  1. Again, I want to point out that Iran is in a world of hurt from US sanctions. 50% inflation is very high, it means they're losing 1/2 their purchasing power every year (true, not anywhere near Venezuela, but still very serious and dangerously high inflation). If Iran cannot even control inflation, how are they going to magically 10 times (or 1000%) as much purchasing power/value to their currency? Just because Iran is saying they plan to do that, it doesn't mean that will happen. Remember, Iran lies all the time!!! For example, they say they're ready for war with the US. But they don't stand a chance in a military confrontation with the US - the whole world knows that and so does Iran. That's just Iran trying to act like they're strong. Iran is a bully and is very successfuly at bullying. But now Trump is calling their bluff and they are backed into a corner. Since they can't bully Turmp, now they're trying to bully Trump's ally, Great Britain. But it's all just Iran posturing. Their claim of adding 10 times as much value to the rial/toman is just them trying to tell they world they're in great shape, that their economy is doing great - when in truth their economy is in serious trouble. The more their economy falters, the more desperate they become and the more outrageous their lies. They've always lied, so why would you expect them to tell the truth when they're wounded and losing the fight? If you think of this logically, how would Iran even be able to add 10 times as much value.... where would that value come from? Now look at how Iraq has been preparing to add value that their IQD (which, btw, they'd historically maintained for decades and only lost due to wars and a bad leader). It's taken Iraq years to prepare to do this. And you can watch the many, many steps Iraq has taken to do that. Not so with Iran. Iran may want to some day add value to their currency, but do you see articles about them taking steps to do that? No, all you see is a desperate country, in a world of hurt. trying to threaten the rest of the world. If you can show me Iran's plan to legitimately increase the value of their currency 1000%, then I'll change my position on this. But right now, all I see is a desperate country, with a history of lying, spewing more lies to try and make itself look stronger so that it can hopefully bully the US into kowtowing to them like it used to do before Trump. Think of it this way, if Iran cannot strop from losing 50% purchasing power to inflation, how can you honestly expect them to add 1000% in purchasing power from one day to the next? From a financial perspective, how could that happen? Most of their economy is based on oil and gas and they are having huge problelms selling those products because of US sanctions. Iran is simply backed into a corner and they are saying whatever they can think of that might them look stronger so that when they do actually sit down to negotionate with Trump, they can hopefully negotiate a good deal for themselves. Right now, you just cannot believe everything (or even much of what) Iran says.

  4. God’s morning y’all, I went to a psychic last year to ask a few questions about things. One was not a question really I just showed her a dinar note. She told me it would come out at at least $1.00 but I had to be patient, and to exchange at least half of what I had so I would be comfortable for life. And that I should change careers at that time. I laughed and said I’ve be waiting 7 years so I have lots of patience. She then started talking about the Rial (she had family members from Iran, who were holding and I had no idea what a Rial was) and she said when you hear about the Rial changing value then Iraq would soon follow suit. I believe we are almost there. I completely forgot about the topic of conversation until I read the thread here. Here’s to being comfortable for life. Move That Bus and Add Value to the Dinar Iraq. 😎💰🤩

  16. 72 trillion (+/-70 billion dollar) deficits might sound scary to some but if the spending is on creation of wealth (budget based on performance and investment), Iraq should give it a go. Many are still looking at Iraq's 'new budget' from the traditional/conventional perspective....(a budget based on limitations and reducing cost) but if Iraq wants to achieve greater height, they have to set their budget on achieving their target. It is the spending and saving, creation of jobs, and innovation of the private sector that determines wealth. As for us, dinar holders, we definitely want Iraq to go for quantum leap in their economy for them to be brave enough or daring enough to price their currency back to its former glory. Go Iraq!!

If we are, how in the world we are so much in deficit...we are not talking about billions but trillions n trillions of dollars...how in the world are we still doing good? Hmmmm...I never could understand that in economics point of view...can u? Where do we get so much money n still provide people that are in need...it's a mystery how we continue to do that and yet our deficit continue to climb...and dollar is still strong...wow. amazing. Iran maybe a liar but doesn't our govt lies all the time too? For now I will have to go and rely on the news cause ,after all, is all have to provide. Some people have friends that live in iran...they believe that rial will increase in value n more...I'll just have to take that along with the news and gospel them like if they were true....what do I have to lose but lose what I can afford to lose...cheers KristiD...let's go bros.

  32. Skyler David Ryce knew the two men, Ky Jones and Jeremy Burdine, who were trying to break into his home on a Saturday afternoon in Wichita, Kansas. According to a spokesperson for the Wichita Police Department, Ryce had a bad history with Jones and Burdine, and apparently the intruders had come to retrieve some disputed property. They failed. Ryce, who owned the home, fired through his front front door, striking both intruders. When police arrived on the scene, officers found Jones and Burdine lying in the yard, bloodied by multiple gunshot wounds. They died later at the hospital. Police arrested Ryce -- but not for the shooting. They found stolen property at his home. A spokesperson noted that it was not the property Jones and Burdine had come for. Police seemed convinced that the men were trying to force their way into Ryce’s home, and the homeowner appears justified in his use of force. In most of the cases we explore, the threshold for justifying lethal force is the reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily harm. In Ryce’s case, however, one could argue that the threat posed by Jones and Burdine wasn’t necessarily imminent; they were on the other side of a locked door. Don West, veteran criminal defense attorney and National Trial Counsel for CCW Safe, notes that many states have statutes that allow the use of deadly for the purposes of preventing an aggravated felony. Robbery, murder, rape, kidnapping: each is an aggrevated felony -- and so is home invasion. In many states, if someone is breaking into your house, the element of reasonable fear is presumed. “It’s your house,” West says, “and if someone is trying to force their way in, your use of force is presumed reasonable.” However, in such a circumstance -- when death or bodily harm is not imminent -- West warns, “you have to be right, and you have to be able to perceive the circumstances correctly.” We’ve written extensively about the Ted Wafer case where Wafer, the homeowner, was awoken very late at night by violent banging on his front door. He presumed that someone was trying to break in. He opened the front door to confront the intruder, and shot the shadowy figure he met standing on his porch. The trouble was, the so-called intruder was actually an unarmed 19-year-old girl who was drunk, high, disoriented, injured, and probably looking for help. Wafer misjudged the situation, and he was convicted of second degree murder. It seems clear that Ryce knew that the men at his front door were Jones and Burdine, and he likely knew their intentions and what they were capable of doing if they managed to break in. There was little chance, we can assume, that Ryce was misjudging the situation. But, still, there was a chance. That means Ryce took a legal risk when he decided to fire through his locked front door. He was betting his freedom that the circumstance was as he perceived it. We’ve written about another case where a CCW Safe member -- the owner of a house on a 10-acre ranch -- was surprised to find a man on his porch shortly before midnight. Shirtless and shoeless, the man was bleeding from his head and angrily demanding to be let inside. The homeowner’s wife took the children to a secluded room and called 911. During the 20 minutes it took for sheriff’s deputies to arrive at the remote ranch, the property owner waited patiently with his gun drawn, warning the intruder through a window that if he entered the home, he’d be shot. At one point, the intruder used the front porch swing as a battering ram on the front door, but the homeowner kept his cool, resolved not to fire unless the man actually forced his way inside. He recognized the high legal risk he would take by firing through a window or a closed door. He knew he’d be more justified in using deadly force once the man broke in. In the end, deputies arrived and apprehended the intruder. No shots were fired. In most states, a homeowner is permitted to use deadly force to stop someone from breaking into their home. The lesson for the concealed carrier and gun owners concerned about home defense is that, if you choose to use deadly force to prevent a break-in before there is an imminent threat of death or great bodily injury, you are taking a legal gamble that you are correct about all the details surrounding the circumstances. If you are mistaken, the shooting could be deemed unjustified. Good judgement requires weighing the immediate risk to yourself and your family against the legal risk of acting too soon or being wrong about the nature of the threat. https://ccwsafe.com/blog/30916

  33. 8-3-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Dinar Investor - Jeff What's taking so long...why are we waiting? Since the beginning of the year I said we are waiting on the formation of the government...that's because the Central Bank directly has told us that they delayed this entire thing because Iraq must have political stability...Now you see at the beginning of July they shifted gears and started going after corruption...so we are waiting for the corruption to be cleaned up and there's a lot of current government proxy positions that end at the end of September...we are waiting for those to be removed as well. ...(post 1 of 3)...MORE TO COME...shortly..! 8-3-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni MCP or multiple currency practice is deceiving in its words. It has to do with the price of goods. And in this case with Iraq, its about maintaining an exchange rate between the Official Rate and Market Rate that does not deviate by more than 2%...It has nothing to do with using one currency. Both the dollar and dinar will be in Iraq forever due to sale of oil. 8-3-2019 Newshound Guru Breitling Question "There appears there will be a new governor of the CBI. Is that good, bad or indifferent?" It is indifferent. Remember it is parliament. Parliament has the Ministry of Planning and then they have the Minister of Finance and then it goes the CBI and the CBI manages it...The governor of Iraq [CBI?} doesn't have their own agenda...they're managers...They're independent but they're managers and they're given orders and that's it. It's indifferent. The agenda came from parliament. Went to the Ministry of Planning and went to the Ministry of Finance and then goes up to the CBI. So that hasn't changed. People don't realize with the different factions they have in Iraq they all agreed they want to change the value of their currency...none of that has ever changed. 8-3-2019 Intel Guru Frank26 I am encouraged about what the Central Bank and the GOI is doing to let everybody know that they are article VIII...that they are of international standards...it's a massive campaign...and now the commercials and the billboards are all over the place...The Central Bank of Iraq, The Trade Bank and the Government of Iraq are telling the people get in there [banks] and they're using the tactic of loans to open accounts. That will become extremely important in the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar..

  35. Here is a prime example of the Left’s hate toward anything that is the Law. (Even if it’s not the Law, geez) Florida McDonald's worker is fired after she refused to serve two paramedics thinking they were police officers, telling them 'we don't serve your kind here' or 'anyone with a badge' Paramedic Anthony Quinn wrote on Facebook that he and his partner were refused service at a McDonald's because they 'don't accept officers in here' When Quinn said he is a paramedic, the worker said they don't serve 'badges' The next day, the McDonald's franchisee said they had fired the worker A Florida McDonald's worker was fired after a paramedic complained on social media that she refused to serve him because he had a badge. Sunstar paramedic Anthony Quinn took to Facebook to reveal the fact that he was allegedly denied service by an employee at a McDonald's in Madeira Beach, Florida, on Wednesday night. The revelation resulted in the employee, who has not been named, being fired from the fast food outpost, according to WFTS. On-duty paramedic Anthony Quinn revealed on Facebook that was allegedly denied service by a McDonald's worker who claimed the restaurant didn't 'serve anyone with a badge' Quinn's Facebook post (pictured) was spotted and shared with the McDonald's franchisee In his Facebook post, Quinn wrote: 'I am at work, in my Sunstar paramedic uniform. I walk into McDonalds [sic] just to use the bathroom and an employee goes we don't accept officers in here. 'I tell her I'm not an officer. She then says anyone with a badge. then says it to my partner as he walks in to order food, says we don't serve your kind here. Just insane how people are.' Quinn then invited people to 'Feel free to share and repost.' Quinn also left a negative online review of the McDonald's in question, writing again that he went into the McDonald's to use its bathroom and order food and that was when 'an employee told me they don't serve badges here.' He added that when his partner walked in five minutes later, he was told the same thing. 'Corporate will be notified' of their treatment, Quinn wrote, ending the post, with '#shamemcdonalds #mcdonalds #totalinsanty #thishastostop #icallbs.' Quinn's initial post was spotted and forwarded to Caspers Company, the managers of the particular McDonald's, a Caspers spokesperson told the Miami Herald. The Madeira Beach, Florida, McDonald's where Quinn said he was denied service Wednesday The next day, the McDonald's franchisee, Caspers Company, revealed they fired the worker Quinn said that there were better ways for him to have handled the situation than venting on social media, but that he was happy that the 'McDonald's took appropriate action' anyway In a Facebook post of their own Thursday, Caspers Company wrote that it had fired the worker who claimed the restaurant didn't 'serve badges.' 'We are aware of the unfortunate incident that took place at one of our restaurants last night. We, like you, were upset and disappointed and took immediate action. The employee has been terminated,' the post read. 'What occurred does not reflect the values of our brand, our franchise, or the love and admiration we have demonstrated consistently for our friends in law enforcement and first responders. We have reached out to offer our sincerest apology.' Following the firing, Quinn appeared to have deleted his initial complaint post, but wrote up a final thought about the situation, in which he noted that 'The events that occurred the other night were unfortunate' and expressed chagrin. 'In my frustration of the situation I took to social media which probably wasn't the best,' Quinn wrote. 'There were other ways the situation could have been handled, that's my fault and I apologize.' He went on to thank the McDonald's for taking 'appropriate action' in response to the employee's statement and said that he is 'putting the situation behind me and going to continue to help people to the best of my ability.'
