  2. CNN. Broadcasting From A Hot Dog Cart Where TonyTNT Is Loading Up On Chili Dogs To Retaliate ! Steve: Greetings PD Members, Boy you guys are fast. I tried to quick create a post and then hide it until it was finished, but some of you saw it. As you are all aware, we do not post updates just for the heck of it or chats so we can satisfy our paying members, oops, this is a free site last time I looked. I would like to share some information regarding our investment. Take this information and share it, bash it, trash it, make fun if it, or whatever you wish to do with it, but regardless of your intentions, we are only sharing what is passed on to us by our contacts. ... This information is coming from several sources that have seen and heard this on various media outlets, so if you are looking for a link, well, go do your our own due diligence. I did comment in several posts regarding why this has not happened yet, and I think it is very clear that other sources other than Iraq has something to do with the outcome. For example, there was a post asking what is next or who has the final say. I responded by saying the IMF. I appears that the comment was factual. Also, no one really knew what agencies prior to this was required for a final approval. Sort of like a chain of commands, you have to accomplish x,y,z and then when each accomplishment is achieved, then and only then does it go to the next level. Our goal is to say very little but make what we do share count regardless of any outcome rather it be about a date of this event or rate of the investment. Please remember, we are not TerryK, or the new want to be Tony (by the way was a part of this site from the conception). We are about sharing what our sources are hearing and being told. If you put this into a real perspective, you really only have two (2) choices. You either believe at some point in time in your lifetime that what you purchased will increase in value, or you just spent money on something you would rather bash and trash and not have any faith. For those that have elected in the second option I will tell you that all of the daily predictors that it will happen any day caused this. For those that do believe in this realize that at some point in time that Iraq will have to have a currency worth more than what it is now to achieve economic status as an Icon or leader in the economy. Now we need to move on to the good stuff. A member did verify that the IMF had final approval. Come to find out, this was spot on. Here is some awesome news from Ray and his contacts, (by the way, confirmed for several other sources): Ray: Steve, Was talking to a contact of mine in Baghdad and got the following info. He said, according to various media reports, that the World Bank gave their approval to the CBI for the revalue. He also stated that the IMF gave their approval yesterday. He also stated that an area is being built in Baghdad for the media that is coming for some big announcement being made sometime next week. He also said that there are banking officials from various countries that are constantly coming and going to the CBI. The people are still being told daily that the rv is imminent. I know a lot of people are saying that the UN will be making the announcement of the rv. I remember Maliki saying a few years ago that he would be the one making the announcement. Maybe this is the time, finally. I hope to have more news in the next few days. Blessings. Ray Steve: I also remember Maliki wanting to announce this event and I have it in print but need some time to search for in my archives. It does appear that we as investors in this country are closer than ever. I refuse to say (unlike the others) that it will be next week, or the week thereafter, but I can assure you, it will be in the very near future. All I can do is pray that you all just let it come to you and be excited when it does. Listen up, if Iraq does not do what they agreed to they can and will be moved from Chapter VI back to Chapter VII. I think they get the message. Until then, you are all in my prayers. Please do start preparing for the next chapter in your lives. God Bless each and every one of you. SteveI Steve: Now what you all should be aware of, do not believe the negative press. We are on the right track. Blessings, Steve expect more, on 20 Jul 2013 - 5:45 PM, said: Good evening All, I seldom post, mostly, because there is a plethora of really smart people on this forum. Additionally, this is an investment for me and I only get excited when an investment matures. I really support everything Steve and Ray are alluding to. I have a contact in the US Treasury that told me that an RV would not occur without the IMF signing off. My contact carries significant weight with me. For clarity, I am professionally involve in the banking and financial services sector on a domestic and international basis. I made a phone call to my contact from Treasury, (moments ago - this person is a personal friend) and the response was it is eminent and has been since the lifting of the Chapter 7 but now the steam is mounting and the pressure to get the Dinar revalued is very high outside of Iraq and the PD (hehehe). This person told me about the lifting of the Chapter 7 before it happened and what the vote count would be. My contact was clear that without IMF approval no RV would take place. I also am hesitant to post because people often want verification and proof. Few realize, that nothing is ever for sure. If I pass tomorrow a RV on Monday would mean nothing to me. Besides, this is the Middle East and stuff happens. All that being said, it would be a good idea for you to "expect more" the coming days. It would also be a good idea to remember to breathe it help keep perspective. Steve and Ray I appreciate your hard work you guys are Rock Stars expect more Steve: Thank you for the kind words. Your comments are so spot on and true. It is what it is and we let the rest determine the facts of not believed. Blessings Steve jpr108, on 20 Jul 2013 - 7:09 PM, said: Wow, What a great update! Thank you Steve and Ray for always bringing us honest, factual information. It is always appreciated. fyb STEVE: You are very welcome. All we can do is share regardless of the outcome. We will not promote a false hope, but rather, get ready for the next phase of your lives. Blessings, Steve

  3. I had a weird coincidence that happened to me last Thursday. I have been praying constantly about the dinar not to "L0P" and was really wanting God to just show me a sign, something tangible. Well I decided to help out another Manager this past Thursday. I went to her branch which this was the first time myself going to this one. Halfway in the day there were two ladies with the cloth over there head and a dumb redneck (of course) was talking to them about shoving husseins head in the ground. Well the ladies wanted to open an account. I figured they were probably from Iraq since the idiot before them came in aggravating them. The mom couldn't speak much English but the daughter could. I figured heck why not so I asked her if they had any dinar. She said her mom didn't but she still had some. So I asked her if she ever thought it would revalue, she said it was STRANGE that I should ask that. She said that her mom had a vision a while ago that the dinar's value was reinstated. She reminded me that it use to be 3 to 1 which I knew. Some people might think it's just a coincidence, but I've NEVER seen any Middle East people come inside my branch and I've worked at this bank for 10 years. Also this is the first time I've worked at this particular branch. Some will shrug it off...but I think it was God telling me once again to have faith in him. The chances of that happening are just so slim. They were really nice as well. I'm a big Christian so I was using God and jesus in about every sentence but they didn't say anything. One thing I did find interesting was that she was mad at the redneck disrespecting Saddam. She said he did some evil things but was always good towards their people. She mentioned about them not having any electricity when they use to visit her brother a few years back. She said also she thought it was the govt bombing their own people to keep them quiet (the articles mentioning the poor state of their currency). She didn't care much for Maliki...she said Barzani should of been president, much better for her people. Just thought I'd throw this story out here. I know some don't have much faith and it's understandable with how long we've waited. I believe though that God wants to test our faith to see how much we really will follow him. Some will sell their dinar and get out, others will hold on. Where men can't do things...my God can...and to some the 2 Iraqi ladies coming in were just coincidence....to me....it was God renewing my faith. Anything is possible in this investment...go RV!

  6. We think the Iraqis are nuts. Here we are trying to decipher what the Iraqis are conveying in a language written in a completely different script, written left to right, uses inflection in many cases for meaning which completely change the meaning of a word or sentence, they use about 2/3s the symbols that we use, and we are reading a translation of Arabic from a computer generated program called Google. Not to mention we have spent three pages doing it and a myriad of opinions and expertise in decimal points and math. We all need a hobby. Yahtzee anyone?

  8. Ya know I've learned a few things along the way and one of them is that when this rv is announced there are about 25% of the people here that will still not believe it. They will either call it a l o p, or a glitch of some kind. But it wont be an rv. To look at life in this manner is how come America has been over run by wimps. Sure we may be in for a longer ride but you know what, I will keep looking toward the hope of tomorrow. No matter how many tomorrows that may be. I will live life to the fullest and seek the joy in not only the things I may have but also in the possibilities of the things to come. When you're so scared to consider the wonderful outcome of something simply because you may be let down, then you are defeated indeed.

  9. i dont get the line it will rv after hcl .. can any one explain what a hcl law has to do with the countrys value of their curency ... the hcl monies will certainly be deistrbuted on a percentlie basis , not an amount of dinars and or the value of the payment ststem .. the oil in iraq is nationalized and should be distributed evenly and not more to the areas where the oil comes from and less for those who live in areas where theres no oil .. i can just about guarentee thats the entire hold up ..the kurds want more than an equal share based on population.. that is why the kurds dont want a census ,, but nothing fair can happen as far as the devision of the funds until the census is completed .. they can have the hcl done.. but they need the census to know how much each area gets .... the rest of the costs incurred with the actual drilling , dilevery , and clean up of the mess delivery system should be handled through bagdad .. the kurds are eventually going to have to accept the fact that all the oil is controlled through bagdad ..and kurdistan is part of iraq and kurdistan is not a country inside of iraqi borders people do say alot it wont happen till the hcl law is passed .. but i dont see a logical explaination as to why they say that the hcl law may never reach an agreement ... i just dont see what it has to do with the exchange rate of a piece of currency ..

  10. Stories like this make me ill to the core... If this boy had grown up in a conventional home with a female mother and a male father he could have grown up to be the one man in this country to become president and reverse this world from it's destructive path...but now he has been brain washed to the point that this child can no longer accept himself as a potential great man and has to mutilate himself to feel normal...I'm all for being who you want to be but not giving a child an honest chance in life as who he was born as is a tragedy in itself...

  17. Stryker Blog Update - 07/20/2013 IRAQ 2013 ARTICLE IV CONSULTATION July 2013 I will summarize just a few interesting parts but feel free to read all the report as needed. The word Note: is used to express my thoughts and highlights are underlined Adequacy of international reserves Monetary measures: Particularly in countries with open capital accounts, the reserve coverage of the monetary base is useful to reflect the foreign exchange demand potentially arising from the conversion of commercial bank deposits. The coverage of foreign exchange deposits indicates the capacity to meet the banking system’s liquidity needs in case of a crisis. In Iraq, owing to the high level of reserves and the limited financial development, end-2012 CBI net foreign exchange reserves covered 122 percent of reserve money and 104 percent of broad money, or approximately four times foreign exchange deposits. In principle, therefore, the CBI reserves would be enough to cover the complete dollarization of the economy. Additionally, a large part of deposits are owned by government agencies and state-owned enterprises, making them less vulnerable to confidence crises. Comparison with peers: A regional cross-country comparison shows that the current level of reserves as a percentage of GDP is comparable to its closest peers. Stryker Note: Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and the UAE just to name a few for you! Please see chart on page 33 Exchange rate developments and assessment 7. The real effective exchange rate has appreciated over the last three years. Stryker Note: When you read real effective exchange rate in the report please keep in mind that they are talking about the real effective rate set by the CBI, according to the type of exchange rate system that they are running in Iraq. We are expecting the CBI to be changing this exchange rate regime prior to them going global with their economy. Stryker Note: In this report I will point out that they refer to Iraq having an appreciation of their exchange rate 12 and 7 percent respectively as you will see below. This means that their exchange rate regime is considered a Float and what I have been explaining by the Float of Orbit. Dollars are sold and dinars come in through the daily auctions which IMO is a Dirty Float, hence an artificial exchange rate being driven by an artificial economy that can be changed to reflect their real value when the time is right. the real and nominal effective exchange rates have appreciated 12 and 7 percent respectively. 8. Competitiveness is mixed: The oil sector is extremely competitive as the cost of producing oil—below $5 per barrel--is among the lowest in the world. At these levels, neither the real exchange rate level (which in any case has a limited impact on production costs) nor international oil price volatility has any effect on the oil sector’s competitiveness. 9. A quantitative assessment of the real exchange rate using the CGER methodology is problematic. Applying the quantitative methodology is restricted by data limitations. Furthermore, given Iraq’s turbulent recent history, it is difficult to anchor the analysis to a recent representative period where broad macroeconomic aggregates, including the real exchange rate, were in equilibrium. Of the three standard Consultative Group on Exchange Rates (CGER)-methodologies (macroeconomic balance approach, equilibrium real exchange approach, and the external sustainability approach), these constraints limit a quantitative analysis to the external sustainability approach. 10. The external sustainability approach confirms the broad alignment of the exchange rate with fundamentals. Estimates using this methodology suggest that the current account norm is a surplus of 3 percent of GDP. In comparison, under the staff’s baseline medium term baseline projection, the average current account surplus is 4 percent of GDP. Therefore, the estimated undervaluation of the real exchange rate is close to 10 percent. Given the large margins of errors, these calculations suggest that the real exchange rate is in line with economic fundamentals. Stryker Note: Once again they are talking about the real exchanged rate that they show at the CBI in comparison to the parallel rate in the local market. Which are the market imbalances within the Iraq and with this increase real exchange rate as they call it, it is in line with economic fundamentals. According to the way they run their internal market system IMO. 11. In the medium term, the increase in oil revenues might lead to an appreciation f the real exchange rate. Appendix III. Iraq: Debt Sustainability Analysis 1. Iraq’s external debt burden continues to ease owing to progress in regularizing Saddam-era external claims. As of end-2012, total external debt was $60 billion (28 percent of GDP). In 2010, an agreement with China extinguished $6.7 billion out of total claims of $8.5 billion and rescheduled the remainder balance on terms broadly comparable to those of the Paris Club. In 2011, $0.1 billion of small claim commercial debt (i.e., original individual claims below $35 million) was extinguished through deep-discount buy-back operations and in 2012 Algeria agreed to cancel fully its claims of $0.4 billion. With these operations, an estimated $42 billion of claims to non-Paris Club bilateral and small claim commercial creditors remains to be restructured. 2. As of end-2012, total restructured and new external debt amounted to $18.2 billion (8.5 percent of GDP). Under the staff’s baseline scenario, it is assumed that remaining previous-regime bilateral claims are regularized and rescheduled on Paris Club-comparable terms in 2013 and remaining small claim commercial debt are bought back in 2014. By end-2018, total debt is projected to be $20.9 billion (5.6 percent of GDP). Stryker Note: It looks to me that Iraq has its debt arranged but I am still reading. This is enough for now but I will continue to break this down for our members. Have a great day, Stryker

That was beautiful mate Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you. A positive attitude is most easily arrived at through a deliberate and rational analysis of what’s required to manifest unwavering positive thought patterns. First, reflect on the actual, present condition of your mind. In other words, is the mind positive or not? We’ve all met individuals who perceive themselves as positive people but don’t appear as such. Since the mind is both invisible and intangible, it’s therefore easier to see the accurate characteristics of the mind through a person’s words, deeds, and posture. For example, if we say, “It’s absolutely freezing today! I’ll probably catch a cold before the end of the day!” then our words expose a negative attitude. But if we say, “The temperature is very cold” (a simple statement of fact), then our expressions, and therefore attitude, are not negative. Sustaining an alert state in which self-awareness becomes possible gives us a chance to discover the origins of negativity. In doing so, we also have an opportunity to arrive at a state of positiveness, so that our words and deeds are also positive, making others feel comfortable, cheerful, and inspired “It takes time, patience, productivity and persistence to 'pop the oil'; just keep digging. Worthy investments take time to show positive returns.”

  25. Upon contacting my local branch to try and get a better understanding of what was going on today, I was informed that the "shutdown" should not effect peoples day to day banking...other than certain online capabilities. They process going on involves all government as well as banking computers across the globe. The person I spoke with could not give me any further info...their words were "I have no idea what it is exactly... I'm just telling you what we were told this past week". Now, if this process involves government, treasury, banks, etc...then this is more than routine maintenance! But, like I was told...the branch managers, presidents and vp's at the branch level don't have any further info than what they were given during this past week. They were notified well in advance of the situation...and also, when I asked about the message on my mobile app that told of the possible loss of services due to this so called "scheduled maintenance"...I was told that no one at that level could answer any of that due to the fact that the online and mobile operations are handled by a totally different group outside of the local sector. "Expect changes after the completion of this process" was the only info given to the vice President of investment at my local chase branch. This was her words ..word for word. She did not know what "changes" to expect...but will receive further information prior to business hours on Monday per corporate communication. (I was not told if this was via email, phone call, etc)..Anyway, nothing was mentioned about the dinar...or anything else for that matter...it seemed as if they were as much in the dark as I am. Just thought I'd share what I was told at 1:30pm EST. God Bless!

  29. 7/20/2013 MPs from the ruling State of Law Coalition and the Kurdistan Alliance confirmed the presence of positive vibes between the federal government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in Erbil regarding the possibility of passing the Oil and Gas Law, which governs the management of oil wealth in the country. The law is supposed to be passed during the current legislative session, which ends in early 2014. However, the MPs preferred to maintain discretion regarding information on the final draft of the law. A high-ranking source in the office of Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki told Al-Monitor that “Prime Minister Maliki and KRG President Massoud Barzani discussed during the latter’s latest visit to Baghdad an amended draft of the Oil and Gas Law and agreed on showing it to their partners, so that it can soon be passed in the Iraqi parliament, before the current legislative session ends in early 2014.” However, the federal government and the semi-autonomous KRG disagree on oil and its imports in the northern provinces. While Baghdad demands that the agreements with foreign and local companies on the drilling operations happen with its knowledge and that the region send the export revenues to the federal government, the Kurdistan region wants the federal government to pay the dues of oil companies working for it, before requiring oil revenues to be sent to Baghdad. The Oil and Gas Draft Law has undergone several amendments since 2011, but it has not received the needed consensus yet.

  43. God Bless! It is fast becoming something more than just a cowinkidink. Hopefully tomorrow will tell us something good.
