[shredd] The stimulus this will create will be huge and a definite indicator that Iraq is truly emerging from their economically stale past. ~~~ [tlm724] Iraqi Constitution Article 111: Oil and gas are owned by all the people of Iraq in all the regions and governorates. Article 112: First: The federal government, with the producing governorates and regional governments, shall undertake the management of oil and gas extracted from present fields, provided that it distributes its revenues in a fair manner in proportion to the population distribution in all parts of the country, specifying an allotment for a specified period for the damaged regions which were unjustly deprived of them by the former regime, and the regions that were damaged afterwards in a way that ensures balanced development in different areas of the country, and this shall be regulated by a law. Second: The federal government, with the producing regional and governorate governments, shall together formulate the necessary strategic policies to develop the oil and gas wealth in a way that achieves the highest benefit to the Iraqi people using the most advanced techniques of the market principles and encouraging investment. [tlm724] there ya go Wink take a look at what they are doing to help facilitate these payments Council completed the first reading of the draft census law submitted by the committee of economy and investment , which aims to organize the census process in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, which stressed that the general census of population Iraqi Council of Representatives 11/11/2014 [tlm724] provided that it distributes its revenues in a fair manner in proportion to the population distribution in all parts of the country [tlm724] the census achieves just that ^^ thank you gdoodle ! ~~~ Government to disburse salaries of all employees, says MP Published: 2014/11/15 23:10 • 7 Reads Government to disburse salaries of all employees, says MP Baghdad (Forat) –MP, Star al-Ghanimi, of the National Alliance assured that the Government will take series of resolutions in the favor of the Iraqi people. Ghanimi declared in a statement received by Alforat News Agency ''The Government will disburse all the salaries of the employees without exception and take series of resolutions in the favor of the citizens.'' \End\ [tlm724] ''The Government will disburse all the salaries of the employees without exception and take series of resolutions in the favor of the citizens. How sweet it is ! Wink ~~~ Congress: the coming days will see the adoption of important laws [tlm724] the coming days will see the adoption of important laws *wolfwhistle* [tlm724] that has a whole new meaning now [tlm724] pointed out that the reason for non-adoption of these laws is not political but technical. [tlm724] thank God ! we can deal with technicalities [tlm724] a number of bills have been returned to the government for reasons related to the development of the new government [tlm724] stressing that the next few days will vote on a lot of laws that have been read a first reading and second. [tlm724] will ya look at that ! next few days [cat] great stuff timmy its coming [tlm724] cat yes it is ! [tlm724] that the most difficult of these laws is to amend the Constitution, and the Social Security Act, through the budget and the law of the Federation Council and the law of parties, oil and gas and others [tlm724] the lack of legislation laws to now is not the inability of evidence, but because the legislative and executive branches were still at the beginning of the era New, expecting to witness the next chapter legislative vote on a lot of laws [tlm724] new era of legislation and new chapter in Iraq ! [tlm724] Maliki's GOI laws all needed to be tweaked, the NEW GOI has to make sure the numbers work with the new budget [tlm724] and they have to amend or create some new laws to go along with the new reality in Iraq, the security situation has cost them a lot of money. Look at it this way they are taking responsibility and doing it the RIGHT way ! [tlm724] «the laws are not approved are divided into the first three categories are the laws of a financial nature, and the second section of the laws malfunction approved in the previous session because of political differences, such as political parties law and the law of the budget and the oil and gas law and the law of the Federal Court and now will be considering such laws, especially that part of these laws entered the government curriculum, and other division of the laws it is not a political differences or physical issues and these laws will be further approval ». [tlm724] now will be considering such laws, those are the ones we seek [tlm724] As head of the National Reform Bloc Hilal Sahlani stressed that «Parliament is not unable to pass laws, but is proceeding with his work as legal contexts, and that the coming days will witness legislation important laws». [tlm724] is proceeding with his work as legal contexts, and that the coming days will witness legislation important laws» [tlm724] they are making sure everything is legal and according to the constitution [tlm724] part of the laws importance require reconsideration more than once and study by the relevant committees, such as oil and gas law and the law of the Federal Court and the other will be studied in various parliamentary committees ». [tlm724] we told you all this week that some of the most important laws were returned to the committees for adjustment such as the Investment Law and not to sweat it, not to be discouraged because they didn't complete it. These are new committees representative of the NEW GOI ~~~ Comments may be made at the end of Part 2 Thank You ... Oh Well, I guess there's more to come - LOL But I thought this was worth bringing over for some insight, everyone...Blessings....RON

  3. Hi Everyone....Here's the latest from ole Mtn.Goat for those of you who like to see what she has to say. As always, eat the meat and spit out the bones & please don't shoot the messenger. Be blessed & have a great weekend...RON Mnt Goat Friday Update - “The WOW Factor” - 11/14/2014 (Thank you George for emailing this to D.Recaps Saturday morning, 11/15/2014.) UU8351 - “The WOW Factor” by Mnt Goat Hi Everyone, The climate is progressing quickly into Winter wonderland here in Bavaria. Already some tourist flock into the area for early skiing and so the season begins. Just because we can’t see all the snow from the valley towns below does not mean it is not there high in the mountains. You only have to take one of the many Bahns and you will see. It is a different world in the Alpine valleys but we knew these days were coming since we saw all the signs that this would be an excellent season of snow and cold this year. Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my last news letter of 11/7 (*****) as this news letter is a continuation of this news. Today’s News Today is Friday 11/14 and Iraq is making great progress in their new government. The major emphasis this week appears to be the continued effort for “full” Erbil Agreement implementation. Remember the Erbil Agreement? I have mentioned this many, many times already in my news letters. This was the agreement signed in 2010 to help unify Iraq and list the necessary reforms and laws so they could join the rest of the world as a civilized society and a financial powerhouse. There is also a Unification Conference scheduled shortly. I believe this is the same meeting with ideas from the former president Talibani, now taking shape. Do you rememeber those days when we were promised this meeting would happen and then it would be followed with ...... financial reform....We can't forget these past events since they are significant and are part of implementing the long term plan. They might not have happened on schedule but they will occur. We know also the holdup has been the Maliki syndrome (the last 8 years of nothing). He promised to implement this agreement as part of the compromise and negotiations to form the government in 2010 and seat him as the prime minister. So now Abadi is pushing forward in a rapid pace to implement all these reforms and laws. This is still the plan and it has not changed. The USA and UN has said they are not going to allow Iraq into this civilized society unless they abide by its rules. With wealth comes responsibility. The fear is this- if Iraq does not implement these reforms then there is a very good chance they would only squander their new wealth anyhow (maybe with more terrorism) and those PTB who assisted them would not get the expected payoff they are planning on and need. We, as currency investors, would not get our payoff either. What does full Erbil Agreement implementation mean? Well the best way I can explain this is to have you go back and re-read a past news letter of mine where I spelled out the Erbil Agreement provisions for you. Are we now witnessing all of these provisions being implemented slowly but surely. We can check, check and double check-off all the items as done, almost done or going before parliament. This is a very exciting time for Iraq and us. Let’s look at just some of this week’s progress: -The oil and gas law has its first reading and the second reading is expected for this weekend. Abadi has agreed to the 150 thousand barrels of oil per day, as the needed revenue to fund the projects going forward. The Kurds and other provinces agreed that this is a doable and a practical target. This in itself is huge ! Finally they agree. This means they now have the basis for a budget. The two are so closely interconnected. -We read article after article on the provisional governments (part of the decentralization of power effort) and how they are structuring representatives for the Federation Council and even designating provincial oil ministers into the Council to support it. WOW again! -the banks now have the coins as the auctions prevailed. The lower denoms have been ready for distribution for months now. -another round of Qi card payments coming up this week. How will they fund them this time around? This will be a continuing nagging pain in the neck without a budget. Can’t have a budget unless you know what to base it off of (projected revenues) and they now have this. But it takes time to pump oil and bring it to market to make money materialize. So just how do they intent to fund this next go around of government funded payments? This is billions of dollars. -Judicial reforms law going to parliament this coming week for review and fine tuning. Might even see a first reading. This will be the final nail on the coffin for Maliki. -now fully capable of trading on NAZDAQ international exchange -announcement this week Iraq intends to “fully” implement the Tariff law beginning in 2015. Why have they not already fully implemented these tariffs? I explained this in detail out to you many months ago. The payment system is an automated system run by the IMF. The IMF automatically bills the country of origin, then the revenues are forwarded to the WTO. Funds for IMF cut are taken out, the rest goes to country of origin. This system is plugged into the international currency exchange markets to give up to the minute exchange rates. This is how payments are determined. Since the IQD is not yet on the needed exchanges this system will not yet work. We are talking billions of annual revenue to Iraq. The tariffs are also part of the economic reforms promised by the government. Summary So today I send you an update of the latest news I am hearing. It is just where we want to be at this time. In fact there is an excellent window of opportunity to see the RV in the coming days, not weeks. As I have said in my previous news letter, we are in a sweet spot right now to literally see this RV in the coming days ahead. This is by far the best place I have ever seen this investment in the 10 years I have been following it. In the past I talked about an Oct 31st target for completion of this RV process being missed by Iraq then about a new mid November target being established. Well…. we are here. It is mid November already. So let us see how this plays out. Unfortunately I do not see Iraq as being fully ready. This is my opinion but what is my criteria may be overly demanding criteria. Who really knows. I do know that Erbil Agreement is not yet fully implemented. But then again Iraq is in a state of financial crisis. I am hearing Iraq needs money desperately and they need it now. The RV could help in this situation. The Finance Committee of parliament has asked the CBI this week once as to why the continued delay in the project to delete the zeros. There is enormous pressure from all sectors to complete article 8 of the UN charter and get this currency back international and to a reasonable, current asset backed value. Please do not get discouraged when some “intel guru” tell you this RV is going to happen everyday and it does not happen. This is hype. Instead concentrate on the positive events you know as factual. Look at the progress of the government and the new bright attitudes and agenda they are pushing. Then look over to the international side and see how the plans are shaping up to get them international. Then one last item is the necessity to be international and how it is so inter-connected with the entire program. I assure you the rate will be equal to or greater than the pre-war value. The exchange will be easy and you will be happy. There will be no “rush” on the banks since the USA has over 365,000,000 people and it is projected less than 5,000,000 hold dinar. Out of that amount only about 30-50,000 are actively engaged in the news. So what we can expect at the banks is business as normal. So with over thousands of banks exchanging when the time comes, how do you see a jam up at the banks? I do not understand? Who is pumping you with this? Who is creating this “fear” factor and for what reason? What is their true intent and motive? As I described in my opening paragraph in today’s news letter about the hidden Winter wonderland high in the Alps this same rational thinking too applies to the situation in Iraq and what progress we can see from the outside. Just because you can not see or know about to appreciate all the significant progress Iraq is making daily, does not mean it is not happening. Just because you do not know or understand the plan being carried out by the PTB to “safely” bring Iraq into the modern financial sector does not mean someone is not watching over the plan and implementing it. We know about the set backs. We witnessed Maliki and his goons and how he nearly destroyed Iraq. We witnessed recent ISIS actions of terrorism. We know that Iran had plans to make Iraq a puppet state. For each of these items we have seen failure. Iraq is resilient and it will succeed mainly because of the enormous support from the PTB and the fact that this entire effort did not just happen. It was a well thought out plan since the early 90’s to take control of the Middle East region. Control over these vast oil supplies means power and power means wealth. Why Throughout history it has always been the ambitions of wealthy nations to seek yet more avenues of wealth. Seems they get to a point and must use their existing wealth to gain military strength then the conquests begin. After all why have such big armies and navies if not for conquest? This Middle East effort is yet another conquest. A modern conquest but a conquest nonetheless. The future story lines will write of a nation born from the ashes of a revolutionary war to break off from existing powers and in a short period took its turn as the conquering hero. Remember though and be prepared…all conquering heroes eventually fall as nations rise and fall throughout history. History will tell the story and I hope they will tell it accurately. Maybe the plan may have wavered a bit over the years, but the final outcome will remain the same. A stable Middle East using Iraq as the platform country progressing outwardly. We must take all this into account these past events and let the country now re-adjust and move forward once again. This all takes time. I do know this – Iraq is now poised for something BIG? I see an explosion of revenue coming shortly. I know for a fact they can not continue on an 1166 rate much longer without self destructing. The PTB will simply not let this happen. Then when can we expect the RV? I believe we are in a rare opportunity and window like never before. In the coming days we should expect the RV. Peace and Luv To Ya All, Mnt Goat

  6. Davis....you will absolutely be in my prayers. What ever you do don't lose your trust in God. It may not look like it now but he will provide. Having faith in him is sometimes the hardest thing ever. But you have to have absolute faith without doubt. Luke 11:9 -10 New Living Translation (NLT)9 “And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 21:21-22New Living Translation (NLT)21 Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. 22 You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.” I believe this with all my heart.

  9. Socal and DL... you've nailed it! And Ew knows it. This is his JOB... and whether just disagreeable or intrusively antagonistic, it's part of his mission statement. Unless of course he is that unstable, and we wouldn't wish mental illness on anyone... so we'll rather chalk it up to his "professionalism", along the likes of used car salesmen and ambulance-chasing lawyers! It is effective of course, but I'd suggest he lure us in with a more friendly, respectful demeanor... as he was originally toward the beginning. But, of course, after having to spew and spin the same talking points a thousand times... he has to resort to the "let's debate and discuss" thing that regresses to demeaning others' responses... hence the Sybil characteristics. I must say... the fake family and church thing... counting their multitude of dinar over and over... was a little over-the-top! I think he was reprimanded by his employer for going off-script! BUT... let's not be surprised... that when an RV or some major event occurs, he doesn't fess up saying, "Well, congratulations everyone... I did my best to irritate and persuade you! Nothing personal... just doing my job!" Now THAT would be a classy move... and of course, would be mandated by his professionalism... and employee handbook!

  10. The elite have their Republican and Democrat puppets (most of the top government?) Most of you know both parties are controlled. It is a game, a sham. Puppet Obama is apparently "negotiating" a treaty that would strip away most "freedoms" left to the controlled, enslaved populous. See material below: Obama’s Secret Treaty Would Be The Most Important Step Toward A One World Economic System Michael Snyder 10 hours ago Barack Obama is secretly negotiating the largest international trade agreement in history, and the mainstream media in the United States is almost completely ignoring it. If this treaty is adopted, it will be the most important step toward a one world economic system that we have ever seen. The name of this treaty is "the Trans-Pacific Partnership", and the text of the treaty is so closely guarded that not even members of Congress know what is in it. Right now, there are 12 countries that are part of the negotiations: the United States, Canada, Australia, Brunei, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. These nations have a combined population of 792 million people and account for an astounding 40 percent of the global economy. And it is hoped that the EU, China and India will eventually join as well. This is potentially the most dangerous economic treaty of our lifetimes, and yet there is very little political debate about it in this country. Even though Congress is not being allowed to see what is in the treaty, Barack Obama wants Congress to give him fast track negotiating authority. What that means is that Congress would essentially trust Obama to negotiate a good treaty for us. Congress could vote the treaty up or down, but would not be able to amend or filibuster it. Of course, now the Republicans control both houses of Congress. If they are foolish enough to blindly give Barack Obama so much power, they should all immediately resign. And it is critical that people understand that this is not just an economic treaty. It is basically a gigantic end run around Congress. Thanks to leaks, we have learned that so many of the things that Obama has deeply wanted for years are in this treaty. If adopted, this treaty will fundamentally change our laws regarding Internet freedom, healthcare, copyright and patent protection, food safety, environmental standards, civil liberties and so much more. This treaty includes many of the rules that alarmed Internet activists so much when SOPA was being debated, it would essentially ban all "Buy American" laws, it would give Wall Street banks much more freedom to trade risky derivatives and it would force even more domestic manufacturing offshore. In other words, it is the treaty from hell. In addition to imposing Obama's vision for the world on 40 percent of the global population, it is also being described as a "Christmas wish-list for major corporations." Of the 29 chapters in the treaty, only five of them actually deal with economic issues. The rest of the treaty deals with a whole host of other issues of great importance to the global elite. The following list of issues addressed by this treaty is from a Malaysian news source... • domestic court decisions and international legal standards (e.g., overriding domestic laws on both trade and nontrade matters, foreign investors’ right to sue governments in international tribunals that would overrule the national sovereignty) • environmental regulations (e.g., nuclear energy, pollution, sustainability) • financial deregulation (e.g., more power and privileges to the bankers and financiers) • food safety (e.g., lowering food self-sufficiency, prohibition of mandatory labeling of genetically modified products, or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) or mad cow disease) • Government procurement (e.g., no more buy locally produced/grown) • Internet freedom (e.g., monitoring and policing user activity) • labour (e.g., welfare regulation, workplace safety, relocating domestic jobs abroad) • patent protection, copyrights (e.g., decrease access to affordable medicine) • public access to essential services may be restricted due to investment rules (e.g., water, electricity, and gas) Why can't we get this type of reporting in the United States? And if this treaty is ultimately approved by Congress, we will essentially be stuck with it forever. This treaty is written in such a way that the United States will be permanently bound by all of the provisions and will never be able to alter them unless all of the other countries agree. Are you starting to understand why this treaty is so dangerous? This treaty is the key to Obama's "legacy". He wants to impose his will upon 40 percent of the global population in a way that will never be able to be overturned. Of course Obama is touting this treaty as the path to economic recovery. He promises that it will greatly increase global trade, decrease tariffs and create more jobs for American workers. But instead, it would be a major step toward destroying what is left of the U.S. economy. Over the past several decades, every time a major trade agreement has been signed we have seen even more good jobs leave the United States. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out why this is happening. If corporations can move jobs to the other side of the planet to nations where it is legal to pay slave labor wages, they will make larger profits. Just think about it. If you were running a corporation and you had the choice of paying workers ten dollars an hour or one dollar an hour, which would you choose? Plus there are so many other costs, taxes and paperwork hassles when you deal with American workers. For example, big corporations will not have to provide Obamacare for their foreign workers. That alone will represent a huge savings. Any basic course in economics will teach you that labor flows from markets where labor costs are high to markets where labor costs are lower. And at this point it costs less to make almost everything overseas. As a result, we have already lost millions upon millions of good jobs, and countless small and mid-size U.S. companies have been forced to shut down because they cannot compete with foreign manufacturers. Later this month, consumers will flock to retail stores for "Black Friday" deals. But if you look carefully at those products, you will find that almost all of them are made overseas. We buy far, far more from the rest of the world than they buy from us, and that is a recipe for national economic suicide. We consume far more wealth that we produce, and anyone with half a brain can see that is not sustainable in the long run. The only way that we have been able to maintain our high standard of living is by going into insane amounts of debt. We are currently living in the largest debt bubble in the history of the planet, and at some point the party is going to end. Please share this article with as many people as you can. We need to inform people about what Obama is trying to do. If Obama is successful in ramming this secret treaty through, it is going to do incalculable damage to what is left of the once great U.S. economy. I agree with Chinadawg show me proof of how much liquidity the Mosul bank had at the time When ISIS supposively stole billions of dinar, from the articles i read stated they had little to NO liquidity in their banks in Iraq unless ISIS stole, computers and paperclips they sure as hell didnt get that much cash because thats the only thing ISIS could have stolen LOL Also if they stole tons of dinar why are they even contemplating coming out with their own currency? The CBI knows what is going on.

Where is the proof that ISIS stole that much dinar ?........Many think that number of stolen dinar was much much less than ISIS was claiming, it would have taken a 18 wheeler to haul off that much dinar and those banks in that area was crying they had very little dinar on hand...were struggling to keep dinar.....I say just more FALSE FLAGS......time will tell.

  17. Exposed: Decade-Old Plan to Create Islamic State – and Obama Helped By Raymond Ibrahim November 11, 2014 , 10:00 am Although the birth of the Islamic State and the herald of the caliphate are often regarded as some of 2014’s “big shockers,” they were foretold in striking detail and with an accurate timeline by an al-Qaeda insider nearly one decade ago. On August 12, 2005, Spiegel Online International published an article titled “The Future of Terrorism: What al-Qaeda Really Wants.” Written by Yassin Musharbash, the article was essentially a review of a book written by Fouad Hussein, a Jordanian journalist with close access to al-Qaeda and its affiliates, including the late Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who pioneered the videotaping of beheadings “to strike terror into the hearts” of infidels (Koran 3:151). As Hussein explained in the introduction of his book Al Zarqawi: Al Qaeda’s Second Generation: “I interviewed a whole range of al-Qaeda members with different ideologies to get an idea of how the war between the terrorists and Washington would develop in the future.” And in fact the book details the master plan of al-Qaeda—in its “second generation” manifestation known as the “Islamic State” which follows much of Zarqawi’s modus operandi—to resurrect a caliphate. This plan is sufficiently outlandish that Yassin Musharbash, the author of the Spiegel article reviewing Hussein’s book, repeatedly casts doubt on its feasibility. Thus al-Qaeda’s plan is “proof both of the terrorists’ blindness as well as their brutal single-mindedness”; there is “no way” al-Qaeda can follow the plan “step by step”; “the idea that al-Qaeda could set up a caliphate in the entire Islamic world is absurd”; and the following “scenario should be judged skeptically.” Yet it is all the more remarkable that much of this plan—especially those phases dismissed as infeasible by Musharbash (four and five)—have come to pass. In what follows, I reproduce the seven phases of al-Qaeda’s master plan as presented in Musharbash’s nearly ten-year-old article (in bullet points and italics, bold for emphasis), with my commentary interspersed for context. Phases four and five are of particular importance as they describe the goals for recent times, much of which have come to fruition according to plan. An Islamic Caliphate in Seven Easy Steps Much of this is accurate and makes sense. Sadly, if any eyes were opened after the 9/11 attacks on American soil, they weren’t Western eyes—certainly not the eyes of Western leadership, mainstream media, and academia. But to many Muslims, the strikes of 9/11 were inspiring and motivating, giving credence to Osama bin Laden’s characterization of America as a “paper tiger.” A few years after the Islamic strikes of 9/11, Americans responded by electing a man with a Muslim name and heritage for president, even as he continuously empowers in a myriad of ways—including banning knowledge of Islam—the same ideology behind the strikes of 9/11. Meanwhile, the average Muslim relearned the truths of their religion, namely that the “infidel” is an existential enemy and jihad against him is a duty, as al-Qaeda and others had successfully shown. •The First Phase Known as “the awakening”—this has already been carried out and was supposed to have lasted from 2000 to 2003, or more precisely from the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 in New York and Washington to the fall of Baghdad in 2003. The aim of the attacks of 9/11 was to provoke the US into declaring war on the Islamic world and thereby “awakening” Muslims. “The first phase was judged by the strategists and masterminds behind al-Qaeda as very successful,” writes Hussein. “The battle field was opened up and the Americans and their allies became a closer and easier target.” The terrorist network is also reported as being satisfied that its message can now be heard “everywhere.” This too is accurate. Among other things, the “Islamic community,” the umma, began to be more visible and vocal during this time frame, including through a rash of attacks and riots following any perceived “insult” to Islam, growing demands for appeasement, and accusations of “Islamophobia” against all and sundry. If there weren’t any spectacular terror attacks on the level of 9/11, young Muslim men were quietly enlisting and training in the jihad—or in western parlance, “radicalizing.” Al-Qaeda went from being an “organization” to a “movement”—international “radicalization.” Most importantly, Iraq, as the world now knows, certainly did become the “center for all global operations” with an “army” of jihadis set up there. •The Second Phase “Opening Eyes” is, according to Hussein’s definition, the period we are now in [writing in 2005] and should last until 2006. Hussein says the terrorists hope to make the western conspiracy aware of the “Islamic community.” Hussein believes this is a phase in which al-Qaeda wants an organization to develop into a movement. The network is banking on recruiting young men during this period. Iraq should become the center for all global operations, with an “army” set up there and bases established in other Arabic states. Much of this third phase as described and transpired seems to have been an extension of phase two. In retrospect, there certainly appears to have been a focus on Syria, even if the jihad started there one year behind schedule (2011). And many of the jihadis were “already prepared” and “some are in Iraq.” None of this was a surprise, of course, as U.S. intelligence always indicated that if American forces withdrew from Iraq, the jihadis would take over. •The Third Phase This is described as “Arising and Standing Up” and should last from 2007 to 2010. “There will be a focus on Syria,” prophesies Hussein, based on what his sources told him. The fighting cadres are supposedly already prepared and some are in Iraq. Attacks on Turkey and—even more explosive— in Israel are predicted. Al-Qaeda’s masterminds hope that attacks on Israel will help the terrorist group become a recognized organization. The author also believes that countries neighboring Iraq, such as Jordan, are also in danger. •The Fourth Phase Between 2010 and 2013, Hussein writes that al-Qaeda will aim to bring about the collapse of the hated Arabic governments. The estimate is that “the creeping loss of the regimes’ power will lead to a steady growth in strength within al-Qaeda.” At the same time attacks will be carried out against oil suppliers and the US economy will be targeted using cyber terrorism. This is immensely prophetic. Recall that the timeline given (2010-2013) coincides remarkably well with the so-called “Arab Spring,” which culminated with Islamic terrorists and their allies taking over the leadership of several Arab countries formerly ruled by secularized autocrats: Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood (which plays Dr. Jekyll to al-Qaeda’s Mr. Hyde); Libya, al-Qaeda/Islamic jihadis; ongoing Syria, al-Qaeda/Islamic jihadis (or their latest manifestation, the Islamic State, al-Qaeda’s “second generation”), etc. It should be remembered that in each of these nations—Egypt, Libya, Syria—the Obama administration played a major role in empowering the jihadis, though in the name of “democracy.” Again, right on time: the “Islamic State” declared itself the “caliphate” in 2014, with many Muslim organizations and persons around the world pledging their allegiance, if not imitating their slaughter, with inspired “lone wolves” already beheading “infidels” in Western nations. And if the administration helped empower jihadis during the “Arab Spring” and in the name of “democracy” in Egypt, Libya, and Syria, it helped the creation of the Islamic State by withdrawing U.S. military forces that were keeping al-Qaeda at bay in Iraq. •The Fifth Phase This will be the point at which an Islamic state, or caliphate, can be declared. The plan is that by this time, between 2013 and 2016, Western influence in the Islamic world will be so reduced and Israel weakened so much, that resistance will not be feared. Al-Qaeda hopes that by then the Islamic state will be able to bring about a new world order. Recall that in 2007 George W. Bush said that “To begin withdrawing [military forces] before our commanders tell us we are ready would be dangerous for Iraq, for the region and for the United States. It would mean surrendering the future of Iraq to Al Qaeda. It would mean that we’d be risking mass killings on a horrific scale. It would mean we allow the terrorists to establish a safe haven in Iraq to replace the one they lost in Afghanistan. It would mean we’d be increasing the probability that American troops would have to return at some later date to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous.” All of these predictions have proven remarkably prescient—not because Bush was a prophet but because U.S intelligence clearly understood the situation in Iraq, and briefed Obama on it just as it did Bush. Yet, in 2011, Obama declared the Iraq war a success and pulled out American troops, leaving the way wide open for the jihadi master plan of resurrecting the caliphate to unfold. •The Sixth Phase Hussein believes that from 2016 onwards there will a period of “total confrontation.” As soon as the caliphate has been declared the “Islamic army” it will instigate the “fight between the believers and the non-believers” which has so often been predicted by Osama bin Laden. This needs clarification. While many assume that the “fight between the believers and the non-believers” is between Muslims and non-Muslims, this is not always the case. Soon after the announcement of the caliphate, the Islamic State made clear that it was in the phase of waging jihad on “apostates” and “hypocrites,” meaning all the “apostate” or “infidel” Arab leaders like Bashar al-Assad, as well as Muslim populations that are insufficiently “Islamic.” It is for this reason that the new caliph took on the name of “Abu Bakr”—the name of the first historic caliph (632-634) whose caliphate was characterized by fighting and bringing back into the fold of Islam all those Arabs who broke away after Muhammad died. Afterwards, when all the Arab tribes were unified under the banner of Islam, the great historic conquests, or jihads against neighboring “infidels,” took place. •The Seventh Phase This final stage is described as “definitive victory.” Hussein writes that in the terrorists’ eyes, because the rest of the world will be so beaten down by the “one-and-a-half billion Muslims,” the caliphate will undoubtedly succeed. This phase should be completed by 2020, although the war shouldn’t last longer than two years. Phase seven remains to be seen, as it is has another five years to go. As for the world being “so beaten down by the one-and-a-half billion Muslims,” actor Ben Affleck reflected this sentiment recently when he kept apologizing for Islam by saying Muslims “are a billion and a half.” At any rate, considering that the preceding phases have all largely come to pass—with a passive West doing nothing to prevent them, that is, when not actively aiding them—there is certainly no good reason to think Western leadership will stop the final phase from occurring: a unified, aggressive, expansionist, and eventually possibly even nuclear armed caliphate preparing to terrorize its neighbors on a grand scale—just like its historic predecessor did for centuries. 18. Why and When was the Myth of al-Aqsa Created? By Dr. Mordechai Kedar November 12, 2014 , 10:00 am How did Jerusalem become so important to Muslims? The importance of Jerusalem for Jews and Christians is beyond dispute, since the connection of this city to Judaism and Christianity is part of universal concepts about history and theology. However, when it comes to modernpolitics, we hear over and over that Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims demand that Jerusalem become the capital of the future Palestinian state, owing to its holiness to Islam. The question is how and when this city became holy to Muslims. When the Prophet Muhammad established Islam, he introduced a minimum of innovations. He employed the hallowed personages, historic legends and sacred sites of Judaism, Christianity, and even paganism, by Islamizing them. Thus, according to Islam, Abraham was the first Muslim and Jesus and St. John (the sons of Miriam, sister of Moses and Aaron) were prophets and guardians of the second heaven. Many Biblical legends (“asatir al-awwalin”), which were familiar to the pagan Arabs before the dawn of Islam, underwent an Islamic conversion, and the Koran as well as the Hadith (the Islamic oral tradition), are replete with them. Islamization was practiced on places as well as persons: Mecca and the holy stone – al-Ka’bah – were holy sites of the pre-Islamic pagan Arabs. The Umayyad Mosque in Damascus and the Great Mosque of Istanbul were erected on the sites of Christian-Byzantine churches – two of the better known examples of how Islam treats sanctuaries of other faiths. Jerusalem, too, underwent the process of Islamization: at first Muhammad attempted to convince the Jews near Medina to join his young community, and, by way of persuasion, established the direction of prayer (kiblah) to be to the north, towards Jerusalem, in keeping with Jewish practice; but after he failed in this attempt he turned against the Jews, killed many of them, and directed the kiblah southward, towards Mecca. Muhammad’s abandonment of Jerusalem explains the fact that this city is not mentioned even once in the Koran. After Palestine was occupied by the Muslims, its capital was Ramle, 30 miles to the west of Jerusalem, signifying that Jerusalem meant nothing to them. Islam rediscovered Jerusalem 50 years after Muhammad’s death. In 682 CE, ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr rebelled against the Islamic rulers in Damascus, conquered Mecca and prevented pilgrims from reaching Mecca for the Hajj. ‘Abd al-Malik, the Umayyad Calif, needed an alternative site for the pilgrimage and settled on Jerusalem which was then under his control. In order to justify this choice, a verse from the Koran was chosen (17,1 = sura 17, verse 1) which states (trans. by Majid Fakhri): “Glory to Him who caused His servant to travel by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque, whose precincts We have blessed, in order to show him some of Our Signs, He is indeed the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.” The meaning ascribed to this verse (see the commentary in al-Jallalayn) is that “the furthest mosque” (al-masgid al-aqsa) is in Jerusalem and that Muhammad was conveyed there one night (although at that time the journey took three days by camel), on the back of al-Buraq, a magical horse with the head of a woman, wings of an eagle, the tail of a peacock, and hoofs reaching to the horizon. He tethered the horse to the Western Wall of the Temple Mount and from there ascended to the seventh heaven together with the angel Gabriel. On his way he met the prophets of other religions who are the guardians of the Seven Heavens: Adam, Jesus, St. John, Joseph, Idris (=Seth?), Aaron, Moses and Abraham who accompanied him on his way to Allah and who accepted him as their master. Thus Islam tries to gain legitimacy over other, older religions, by creating a scene in which the former prophets agree to Muhammad’s mastery, thus making him Khatam al-Anbiya’ (“the Seal of the Prophets”). According to this legend, Islam came to the world in order to replace Judaism and Christianity rather than to live side by side with them. Not surprisingly, this miraculous account contradicts a number of the tenets of Islam: How can a living man of flesh and blood ascend to heaven? How can a mythical creature carry a mortal to a real destination? Questions such as these have caused orthodox Muslim thinkers to conclude that the nocturnal journey was a dream of Muhammad’s. The journey and the ascent serves Islam to “go one better” than the Bible: Moses “only” went up to Mt. Sinai, in the middle of nowhere, and drew close to heaven, whereas Muhammad went all the way up to Allah, and from Jerusalem itself. What are the difficulties with the belief that the al-Aqsa mosque described in Islamic tradition is located in Jerusalem? For one, the people of Mecca, who knew Muhammad well, did not believe this story. Only Abu Bakr, (later the first Caliph), believed him and thus was called al-Siddiq (“the believer”). The second difficulty is that Islamic tradition tells us that al-Aqsa mosque is near Mecca on the Arabian peninsula. This was unequivocally stated in “Kitab al-Maghazi” (Oxford University Press, 1966, vol. 3, pp. 958-9), a book by the Muslim historian and geographer al-Waqidi. According to al-Waqidi, there were two “masjeds” (places of prayer) in al-Gi’irranah, a village between Mecca and Ta’if, one was “the closer mosque” (al-masjid al-adna) and the other was “the further mosque” (al-masjid al-aqsa), and Muhammad would pray there when he went out of town. This description by al-Waqidi which is supported by a chain of authorities (isnad), was not “convenient” for the Islamic propaganda of the 7th century. In order to establish a basis for the awareness of the “holiness” of Jerusalem in Islam, the Caliphs of the Ummayad dynasty invented many “traditions” upholding the value of Jerusalem (known as “fadha’il bayt al-Maqdis”), which would justify pilgrimage to Jerusalem for the faithful Muslims. Thus was al-Masjid al-Aqsa “transported” to Jerusalem. It should be noted that Saladin also adopted the myth of al-Aqsa and those “traditions” in order to recruit and inflame the Muslim warriors against the Crusaders in the 12th century. Another aim of the Islamization of Jerusalem was to undermine the legitimacy of the older religions, Judaism and Christianity, which consider Jerusalem to be a holy city. Islam is presented as the only legitimate religion, destined to replace the other two, because Jews and Christians had changed and distorted (“ghyyarou wa-baddalou”) the Word of God, each in their turn. On the alleged forgeries of the Holy Scriptures, made by Jews and Christians, see the third chapter of: M. J. Kister, “haddithu ‘an bani isra’il wa-la haraja”, IOS 2 (1972), pp. 215-239. Kister quotes dozens of Islamic sources). Though Judaism and Christianity can exist side by side in Jerusalem, Islam regards both of them as betrayals of Allah and his teachings, and has always done, and will continue to do, all in its power to expel both of them from this city. It is interesting to note that this expulsion is retroactive: The Islamic broadcasters of the Palestinian radio stations consistently make it a point to claim that the Jews never had a temple on the Temple Mount and certainly not two temples. (Where, then, according to them, did Jesus preach?) Arafat, himself a secular person (ask the Hamas!), did exactly what the Caliphs of the Umayyad dynasty did 1300 years ago: he marshaled the holiness of Jerusalem to serve his political ends. He could not give control of Jerusalem over to the Jews since according to Islam they are impure and the wrath of Allah is upon them (“al-maghdhoub ‘alayhim”; Koran 1,7, see al-Jalalayn and other commentaries; note that verse numbers may differ slightly in the various editions of the Koran). The Jews are the sons of monkeys and pigs (5,60). (For the idea that Jews are related to pigs and monkeys see, for instance, Musnad al-Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, (Beirut 1969) vol. 3, p. 241. See also pages 348, 395, 397, 421, and vol. 6, p. 135.) The Jews are those who distorted the holy writings which were revealed to them (2,73; 3,72) and denied God’s signs (3,63). Since they violated the covenant with their God (4,154), He cursed them (5,16) and they are forever the inheritors of hell (3,112). So how could Arafat abandon Jerusalem to the Jews? The Palestinian Arab media these days are full of messages of Jihad, calling to broaden the national-political war between Israel and the Palestinians into a religious-Islamic war between the Jews and the Muslims. READ THEIR LIPS: for them Christianity is no better than Judaism, since both “forfeited” their right to rule over Jerusalem. Only Islam – Din al-Haqq (“the Religion of Truth”) – has this right, and forever. This was and still is the leitmotiv in Friday sermons in Palestinian mosques and official media. (Note: photo acccompanying this article is a keffiya showing the hoped-for taking Jerusalem from Israel and the destruction of Israel on the scarf. On the right side it says “Jerusalem is ours” and the left a map that says: “Palestine” with no Israel on the map.) Since the holiness of Jerusalem to Islam has always been, and still is no more than a politically motivated holiness, any Palestinian Arab politician would be putting his political head on the block should he give it up. Must Judaism and Christianity defer to myths related in Islamic texts or allegedly envisioned in Muhammad’s dreams, long after Jerusalem was established as the ancient, real center of these two religions which preceded Islam? Should the world reshape the Middle East map just because Muslims decided to recycle the political problems of the Umayyads 1250 years after the curtain came down on their role in history? 19. This is a SCAM The Bretton Woods System worked well when the USD was as good as Gold. Late 60s early 70s the world got wise that we were running deficits every year. Apollo missions and vietnam were expensive. These other countries wanted out of the dollar and back to gold. So Nixon unilaterally terminated conertability of the USD to gold. Basically gave our Government a blank check. Been running HIGH deficits every year since. Look at the facts Then we see inflation take over. Fed says 2percent is a good thing. WHY? My grandfather raised a family of 8 kids and grandma did not work. He was a small farmer in the midwest Could you do that today? When I was very young my mom did not work Late 70s my mom had to start working. Very typical for many families. Late 80s people were not able to save and keep the same standard of living And in the 90s we BORROWED. Fed says inflation was under 2 % last year LMAO Why do they lie Rock? Because many gov programs are also based are inflationary adjusted. Save them Billions and Billions to lie to us. So the US Government needs to borrow. They sell UST bonds to the Fed which in turn sells along with the UST to foreign investors like China. The money just appears "Poof" Print away We buy our crud from China and pay with USD. If China put into its foreign reserves their currency value would surely reflect this. They would lose an economic edge so they buy Junk UST - IOUs. This is how they manipulate their currency down. So now the US runs another deficit but now they also have to pay the interest from the year before. SO THEY BORROW MORE!!!! Where does it end. The Pyramid just gets larger and larger. Eventually, I believe the pyramid will collapse. We will hyperinflate and the Worlds first Worldwide Fiat currency system will fail Every other fiat currency has eventually failed including seashells. The Fed does not have the Gold IMO. Why was Germany told they could not get their gold reserves back until 2020 Because it does not exist, Only on paper The Fed manipulates the price of this paper gold by buying and selling. Other Central banks follow the Feds direction. This is not conspiracy. These are facts. Just my opinion Rock. I do not trust my local cops. I personally know and I am friends ( kind of ) with the last 3 chiefs of police here. They are all just men and they are corrupt one way or another. Seen it with my own eyes. So why would i trust my government the Fed or the numbers from the CBI. Gotta Go I Brought home some friday paydirt and out panning in the backyard. Looks like I hit a pretty good hole.

  29. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2014 WARNING Bank Deposits Will Soon No Longer Be Considered Money But Paper Investments What does this mean? Kenneth Schortgen Jr explains: From a technical perspective, this is moving in line with Murray Rothbard's perspective on "bank deposit insurance," which he saw as a scam:This weekend the G20 nations will convene in Brisbane, Australia to conclude a week of Asian festivities that began in Beijing for the developed countries and major economies. And on Sunday, the biggest deal of the week will be made as the G20 will formally announce new banking rules that are expected to send shock waves to anyone holding a checking, savings, or money market account in a financial institution. On Nov. 16, the G20 will implement a new policy that makes bank deposits on par with paper investments, subjecting account holders to declines that one might experience from holding a stock or other security when the next financial banking crisis occurs. Additionally, all member nations of the G20 will immediately submit and pass legislation that will fulfill this program, creating a new paradigm where banks no longer recognize your deposits as money, but as liabilities and securitized capital owned and controlled by the bank or institution. In essence, the Cyprus template of 2011 will be fully implemented in every major economy, and place bank depositors as the primary instrument of the next bailouts when the next crisis occurs... For most Americans with savings or checking accounts in federally insured banks, normal FDIC rules on deposit insurance are still in play, but anyone with over $250,000 in any one account, or held offshore, will have their money automatically subject to bankruptcy dispursements from the courts based on a much lower rank of priority, and a much lower percentage of return. This also includes business accounts, money market accounts, and any depository investments such as a certificate of deposit (CD)... after Sunday at the G20 meeting, the risks of holding any cash in a bank or financial institution will have to be weighed as heavily and with as much determination of risk as if you were holding a stock or municipal bond, which could decline in an instant should the financial environment bring a crisis even remotely similar to that of 2008. Thus, the removal of protection for large depositors is eliminating the scam at this tier. It is, in other words, cutting down on moral hazard. However, I do not suspect that the world's governments have suddenly found Jesus/Rothbard. I suspect what is going on here is that the government is fully aware that this change will create a separation between bank deposits and government securities. Government securities, especially short-term paper, will become a safer investment than large banks deposits. This will drive funds away from banks and private sector lending and push funds into the direction of government sponsored debt (where there will be continued back up for such debt of the money printing presses). HT to William Bergman who emails: About 15 years ago I got the "Best Manuscript" award at an academic accounting conference for a paper titled "Accounting for Money." I made the argument that fair value accounting principles were being introduced inconsistently, in that cash and cash equivalents were escaping unscathed. 37. When you keep trying to repair a leaky dam (filled with BS no less) with bits of bubblegum, eventually that strategy is going to backfire. People can only listen to fairy-tales for so long before they wake up one day and begin to question the sanity of the guru comments, then when they have no way to ask a realistic question (like where's the RV you gurus promised last week). resentment grows until it finally reaches a boiling point and it seems that recraps is finally admitting they can't take the heat in the kitchen anymore. I suspect that the "good" folks @ recraps (/sarc) have finally reached the point where they can no longer contain the massive pressure wave of disgruntled "investors" as the proverbial dam crumbles upon them. Eventually, every one of these hype-notists (sic) will be exposed for their particular flavors of snake oil and hopium they are peddling and from all of the recent whining by the recraps staff, it seems that the curtain is about to fall sooner than later. Yes, poofness (James) died while waiting for this RV and the so-called "prosperity programs". His legacy has been resurrected by a character called "ZAP", whos' "intel" is just as fragile and sadistic in it's delivery to his intended (financially desperate) audience as poof ever was. All of this "intel" looks more and more everyday like nothing more than a huge psyop by some large financial cartel or possibly a dark underground intelligence operation whose goal is to strip (fleece) as many of the "sheeple" they can before this eventually blows up in their face. With the dollar all but worthless and oil at $76 a barrel and futures only at $80 a barrel all the way out to December 2020, it is plain to see that there is not any way to pay for any kind of "real" RV with anything but fiat currency. Therefore, one should ask just what the "gurus" (and their bosses) are really investing those dinar-sale dollars in because it certainly is not oil. Nothing adds up and recraps sees the handwriting on the wall, but still won't admit the truth until it kills them. R.I.P. recraps, thanks for nothing...
