Good morning and happy Wednesday, everyone! I have good news and bad news today. The bad news first - no HCL, no RV. Sorry. The good news is something I encourage everyone to verify for themselves... simply click the "What's New" tab and scan through the recent articles. Look for the headlines on ISIS and turmoil in Iraq. You aren't seeing many, are you? That's right! Because things are actually going VERY well over there right now, and this is exactly the situation we want to be in before the HCL is passed and they can successfully make a big change to the value of their currency. Although I am cautiously optimistic, this looks to me like the "quiet before the storm". Let's go, Iraq! Time to get this show on the road! Before I get to the Weekly Q's, let's talk about a recent event that you probably saw on the news - Tropical Storm Erika. Those of you in my VIP group know that I spend a lot of time working with people in various 3rd world countries (mostly for banking and dual citizenship reasons). Most people can't begin to fathom what "3rd World" actually means until you go there and walk the streets... and I'm not talking the streets that they keep nice for tourists. I'm talking about 6-20 blocks off the tourist area, where they actually live. Take the Dominican Republic, for example. If you've been to Punta Cana, you might think you've seen the "Dominican Republic" - sorry, but no. Punta Cana is a beautiful place where the impoverished live like kings compared to what you will find in Santo Domingo, the capital city. Here's a picture of the only beach in Santo Domingo: If you were to brave the steep cliff to get down to it, you'd be lucky to find a spot to put a single beach chair amongst all the trash that is washed up, and by the time you left you would need a shower and you might want to burn the clothes you were wearing! That's just the surface of what I'd like to share, I could go on for hours and days about the things I've seen. I've actually had tears in my eyes on occasion, and as a business person it's damn near impossible to get to my heartstrings. One thing I've started doing is take an extra suitcase on every trip to one of these countries. I go through the house, and so does my family, and we gather all the clothes we haven't worn. We find useful household items that we no longer use or think could benefit someone else. I check that bag, and then lug it to a church when I get there. I'd like to encourage everyone to do the same when you take the time to go to any of these places. Back to TS Erika... there is a small island called Dominica (pronounced "Dom-in-eek-uh") that was hit hard - REALLY hard. (Click the picture for more details.) The destruction has killed at least 25 people and set their economy back 20 years... and their economy wasn't the best to begin with. I actually had a trip planned to Dominica this week, and when I heard about this tragedy I planned on keeping my travel plans, because I'm sure they could use volunteers down there in person. Unfortunately, that is not going to happen. You can't even fly into the country right now, because their airstrip is covered in mud. All supplies have to come over on a ferry at this time. Fuel is being limited to emergency vehicles - if you have a job to go to, you're walking. And it's going to be a very long time before things go back to normal. I've been researching over the last few days and I've learned a few things that are important for those of us that want to help out. 1. Sending physical items may not be ideal for them, because it's more efficient for them to buy from one vendor and get a larger more organized shipment rather than pick through smaller boxes of donations. With that said, I haven't found a specific organization that is dedicated to focusing on Dominica. I don't like putting my money into a pot where it may or may not specifically benefit the cause I am seeking to help, but that shouldn't completely prevent me from making an effort... so I donated a small amount here: 2. After speaking to many Churches and other organizations in Dominica, I believe the Bishop of Roseau is doing a good job of getting organized and they explained that they are working on a way to accept cash and how they will use it, but as of right now they are asking for food donations. I've decided to put a larger amount of money into sending physical goods. As soon as I can get out of the office today, I'm going to go buy a box of the following: - Dry Goods - Flour - Oil - Canned items (tuna, beans, etc) And I will ship it to: Bishop of Roseau Turkey Lane, Roseau Commonwealth of Dominica Edit: Well... I've made less progress than I expected. I went to Walmart and bought 111 lbs of the above items... took it to Fedex, packaged it up, and the price was: 2 Day Shipping: $858 5 Day Shipping: $550 It doesn't make sense to spend $1000 to provide $120 worth of food. Bummer... so I also checked USPS and they aren't much cheaper. My next idea was Amazon, but Amazon doesn't ship flour to Dominica (and I can't find an answer on why not, so I'm still looking...). I'll keep looking for a solution to help them. Anyone have any ideas? Now onto the Weekly Q's! I'm not going to over-complicate it at this time. "General progress" is the 2nd most important thing after the HCL. Regarding the budget, nope. The budget is a moving target that will change drastically once they RV, so I have never put much emphasis on the budget. You asked to ask another question, but you ended up asking three! 1. YES 2. YES 3. I expanded on that last week - in my opinion, it doesn't matter. Check last week's update for a detailed explanation of my opinion on USD vs IQD in this situation. If I'm thinking of the same thing you are, Abadi didn't actually plan on "re-filling" those positions - they were simply being eliminated. I like that plan, because too many monkeys on the same tree is just as bad as too many chefs in the same kitchen. What I said sometime ago about the GOI being important was that we needed a significant change and improvement in the GOI, and I believe that requirement has been "filled" to a very reasonably satisfactory level. It means nothing until they decide to use it for something. Also, I'm not sure what source gave the rating, so it's hard for me to make a conclusive statement on it. If the rating was officially approved by the IMF, that's a big deal! But if it was an Iraqi organization that made the statement, that's less impressive. I'm fine with all transactions going digital, because my bitcoin will skyrocket! But that kind of situation becoming a reality is further away than an RV, so I don't think this agenda is delaying the RV. The only thing that has delayed the RV in the past has been Iraq's need to be in complete control and reasonably stable. I think we've met those necessities, so I'm just going to give them the green light. Go ahead, Iraq! You've earned it! (Maybe they are listening, who knows ) That is a great suggestion, thank you for pointing it out! Here's a quick and dirty recap: 1. The GOI can't force the CBI to honor a higher rate. It simply wouldn't work. 2. Equally important - the CBI doesn't need the support of the GOI to successfully raise the value of the dinar, but they also don't want opposition from the GOI. With those things in mind, we can know that the CBI makes the final call, but both entities will work together to ensure the success. ================================================== That's it for now, friends! Please consider helping the good people down in Dominica if you have the ability.

I am not going to lie, I talk to kap all the time and it is sound advice with everything we are told within the news articles. I like him cause he is realistic and he adapts realistically to the news. And after hearing about Tony and Okie my first 3 weeks in this investment, I thought kap was very level headed and realistic when I read his stuff. Please dont neg me cause I like (know) him.

Adam Very nice suggestion about issues in Dominical. I love that you're using this form to promote helping others enrolling people to each other versus promoting VIP. A really nice and appreciated change. Thank you. The trash is an issue throughout the Caribbean, and also Mexico and Central America. I remember being in Mexico near Belize and the beaches were similar. I learned that it was all the trash that is being dumped in the ocean off of places like Jamaica and the United States that then washes up from the ocean back onto the shores with the currents. It's the same slew of garbage that is the filling the pacific gyre. It is a huge issue in the world and represents all the consumption we make without regard to outcome. The good news is that there are so many inventions happening to deal with waste that now garbage is becoming the new gold as they extract materials that are becoming increasingly rare and expensive to make. So another man's trash is everyone's gold - and one area we could be looking to invest. It's very important for us to do this for the planet and for ourselves as resources become less available. The next few years Ressie radical changes in cities and the way that garbage is dealt with. I anticipate in 10 years there will be people mining the ocean for plastic and the beaches and that this will all resolve because it will become an economic benefit to re-constitute the materials into the wrong form and be used again. I have been reading a website that has some interesting coverage of these changes across multiple industries. There have been tons of changes in major companies and private investment in this area. Possibly something to consider when we are all flush from the dinar. So thanks again for helping those folks in Dominical. I will make a care package.

Free people keep governments in check by maintaining their right to keep and bear arms. This bothers those who wish to be governed by elites – they rally in the streets and cry out for more sweet bread and to be ruled; Rule us, rule us, they sing in discordant harmony. We want a Ruler, a King to make our choices for us. We want to be fat dumb and happy and we don’t want to be bothered with personal choices that draw us anywhere near the white hot smelter that forces the dross out of our lack luster souls. We don’t wish to shine as individuals – we wish to dine like hogs at the trough and screw like dogs in the alley. Thank goodness there is no place in this modern world for the inspired individual; take his guns away, take his words away and, well… just take him and his selfish independent minded family away, we have to make room for the coming anti-christ King of Peace.

Jaxinjersey please come out of your suburbia dream world. its amazing how out of touch many of you are to the real world. i am literally in awe. but to your credit, your poll seems so sincere however it lacks any realism whatsoever. "....and so i am like, these are the same people as me. i am not going to arrest these people. some of these people are judges sons, i am not going to jack them up. and so i would head over to park heights a black neighborhood and get my arrest there to get my stats. you have to get stats, you have to get arrest to make my supervisors happy because we all know i am not going to arrest anybody in mt washington. ...and so if you ask a black male between 16 & 24 years of age, they would tell you that they have probably been locked up on a humble. a humble is where we humble you for running your mouth too much or something like that and we create something or write up a citation to lock you up and humble you. we wouldn't do that to whites because that citation would probably be revoked even before we turned it in [a criminal record would hurt their future career]. young blacks however are powerless to fight against it, that's why we do it. that cycle 'we did'. we target young black males 16-24 and search them illegally. we find marijuana on them and lock them up. they miss their court date and get a warrant and we find them and lock them up again. they lose their job because of it and now they can't work. so they are in a perpetual cycle that we helped create. whites smoke marijuana too if not more than blacks but we don't stop and frisk them. our target is 16-24 year old black males." -- Michael Wood (Marine and Ex Police Officer) and so jaxinjersey i would like to see that bit of information, interestingly omitted from your poll, at least referenced. this is the real world.

Obama has admitted that some of the money from the nuke deal will go to support terrorism. These, whether our politicians want to admit it or not, are the same people who are killing Americans and innocent people. This use to be called treason. All politicians who support the nuke deal should stand trial for treason. The blood of every innocent killed by terrorism is on the hands of the gutless politicians who no longer think but simply follow the money, do as their party dictates, seek votes and power over duty. I am ashamed of our elected leaders and we have signed the death warrant for mankind.

Reminds me of something I heard said a Lamar Hunt’s memorial service. It was said that one philosophy of life Lamar had was “if you don’t ask the answer is always no”. Jarrod Haschert is about to learn how true that is. Good job, Marine . RV ME UFC champ Ronda Rousey has accepted an invitation to the Marine Corps Ball in December with a man who called her “his celebrity crush.” The undefeated fighter caught up with TMZ cameras on Tuesday and said she would definitely go with North Carolina Marine Jarrod Haschert after his date invitation went viral last week. “I would go for sure,” Rousey, 28, told the camera. “He’s cute. He’s got to be a gentleman though. I’m not a ‘first date’ kind of girl. But, I don’t know, we’ll see when I meet him.” Haschert invited Rousey in a Facebook video that has amassed more than 5 million views. “You are my celebrity crush,” Haschert proclaimed in the 34-second long video. “I love everything you do, and I think you are a phenomenal person, which is why it would be my honor to take you to the Marine Corps Ball.” On Tuesday, Rousey explained that initially she was not able to attend the ball, but a fight she had on her calendar that day was rescheduled, freeing her up that evening. The only little problem is that Rousey doesn’t know how to get in touch with him. “Do I call him?” she asked the cameraman. “Or do I set up a time and place like ‘Never Been Kissed’ and wait until the clock runs out and be like ‘I’m here!’?” The cameraman insisted that he will do all the work to get the marine in touch with her.

Words have consequences. I remind you of the story of a black man being shot by police in a Ohio Walmart last year. Turns out that the 911 caller, Ronald Ritchie, lied about the deceased, John Crawford III, being a menace with a gun (actually an air rifle he was going to purchase) and pointing it at children. His lies to the dispatcher lead the responding officer to shoot and kill Crawford (and a sad side note, the mother of the two children Crawford was falsely accused of pointing the gun at died of a heart attack during the melee). So this one incident of lying about someone holding a gun being a threat directly lead to the deaths of two innocent people. 'It was a crank call': family seeks action against 911 caller in Walmart shooting Jon Swaine in New York The family of a young black man who was killed by police in an Ohio Walmart while holding an unloaded BB rifle and speaking on his cellphone have called for action to be taken against a 911 caller who claimed he was pointing the gun at people. John Crawford III was shot dead last month by an officer responding to an emergency call made by Ronald Ritchie, a shopper standing 100ft away, who repeatedly stated to the dispatcher that Crawford was pointing the air rifle at customers. Surveillance footage and audio recordings released after a grand jury declined to indict the officer who shot Crawford showed that Crawford was holding the rifle at his side and pointing it to the floor at the time when Ritchie alleged that “he just pointed it at, like, two children”. Crawford’s father and the family’s attorney said that Ritchie, 24, should be questioned by police over the discrepancy between the footage and his allegation, which he made about 80 seconds before Crawford was shot, and confirmed when asked soon after. Knowingly “making false alarms” is a crime under Ohio law punishable by a fine or jail sentence. “He was the catalyst, if you will, in the whole sequence of events leading up to my son’s death,” John Crawford Jr told the Guardian. “It was a crank call. He excited the call, and exaggerated the call, and frankly it was just a bunch of lies.” Ritchie declined to comment in an online message on Friday. He has previously maintained that Crawford posed a threat to shoppers and that the 911 call was justified. Special prosecutor Mark Piepmeier stressed on Wednesday that the responding police officers were led to understand that Crawford was an active threat. One even called back to the dispatcher to check that the 911 caller said Crawford was pointing the rifle at people. “If he’s not there, we may not be here,” Piepmeier said of Ritchie at a press conference. Michael Wright, the attorney for the Crawford family, said Ritchie “should be questioned on why the footage and what he said does not match”. Wright said: “He’s basically lying with the dispatchers, he’s making up the story. So should he be prosecuted? Yes, I believe so.” Ritchie had said of Crawford near the start of his 911 call: “He’s, like, pointing it at people.” He subsequently told the Guardian that “at no point did [Crawford] shoulder the rifle and point it at somebody”, stressing instead that he had been “waving it around” and that the muzzle moved in the direction of other shoppers. The surveillance footage released on Wednesday shows Crawford passing shoppers with the gun at his side. After arriving in a corner of the store, he is seen swinging the rifle at his side and holding it towards a store shelf containing pet products while standing alone and talking on his cellphone for five minutes. The children who Ritchie appeared to claim were under threat from Crawford were in the store with their mother, Angela Williams. Williams, 37, died of a heart attack in the panic that ensued among customers following the police shooting. “I hope that he’s happy with himself,” her teenage son said of Ritchie in a Facebook post earlier this month. Ritchie also told several reporters after the shooting that he was an “ex-marine”. The Guardian disclosed last month that he was thrown out after seven weeks in 2008, after being declared a “fraudulent enlistment”. He states that the problem was a mix-up in his paperwork. In January 2012, Ritchie pleaded guilty in the Montgomery County municipal court to theft. All records of the incident have been expunged by the court and the Huber Heights police department. In 2010 he was fined $250 and given a year’s probation after being convicted by Miamisburg municipal court of possession of drug paraphernalia. Ritchie and his wife, April, have not spoken publicly since his Guardian interview. Both have changed their names on social media. The day before he called 911 about Crawford, Ritchie posted a meme on his Facebook page featuring the comedian Gabriel Iglesias. “Me, racist? The only race I hate is the one you have to run,” it read. The post has since been removed. One month later, Ritchie shared with his friends a story from the Tea Party News Network about a group of black men assaulting a white couple in Missouri. The story condemned President Barack Obama and Eric Holder, the attorney general, for ignoring the attack after speaking publicly about the killing of Michael Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, in Ferguson, Missouri, last month. It described them as “race hustlers”. April Ritchie told reporters following the Walmart shooting that she had warned other shoppers to avoid Crawford in the store. When the Guardian requested an interview with April Ritchie via social media, she replied in a message that she was not April Ritchie. After being reminded that she was, she threatened to “contact the police and file harassment charges”. :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: As Slim Pickins said,

You cant change the sheeple mentality One day like lemmings they will follow one another off the cliff. Unless he`s frothing at the mouth yes. It should be normal to see people wearing weapons. Just the other day some dude was pumping gas and was carrying a 45 . I just didnt think nothing of it. My 45 was concealed at the time. why shouldnt he be carrying one too. I like the idea that more and more people are carring guns.

***/// We wish, JG ! And how ! Before they can even COUNT THE BEANS..... Having a viable currency is like makin' a cup of coffee for these guys: Grow the beans, water the beans, pick the beans, weigh the beans, sort the beans, roast the beans, weigh the beans again, reclassify the beans, grind the beans, re-weigh the beans, parcel-out the beans, add boiling water -- wait.... and wait..... and wait......

this is just a temporary measure to reduce to the note count, they said they were going to destroy the notes that were traded in and the total notes out in circulation would be reduced their goal is to have a total note count of 1.8 trillion notes I think, which they need this amount to move forward, totally separate from the "delete the zeros" project JMHO this would be a good thing to move forward simple cause it temporary to achieve the goal aka requirement they have stated with needing 1.8 trillion notes in circulation, but honestly it may never even happen, its on the table just in case they need too

This article was pretty recent and I think it only pertains to the current laws being passed, not the important ones we watch. Now with our important laws that we are familiar with you would need to follow the news articles to see what is complete and the parliament agenda with following up on the results. I haven't seen any certain pattern but I have noticed a sense of urgency this year which is helping. It seems certain things need to happen before anything else can happen but they are lining things up if they can, mainly they are working on security and corruption. JMHO

Their posts will be legally removed as soon as Masoum signs the document., He is holding out doing so till just the right time. After he signed that doc, Maliki will not be VP anymore and will be running down the street to Parliament to be sworn in... in that moment, while he is between jobs--he will be arrested.

Right On Sarge... So any flag with a gold fringe , (courts, military, police, signify Admiral Law,) the law of the sea, not the common law of the LAND. Example: guy who understands his natural rights go into court and the judge says: Judge: "How do you plea" Guy: "I would like to see your ID" Judge: "psssstt" Guy: " I AM VERY SERIOUS, WHO IS YOUR OATH TOO" Judge: "pssssttt" Guy: "What authority and jurisdiction DO YOU HAVE OVER ME" What the guy is trying to get from the "judge" is exactly what authority is the judge operating from. If the guy can get the judge to admit his loyalties to the crown aka admiral law ( yellow fringe on flag signifies operation under admiral law!) (british admiriality in uk, ucc in united states, same difference) ... When you walk into a corporate owned building, you operate under UCC laws. Your Natural Born Rights as a Sovereign means you get to tell the corporate fiction to pi$$ off if you can get them to admit their jurisdiction. Guy: "What authority do you have over me?" Judge: "Im going to hold you for contempt, little peon man" Guy: "WHAT AUTHORITY DO YOU HAVE OVER ME?" "I AM A FREE MAN ON THIS LAND, I HAVENT HURT ANYONE, WHERE IS YOUR JURISDICTION OVER ME? YOU WILL IDENTIFY YOURSELF TO ME? Judge: "I will plea for you" Guy: "TREASON" and walks out assuming judge doesn't walk out first (i saw videos of judges walking out!!!) Something like that still learning UNDERSTAND YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND ASSERT THEM ITS THE ONLY WAY TO EMPOWER OURSELVES AND OTHERS. WE MUST SHOW UP IN SUPPORT OF THESE MOVES. "The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private." Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government. U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract. Corporation – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith. Common Law – God’s law. Common Law and the system of De Jure Juries apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally. Read here: (GREAT INFO)

Quote Read more: Charlie Echo, according to Revelations 13;16 this will happen; The Mark of the Beast 16And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, 17and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name which is 666. Lord Willing Jesus will come for those whose name is written in the Lambs book of life before this happens. Is your name there? Ask Jesus to forgive your sins and be the lord and savior of your life and it will be. Amen

18 Turkish Contractors Kidnapped in Baghdad. 02 Aug 2015...CNN... Masked men in military uniforms captured at least 18 Turkish workers and engineers in Baghdad early Wednesday, bundling them into several SUVs and speeding away, Iraqi and Turkish officials said. Officials say the 18 are employed by Nurol Insaat, an Ankara-based construction company contracted to build a sports complex in the Shiite district of Sadr City. The kidnappers stormed the construction site, where the workers were sleeping in caravans, and disarmed the guards before taking the workers away. There were no immediate reports of violence. Luigi asks... Is Iraq ready to RV? Can Iraq protect it's guest workers & contractors? Is security still an issue?
