Look folks, don't fall victim to subjecting yourself to this conversation that law enforcement is bad, that law enforcement is the enemy of the citizens that we're sworn to protect and serve," Daniels said, noting that it's an oath that ends with "so help me God. "God is absent from the media's message or Black Lives Matter or any other group out there that's making themselves a spectacle, disrupting what we know to be our quality of life in this country," he continued. "In Clay County, we have a great quality of life, we have a great relationship with our community." Lawlessness won't prevail He went on to explain how he and his officers view the lawlessness that has spread in many other cities and counties across the U.S. "Lawlessness — that's unacceptable in this country. Lawlessness — that's unacceptable in Clay County," Daniels said. "If you threaten to come to Clay County and think that for one second we'll bend our backs for you, you're sadly mistaken." "I know what happens when lawlessness prevails," he continued, adding, "God is raising up men and women, just like the folks you see standing behind me, who will have strong backbones and will stand in the gap between lawlessness and the good citizenry that we're sworn to protect and serve." Gun owners as backup With that said, he offered a very clear warning to those who would bring riots to Clay County. "You can threaten all you want," Daniels said, but promised there would be a response: "You'll have something waiting on you that you don't want." "Yes, we'll protect your constitutional rights as long as you remain under the umbrella of peaceful protest or peaceful march, but the second that you out from up under the protection of the Constitution, we'll be waiting on you," he warned. "And we'll give you everything you want — all the publicity, all the pain, all the glamor and glory for all that five minutes will give you." Daniels said his speech was not a threat, but rather what people with courage who are tired of the violence need to do: "Somebody has to step up in front of the camera and say, 'Enough is enough.' Tearing up Clay County — that's not going to be acceptable." And yes, he did say that he would bring in legal gun owners as back up. "If we can't handle you, you know what I'll do? I will exercise the power and authority as the sheriff, and I will make special deputies of every lawful gun owner in this county," he said. "And I'll deputize them for this one purpose: to stand in the gap between lawlessness and civility. That's what we're sworn to do, and that's what we're going to do." "You've been warned," he concluded. (We need a sheriff like this in every county In America imho) https://www.theblaze.com/news/black-sheriff-deputize-gun-owners?utm_source=theblaze-dailyAM&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily-Newsletter__AM 2020-07-02&utm_term=TheBlaze Daily AM - last 270 days

  30. Iraq suspends the export of its oil supplies to Jordan Time: 7/20/2020 18:56:18 Read: 9,737 times (International: Al Furat News) The Jordanian Ministry of Energy said on Thursday that Iraq suspended the daily supplies of crude oil transported by truck to Jordan until further notice due to the decline in oil prices. The ministry said in a statement broadcast by the Kingdom of Jordan TV that the stoppage was due to "the unprecedented collapse of world oil prices." Last September, Jordan received its first shipment under an agreement to purchase ten thousand barrels per day of crude oil from the Kirkuk fields to meet part of the domestic demand. Energy Minister Hala Zawati said at the time that the agreement to supply crude oil would cover seven percent of Jordan's daily needs. Supplies resumed a previous arrangement for oil supply that was suspended in 2014 due to instability in Iraq. This was part of a broader initiative by Jordanian Prime Minister Omar Al-Razzaz to enhance trade relations with the eastern neighbor and revive a multi-billion dollar oil pipeline project aimed at exporting Iraqi crude from the Jordanian port of Aqaba on the Red Sea. Aqaba has long been a major transit hub for Iraq’s exports and imports, and Oman has always relied on Iraqi crude as a source of energy. On Thursday, the Energy Ministry said it hoped oil imports will return from Iraq soon, but gave no details. The kingdom provides most of its energy needs by importing oil and gas, and it works to reduce imports by drilling for shale oil and using solar and wind energy. Ammar Al Masoudi finished

  35. LINK Economist: The Iraqi economy depended on oil and neglected these important joints! 3rd July, 2020 The economic expert, Manar Al-Ubaidi, confirmed on Friday that the Iraqi economy relied on oil imports and neglected important joints that included an important economy for the country dependent on many inputs. Al-Ubaidi told Mawazine News that "the movement of money within the Iraqi government contains many weak joints that need to be strengthened in order to ensure a diversified economy that depends on many inputs." He added, "The Iraqi economy for years depended on oil imports, neglecting the other important joints that could contribute to maximizing imports and also in providing many job opportunities." Al-Ubaidi enclosed his speech with a chart showing the movement of money and weak joints in various sectors, in addition to the presence of some extra stages that cause waste in money as a result of its entry into the movement of money. He pointed out, "One of the important joints is the weakness of industrial and agricultural projects, the amount of their coverage of the country's need and their inability to export abroad, which creates important imports that contribute to increasing domestic product." He continued: "Also among the important joints is the weak investment projects and the weak imports obtained from them in the electricity and water sectors and other services provided by the state." He stressed,"One of the most important stages in the excess of cash movement is the presence of hawala offices that have arisen as a result of the weakness of the banking sector and their inability to find solutions that contribute to increasing dependence on them by merchants and various projects in external purchase. These offices have benefited from their ability to transfer money in ways far from The banking sector despite the reliance of these offices on bank transfers through various methods. He noted, "An important factor is the loss of the confidence of the Iraqi citizen in the banking sector, which makes his dependence in investing his savings on many things not including the services provided by the banking sector," adding to the statement: "Every clear dotted line in the scheme is a weak point that must find radical solutions It has the effect of developing the Iraqi economy and reducing its dependence on oil imports, which will not cover in any way the needs of the Iraqi government."
