I know this is Saturday and many people have things to do but all of the readers on here needs to read this and really think about this because it is effecting us all or is going to in time. First let me say that if you do not care about going to heaven, you do not care to know Jesus, and you absolutely refuse to except that the only way to heaven is through God's son then you should stop here before you are offended. If you are Muslim I feel bad for you if your one of the ones who can't live in peace with others of another faith. If you think that you can come over here and change this Christian nation into your ways and faith let it be known that it will not happen. The American people learned centuries ago to live in peace with other faith's if they did the same. Live and let live, but it seems Islam has America in its sights as a golden prize to take over here.....It's not going to happen If you are a non believer and yes there is a difference between a non believer and an Atheist, then you should start wondering how long God will let mankind stay upon this earth with all its wickedness of evil going on. If you have even read the story of Noah then you know that first God told Noah that he was sorry he ever made mankind because of the ways that man acted . Noah was the one who persuaded God to forgive man, so God brought the flood to cleanse the earth of its evil people. Then he promised Noah he would never destroy the earth again by water. Next time it would be by fire. Now lets address a non believer and an Atheist.....A non believer is someone who is confused, who hasn't made up their mind yet as to the truth. They know there is a higher power but they can't wrap their heads around the misunderstandings that man has brought upon others. After years of misfit wolves in sheep clothing preaching the Gospel then getting caught doing wrong, or preachers watering down the Bible messages to not step on any ones toe's then calling on everyone for money offering prayers for them. The list of wrongs are never ending and to someone who is in desire to want to know God is left standing along because their trust has been broken, so they live as a non believer and sometimes they are eager to believe in something they fall into the wrong beliefs......An Atheist is a person that has already condemned God and his glory not wanting any part of it from some point in their life that wronged them or didn't get what they wanted at the time. A true Atheist is one who will live their lives committing wrongful acts in life because they do not have a conscience of conviction. They Mock God without ever knowing Jesus and his love for mankind. I know there are people who have said they once were in church and believed only to fall out and take the non committed way. They are closer to God than they think. Why am I writing this because while I was vacant from this site I seen and heard things from mankind that told me to dig deeper for a meaning. Our lives are on a time period determined by God and no other. America has become the target of Islam with Atheists helping. More and more people are falling away from God and Jesus because of many reasons when they should be drawing closer. God cannot change a heart with no conscience. The Bible say's "Broad is the way to Destruction and many will go there in but narrow is the way to heaven and few will reach it." The world has to much to offer and that small voice inside has been turned off. That small voice was God trying not to override your free will of choice but telling you when evil was present....Free will of choice was a great gift from God to us all, but it will also be the very thing that sends people to their eternal doom. America was once a proud nation that served God and we prospered, now America does not want to offend mankind but will offend God and we are going down. The scripture in proverbs is never becoming more clear than now......WE SHALL REAP WHAT WE SOW. God wants no one to be sent into Judgment without him but he also knew that many would be by the lives that they refused to change.This is what I have observed and this is my opinion and none other.......if someone does not want to agree with this, that's fine at least you know now. I have recently noticed several others responding to posts that they too would prefer the lies labeled as rumors by the same posters not be allowed as well. The Exchange Rate of Foreign Currency in Economic Feasibility Studies Below are the central controls related to the exchange rate of the foreign currency to convert the project inputs and outputs from foreign currency to its equivalent in the local currency, and that is by calculating the net discounted present value standard and the internal return on investments in economic analysis that governs investment projects that costs excess one million dinars. Estimate the shadow price of foreign currency: It is necessary to put central controls to amend the official exchange rate * to reflect the shadow price of the foreign currency, and that is considered one of the necessary requirements to implement the net discounted present value standard and the internal return rate on investment in the economic calculation stated in the instructions, paragraph nine. The central controls for adjusting market prices distinguished a group of outputs and inputs traded internationally, where the projects production or usage of them is reflected on the abundance of foreign currency in the economy and thus project outputs or inputs used of such are considered purely foreign currency outputs or inputs. * What is meant by exchange rate: the number of units of foreign currency, expressed in dollar per one dinar. In particular the following outputs and inputs of foreign currency were distinguished: Export-outputs. Outputs marketed locally that substitute imports. Imported inputs. Inputs produced locally that usually go to exports. Foreign labor. According to the pricing rules the value of the output and input (traded) is calculated using export prices (FOB) and import prices (CIF), according to what is listed in the pricing rules. In other words the pricing rules calculate what the project produces from foreign currency (quantity of exports multiplied by the export price (FOB) in foreign currency or the quantity of substitute imports multiplied by the import price (CIF) in foreign currency, as well as what the project uses from foreign currency and imported inputs multiplied by the import price (CIF) in foreign currency .... etc.). In a later step, project outputs and inputs must be converted from the foreign currency to its equivalent in local currency (dinars) by using a specific exchange rate for the foreign currency. Justifications for exchange-rate adjustment: there are a number of important and powerful arguments which support the view that the official exchange rate reduces the real value of foreign currency for purposes of calculating the economic national profitability for investment projects and hence for the purposes of investment planning. It is demonstrated in this context to call for assessing the dinar for less than (3.208) dollar (official exchange rate) when assessing project outputs and inputs of traded goods of exports, substitute imports and imports... etc. The justifications to call for the use of an exchange rate that is lower than the official exchange rate are: The use of an exchange rate that is lower than the official rate is the appropriate action at the investment planning level to translate the country’s economic strategy aiming at stimulating central investments in the sectors that encourage the development of non-oil exports, as well as sectors that encourage the expansion of domestic production base in order to reduce imports and compensate it with local commodities. This helps to reduce reliance on foreign exchange earnings from crude oil exports and increases the share of non-oil sectors in the local production. The application of the amended exchange rate on project imported inputs will assist in directing investments away from aggregated sectors dependent on imported inputs and the preference of those sectors that rely on locally produced inputs. The use of the amended exchange rate helps to correct the balance in favor of the traded goods sectors compared to non-traded goods. The real exchange rate has declined rapidly since the early seventies, through rapid rise of the level of prices and local costs which led by the steadiness of the official exchange rate to change in prices and actual local rate costs that gave an advantage for imported goods at the expense of locally produced goods, meaning that it led to deterioration of the competitiveness of alternative replacement goods and export commodities. This action shows that the official exchange rate overestimates the value of the dinar, compared to the foreign currency and from the promoting goods substituting imports and export commodities point of view of. And in support to this view is the state’s utilization and in a broad approach to the customs and quantitative protection policies especially for consumer goods, as well as export subsidies that exports have through an amended export exchange rate. Estimate the amended exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to be used in technical and economical feasibility studies and for (1.134) dollar per dinar. This price should be approved for 3 years until re-appreciation by the competent authorities.

Mike Pompeo, a graduate of West Point and an Army veteran, said in a Friday statement. ”It is completely irresponsible for the president to turn his back on every American’s First Amendment rights by furloughing military contract clergy.” Added Pompeo: “The President’s strategy during the slowdown, just as during the sequestration, is to create as much pain as possible. According to this MoFA bulletin, GRU intelligence assests were notified by their Pentagon counterparts this past week that President Barack Obama is preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection” thus allowing him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and invoke the highly controversial “continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, in essence, to rule with supreme powers. Specifically, this bulletin says, Obama will invoke 50 USC § 212 that states: “ the President shall have declared by proclamation that the laws of the United States are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings” The specific laws being opposed by these “combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,” that Obama will outline in his reasoning’s for declaring a state of emergency, this bulletin continues, are the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), otherwise known as Obamacare. The NDAA is opposed by many US States, this bulletin says, with California joining Alaska and Virginia this past week in passing a law making it illegal to be enforced in their territory, and with many other States, also, preparing to do the same. The specific portions of the NDAA law being opposed by these US States allows for the indefinite detention without charges or trial of all American citizens and allows for their assassination should Obama order it. The PPACA (Obamacare) law is, likewise, opposed by over half of the US States and has led to an American “shutdown” this past week that has closed 15% of their government, but has left fully 85% of it still open. To the specific “combinations too powerful” Obama will cite in his declaration of National Emergency as being needed to be defeated by extraordinary measures, the MoFA says, is a faction of the US House of Representatives popularly known as the Republican Tea Party whom the President and his allies have likened to “hostage takers” and “political terrorists.” Obama’s greatest fear, and reason(s) for declaring a National State of Emergency, this bulletin continues, was outlined yesterday by his US Treasury Department who released a report yesterday warning of potentially “catastrophic” damage should Congress fail to raise the debt ceiling and prevent the government from defaulting on its debt. As the current US government shutdown crisis and debt ceiling fight have now merged, the MoFA warns in this bulletin, Obama further warned yesterday that an impasse on the debt ceiling beyond 17 October, when the US government will be essentially out of cash to pay its bills, could start a downward economic plunge worse than the recession of five years ago – with credit markets seizing up, the dollar’s value plummeting and US interest rates soaring and even coming close to the brink of such an unprecedented default that could roil both domestic and foreign financial markets. Preparing to oppose Obama, should he, in fact, declare a National State of Emergency, the GRU grimly warns, is the US military who themselves are preparing to invoke 50 USC § 842 which allows them to protect America from “The Communist Party of the United States, or any successors of such party regardless of the assumed name, whose object or purpose is to overthrow the Government of the United States, or the government of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof…” Not known to many Americans is that the Progressive movement Obama belongs to, and whose media acolyte “presstitutes” swept into office, have long been associated with the Communist Party. Drew, Ph.D., the award-winning political scientist, met Obama in 1980 and wrote in 2011: “[Obama] believed that the economic stresses of the Carter years meant revolution was still imminent. We need to somehow purge what we have and reboot the whole system. Leaders should always lead by example, for the right of respect, and the right of leadership to begin with. Our so called leaders that we have now seem more interested in theatrics and comedy than we the people (the tax payers!). If they keep it up... there going to take out small business, the will to work, and free enterprise altogether. I truly love this country...but I'm leaving it if, or when that happens ( I pray it doesn't!). So many have left and cashed out already, paid double down taxes on their money just to get out. As a small business owner like many here, I'm tired of it and think we deserve better.

OK I think it time for the old man to chime in here, I remember when I got in to the dinar back in late 2010 & the IMF was talking about doing an econominc review of Iraq to see what rate could be held. In Feb 2011 the IMF put out their report which showed they could support a $2.20 rate. Now thing may have change since than it could be higher or it could be lower. But the main fact in all this is Iraq's centeral bank will make the call on what it comes out at. So think of it as a low rate like a penny & be supprised if it comes out higher. we will get there someday just not today & don't make me turn this car around & take you home.
