  1. *Board limits amount of emoticons so some lol's replaced by: (emoticon here) Topic: OFFICIAL CHAT NOW no typing [Adam Montana] I'm going to go over a couple things [Adam Montana] give you my updated thoughts of where we are [Adam Montana] then pluMmet has kindly offered to give me the questions from the members [Adam Montana] so if everyone could please just sit on your hands for a bit, I'll type as fast as possible [Adam Montana] get these questions answered [Adam Montana] and we can all get on with our day [Adam Montana] First thing I need to address is all the commotion over my .10-1.00 theory [Adam Montana] I know I ruffled some feathers when I said anyone with any brains doesn't say it could come out over $1 [Adam Montana] and a few people, rightly so, questioned whether I had ever researched Iraq [Adam Montana] well [Adam Montana] I HAVE researched Iraq, coincidentally! [Adam Montana] [Adam Montana] but I say they "rightly" questioned my statement [Adam Montana] because I chose my wording a little carelessly [Adam Montana] I believe they COULD come out over a dollar [Adam Montana] based on their natural resources, ability to produce goods, ability to maintain a stable rate, and their ability to continue making great progress and improvement as a new, secure, stable, and productive country [Adam Montana] but I don't think they WOULD come out over a dollar, even though I think they can sustain it [Adam Montana] see, my theory is based on BUSINESS. I think they are most likely to come out lower, in order to make money on the exchanges as the Dinar gains in value [Adam Montana] I think they MIGHT come out at a dollar, just to immediately be on par - have "parity" with the USD, which would make it very easy to switch the entire country to a "Dinar Majority" for consumers and business [Adam Montana] but I DOUBT they would ever come out higher, because they don't NEED to. They can come out at a dime to a dollar and increase the value to $3 or higher [Adam Montana] and they PROFIT more if they start it lower [Adam Montana] if they start TOO low, they wouldn't accomplish much, in fact it could shoot them in the foot [Adam Montana] but starting high doesn't make sense, when it's plain as day they would be losing profits from the exchanges as the dinar increases [Adam Montana] so, I hope that clears it up [Adam Montana] I know a lot of people are hoping for a $3 RV [Adam Montana] but let's be realistic [Adam Montana] Iraq doesn't need to come out that high [Adam Montana] they can come out at a dollar, and you might kick a few things on the way to the bank [Adam Montana] but you'll smile while you're kicking [Adam Montana] ok, PluMmet- fire away! First one please [pluMmet] fnbplanet Thanks Adam! What part do you think the troop withdrawal will play in regards to the RV? addressed that at length a couple weeks ago [Adam Montana] so I won't dwell too long on it [Adam Montana] summary: I think it's a good thing, and I think the timing is in our favor. [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] jas428 I'll just get it out of the way to save everyone the trouble....Is Thanksgiving really still looking positive for the RV or have you changed your mind due to any unforeseen circumstances? [Adam Montana] Good question! [Adam Montana] Nothing "unforeseen" has popped up [Adam Montana] I'm still hopeful that SOMETHING will happen before then [Adam Montana] we have a few key meetings between now and then [Adam Montana] and then I think December 12 there are talks scheduled about Chapter 7 [Adam Montana] I think it makes sense to remove the remaining sanctions quietly, in the middle of the night, to prevent further speculation on the Dinar [Adam Montana] so I am expecting to see it lifted several days to a week BEFORE important talks are scheduled [Adam Montana] and that still leaves room for right around Thanksgiving, a little before or possibly after [Adam Montana] the unfortunate thing for that time line is we know there was already one delayed and one canceled meeting [Adam Montana] but there is still time [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] magawatt I'm concerned about the possibility of the CBI imposing "cash-in windows" post RV where after a set time they won't accept 25K, 10K or 5K bills. I recall discussions about this where we were reassured that a currency can't be invalidated, only taken out of circulation (as was the USD $100,000 bill). I understand that Iraq is a sovereign state, but aren't there IMF rules for that sort of thing? And if the US has bizillions of dinar wouldn't it be a good bet they are of the "000" variety? [Adam Montana] magawatt, good question [Adam Montana] The IMF doesn't have specific rules that relate to the Dinars - these things are done on a case-by-case basis [Adam Montana] so it could happen either way [Adam Montana] there is a fair amount of counterfeit dinar in circulation, which is one reason to impose a limited time to cash in [Adam Montana] when the RV is announced, everyone involved (bankers, CBI, etc) will be very vigilant and will catch most of the counterfeits [Adam Montana] but the longer time goes on, the harder it will be to maintain control of things [Adam Montana] so the easiest solution is to impose a time limit [Adam Montana] obviously that's not ideal for us, but I'm not here to talk clowns and balloons [Adam Montana] I'm here to talk reality. If it comes out at a dime, and you have 15 days to cash in - just accept your profit, thank whoever told you about the dinar, and be happy [Adam Montana] heck [Adam Montana] even if it goes the other way - money isn't what makes the world go around. So be happy either way [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] luckyone Hi Adam. I have been reading more and more about the dreaded bunny-ear. I don't want to read into things too much, so I was wondering if at this point are you still anticipating there won't be a bunny-ear and what are the possible chances of one. If they were to RD I thought it would make since to RV low and give you a time limit on cashing in at that rate before the notes are no longer valid because in that case everyone wins, but this could just be wishful thinking. Thanks. [Adam Montana] hey lucky - there's a LOT of information in the lo-p section of the forum [Adam Montana] if anyone told you it was impossible, they don't know what they are talking about/ It is ALWAYS a possibility. [Adam Montana] I don't think it is likely, and that's why I'm invested [Adam Montana] but at the same time, to add a pinch of reality to the recipe [Adam Montana] I believe it will come out lower, such as .10, and I believe we will have a limited time to cash in. [Adam Montana] therefore, I've spent a lot of money researching and building plans to further my investment after the RV - tax deferrals, reinvestments, and so on [Adam Montana] I know someone asked about VIP in the question thread [Adam Montana] The above is just part of the benefit [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] BrokeNoMore Hi and THX Adam. Can you tell us what has changed since last week to bring us closer to RV, and what is still left to be accomplished, and the time frames expected and circumstances necessary for these things to be accomplished? [Adam Montana] brokenomore, nothing has changed since last week. Stil left to be accomplished: HCL and/or Chapter 7. Most likely both of them within hours or days of each other. [Adam Montana] I will not be surprised to see it happen on the same day! [Adam Montana] As far as a time frame, I don't see any reason left to delay any further [Adam Montana] which is why I'm excited about something soon, hopefully even before Thanksgiving [Adam Montana] but the other end of the time line - "How much LONGER could this go?" [Adam Montana] that one is impossible to answer, because there is no "mandatory" RV date [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] cooked Maybe I'm paranoid but it seems there have been many articles lately that to my interpretation say bunny-ear. Most of these articles are about deleting the three zeros. Am I reading these wrong or does it seem more likely it will bunny-ear and what are your feelings in terms of percentage of bunny-ear ro rv? Also what will Cisole be wearing when he flies? Here little pink piggy piggy [Adam Montana] cooked, I believe the Piggy will be wearing a pink tutu and carrying a fairy wand [Adam Montana] that's just speculation though [Adam Montana] (I answered the rest already ) [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Dinar Buddy Adam, Respectfully why are the Guru's so far apart on the end game in their information and the delivery of information? Mailman17 & Med need stop drawing the dinar holders with their child games. I know you are not engaging them, but how do we stay grounded as they are very visible on the boards? What are the specific hold ups to this currency exchange rate change? Thank you, [Adam Montana] Dinar Buddy, I agree that a few of the popular characters out there are too quick to build false hope. Why do they do it, and how can they be so far apart? [Adam Montana] You have to look at all angles. Some of them like the attention, some of them simply have no idea what they are talking about, and some of them might have a form of "DinarTourettes" [Adam Montana] How do you stay grounded? [Adam Montana] I put a specific notice in the chat log section. Read it once a day. [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] TimS What is the single most driving "fact" that has you believing the IQD will RV? [Adam Montana] TimS I ignore the drama, I ignore the predictions, and I ignore the "noise" [Adam Montana] I look at Iraq's natural resources [Adam Montana] I look at Iraq's progress [Adam Montana] I look at the proud Iraqi people [Adam Montana] and I think this is a no-brainer [Adam Montana] forget about what the Gurus say, it's not "RV TOMORROW!" [Adam Montana] but it is "profit soon" [Adam Montana] don't know what else to say on that one! There is no "single" fac, because it's a big picture investment [Adam Montana] when I look at the big picture, I don't see this going backwards [Adam Montana] I see it going forward [Adam Montana] [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Elixirbaby It has been mentioned that when the auctions stop, RV could be around the corner. What would be your take on the banks that used to sell Dinar are now not selling Dinars? Thanks for your time [Adam Montana] Elixirbaby I think that's really two questions. [Adam Montana] When the RV is announced, the auctions will change dramatically. [Adam Montana] But that has nothing to do with the banks not selling Dinar [Adam Montana] some banks still do sell IQD [Adam Montana] they make that call on a bank-to-bank basis [Adam Montana] whether they choose to do so at this time or not has nothing to do with the legality, probability, or any other aspect of the Dinar [Adam Montana] some banks just chose to get out of the Dinar business for now [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Robinsnest What is the latest from your CBI contact? Thanks [Adam Montana] Robinsnest I think someone asks that every week [Adam Montana] I don't bother my "contacts" on a daily basis [Adam Montana] the people I do business with or discuss the Dinar with understand that when it happens, it happens. There's nothing I can personally do to speed it up or influence the rate [Adam Montana] so I trust them to stay in touch when important events happen [Adam Montana] as of now, no RV has been announced either internally or publicly [Adam Montana] so there is nothing to share [Adam Montana] and no reason for me to bother them, or visa versa [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] ems Do you think the bailout of Greece and the economic woes in Spain, Portugal and Ireland have any effect on the RV? Will those speed up or further delay the RV? [Adam Montana] I don't see it affecting the timing [Adam Montana] it could affect the rate, simply because when the Dinar RVs it will presumably go international shortly after [Adam Montana] which means the global economy will have an impact on it [Adam Montana] but I think the timing is all about Iraq and Iraq only. [Adam Montana] next please! [pluMmet] Caye98 From where I sit I have not read that anything significant has happened in the last week to 10 days, nor do I expect to hear of anything significant in the next week to 10 days (nothing on the record anyway)...BUT after the Parliament returns on November 20, and on through the week I believe we may be on the very-fast-track. I hold the belief that US troops being clearly on the way out, yet still having some presence until early/mid-December, provides a bit of additional security and stability that would clearly be welcome during the RI/RV. IMHO I suppose this is as good of a theory as any, and admittedly I am optimistic and hopeful. Any thoughts on this time line or course of events? [Adam Montana] Caye98 you are RIGHT on track with my thought process [Adam Montana] November 20 is when I hope the ball starts rolling [Adam Montana] (I didn't say RV Nov 20!!!!!! Dang it.... I have to be more careful) [Adam Montana] but, yes... (emoticon here) ... Nov 20 to early December is a major "WATCH OUT!" period [Adam Montana] ok, moving on... I didn't mean to imply Nov 20 was the date, sorry about that (emoticon here) [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] OregonHopeful Adam, as I understand the conditions in Iraq, the government subsidizes the costs of food for the Iraqi people. They are almost 100% if not completely 100% dependent on the government for their food. As this prevents the actual purchasing power problems of such a low exchange rate for the people when buying imports (such as food), would they need to stop subsidizing everyone's monthly food ration before they would consider a RV? [Adam Montana] At this time, the government has to subsidize. Once the value of the Dinar is raised, it will be a very short drive to the point where they do not have to dos [Adam Montana] your observation is astute, I commend you for the clear focus on an important fact [Adam Montana] I don't see this as a roadblock at all - simply a transition [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] JenniMo Hi Adam...I was wondering; what date is the latest date that the rv will happen? in your opinion of course. [Adam Montana] JenniMo! Ouch, that's a hard question... Some of you won't like this! [Adam Montana] the "latest" it could happen - never. There's a chance it could never happen. [Adam Montana] That's my opinion [Adam Montana] (I know I'll get some stones thrown for that one ) [Adam Montana] next please! [pluMmet] imgesing Still see this coming in pre Turkey day? Also thanks for the comment and block of some disrespectful members. Peace. Praying for this RV asap. [Adam Montana] imgesing, you are welcome [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] bamagirl Adam, with Iraq having the wealth and wealth potential they have wouldn't it be cheating a little for them to bunny-ear then RV? [Adam Montana] you're darn right it would! [Adam Montana] but I wouldn't hold them accountable as far as "playing fair" [Adam Montana] I DO hold them accountable for being intelligent [Adam Montana] and it wouldn't be intelligent for them to l0p. It makes more sense to increase the value, and reap the rewards [Adam Montana] we are simply along for the ride [Adam Montana] THEIR ride [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Squatch If the RV occurs before the end of the year, wouldn't it be beneficial to wait until January to cash in, thus giving us a full year and a quarter before we have to pay taxes on the additional cash? If by good fortune the RV comes in around a dollar, some of us are going to be sitting on a large pile of cash that could be invested for the year and earning interest. [Adam Montana] Squatch that's something your CPA or our VIP professionals will have to answer, I'm not a tax professional. BUT I am of the opinion that if at all possible, I will do exactly that. [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] 4dinarnow Adam. Is there anywhere I can research the kind of information that is in you VIP area before I put out the money for it. [Adam Montana] ah, there's the other VIP question [Adam Montana] I posted a little on it earlier in this chat [Adam Montana] you can also see more details here: http://dinarnews.net/benefits [Adam Montana] finally, I don't know what says "quality" more than actual users statements [Adam Montana] go to the "Opinions" forum and check the pinned topics - there is one thread simply FULL of VIP members stating how they feel about what they paid for [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] The Machine Hi Adam , just hi !! [Adam Montana] HI! [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] ssmith It seems to me if Iraq really intended to RD wouldn't they be working with the IMF to do so? Wouldn't we see some implications of an RD in their 2012 budget plan? Just wondering..... & does their 2012 budget plan tell you anything that we might have missed? [Adam Montana] I'm of the opinion that they ARE working with the IMF. Keep in mind that they won't be broadcasting their intentions to RV, as that would increase speculation on the currency and lower the end value [Adam Montana] So, it goes without saying that they won't announce their plans in the official budget [Adam Montana] they will, of course, have a backup budget that will replace the "public" budget [Adam Montana] we have to think about this from all angles [Adam Montana] because you KNOW Iraq is! [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] rsskelton Adam, do you think that the Isreali / Iran tension wii hold up the RV? Thank you. [Adam Montana] nope! In fact, I think it will help. [Adam Montana] There is no better time to act than when Iran is occupied elsewhere. [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] mules4us With all of the negativity, the abosolute absurd statements about " its done its done: cash in tomorrow!" and there for a while bickering amoung the members (I actually fell that is improving a little bit) WHAT keeps you motivated and positive about this investment? What really makes you feel that soon this will all pay off? Incidently thank you for all of the time and effort you put into this. [Adam Montana] I covered my beliefs on the investment earlier, so I won't repeat it [Adam Montana] but you are welcome [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] RVCardinal Hello Adam, I believe our US government hold dinar and I know you believe this too. I actually raised a question in the rumor section this past week that got a lot of opinions on this subject. It raised quite a debate. Do you care to share with me why you believe our government does hold dinar and how much? I know our government has not admitted this publicly and won't. I feel this would really let the cat out of the bag. [Adam Montana] I could throw my opinion out here, but it is impossible to prove how much the gov't has - I think it's impossible to say they have NONE, but I have no idea how much. [Adam Montana] sorry [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] GT ACE Hi Adam, Do you know specifically which chapter 7 articles restrict the Iraqi Dinar from being a globally traded currency? If so, can the UNSC restriction on the Iraqi currency be lifted while some other articles remain in place? [Adam Montana] GT Ace good question! [Adam Montana] Chapter 7 doesn't restrict the currency [Adam Montana] the remaining sanctions are all military related [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] mariejose my question to you is this: you have said you expect a rv before thanksgiving. Is that a fact base expectation or just a gut exspectation? [Adam Montana] mariejose it's based 100% on my opinion [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] zigmeister Good Morning Adam. I have to two questions. If Iraq is pursuing the RD/bunny-ear(no not that Mr. Bill!) would they be interested in debt forgiveness by foreign countries? My second question is, if they are planning to move forward with an RD wouldn't they need to be working with the IMF and their 2012 budget would reflect costs of restructuring their currency? Thanks. [Adam Montana] OK, first question: We have actually seen that over the last few years [Adam Montana] "debt forgiveness" [Adam Montana] Iraq has already been forgiven of a LOT of debt, and I expect there is no more "forgivable" debt.... in other words, they've played that card as many times as possible and now it's time for the next play. [Adam Montana] in other words, I don't see a l0p coming, and debt forgiveness has run it's course [Adam Montana] Second Question: I addressed that earlier, but the answer is YES they will be working with the IMF and I believe they already are. [Adam Montana] I do NOT expect them to share with the world what they are doing, because that would lead to a disastrous speculative run on the Dinar and almost force them to fall back on a l0p [Adam Montana] at this time, the currency is under control and a relatively small percentage of the world even knows about the Dinar [Adam Montana] so it is under control at this time [Adam Montana] and I do not expect to see a major announcement BEFORE the RV - I expect to see it WHEN it is announced. [Adam Montana] hope that helps [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] ~CsD Hi Adam I have a fun question, I signed up for the text message service to be notified when it RVs, have you decided what your going to put as your mass text message yet? For example, "I'm at the bank and you should be too or I just saw Cisole fly over the rainbow." [Adam Montana] Good question! [Adam Montana] Anyone that wants a text notification, it's a one-time fee at this link: http://iqd.me/l/1text [Adam Montana] You will enter your email at that address, and also your phone [Adam Montana] if it's a land line, you will get a recorded message [Adam Montana] if it's a cell, you will get a text [Adam Montana] the message will alert you to check your email [Adam Montana] further details will be in the email [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Danomite Hello Adam! I read an article yesterday about Maliki's upcoming visit to the US on December 12th. The article states that one of the items to be discussed would be the US helping Iraq out of Chapter VII. How does this impact your view on a possible RV before Thanksgiving? [Adam Montana] I think that's a ploy - I think Chapter 7 will already be lifted by then [Adam Montana] if I am wrong [Adam Montana] then they will be talking about how the US can help Iraq, or how Iraq can help the US, after Chapter 7 is lifted [Adam Montana] not how the US can help them GET out of Chapter 7 [Adam Montana] that's something that should be decided by now [Adam Montana] "the fix is in", some would say [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Flyers1 Hi Adam, if you could do me a favor and comment on this post. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one that would like to hear your opinion. Thx!! "(…clipped…) Invest only what you can stand to lose and wait - if you can't wait don't buy - this could go on for another few years". [Adam Montana] I clipped the commentary and opinion out of the post [Adam Montana] and left the most important part [Adam Montana] "Only invest what you can afford to lose" [Adam Montana] who in the world would disagree with that?! [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] ILOVEMYDINAR Adam,Your thoughts on Warka Bank being delisted on the ISX. Is it because they are in negotiations for a merge, that they have been ("trade") inactive, or is there some trouble there? [Adam Montana] Bah, that happens once in a while [Adam Montana] seen it before, will see it again [Adam Montana] I'm not worried about it [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Useful Idiot What are some things to watch for that may indicate an RV would NOT happen? [Adam Montana] Watch your email - if I get word that it's done (as in not going to happen done), I'll send you an email. [Adam Montana] other than that... a nuclear bomb, a civil war, a massive attack and assassinations on the government, etc [Adam Montana] we aren't seeing any of that [Adam Montana] we're seeing positive movement [Adam Montana] [Adam Montana] next please [pluMmet] Last question from steveflex7 [pluMmet] steveflex7 Can Iraq sustain a 1:1 RV ? [Adam Montana] whew! [Adam Montana] I think so! [Adam Montana] Wow, great way to end a chat Topic: open floor

  2. Brought this over from another site. 11-8-2011 Newshound Guru Bondlady it is my belief and opinion that the hcl has been approved not only by the goi but by the kurds as well...the defense minister, i believe the've went ahead and gave the post to dulami and i also believe parliament will vote him in when they come bk... since allawi walked away from insisting on supreme council i think that gave maliki an out to put the former defense minister back into that post.

  3. kaperoni: Let’s get started… kaperoni: I past weeks we have discussed how Iraq is laying the groundwork prior to the RV. That though the CBI itself is ready to “delete the 3 zeros” (announce June 22nd), the other pieces of the puzzle need to be in place Imo prior to the RV taking place. kaperoni: These pieces have been discussed before and include the ISX, custodial banking, Forex, Tariffs, sale of state owned businesses, etc. Which in all will help expedite the movement into a free market economy in which Iraq will not only produce oil, but will have manufacturing and agriculture. kaperoni: Tonight’s chat is titled “the pressure is building” let me show you why. kaperoni: The first article… kaperoni: Cultivation of Diyala develop a plan for the elimination of desertification in the province - November 8 2011 kaperoni: And a quote… kaperoni: “diyala Agriculture Department announced that it has prepared a program through which the elimination of desertification and the advancement of agricultural reality in Iraq.” kaperoni: We can see from this quote, efforts are being made to prepare for the long-term production of agriculture. kaperoni: And the next article… kaperoni: Kirkuk begin planting 765 acres of wheat and barley crops Kirkuk - November , 2011 kaperoni: And a quote… kaperoni: “The director of agriculture Kirkuk Mahdi Mubarak told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the cultivation of Kirkuk started to plan the new season, which include planting about 765 acres of wheat and barley crops," noting that "496 acres of irrigated land." kaperoni: And this quote.. kaperoni: “He pointed out that "many farmers began to cultivate their land, after the distribution of more than 5 thousand tons of seeds and more than 16 thousand tons of urea and compound triple the peasants of all the province." kaperoni: So we see, as well in Kirkuk, they are preparing for the future advancement of the agricultural sector. kaperoni: Now we see this article… kaperoni: Economy and investment representative called for support for farmers to compete with foreign - Tuesday, 08 November 2011 kaperoni: And quote... kaperoni: “The Commission on the economy and investment representative, on Tuesday, the importance of the decision of the Iraqi government to prevent the import of vegetables and fruits from other countries, especially neighboring countries, and demanded that coupled with the support of the farmer to achieve balance and enable the farmer to increase production and marketing of locally-price measures.” kaperoni: And this quote… kaperoni: “A member of the Committee of Economy and Investment House Qusay Friday in an interview with "twilight News" that "prevent the import of agricultural goods is a very good step to help farmers to increase production in the agricultural season." kaperoni: And another…this is a good one…. kaperoni: “It is said that the Council of Ministers decided early this November to prevent import of agricultural crops, vegetables and fruit from abroad, "to encourage farmers and local product." kaperoni: You all see this? “decided early this November to prevent import of agricultural crops, vegetables and fruit from abroad” kaperoni: You all see this? “decided early this November to prevent import of agricultural crops, vegetables and fruit from abroad” kaperoni: Another article and quote… kaperoni: Ministry of Agriculture: the decision to ban import of agricultural crops in force and stresses that "the traders who have been granted import licenses before the decision will allow them to enter their goods." - November 7 2011 kaperoni: Quote… kaperoni: “The 'cabinet decision the judge to prevent the import of agricultural crops, vegetables and fruits has become a valid and applicable in border crossings', pointing out that the ministry has stopped granting licenses to import vegetables from outside the country in line with the government decision which aims to support the Iraqi farmer. '” kaperoni: Wow. Now that is confidence that the country will be able to support itself. These two articles are full of great quotes, all of which are in support of the farmer and closing the boarders to agriculture goods coming in. This is a huge step in the advancement of the free market economy and support for agriculture within Iraq. That is a lot of pressure. And a piece of the puzzle. kaperoni: Now moving into manufacturing….an article… kaperoni: President calls for the training center to activate the trade laws to lift the economic reality of the country - November 7 2011 kaperoni: Quote… kaperoni: “The Chairperson of training and development center in Baghdad Chamber of Commerce Arwa Abdullah Kazim to issue (2000) certification for inspection during the period of very little, citing the need to activate the trade laws to lift the economic reality of the country.” kaperoni: Do you all know whom the Chamber of Commerce represents? Business! So this quote is from the Chairperson of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce saying…hey, it is time to help these Iraqi businesses by activating the trade laws! kaperoni: Another quote… kaperoni: “that the country can not rise and the elimination of unemployment is only through the investment process, we believe that what has been done in this subject is not equivalent to an ambitious and the requirements of the Iraqi reality and the enormous potential possessed by the country.” kaperoni: Simply stated,...without these laws, the enormous potential will not become a reality. Wow. Again, look at that pressure. kaperoni: Let’s move to another piece of the puzzle…this article… kaperoni: Baghdad market for securities: investors demand and expectations of the recovery of a large - 07/11/2011 kaperoni: And quote… kaperoni: "The will of initial public offerings of shares of telecommunications companies undoubtedly a catalyst for the stock market by attracting more attention from regional and international investors and to help improve liquidity in the market." kaperoni: I mentioned this several times…the privatization of the state owned businesses. Here they mention telecommunication companies as a “catalyst” for the stock market. kaperoni: And another quote…a good one… kaperoni: “investors said that the application of some regulations, such as conservation banking services and the settlement of stock trading can be more open market to more foreign money.” kaperoni: And one last quote… kaperoni: “iraqi securities rules governing the custody services will be issued in November.” kaperoni: Now we see again the mention of the laws they want to get passed very soon…”in November!” for conservation banking (really custodial banking) and of course these laws will open the door to the foreign money (global business). What month is it?….oh the pressure to quickly pass these laws. kaperoni: Now let’s see what the CBI has to say…this article… kaperoni: Expert calls for a "real revolution" to change the economic laws - 08.11.2011 kaperoni: Quote… kaperoni: “The adviser said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh in an interview with Radio Free Iraq that Iraq is suffering at present from interference in the laws and authorities, pointing to the need for a genuine revolution in the field to change the laws in force to separate the overlap in government institutions and promote development and alleviate the administrative bureaucracy.” kaperoni: Oh nice quote. This is the RV hold up everyone. Remember the CBI has been ready since June 22nd…but they state right here was is holding everything up. 5. I know alot of likes/dislikes for BL. My side is that I like her. She's not even touching a rate here. Just doing what she does by reading news...what's said but then done...and is making some non-wishywashy statements and better conclusions than most would dare risk. I like her style...and miss it in this DV group, too. Thanks for this condensed post, Choppermike. Y'know, it just occured to me...the term "blow smoke up someone's #@$%" came from an old medical technique. Funny, I just saw a pic of one the other day, but an odd medical box containing a billows and various smoke/vapor materials. The billows, when someone had started to drown...would be inserted up their...um...opposite end from the head. Anyway...they thought billowing the gas "into" a person would assist in reviving them. And...thus...the mystery of the history of Oki...um...."blowing smoke up your #%$@" has been solved.

  6. A few months ago, when the boys went to New York City to meet and speak at the United Nations, the World Bank was also part of the meetings. The WB told Iraq that certain criteria had to be met in order to meet international standards. I think this is what they are talking about. One of the specific requirements was to have adquately trained bank personnel, and translation stands out ot me as being very clear. If this is actually what is being reported, this is just more good news and another giant piece of the remaining puzzle. They have made progress on wha the World Bank wanted to see. I would look for the specifics, but I am too tired. I hope I am right, not for myself, but for all of us, and the Iraqis. Thanks PPG. Great post kiddo!

  9. 11.09.2011 | (Voice of Iraq) - Add comments - Twilight News, president of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Barham Salih, Wednesday, the Erbil to reach an agreement with Baghdad on a draft law of oil and gas, will hopefully be submitted to the Iraqi Council of Representatives before the end of the year. Saleh said in a statement to Radio NPR U.S. that "the agreement recently reached between us and the Federal Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the draft law of oil and gas," he said, adding that "the project will be presented to the Iraqi Council of Representatives before the end of this year to vote on it." He did not say for the content of the draft new, but he stressed that "the Iraqi constitution allows for the Kurdistan Region to take advantage of the fields and oil wells recently discovered in the region," adding that "the province and the basis of this constitutional right, began the development of economic infrastructure of the oil." Salih noted "The fact that the Government of the region is now producing oil and exported to overseas through the pipes of Iraq, "noting that" the proceeds of oil exported from fields in the region go to the central treasury of Iraq. " The oil and gas law is among the many outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad, which take place around the negotiations and dialogues lengthy between the two sides to reach a formula Tredehma, and the exchange of the two sides to send delegations to negotiate, after both both charges of obstructing the last to reach a solution. 13. Not sure why that would be 'fantastical' since people have been able to open accounts there for quite some time. It actually would have been cheaper for them to open accounts in banks like Warka without having to pay the huge markups for physical currency that dealers like Ali charged them, plus they would have earned interest while they were waiting. There doesn't seem to be anything similar to FDIC insurance on the banks there like we have here. If someone already has the physical currency in their possession, I personally don't see why it would be a good idea to send it to a bank that has no insurance and is under new ownership or is brand new. Isn't this whole think risky enough without putting more risk into it? JMO. Yeah, but don't forget the chat Ali gave the really seemed to tick people off. The one about there not being any way that the dinar would turn out the way people had hoped for during the years he was selling the currency to them.

  14. Topics of christian beliefs and how faith plays a part have been discussed many times with differences of opinion as to how one's perception is recieved. Even preachers preach from their pulpits to their congregations the words of Jesus and how their minds have interpreted its meaning. Even the best of christians sometimes sidestep their true duties of what being a christian is all about. We are to witness to the world that Jesus came into this world as a man not to condemn but to save. He could have had 10,000 angels come down from heaven to deliver him from the cross but that is not what it was all about. When Jesus was on the cross he looked down thru the generations of time and saw the faces of all that was born and the unborn and knew that his suffering was the only way to defeat Satan and take the keys to death and hell away from him. Remember that Satan was once a powerful angel in heaven until he became corruptive and confronted God the father in a power struggle. Satan was cast down from heaven to roam the earth (spiritually) and vowed to take as many of God's people with him until his his time comes to be bound and chained. One of the biggest things people have trouble with is the spiritual rim and how it effects us. It is hard to see or believe that such a thing exists without enlightment from God. There are two spectrums of looking at how people react to anything they see or hear. The human mind is not able to process how God the father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is three but yet is one. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not scene. Many will make fun of anything christian related because they do not understand what the true meaning is and the ultimate eternity that all will face. It is equally hard for someone to let go of all the world has to offer which is sinful in nature to follow a christian path. Everything about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is good there is not one thing bad. We pray in Jesus name to direct our daily lives and the Holy Spirit steps in to guide us. You have three spirits working for you if you as a person so choose to take advantage of them. Please understand there is a battle night and day between the archangels and satans emps for a person's soul. God has his hand on peoples lives even the unbelivers to some extint because maybe he sees that there is a day coming that they will yield to him. If the day comes that he decide's to withdraw his hand from a person and leave them unto themselves then it is a sad day because seems like nothing but trouble and sadness will come against them. Now one might say but i don't have that kind of trouble, No maybe not yet, satan will appease those he proclaims as his therefore only troubles these once and a while to satisfy his thirst for laughter. God gave us free will of choice to decide for ourselves whether we want him in our lives or sidestep him for our on passions. He will not force himself upon anyone. So for those who hollows where's the proof that God exist all i can say is this. God will not manifest himself to someone who is a scoffer, he looks to disrupt. God looks on the intent of the heart the true meaning of one's being to see if he is welcome. You can tell the ones who is truly seeking the truth about God, and want to learn all they can. All the others are just scoffers with no real intent other than to satisfy the sinful nature of themselves. Let this be known a true christian will try to help not hurt anothers willingness to learn. There is no silly questions as for learning about faith and God. Now how does one get there, it starts with the williness to clean up your act, to ask forgiveness, it starts with true and sincere willingness to want God in your lives. Even christian believers ponder questions some times but we know that God answers all prayers in his time not ours and for the good of his children. You have to clear the your mind of all the sinful ways and most of all ask God to come into your life. Sincerity starts with true repentence. Once he enters your life nothing will ever be the same. Your attitude , your outlook on life, your ways of doing things, everything in your life will take on a different light. He will bring out the best in you for his name sake. Believe me once you have felt this feeling that Jesus brings into your life it will be like non other you have even experienced. People around can see it in your face. Will you have it made NO because thats when you join the battle of good vs evil, and let me say that satan will come against you time and time again trying to make you fall. This is where asking God for help in Jesus name will make him leave you alone for a short while. Every christian faces this battle everyday choosing between the temptations. Faith is one of the most important parts of the christian beliefs. I realize that there are some who will bring ridicule over this post then let it be so, i have nothing to fear. When someone reads this message whether it be an unbeliever or believer i have tried to help someone in need. One question i have heard many times is why do bad things happen to good people and that a subject for maybe next time...........Heavyduty053

  15. Yesterday Kennyw posted an article from the Kurds newspaper where they were quoted as .....(here is the caption from the article) Daloyee: These areas are still the responsibility of Ninawa's provincial authority. And they’re suffering because of the unfair way in which the state’s budget for development was distributed, both this year and last year. For example, the Sinjar district – which is one of the poorest in Iraq with a per capita income of one Iraqi dinar a day [around US$0.85 cents] – has suffered injustice and deprivation for decades. Saddam Hussein did not allow the Kurdish people in this area to earn a living and they are still suffering today. The provincial council continues to neglect this area – despite the fact that floods destroyed property and displaced hundreds of people in April 2011. here is the link....http://www.niqash.or...ticles/?id=2932 So I emailed the editor of that article to get clarification I asked them what was the current value of thier dinar?.....here is their response... Hi Robert, the dinar value today is around 84-85 US cents. We missed a word there! (the "around"). Thank you for pointing that out. Niqash staff. -- SO HAS THE RV TAKEN PLACE LIKE MANY ARE SAYING AND IT IS BEING KEPT AWAY FROM OUR GENERAL KNOWLEDGE? IF SO, HOW CAN WE GET AROUND THAT! COME ON FELLOW DINARIANS, THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO!!!!!!

  17. I went to BondLady's site yesterday, and she brought in those exact same news articles and discussed them with her folks, and with me there. I saw her do this analysis, personally, so you are not only absolutely wrong, but you are also out of line in accusing her of anything but the most noble and right behavior. We are just lucky she shares with us, given that you are not the only ones who have been incredibly rude to her. And for what it is worth, she also told me that this guy, the new Defense Minister, dulami, is Maliki's "yes man" but at least there is someone in that office (which we need before the dinar can RV), and this guy did it on a termporary basis before, so he knows a little about it. So you fools who have disparaging comments about her know nothng, nada, zero, zilch, aught, the Big Empty.

  21. With Veterans Day just a couple of days away on November 11, I felt it appropriate to find out what the makeup of the DV.com group is. I have been on here for over two years and get a good sense of the Vet & Current Military and also the civilian sector. We owe our Veterans from WWII to the Viet Nam Era a big , big thank you. If things had been slightly different during WWII, one could only imagine what the world would be like today. From the first Gulf War to the current War on Terror, The United States had to put on a completely different pair of gloves, however with the troops leaving Iraq now, the current group of Vets have had to pay dearly for their injuries and PSTD. Also, the number of deaths between Iraq and Afghanastan seem quiet high given the high tech war machine our military has at its disposal. So with all the actions our Vets and current military have had to deal with in Iraq and Afghanistan, we at DV.com owe then a big Thank You. They have brought us to the edge of fruition.. Sometimes I think some of us tend to forget how we have gottten to this point after 7 years of fighting in Iraq. Terrorism is held back a little bit more because of our Vets and current military, anything else after that is a big plus. Thank you to all of our Vets. Please take the survey at the top of this posting and let everyone else know how you have shaped your part of America. You can even let everyone else know what unit you are or was in. If you was or are a civilian, don't worry, because not everyone could serve in the military.

  23. Well, a lot of people seem to be posting information on vets and the programs that will help them. My suggestion is something that will also help vets, but not perhaps in a way a lot of people would think about. In my time here I have seen that a lot of people share their homes and their lives with a pet ... or two or more. Oft times they will use a picture of their pet(s) as their avatar. It was through a posting here on this forum that I found the program in Afganistan that rescues pets and gets them back to the United States where they can be with a "forever family" ... and I have supported them twice now when I have had the funds to do so. What I propose is supporting, in some way, the local pet rescue operation. I know it is difficult to do that on a local basis as most major centers now have some kind of no-kill adoption facility that handles pets who no longer have people to live with. But there is one organization that usually services pretty well every community ... The SPCA They have veterninary services that are usually a little more affordable for people who have rescued a pet through their organization. They attempt to find homes and only use euthanazia when there just is no other choice and they cannot find an adoptive home for a pet. They use a lot of volunteer help, dog walkers and cat petters, and they have a lot of people helping out with donations of pet food and old blankets and towels for bedding. But they need more help. They need to have people write those checks for them. I do at least four times a year, one for each quarter. And when my husband died I sent a major donation in his name ... which made me feel good because it was one of his major causes to support. I also know that a lot of veterans rely on the unconditional love, the constant companionship, and the wet nose waking them up in the morning ... that comes with sharing their lives with a pet, which can be found at the SPCA. So, that is the cause I would see helped if possible. And wherever your donation goes, whatever causes you support, thanks. Unofrtunately if the RV happens soon there won't be much input from DV Vets, but perhaps some of the DV Investors will take up the cause and make a donation to their local SPCA. I now the pets waiting for adoption will appreciate our efforts ... smee2

  24. Adam........what a wonderful idea ! Obviously I am across the pond and I know very little of american charities. However , anything which would support the troops is fine by me. I would suggest that perhaps a mental health charity be considered. You see here in the U. K. Many vets are now presenting to our mental health charities due to the gulf wars causing PTSD. These young men are truly tormented by the horrors of war. In fact I have nursed quite a few and they seem to arrive at services in "clusters". As our troops come home from where ever they have been fighting for all our freedom, I fear that these numbers will vastly increase. They will need services and long term ongoing support. Here in Scotland we have a service know as holybush. It is based in ayrshire on the west coast. It is specifically for veterans. I have referred many of our young men to the service. It also has a residential unit within it. At least once a month on one of my days off I take me and the dogs to holybush. We walk the beaches with some off the men and women and just allow them to be "normal". I bake cakes and take them with me. I just spend time listening and doing anything they need me to do. Whether that is write a letter home , because they are struggling to find the words or look for information on the web it matters not at all to me if that is what they need. There is also several who were in my class at school , veterans of the first gulf, they have fragile mental health and are regular service users in our area. These lads never pass me in the street. One in particular, was a very close friend at school and now due to the mental illness he suffers is changed forever. He has required to be detained in secure mental health units in the past , for his and everyone else's safety. But when I am out and I meet him I go for coffee, catch up and reminice opf the good old days , and he will say " yeah in the days before I became mad and lost my life ". I regularly e-mail a nurse who is a member of this site. She is in iraq at present and has already told me that if I was out there I would be "staked up" with work because of the amount of troops beginning to present with mental health problems. So adam ....this is my plea. Find a mental health charity for the veterans and help the survive the torture this may bring to them. Regards, bettyboop.

  25. Anything for our Vets is wonderful and also ' Your local Boys and Girls Clubs ' ...they gave my brothers and I somewhere to be and play sports, and also gave free summer camp to those families that could not afford it. Post RV, we were planning a trip there to see what they could use (equipment and, or grants for the less fortunate children, or a new Bus for trips)

  27. Hey Trooper Quietlearner here. I was not going to post anymore tonight but I thought I better respond to this article. Quietlearner style of course. and Nani here is the yang to for ying. Lets really look at what is said in this article. " Big purchases will be handled with $100.00 Dinar notes." This tells me that the Dinar will Revalue in unison with the the Re-denomination. I thought it was well decided that you would not lose any value in your $25,000.00 Dinar note. Do you really believe that the individuals that attempted to pull such a scam would not be dragged to the streets and beheaded. This as you well know is common place when one of the Pariliment or the like acts in a manner unbecoming, can you really see this type of move happening and the Iraqi people after ten hard years, standing for it. I think not. Look we all have invested in this but lets step back and look at hard working Haji. He busted his hump for 20 years amassed 3 million dinar and then along came Husein and Bin ladden and his brothers bin drinking and bin smoking. These maniacs turn Iraq upside down and it ended up in a war. One moment Haji has 9.9 million dollars USD in the bank in the next he has $3600.00 Do you really thing that this guy is going to lay down roll over and take..... Well you get my point. Heres how I see the article. We will first via re-denomination be give the correct exchange rate for the Dinar we are holding 25,000 Dinar notes included. With this will come a time line to exchange this currency, just like the old Dinar. After that date your 25,000 note may be worth 25 actual dinar but not a second before. This article tells me that they are going to release coins. How many coins would it take to buy a coke right now in Iraq. No brainier, Coins released RV must occur. 100.00 Dinar notes takes care of big Purchases RV. No brainier. lastly he goes on to tell us that the darn rate will be at least 3.3 and if you really study Scooters work you will find that 5.00 is more realistic that the later. Half full, Half Empty, its up to you but I just don't believe their gonna go backwards and to do anything short of the 3.75 to 4.24 range would be doing just that. I have been wrong twice with trying to nail down the dates and rates. I have come at both of those predictions with a vengeance only to watch the various entities in charge of this thing derail my theory at every turn. This time, with no date to interfere I believe a healthy dose of objective reasoning will finally prevail. I truly hope so because, the taste of these words I am putting forth taste more and more bitter with each bite that I must swallow when they don't prove true. Please remember that you are all very, very wealthy already. You need only look up at your loved ones, your friends and your family. There is your true wealth, sometimes we lose sight of this. Please, a extra hug, smile or embrace, maybe even a "I love you." Stay focused on your true wealth and the rest will flow to you like the waters of our great rivers. Good night to you all, God Bless and please if possible keep a positive and balanced outlook on this thing. Know you have joined together in the largest transfer of wealth to ever occur, and yes you are on the receiving end. I see a light at the end of this tunnel and I am sure it is not a train. I will post in the next couple of days. It will not have much to do with the dinar, but more to express my appreciation for the overwhelming outpouring of support you have offered my family and I. There are no words that will completely convey our appreciation for you all, but I will certainly try. God bless and Go RV, Goodnight, Quietlearner

Would really like to see actual statement links with that if possible, Quietlearner. Not doubting your recollection, just would like to examine the verbage myself. This could, indeed, support everything Adam has been so anxious to relay as far as how close this could be. P.S. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY MORE DINAR!!! DISCOUNT OR NOT!!! lol lol

  34. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ygw4etwtzg Constitutionalist Platform The following principles should be considered planks in the platform of any candidate who calls himself or herself a "constitutionalist": 1. The rights recognized in the Bill of Rights are rights that precede the Constitution, apply to all persons everywhere and all times, and considered as restrictions on the actions of government officials or agents, apply to all officials or agents at all levels of government, federal, state, and local, and even to the treatment of any persons anywhere outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, except when otherwise authorized by a declaration of war or letters of marque and reprisal. 2. The right to keep and bear arms, like other rights in the Bill of Rights, is an individual right, at all levels of government, and covers all weapons or other tools or supplies that might be used for defense, riot control, personal protection, law enforcement, or emergency response. The only regulation permitted is to facilitate and discipline militia and enhance its effectiveness. 3. No right, including the right to keep and bear arms, may be disabled, that is, restricted partially or entirely, by any process other than a trial in which the subject shall have the right of a jury, and in which the burden of proof is on the petitioner that either the disablement is a punishment authorized by statute for a crime proved to have been committed by the subject, or that if the right of the defendant is not disabled it would be exercised in a way that would threaten the rights of others or be a danger to the defendant. Any statute disabling a right for a person convicted of a crime is a prohibited bill of attainder. Any such disablement must be explicitly stated in the sentence or judgment of the court. 4. Legislative restriction of any right constitutes a prohibited bill of attainder, and perhaps also a prohibited ex post facto statute, and as such is null and void from inception. This includes statutes restricting purchase, possession, or use of a weapon, or the exercise of any other right, by persons convicted of a crime if the restriction is not made part of the sentence. It also includes statutes requiring carry permits for a weapon. The only credential permitted in regard to any right is a certificate that the right has not been disabled, but the carrying of such a certificate may not be required. 5. In all references to the power to "regulate", that power does not include the power to prohibit all modalities of a thing, and it does not include the power to impose criminal penalties (disablement of life, limb, or liberty), but only civil (fines, loss of privileges). 6. The "commerce" among the states and with foreign nations which the Congress has the power to regulate (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 3) consists only of transfers of ownership and possession of tangible goods, for a valuable consideration, that commence in one state and terminate in another, or in one state and terminate in a foreign nation, or in a foreign nation and terminate in a state. It does not include regulation of "traffic" except insofar as it is necessary to identify commercial traffic carrying commodities subject to regulation. It does not include primary production, such as mining, agriculture, herding, fishing, or hunting. It does not include manufacturing, retail sales, possession, use, transport or disposal of one's property not part of an exchange. It does not include other activities of those engaged in commerce or anything not itself a tangible commodity that "affects" commerce, substantially or otherwise. 7. The only crimes committed on state territory over which the national government have jurisdiction are (1) counterfeiting, (2) piracy and felonies on the high seas, (3) offenses against the laws of nations (Art. I Sec. 8), (4) violations of military law by military personnel or militia personnel in actual service, (5) treason (Art. III Sec. 2), (6) enslavement (13th Amendment), (7) deprivations of rights by a government agent (14th Amendment), (8) deprivation of the right to vote on the basis of race (15th Amendment), gender (19th Amendment), non-payment of a tax (24th Amendment), or age 18 or older (26th Amendment). All other statutes imposing criminal penalties are inapplicable to actions committed on state territory. 8. The location of a crime governing the territorial jurisdiction for its prosecution is the location of the center of the perpetrator's brain at the moment the criminal act is performed, not where the effects of the act occur. The only extraterritorial criminal jurisdiction is on the high seas and unclaimed territory such as Antarctica or outer space. 9. The powers "necessary and proper" (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 18) to a delegated power are only those powers essential to the administration of the delegated power, not any power that might serve the same purpose as such a delegated power. In particular, it does not include the power to impose criminal penalties for violation of a regulation, or for interference with regulated or promoted activities or spending. 10. The "general welfare" clause (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 1) is not the delegation of a power, but a restriction of the power to raise taxes (and spend the funds raised) to only those things that benefit the nation generally, and not just some region or group. There is no federal power to make "internal improvements" unless they are incidental to a delegated power, such as defense. 11. It is unconstitutional to impose a tax for a regulatory or confiscatory purpose, or for any purpose other than the raising of revenue. 12. There is no concurrent jurisdiction of the national government and the state governments over any offense, and for purposes of the double jeopardy protection (5th Amendment) the "same offense" is a physical act of the accused, and multiple prosecution is prohibited for the same or continuing physical act under different charges, statutes, or sovereigns. If the federal government wants to assert jurisdiction for a violation of civil rights by a state official, it must first void any prosecution by the state for the same physical act. 13. The U.S. Congress has general legislative jurisdiction over a territory only if (1) it has been purchased by the national government with the consent of the legislature of the state of which it is a part; (2) it has been purchased and is being used only for a public purpose; (3) the state legislature has explicitly ceded exclusive legislative jurisdiction over that specific parcel, described by metes and bounds, in a act according to that state's constitution; and (4) the national government has clear title and effective possession of the parcel. Concurrent jurisdiction is not permitted, except that residents of the parcel should retain their citizenship in the ceding state for purposes of voting for national and state office. Jurisdiction reverts to the state if any of the conditions of its cession terminate. Such territories include the District of Columbia, U.S. coastal waters, U.S.-flag vessels at sea, and the grounds of U.S. embassies abroad. It does not include possessions such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Guam, over which the national government may have civil but not criminal jurisdiction. 14. Citizenship of any political subdivision of the United States is based only on residence address, and a person is a citizen of a federal territory and subject to its jurisdiction only if he or she is a voluntary resident of that territory. 15. All persons present within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States have the duty to not only obey constitutional statutes and other official acts, but to help enforce them, and to train and equip themselves, alone and in combination with others, to do so. All persons in their capacity as defenders of the community are the militia, any person aware of a threat has the authority and the duty to call up the militia to meet it, and any person receiving a credible call up has the duty to respond to it. It is a duty to maintain a militia system at a state of organization, training, and equipment, involving all fit adult citizens and would-be citizens, sufficient to overcome the military. 16. In any situation in which laws are in conflict, any person has the inalienable duty to make an independent determination of which law is superior, and to enforce the superior law. When that superior law is the Constitution, the duty is called constitutional review, and judicial review when done by a court. It may not be relinquished to superiors, judges, or legal advisers. 17. Unless a criminal statute explicitly limits who may enforce it, it is equally enforceable by any person, and enforcement authority is derived from the law and from a warrant or commission, not from a title or employment status. Government agents have no criminal law enforcement authority that civilians don't also have. However, law enforcement officials, such as sheriffs and U.S. marshals, may have command rank in situations where they are present. The title of "federal agent" carries no command rank. 18. Any protection of government agents or other persons from criminal or civil liability for their actions, or special penalties for offenses against them, not enjoyed by others, constitutes the granting to them of a title of nobility, which is prohibited. 19. Based on available evidence, and until it can be proved otherwise, the Income Tax Amendment shall be considered not to have been ratified. Even if it was, the "income" which is taxable under it is only "unearned" income such as interest, dividends, and rents, and not wages for labor. 20. Fiat currency must not be made legal tender within a state, and the constitutional requirement that only gold or silver be legal tender on state territory must be enforced. Federal reserve notes are not legal tender for the payment of debts within, to, or from a state. 21. A constitution is not a contract but the Supreme Law, which provides for all contracts into which any department of government may engage. There are no "implied contracts" in which a government is a party. 22. Common law crimes are ex post facto and as such prohibited by the Constitution. In particular, the national government has no authority to punish for perjury, fraud, or contempt of court any act not committed on federal territory. 23. Require that all issues of law be argued in the presence of the jury, who shall be provided with copies of all pleadings and access to an adequate law library. Instruct the jury has it the power to review legal decisions of the court, as well as decide the facts, for a general verdict in a case. The only exception would be legal argument that cannot be made without disclosing evidence that is properly excluded. 24. In a jury trial any opinion on the law rendered by a judge shall be considered testimony, subject to cross-examination and rebuttal. 25. The right of an accused to counsel is a right to counsel of his choice, including persons not otherwise admitted to practice law. 26. Prosecution of persons accused of a crime may not be limited to public prosecutors. The determination of who may criminally prosecute is the exclusive duty of a grand jury. 27. Courts and prosecutors are not permitted to obstruct access of any person to a grand jury to present evidence or a petition, but only to regulate the timing and manner of it to make such access orderly and expeditious. 28. Only a natural person or aggregate of natural persons may be a party to a legal proceeding. In particular, in rem "civil forfeiture" is prohibited unless there is no apparent owner or claimant, in which case the defendant is "persons unknown". Property shall be taken only to the extent necessary to pay a specific fine or judgment imposed by the ruling of a court. It may not include any assets not exclusively owned by, or, if the ownership cannot be determined, in the exclusive possession of the accused, and any surplus from a public sale of the asset over that needed to pay such fine or judgment shall be returned to the apparent owner or possessor. 29. The President or other public official may not direct any offensive action by the military or militia without congressional authorization in the form of a declaration or war or letters of marque or reprisal, and any such unauthorized direction shall constitute a criminal violation under the law of nations clause (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 10) and an impeachable offense. 30. The offenses covered under the authority to punish offenses against the law of nations (Art. 1 Sec. 8 Cl. 10) include only the following: 1. Attacks on foreign nations, their citizens, or shipping, without either a declaration of war or letters of marque and reprisal. 2. Dishonoring of the flag of truce, peace treaties, and boundary treaties. 3. Depredation of wrecked ships, their passengers and crew, and their cargo, by those who might find them. 4. Piracy on the high seas, even if those making the capture or their nations had not been victims. 5. Mistreatment of prisoners of war. 6. Attacks on foreign embassies, ambassadors, and diplomats, and on foreign ships and their passengers, crew, and cargo while in domestic waters or in port. 7. Dishonoring of extradition treaties for criminals who committed crimes in a nation with whom one has such a treaty who escape to one's territory or are found on the high seas. 8. Enslavement of foreign nationals and international trading in slaves. 9. Entry into a country across its border without consent of lawful authorities. It does not include any other treaties or violations thereof, and no treaty provisions are permitted or enforceable which would require the exercise of powers not delegated by the Constitution. 31. Limits or disclosures on campaign contributions not convertible to the personal use of the candidate, even when accepted in exchange for public funding, are prohibited by the 1st Amendment, and any such public funding must be of general benefit to the nation and not to any region or group. 32. Religious observances may not be supported by government agents or public funds, but neither may they be reasonably restricted on public premises when initiated and funded by private persons, provided that this is not done in a way that is disruptive or offensive. 33. The monitoring of communications by government agents, which the participants have the reasonable expectation of being private, is prohibited without a specific search warrant and notification of the parties involved if such notification is feasible. 34. Any search warrant must be served on the owner or possessor of the premises, and such person must have the reasonable opportunity to verify the validity of the warrant, unless such person cannot be found within a reasonable time. It is not permitted to wait until such person is absent to search his premises, or fail to notify the person as soon as possible if such a search and seizure is conducted. 35. "No knock" search or arrest warrants are not permitted unless there is imminent threat of death or injury to an innocent person, and it is not permissible to prosecute any person for resisting an improper execution of a warrant with deadly force or for any death or injuries that might result therefrom. 36. Legislative and judicial powers may not be subdelegated, and executive powers may not be delegated to the agents of a different sovereign. No official may make a decision adversely affecting a privilege or immunity of a person in his jurisdiction based on an act or decision by an agent of a different sovereign. 37. Government agencies or departments may not legislate for civilians by issuing "regulations" governing them, and it should never be necessary for a reasonable person to have to read a "regulation" or other directive to discover how to interpret a statute or decide whether or how it might apply to him. Regulations and executive orders apply only to subordinates of the issuing executive, including officials, agents, and contractors, or to persons visiting proprietary facilities, or using proprietary assets, of the government. 38. No person shall be penalized or obstructed from petitioning for redress against any government agency or executive official, or staff members of the legislative or judicial branches, for relief under contract, tort, injunction, or declaration, although it may require that monetary judgments require a special appropriation by the legislative branch. The financial responsibility of officials must be secured by adequate bond, and if public policy seeks to make officials personally immune, the government must assume financial liability for claims against them. 39. Replace creation of judges by elections or appointments by political officials with sortition, or random selection, and replace single judges with multi-judge panels to the extent feasible, from a pool selected by objective examinations, to serve for limited terms, and to be assigned to cases randomly. 40. Require that upon demand by any person, through a petition for a writ of quo warranto, and before continuing with an enforcement action, any official prove his authority for the action, by an unbroken logical chain leading back to the applicable constitution. Reverse the presumption of authority. 41. Eliminate licensing of occupations, especially the practice of law. Establish that the practice of any occupation may be disabled only by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, on petition therefor and proof by a preponderance of evidence and verdict by nine of a jury of twelve, that if not disabled the right would likely be abused, or beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant committed an offense for which a statute specifies disablement of the right as a punishment, by a unanimous verdict of a jury of twelve. 42. Secret budgets and expenditures are prohibited by Art. I Sec. 9 Cl. 7, and are not to be permitted on grounds of "national security". This includes any funds administered by public officials or government agents even if derived from other sources than taxes or fees. Forbid proprietary ownership or control of private organizations by government agents or agencies except temporarily for law enforcement investigations. 43. Reform the Civil Service and congressional staff systems to make it easier to reassign personnel and prevent them from becoming too entrenched in any department or location. Reassign personnel at regular intervals and randomly cull them. Limit terms of service. Eliminate the seniority system. Set up chains of supervision and inspection to prevent collusion or evasion of oversight. 44. Have the states cede territorial jurisdiction to Congress, in accordance with Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 17, of airspace 300 meters or more above buildings or terrain features, so that federal air traffic control there can be constitutional. 45. Require the boundaries between federal, state, and local jurisdictions be clearly marked so that anyone passing from one to the other will have proper notice thereof. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ygw4etwtzg

I do feel we are very close to an RV and yes 80 cents would be right in the range where an RV is still a possibility as opposed to some of these crazy rates given by pumpers, etc. I don't think people here are desperate. I think they're excited, because they know we are at the end of this ride, and yes, if it works out the way we had hoped, it's life changing for people. When good news comes out supporting the theory of an RV, people get excited. It's infectious and I kinda like it. I stay home with a toddler. The truth is, an RV doesn't change my schedule. I will still have 3 hours to myself during the week while my kid is in preschool. I will still go to the park, walk my dog, go get ice cream and watch Family Guy on Mondays once my kid is asleep. But I used to practice law working 60 to 70 hours a week for complete jerks. I was in automobile insurance defense, representing manufacturers when seat belts, airbags, etc. failed during an accident sequence. I've had to spend hours looking at files where people burned alive in their vehicles, or worse. I had to depose parents who lost children when roofs caved in etc. I was well compensated but completely miserable. I wasn't able to get out for 5 years until my law school debt was paid. Just knowing I will never have to go back to doing something I don't like, ever, is comforting to me. This isn't my first investment either. But it is the first one that has the potential to yield this kind of return. I don't apologize for being excited about it, but yeah, I get how someone can be here years and years and get sick of hearing it is soon, the RV is around the corner, the rate is this, etc. Maybe it's shoddy reporting. You could be right. Another possibility is the rate could be 80 cents. We don't know. I still remain excited. I have lots and lots of Dinars, because when I started in this I was doing 10 cent math, so 80 cents would be 8 times my initial calculation and for me, it means my great grandchildren, assuming the money is handled right, will never have to work for jerks. Now that is exciting! Everyone, have a great night!

  45. Dearest Betty, I missed this article and I understand what you are trying to convey. I am the mother of a drug addict, my son is in prison and still continues to do drugs, even there. I have tried in every way I know how to help him. NOPE this was not even anywhere close to the hopes and dreams I had for him... as I held my "Baby Boy" in my arms... as I raised him teaching him to be a good honest human being... My heart aches for what he could have done with his life and I still love him as much as always and still have hopes for him. Now, I just want to thank you Betty, for your compassion and insight. It Does Not Matter That She Died At A Protest! What matters is that she lost her life, and her family lost her. Can we put politics aside for a just a moment to say a prayer or send loving thoughts to her and her family. Aren't they important too? FlyHy you said it Beautifully Thank You Dear. In Joy, Love, Peace and Light, Maggie

  47. just to cheer you up--I just got this from my brother in law. Thought you guys might enjoy it. Guess this might prove that "you can't judge a book by its cover"....at least in Europe? The producers of this beer commercial borrowed a small 150 seat cinema playing a popular film, and filled 148 of its seats with rough-looking, tattooed bikers, leaving only two free seats in the middle of the theater. They then allowed theater management to sell tickets for the last pair of tickets to several young couples. What would you do? Watch till the end ..... http://www.theinspiration.com/2011/09/carlsberg-stunt-in-cinema/
