To my DinarVet Family, I hope you are all well and thank you all for your comments and support over the past several years! Effective immediately, I will be disconnecting to the Dinar world and focusing my energies in other areas of life that need attention. I have sacrificed a great deal over the last two years to this project and have enjoyed the ride, but the time has come for the ride to be over. There were innocent people being hurt badly by completely inaccurate information, solely for the purpose of inducing the purchase of more product. For the longest period, I didn't say anything in public while I watched these ORGANIZATIONS pull their stunts day in and day out with bogus statements. It didn't matter that they were fraudulently spewing information that was fabricated from thin air, but the people believed them and continued to over leverage themselves and purchase more product. Witnessing the damage done, I was compelled to get engaged and tried to provide basic data , timelines, critical benchmarks, and general information. NO MONETARY BENEFIT: I have NEVER received any monetary benefit for any of my work and I make it abundantly clear to all organizations up front that I will NEVER receive funds. Let me repeat, I have done this work voluntarily and I have never requested or received one penny!!! I knew full well that credibility was the key and I made a commitment that I would never receive any benefit. Please don't misunderstand, I don't claim to know everything nor will I ever in the future, but I did have the capacity to engage in the debate. It will be very difficult not to become magnetized to the chat room and say hello, but it is necessary. Secondly, over the last two weeks there have been false accusations of wrongdoing made against me in manners that breached an ethical boundary for which I cannot ignore. My work is voluntary and a line was breached where it simply makes no sense to continue. I'm a big boy, and I can take a punch, but when ethical boundaries are broken, I'm a man that takes immediate action. In this case, it's pretty simple, I disconnect immediately and cease any and all work moving forward. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience but the vitriolic pattern of these attacks and almost STALKING like manner are simply not worth my time. May be banned after this one, but feel the need to say it anyhow. With all due respect Adam, when the bashing on Scooter started, I thought for sure you would jump on it and quash it. Instead, you stated that he needed to denounce certain a certain person(s), and that he was naive for being associated with them. I actually had to read it twice, because I couldn't believe you would say that to Scooter. To some extent it fueled the fire, and FOR SURE was very disrespectful to Scooter. Scooter has provided countless hours and given so much to this site and others for no compensation. To be quite honest, I used to be VIP, and then I stopped my subcription b/c I was learning more from Scooter for no cost than anyone else. Scooter obviously didn't deserve how he was treated by the original posters, and IMHO, certainly didn't need advice from you on who he should and should not associate with, or how he was being naive.

I hope that before the dust settles from your vicious and ungrounded (open) attacks on Scooter that the entire Dinar Vets membership brings YOUR motives and YOUR associations and YOUR character into question. I hope they (I would say, "we", but if this thread sees the light of day, I will surely be banned...) dice up your works and your efforts, especially in your nice little thread, "chuckst3r", and they all get to the root of WHO YOU ARE and WHY YOU TARGETED SCOOTER. There can be no question. You are a planted effort to discredit. tmcgraw, you may just be an idiot, so I'll let you slide... but, following your logic you are guilty by association. A reflection on my friend Scooter. The world in which we live has always been blessed with superior minds and altruistic spirits that have made an impact and contributed for the well being of our souls. Not many people have been able to recognize the potential they have individually, and just a few are capable to identify the wonderful contributions that made a difference in our lives. We cannot deny the influence of Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Bach, Handel, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Monet, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Picasso, Pascal, Copernicus, Galileo, Einstein, Pasteur, Chaucer, Shakespeare, Dostoyevsky, Saint-Exupery, Hugo, Cervantes, Camoes, Paine, Poe, Emerson, Hawthorne, Twain, Hemingway, Faulkner, Lee and Eliot, just to name a few. Even though we recognize them, and they may be present in our thoughts, they are figures from our past. It is always important to give the proper credit to whom credit is due, and – in my opinion – it is even more important to seize the moment… because life is a sum of the present moments. After this long introduction, I just would like to express once more my deepest gratitude to a man I have learned to respect and love like a genuine brother. Even though I still ignore his real name, I have sensed and known his real heart and soul through his contributions to several internet sites. I have already told Scooter before that when I think I have seen his utmost work, he always surprises me by reinventing himself and breaking his own record. I realize that Scooter also has a family, a job, friends, and several other commitments in life; I know that he has no financial gain in spending his precious time among us; I recognize that he has sometimes answered the same questions hundreds of time, but with the same integrity, the same humble spirit that is so essentially part of his character. I also know that this lounge has some great people, but it is not necessarily made up of people that really reciprocate Scooter's efforts by giving back to him time, attention, additional contributions, and recognition. Thank you, Scooter, for everything you have done for us! I hope your valuable contribution will impact our lives, so we may prosper enough to make a difference in the lives that could be helped and blessed by our generosity! I have no idea how I missed all the drama but some how I did. First off... Scooter is awesome, diligent, ethical, and gracious. One would need their head examined not to know that! I am hoping he is like Frosty the Snowman, and will be back again someday. Hopefully next week. Please know we love you man!!! Second.... I read the Rudy thread that started the madness just today. I think everyone needs to just chill out because all of the players are actually correct in what they are saying but flawed in the method, execution, and the communication in which it was constructed and relayed. Some background information must mentioned. Last year, Rudy came on this site out of nowhere trying to announce himself as the 2nd coming in the world of all knowing everything. He spoke confidently about his Dinar assessments and tried to offer credibility to himself through being a "Hannity guest" blah blah blah, and offering for anyone to Google his name. He spouted off a resume that just seemed a little too polished and rehearsed. Well, a lot of us can smell a BS opportunist from a mile away when we see it. So, myself and few others, extensively researched him at his beseeching. Unfortunately, I can no longer find my post regarding him but what I remember finding was Zero info about him being with JPMorgan as a VP at all. What I did find was alarming to me because of his extensive involvement with at least 3 different mortgage companies. In particular involving himself with Alt A loans and the slew of bad lending practices that are the kinds of loans that inevitably helped bring this financial nightmare upon all of us. I have extensive knowledge of these loans, the industry, and the shattered lives left in the wake of the ethically challenged greed mongers that were drawn to this part of the lending industry. Needless to say... the hair raised on the back of my neck. Especially knowing he was with multiple firms in this industry. There is good reason why they used to switch so much. To mix someone this brash and bold with an investment (Dinar) that is full of good hearted people just full of hope and in need of a fresh start... was a toxic situation in my opinion. So... a few of us looked past the bull he was spouting and flushed some truth out by shining a spotlight on him. Adam and mods took the right steps through their due diligence and got rid of the lying bum. Honestly... back in those days Scooter was kind of newer to the forum or more behind the scenes and not in the spotlight like he is today from what I remember. Regardless, Scooter has always stayed clear of the drama. Adam with his strong integrity took out the trash with Rudy and once again proved his dedication to excellence on his forum. See... I know that Scooter has no idea what many of us know about Rudy. Scooter is a guest on many sites and it would be impossible for him to know the history of all the players on all the sites. He believes in the good of everyone and does not judge so quickly. He makes friends wherever he goes. How could he or any of us really prove someone's past transgressions when all we can go off of is our comments and creative call signs? He/we can't... but we can be cautious. The difference with Rudy is that he openly challenged everyone to Google him and made outlandish claims that he could not truly back up. I am thinking Scooter had no idea about Rudy's background. Scooter made a guest appearance as he has to numerous forums. Because of that... an overzealous ax-grinding newcomer Sheriff (Chuckst3r) decided to use Scooter as a pawn to make his point. He did it in a callous way. Instead of drawing attention to just Rudy he needed to really draw attention to it by insinuating Scooter was commingling with a bad person. Chuckst3r's motives of shedding light onto the more shady character's of influence in Dinarland were okay... but his method was completely flawed. Chucks3r, if you are as noble and as smart as the appearance you try to present... why would you need to bring a wonderful person down to make a point? You were wrong in what you did and you took the cowards way to make your point. Intelligence stands on its own very well. You didn't need to bring in the drama or make a fall guy. What you did is like the General that orders his archers to shoot while his own soldiers are hand to hand fighting the enemy on the battlefield. You don't care who the arrow hits as long as you make your point or hit your target. That is the action of a coward and not someone of noble intention. Adam, I don't blame you one bit for encouraging Scooter to be cautious of some of these characters out there after the subject was brought up and knowing what you and I know of Rudy. Scooter... honestly that was probably good advice because you are so kind that some of these thugs will use your credibility and knack for sharing for their own misguided intentions. You're just too dang nice my friend. I know it is impossible for you to know all the players motives. However, I think if you just stick with DV that you would eliminate the confusion altogether. You see... those clown-types are not welcome here. We need you around my friend. Please reconsider and help us figure this stupid investment out. This was posted this evening on DD website: I follow your site daily to get snippets from your news section mostly but also glance through chats and posts. I am President of a bank and can tell you that there is no truth to rumors of management training tellers. People that say their branch managers and platform people know it is coming and people are getting trained is just not true. They will find out just like everyone else. For the same reason that nobody else will know ahead of time….every bank employee would be retired if they knew it was coming. I feel as most of your followers, that this will happen. I also believe it will happen sooner vs later with the progress being made daily in Iraq. I can’t speak to everyone’s contacts in government and overseas, but I can speak to the bank rumors and just wanted to pass that along. I can also speak to those that question security in cashing out at banks. People, banks aren’t going to give out millions in cash. They will either deposit it into an account at that bank, wire funds, or issue you a cashier check. So those that are stating that banks are stocking up on cash for the revalue are also misinformed. Let me see if I have this right.....A guy comes to the DV forum after being a member for less than 3 weeks. Most of his 17 posts are attacking or challenging the credibility of the best researcher in all of the dinar world. Then, the owner of this site adds credibility to the attacker of 3 weeks and asks Scooter to explain himself based upon the fact that Scooter appeared on the same radio show as Rudy.......I guess Scooter or anyone else should be doing backround checks on anyone that they might be a guest with.........If I do a radio interview with the president of the United States, do I need to let everyone in this country know that the president has associated with known terrorists and convicted felons of real estate fraud? Lawdog, While you heart is in the right place, the effort si somewhat wasted. As many have seen, this site has changed dramatically in the last year, it has evolved into something that is but a mere shell of what it was.I believe that the reason you saw what you saw from Adam Montana is simple, since Scooter has decided to share his insights with other people like DD, Phoenix and even Rudy, then Scooter is no longer a draw to this site for many people, and therefore his use to AM is not as great as it once was. INstead of an asset he is viewed as a liability. There is much weirdness in the dinar world lately. People who have left are coming back, people who are new suddnely have massive amounts of insights and feel they have the right to question in an accusatory tone. Adam Montana has Scooters email and phone number, if he truely was concerned about his association with Rudy, he could have resolved it quite simply, but instead he did it in a public forum and in a manner that many deem as unprofessional. Thats ok, Adam will still have his loyal following that will folllow him to Belize, sign up for his VIP and fall for anything else he wishes to lay on them, but just look at the numbers, it used to be that the chat room averaged 300 people a night, now it is about 100 on a good night. The site has become stale, not because it chooses to ignore the hype and pumping of other sites like PTR and GET, but more because there is an overall negative tone that permeates through the forums like a cancer. While some may think Scooter needed to "justify" his actions, he did not, and anyone who knows the man knows that his only goal was to help eductate, and if by going on a show like Phoenix or participating on a call with Rudy, if he could educate one person and get them to see this investment for the facts rather than the hype then he did his job. You are a NOOB and have no information that can incriminate or deface Scooter! Many of us know this man and he has integrity unlike yourself. Lets take a look at what kind of contributions you have made in the Dinar Vet Forums? As I thought NOTHING OF VALUE! People such as yourself make me SICK! I call BS. You don't really care about the Iraqi's any more then I do at this point. Being honest I Invested for me...no one else. Getting the cash is all about me I am sorry to say and if most are honest they will agree. The part of your post I do believe you are honest about is the sadness of troops dying, I feel that to and I am Canadian. To be honest, this Investment is all about me and my future. Dear Chuckst3r It takes a lot to get me to post these days, I had my fill of the boards and the chats back 12 months ago and sort of gave up on them just after Jan 1st rolled around. At that point I saw progress being made and figured we would see the fruits of this investment pay off sometime in the near future, could be a few weeks, could be a few months, but certainly before the year 2012. While I may have put the dinar in the drawer for the time being I still kept up on the news, always up for a juicy rumor even if it’s just for a laugh, always want to see who the latest Guru is and how quickly the fade, it’s a nice little distraction this Dinar World we play in. To me, one of the best things about this investment is the people I have met, both on the boards and in the chats. To be very honest with you, it’s a cast of characters but they are for the most part a great bunch of people and some who have truly become friends. One of those people who have become a close friend is someone you seem to also have taken a shine to, my friend Scooter. When I first started on DV, I was in amazed (and quite skeptical) at the rock star status that was given this man. Literally when he came into chat the room stopped so he could speak. When he posted, the responses were all praising the hard work he put in. It was not until one night in chat, it was a bit quiet, I was able to engage the man one-on-one. What I found was someone who was highly intelligent, someone who was not about hype, and someone who not only did his research, but was open to others opinions. We chatted and I started to understand his goals in participating in this venture. He wants to educate the people involved, he truly wants to get people to think for themselves rather than follow. He will be the first to tell you that his research is not the end all of the discussion, but it is the springboard that hopefully brings new ideas and research from other people to the table. Ok, now that the background is out of the way, I would like to ask, why do you have such an attacking style towards the man? If you do not agree with his research, make your counter points, post articles, come up with your own Trifecta theory and post it. If you don’t like the fact that Scooter has been nice enough to do some guest appearances on people’s chats, calls etc, well, not sure what to tell you other than the fact that Scooter is just too dang nice to say “No” to people. I will give you this, Rudy is most likely not the person I will be investing with Post RV, but then again, I can say that about most of the so-called Gurus who have a hidden agenda post RV. Let’s be honest, when this thing pops you will have a lot of people with more money in their pockets then they ever dreamed of, whether you own one $25k note or you own $25MM dinar. The flip side is most of those people will be looking to invest that money, and who better to invest it with then someone you have come to rely on for information and who has never seemed to guide you wrong. Please, don’t put Scooter in that category. The man has never given dates and rates. Does he say that there are windows of opportunity, milestones, does he look at what budgets say for potential rates, YES, does he say it’s happening tomorrow and the button has been pushed, NO, never has, never will. Now Chuck, back to you, let’s see, you joined this site at the end of May, haven’t made that many posts, sees that really you just have it out for Scooter. Either that or you are someone who has been banned from DV before and is now just coming back in some other form, yeah that happens a lot. Seems your issue is quite personal with Scooter, as I don’t see you posting anything about Okie, Blaino, The PTR or PD guys, or any of the other dozens of so called gurus out there. Instead you pick the one person who has done some real good not just for this site, but for the dinar world in general. Seem a bit suspect to me, but hey, I only come out to play now and again so maybe I am simply not up on the latest bashings that are taking place right now. Maybe since I have been gone we attack the researchers and newshounds like Scooter, Breitling, Enoch8 and Highlander, and if you don’t know all those names, well then you should, because they will educate you on real facts, not pumper theories. If you issue with Scooter is that he associates himself with people who potentially may be frauds or are out to get your money post RV, well then in that case there are not too many sites he would be able to participate in now would, as every site owner has post RV plans for your money, all sites make money either through membership fees, VIP fees, or through banner ad sales, even the great Adam Montana who has his Post RV group ready to go down in Belize. So Chuck, what’s the deal? Do you fancy yourself the protector of the lemmings who don’t know any better? Did you yourself get taken and now feel the need to save others? Or are you simply an agitator, someone who likes to throw bombs and see what trouble he can cause? Don’t worry, you are not the first, you won’t be the last, and if that is what makes you happy all the power to you. But what I can tell you is that all you have done is take someone who did a lot of good for this investment and provided a lot of real insight and caused him to potentially just walk away. Not because he is hiding something Chuck, not because he can’t defend himself to you or to others, but simply because he has a life, a business to run, and there is too much energy wasted explaining things to people like yourself to make it worthwhile anymore. I know, I reached that point a long time ago, sometimes being right and doing the right thing doesn’t make you right in the eyes of the masses. In closing, Chuck, anytime you want to get all those feelings off your chest, let me know, I would be glad to listen, but understand, you picked on the wrong guy, and the masses are the ones who will pay for it. Lucky for me, I talk to Scooter on a regular basis, he is a friend and we speak often. After all is said and done, we will be friends long after we have cashed in, what will you have? In fact, before he was catapulted into dinar superstar status via his call to Hannity he had been in trouble here for spamming his company info. If Mr. Montana truly cared about Scooter, he would have made his concerns (whether valid or not) privately to Scooter, not publicly. You have to admire Scooter. I would feel very betrayed if I were him, and even in his exit he is not bashing anyone, he is gracious as always. Eveyone who is a leader in dinarland should take lessons from him on how to handle yourself!

Zebari annexed to a letter to Council President, Gabon, circulated on Tuesday, a report containing measures and decisions Baghdad took towards a "full and effective" transition to a post-Development Fund mechanism that will enable Iraq to fulfill its obligations under relevant Council resolutions. The Council decided last December in resolution 1956 to terminate, on June 30 2011, the arrangements for depositing into the DFI proceeds from Iraqi oil and natural gas sales, and called on Baghdad to finalize the "full and effective" transition to a post DFI mechanism, including external auditing arrangements, and continue to pay the five percent to the victims of the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990. "We should like to inform the Security Council that the Government of Iraq has completed the arrangements that will ensure full and effective transition to such a mechanism," Zebari wrote in his letter to Council President. Those measures, he indicated, include arrangements for the external auditing of accounts; deduction of the five percent compensation percentage "or any other lesser percentage;" and settlement of the foreign debts of Iraq. He explained that in replacement of the DFI account, a new account will be opened in the name of the Government of Iraq, to be held by the Central Bank of Iraq at the US Federal Reserve Bank, and transfer will be made to that new account of all the financial assets currently held in the DFI and any other Iraqi Government assets. Concerning proceeds from export sales of oil and natural gas, he said the UN Secretariat "will be consulted with a view to finding a transparent mechanism to ensure that five per cent or any other lesser percentage is deducted and deposited to the UN Compensation Fund". This will also ensure that Iraq will be able to continue to meet its UN obligations, he said. As to the arrangements for the external auditing, Zibari said a request was made and proposals were received from four firms to audit the DFI successor account. They are Ernst Young; PricewaterhouseCoopers; KPMG; and Deloitte. Among other arrangements, he said, the Iraqi Committee of Financial Experts will replace the International Advisory and Monitoring Board (IAMB) starting July 1, 2011. He finally said that Iraq will continue its serious attempts to settle its foreign debts in accordance with the Paris Club agreement that was signed in November 2004. KUNA learned that Iraq will send a delegation later this month to discuss with the UN Secretariat this and other issues. I think most folks here on DV want to learn about the IQD, Iraq, and share a laugh or two while we wait. However, many of us also have outstanding medical bills, high mortgages, debt, college bills, and loved ones that are struggling. All of these things create tension, and the tension heightens when faced with differing perspectives and mixed news on the potential RV investment. Folks, I hate to do this now, and it could be my demise here, but I feel the need to say something. This place is crawling with vermin. Good, hard-working, legitimate and credible Iraqi Dinar investors and scholars (my own term for them, due to their level of knowledge about certain subjects), are being run off, having their reputations put in question, framed, bashed, questioned, the list goes on... Now, while it is important to keep the freedom of the boards that we have, by letting people ask their questions, even question the validity of posts and sometimes even the credibility of others' reputations based on evidence in new light, such as the Scooter situation recently, it must be done respectfully. While I think chuckst3r wasn't entirely disrespectful, only really harshly and abrasively suspicious, the posts that trickled down were not, and it always goes this way on this forum, I've noticed. Interested people get wind of something, and they drag along the dregs of the dinar troll-dom and darkened dinar alleyways. People, anyone can be questioned, and should be, if the need arises, but for those who are cautious enough, and I'm not saying Scooter isn't and I'm not giving him advice for with whom he should associate, but these things are important... We should know who is providing the information, regardless of how long they have been here, been invested, have been posting, have hundreds of followers ready to back them up and say their piece. It's okay to rep your favorite poster, but to do so the second they get questioned is naive. New Teacher in town A former Sergeant in the Marine Corps took a new job as a high chool teacher. Just before the school year started he injured his back. When a strong breeze made his tie flap, he picked up a stapler and stapled the tie to his chest. Dead silence. He had no trouble with discipline the rest of the year.
