This is really great. The hold up I believe was the Kurdistan region. U all remember that the region disagree on the percentage given to them in the budget. Now we see these parties playing nice to each other. They have signed these agreement which 12 percent are policies coming from baghdad....I believe the policies involve oil n how much oil the Kurdistan has to deliver based on the agreement between Kurdistan and baghdad stipulated by the federal govt. This natural resource is what Adam referred to as HCL. The Kurdistan already have more than 17percent share that is included in the budget. Cheers

And 200,000 dinar, as the amount they have just announced, equals $10,000 at a 5 cent rate per dinar. Lol Floridian..I don't think that equates to 5 cents. Each currency has an allowable limit(if ur carrying USD, U have a max limit of 10,000 dollars, nothing exceeding that amount. On the other hand, iraqi dinars has a limit/max of 200,000 dinars. Cheers

My boss hates the word Dinar!! Back in 2010 when I listened to Okie Lies I quit 3 times and would call in , the last time I came back! My boss, told me if he ever heard dinar come out of my mouth I was gone! It will be 9 years ago in April that I pulled my last dinar sit in! I’m going to retire anyway the 1st January 2020 so I guess 10 more months isn’t going to hurt me after 32 years of doing the same thing over and over again! If we see a rate change here in the next few weeks, if don’t happen now, our next window will be in July! JMHO!
