I am Phoenix. Who am I ? I am a former special operations soldier with the United States Army. I left the military to pursue a private career as a private contractor. At this time I am semi-retired. I have lived a full, rewarding and very interesting life both privately and professionally. I have been invested in currencies on and off a few times in the past 25 yrs and currently hold positions in 5 currencies and 2 precious metals. I have been on a few forums over the years as have most persons reading this right now. At this time I am the owner of a private forum and a private chat and also host a nightly Blog Talk Radio program. I am joined in my adventures by my better half who goes by the user name"Lakehouse" and Lakehouse is the owner and writer of the news blog "Going Global, East Meets West" I stand against as I always have any exploitation of the innocent. There are many people who are on these forums who think the concept of "redistribution of wealth" means the redistribution of your wealth to their pockets and I have always spoken out against such behavior. I have never made any money on any forum or any chat in any way and never will. I have never supported or promoted those who do nor never will. I have always had a firm stance and have always suggested that people should support their local bank and the United States banking system and pay all taxes when and as advised by the professional of their choice. Myself and Lakehouse have pointed out fraud and warned of cyber crime and Internet scams as they appeared on the forums and by doing so I have become the target of the very individuals who stand to make a profit off of the innocent investor. My stance has always been "Date and rate are classified" and that this is and has been a "Live and fluid situation" The false claims that I have been saying the "RV has happened" or of claiming dates is not only false but an overt attempt by the individuals mentioned above to discredit me in any what they can. Yes I have pointed out hot windows of opportunity for this to happen in the past as have many (Adam Montana included) but these windows were always pointed out as possibilities only based upon the current events of the times. I make clear and always make clear that my views are speculation based upon due diligence and news and are not from"intel" or inside information. I am also well known for calling BS when I see it. Recent forum background: I first went by the user name of "Secret Key". As "Secret Key I discovered something that exposed a serious weakness and danger in an investment that was and is still hot at this time and put forward the evidence of the potential problems for investors in same. As I made public this damning evidence in an attempt to warn the innocent investor I was attacked on line by the very individuals who were "pumping" said investment". (No surprise) Because I had come forward with this damning information that exposed the potential dangers to said "investment" (not the IQD) those who stood to profit from getting others into the investment went on a full attack to discredit any thing I may say. So...to me no big deal...the truth was the truth. After that "episode" I was invited to join a forum that was new but had no desire to what so ever but after much prompting by the forum owner said yes...BUT he (the forum owner) insisted that I not use the name "Secret Key" because of all of the consorted efforts at the time to discredit any thing I may say. So to appease the request of that forum owner I changed my name to "Ranger77" Why that name? Because I am a Ranger and I like the number 7 and 77 is twice as good! So...on we go. The next thing that happened was that forum owner was in contact with a currency dealer and was approached by said dealer to become partners and to host a forum for the dealer. This forum owner asked me on the phone my opinion on joining forces with a dealer and i was very forthcoming in telling that forum owner I felt it was a very bad idea to do so and list the reason why I thought so. The forum owner decided to join forces with the currency dealer for immediate economic gain and did so quickly. It was very apparent that I was not too happy with what he did and I stopped posting on his forum. The next thing I knew was the forum owner banned me from his forum and launched a huge attack on me in an attempt to discredit anything I may say because of his fear of me publicly speaking out on his position of being in the pocket of a currency dealer and my firm stance against any and all pumping of dinar or dinar sales. It is worthy to note that that forum owner went off the deep end in his efforts to discredit me not only on his forum but others and dedicate hundreds of man hours and much bandwidth to do so. (some funny stuff...very creative). So.....again no big deal....I could not have cared less. Next I was in touch with few people who wanted to start a forum of their own and they wanted me to also join...so again...I said yes. Now this time they came up with the idea that being a new forum everyone should have a new name just for fun. So that is what we all did...we all (including myself) selected new names...and of course the name I chose was...."Phoenix" Well that forum went along doing well for awhile until the "troll factor" kicked in and we began to have a few disruptive postings and problems (like are seen all over this forum) so we decided to open a smaller private chat for just a few of us. Long story short on that is the forum owners manipulated that situation into a way they could milk money out of people for a profit and I was not happy to see this. Soon after a situation came up where we had a dispute and I left the forum. In an attempt to save face they attempted to publicly accuse me of something I did not do but this effort failed. That effort to discredit me failed on their part because of my careful archiving of my e-mails, PMs, chat logs and telephone calls which I have done for years because of my former profession and position. The very people they attempted to discredit me with were simply presented with a small amount of the documentation, the truth was made known and that was the end of that. So after all of that I decided to open my own private forum and private chat which I did...and has been open for one year and ten months. The name of my forum is "Gimme Shelter" and we have a locked membership and accept no new members. We had an open membership for some time and began to have serious problems again Also as you know I host a nightly radio show on Blog Talk Radio every night at 11PM est. The show is called "Gimme Shelter Radio" and is a nightly 30 min. broadcast on current events and news. Why do I post here sometimes? Well even tho I have my own private forum and chat, I like most others read all sorts of places. A while back I noticed that there were quite a few newbies on this forum asking some basic questions and saw many times their questions go unanswered so I did a few postings to answer questions and a few for fun. To find my past post on this forum just do a search. Yes I said "Happy Trails" here in December and for many months did not post and would not have even posted today if it were not for the overt attempt to discredit me seen by the troll force in this thread and am only doing so to set the record straight not for me but for those who may not know the truth to the situation. Why is my forum private? Trolls...that's why. We had a situation where someone had come on to the forum in an effort to disrupt and they were effective to the point they caused some serious problems and cause the splitting of some friends by the telling of some lies and such and as taking false identity on chat and causing many problems so we shut down the forum to the public and just kept a small core of friends as members. We now have 80 members or so and it is a good, proactive positive place with zero problems. Our members are fun, intelligent and all in all a great group of folks with good intent and positive out looks. As can be seen in on many forums the Internet offers a veil of anonymity so persons who feel empowered because they feel they are hidden and use the opportunity to "act out" and vent their frustrations. Most of the time it is just that and people who feel frustrated just lash out but in some cases you have people who are "not well" to put it in a nice way. Many of these people suffer from alcohol and drug abuse and the frustration due to pressing personal situations in their lives fueled by substance abuse will result in some interesting post by these people on public forums.' Now for the most part this is nothing but innocent venting but it can lead to compulsive rants by these people almost bordering on madness in a consistent stalking like stance. I in fact have a few stalkers who follow me around attempting their best to discredit anything I may say...they are quite fanatical and sometimes fun to watch. As far as me being crazy? Dang right!~ They say you must be crazy to jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a parachute! Yes some of the topics I cover and some of my interest may be seen by many to be "crazy" or "out of the box" and that is just the way it is. The way I see it is if the former Navy Seal Jesse Ventura can ask the questions about so called "conspiracy theories" than so can the former Army Ranger "Phoenix". Don't like it? Then don't read it. My son who is in the navy stationed in California, call me to tell me that is wife was at the airport waiting for her flight back to Oklahoma had set down next to a man that was talking on his cell phone about the iraqi dinar. He was speaking to someone that he was having to travel to all the major banks explaining about the revalue of the dinar that was going to take place at the end of June middle of July time frame. After he was off the phone she questioned him about the dinar that I had talked my son into buying . His reply was that he could not discuss this with an unauthorized person,got up and walked away. When my daughter inlaw law get here I will find out more about the conversation.

This chart will reflect that value change after it happens. There are numerous contracts that have to be paid and these are being filled by international companies, they are not going to continue for too long getting paid in currency that they cannot spend outside of Iraq, especially when they are dependent on bringing in materials from the outside to fill these contracts. Don’t be fooled by estimated rates for future planning. If they did their estimates based on say 7 USD to 1 IQD and the RV came in at say 4 instead of 7 they would be way under budgeted and come up short on being able to pay off projects after the RV, so the estimate is low in order to insure the feasibility of being able to accomplish the end results post RV. Thought I would do a preemptive post before someone tried posting the RV is going to be 1.134 or 1.168 USD to 1 IQD. Any post that states the RV is coming in this low or lower is bad intel based on official public documentation. The feasibility article actually explains the justification for using a rate lower than 3.20 an accepted estimated rate of exchange, also not the RV rate. You cannot plan or estimate feasibility on “I don’t know what it is worth” so they have set low-ball figures to be able to begin planning that has a reasonable chance of success. The Rate will be absolutely higher than the Estimated feasibility rate and probably higher than the additionally quoted estimated rate, when the RV actually happens. I am no Guru, and have no inside sources, this is not protected secret information, just using reasonable logic to analyze public information. Based on Iraq Government and Banking documents posted in public view, we should see an RV before the end of June, probably as soon as they can now and the rate should be over 3.20 USD to 1 IQD. This is not based on inside information or some hidden inside source, this is based on Public documentation. No guess work, it is what the Iraq government and CBI have already told us. If this does not happen, it is not bad intel received by a guru, it is the government and the bank of Iraq that will have failed to achieve their publicly stated plan of action. If this does not happen it does not mean it will never happen, just that the plan may fall behind schedule. Ask any contractor, they make their estimates on large projects padding cost and time, then adding a percentage to make sure they can get it done in budget and on time, but sometimes things happen and they still go over budget or past the project deadline, life is not perfectly predictable. Gotta keep our eyes’ wide open and our family’s in mind always!

I predicted once we entered into June we'd start hearing "JULY" enter the conversations...as we enter each month the next month starts trickling into the posts and so it goes on and on and on and 8 months later it stops looking like intel and just looks like stupidity. My friend XXXX, How are you? I hope all is well. It's been four years since my arrival to the U.S. and I managed to bring the rest of my family here with me. I'm doing just fine. Life is hard out here but I'm hanging in there. The value of the Dinar is pretty much the same $1 =1170 IQD. However, the General manager of the Central Bank of Iraq did came with a program to drop 3 zeros from the actual value of the Dinar. The Iraq Parliament hasn't decided yet on the matter. I got a call from my source he is high up in the GOI but I can’t tell you his name or title because he is one of the only people over there with this kind of Intel and if the word gets out Shabs will cut off his hands. Trust me he is legit! He hit me on my beeper 2 hours ago …luckily I was near a phone bank, when I called him back he told me that it had RV at a rate of 40.00$ USD!!!!! You read that correct 40.00$ can you believe it? Most of you criticizing this report have been in this forum for a very short period. Do you really understand "the plan" as it is laid out? If you do not understand how Iraq can support $5 or even $10 dollars as an RV figure...perhaps you should go back and research what Shabibi has been saying. Maybe you are the ones who are full of BS!

It truly amazes me how people will attack Palin's experience. When we all know she has way more than Obama, because he had ZERO executive experience, so why attack Palin? I think a lot of the reason a woman attacks her is shear jealousy. The woman is gorgeous and very accomplished. Oh, and unlike Obama, she loves AMERICA!

Hmmm... mistake, gaff? Or perhaps she simply meant that Revere's warning was putting the British on notice. Listen again. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt... she's doesn't need to impress me beyond what she's already accomplished, which is much more than anyone on here. Not sure what your talking about... But I would rather see her as President over Obama. Mostly, based upon her experience, and ability to speak to a group w/o the use of a teleprompter. She has years of experience and from my understanding does a pretty kick-butt job as a Secretary of State.

Im sure that everyone at some point has read the whole "economists" view on how we will cash in our dinars in the states.....well part of that whole explanation is based on the fact that we will be using Dinar to buy oil from Iraq and maybe thats what people believe about the supposed other giants that are "proposed" to have massive amounts of dinar as well....I found this article and it goes into detail about the use of the petrodollar, how hurtful it will be to the US if countries deviate from using the USD to purchase oil, and also how part of the reason for wanting to oust Saddam was because he broke the agreement between all OPEC countries to use USD and he started demanding the Euro for payment of oil.....After reading all of this information, it seems even more doubtful that after all that, we are going to all of a sudden use dinar for purchasing our oil when it has such a negative affect on the USD and our economy. Not to mention what kind of signals we would be sending to the international community and all its OPEC members....how serious would they take us and the agreements to only use USD??? It would have more of a negative impact then anything else.....Which is why I dont put much faith at all into that economists view of the RV and how it would work.....It doesnt hold much validity to me anymore......Feel free to chime in on what you think about this article and its contents. and then tell me how going back to the economists explanation of the RV makes sense and could work...I know its kinda long, but it is VERY good information that we all should read, after all, this could have a very large impact on our future economically speaking here in the US The whole premise on that explanation of how we would cash in is based off the US buying oil from Iraq with the Dinar we cash in for exchange.....well as me and MrFnHappy were discussing (hope he doesnt mind me using his name lol) The value of the dinar is based on the reserves held in USD, if countries were to drop the USD, and use something else, like Dinar, the value of the USD would drastically fall, therefore in return affecting the value of the Dinar in a negative way.....They are tied in hand in hand....one will affect the other....so it would be one of the dumbest things for the US to supposedly be planning to do for this RV exchange in the US to work.....I know the whole explanation sounds great and its exactly how we want it to work out but its flawed....it doesnt hold much weight at all to me anymore....The US doesnt take lightly the idea of countries using other currencies for the purchasing of oil, its a motive for war as it states....A big no no....So while we are so strickt on everyone else around the world using the USD for oil, how can we turn around and use something else like the Dinar and expect everything to be ok?? First of all "the plan" is mythical. It might exist and it might not. I have never seen any documentation of it, have you? So it's kind of hard for any of us to say that we understand it since its existence is only a rumor. Second, when did Shabibi say that Iraq could support $5-10? I've heard that he stated that when he was in Wyoming but I've never been able to find anything to confirm that. And third, the most valuable currency in the world is the Kuwaiti dinar at around $3.63. Their infrastructure is much more developed, their govt more stable, their security situation superior, and their GDP per capita is much higher. Those are all factors in assigning a rate to a currency. If you want to believe that a wartorn country with terrorist bombs going off and a dysfunctional government and sectarian division is going to have a currency valued at $1-6 more than Kuwait then go ahead. As far as I'm concerned anything over $1 is gravy.

Hello Everyone, I constantly have coincidences that have me feeling like Today is the Day, Today is the Day, Today is the Day. What happened today is by far the wierdest thing that has ever happened to me! This is not a lie and it by no means has any pumping intended! It' s just what happened to me today...I have my screen saver as a SHELBY MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE, a toy I plan on purchasing when the RV occurs...well today after I finished playing golf, I got my phone out of the cart and somehow my screen saver is now a front and back view of what appears to be a 250 Dinar Note. I have no clue how it happened as I have never even seen those notes, I certainly don't have a picture in my phone of them and as most of you know, it takes a concious effort to change your screen saver! I was trying to take a picture with my digital camera but it doesn't seem to want to focus. Needless to say, when a strange picture of Dinar showed up on my phone, I was pretty excited!!! According to the IMF - Iraq will grow faster than China within the next two years. (As per Hillarious) Wow..... I took some notes as I watched this video for those that may not wish to spend 20 minutes watching it. Some key points stated by Hillarious 1.) Iraq has one of the largest customer basis in the entire Arab World (My take: This is great news for anyone concerned about not having customers as they setup shop. Setup a business supplying a good or service and demand, there should be no problem selling those goods/services). 2.) One of the largest oil supply (My take: We're not only talking oil, as we can include natural gas) 3.) Best educated work force (My take: As the private sector expands, an educated people would be easy to train in. Therefore, putting them to work quickly should not be a problem) She ran through a list of countries that were setup to do business with Iraq that includes Turkey, China, Iran, Jordan, and a few more. (My take: these companies are setting up the framework to get their feet wet prior to other countries to hold the majority, get the head-start, or however you wish to see it.) She stated that Iraqis are looking to re-build every sector of their economy such as oil, agricultural, housing, banking. She made note of how Citibank is partnering with Iraqi banks. The Iraqis are looking to make it easier to do business within Iraq... (My take: They're reforming all sectors to help private sectors move in. A new government will often mean a new set of rules, policies, laws, and so forth and they're currently setting up that process) She makes note about women in the workforce. I found it quite interesting how when you consider that 50% of the population is rather low in age. Now that we add women to the workforce as many of them are quite educated, the job market will be in much of demand. 30 million people need to be employed to some degree, so how do you do it? Well I don't think the interior private sector would grow fast enough to supply those demands without the help of foreign investors. As they spoke to Dr. Ray Irani, a petroleum businessman. He made notes that to expand the oil - sector they need to rebuild the infrastructure such as electricity, water, pipelines, export facilities, banking, and security. He felt optimistic and satisfied so far. He believes there is substantial amount of potential of high rewards due to high growth. The down side is the note of need for improved security, stability, and prevention of corruption. This is what is likely making most companies fearful to set their toes within. But, the government is looking to make this easier for the investors. So I conclude with my own opinion. As a business owner, many likely do a risk/reward analysis on stepping in. If the reward was worth the risk, I am sure they would start the process. Could that reward be.... A larger customer base full of wealth?

As a student of psychology I have found one truth to be true. You attack that which threatens you. I sit and watch the liberals attack Palin without mercy. They call her dumb, stupid, and inexperienced. Yet they are relentless. All I know is that they are terrified of her for some reason. You only attack that which threatens you.

The USD is currently valued by its level of debt. Having IQD in our treasury raises the value of the USD once the value of the IQD increases via the RV. Thus, our debt may then be reduced, or paid off to countries such as China. Whether we use that additional value to purchase oil, or just set on it, doesn't really matter. We own the dinar as the cost of helping Iraq become a democracy. Doing so adds future worth to our own currency, and that is what really matters. I agree that using dinars to purchase oil seems foolish and counter-productive with regard to the value of the USD. The key is that the oil is purchased at a much lower rate than market value. Thus, the value of the USD remains intact, if not actually higher overall. Hope this helps with your question. If not, at least I tried.

Folks remember these are auctions. The bid starts low and usually ends up somewhere around the ask price before the close of the auction. I wouldn't be concentrating on the auction prices to much as they mean nothing till the auction is complete. What we are looking for is a major change in rate. When you see it, you will know it.

As "Secret Key I discovered something that exposed a serious weakness and danger in an investment that was and is still hot at this time and put forward the evidence of the potential problems for investors in same. As I made public this damning evidence in an attempt to warn the innocent investor I was attacked on line by the very individuals who were "pumping" said investment". (No surprise) Because I had come forward with this damning information that exposed the potential dangers to said "investment" (not the IQD) those who stood to profit from getting others into the investment went on a full attack to discredit any thing I may say. So...to me no big deal...the truth was the truth. After that "episode" I was invited to join a forum that was new but had no desire to what so ever but after much prompting by the forum owner said yes...BUT he (the forum owner) insisted that I not use the name "Secret Key" because of all of the consorted efforts at the time to discredit any thing I may say. So to appease the request of that forum owner I changed my name to "Ranger77" Why that name? Because I am a Ranger and I like the number 7 and 77 is twice as good! So...on we go. The next thing that happened was that forum owner was in contact with a currency dealer and was approached by said dealer to become partners and to host a forum for the dealer. This forum owner asked me on the phone my opinion on joining forces with a dealer and i was very forthcoming in telling that forum owner I felt it was a very bad idea to do so and list the reason why I thought so. The forum owner decided to join forces with the currency dealer for immediate economic gain and did so quickly. It was very apparent that I was not too happy with what he did and I stopped posting on his forum. The next thing I knew was the forum owner banned me from his forum and launched a huge attack on me in an attempt to discredit anything I may say because of his fear of me publicly speaking out on his position of being in the pocket of a currency dealer and my firm stance against any and all pumping of dinar or dinar sales. It is worthy to note that that forum owner went off the deep end in his efforts to discredit me not only on his forum but others and dedicate hundreds of man hours and much bandwidth to do so. (some funny stuff...very creative). So.....again no big deal....I could not have cared less. Next I was in touch with few people who wanted to start a forum of their own and they wanted me to also join...so again...I said yes. Now this time they came up with the idea that being a new forum everyone should have a new name just for fun. So that is what we all did...we all (including myself) selected new names...and of course the name I chose was...."Phoenix" Well that forum went along doing well for awhile until the "troll factor" kicked in and we began to have a few disruptive postings and problems (like are seen all over this forum) so we decided to open a smaller private chat for just a few of us. Long story short on that is the forum owners manipulated that situation into a way they could milk money out of people for a profit and I was not happy to see this. Soon after a situation came up where we had a dispute and I left the forum. In an attempt to save face they attempted to publicly accuse me of something I did not do but this effort failed. That effort to discredit me failed on their part because of my careful archiving of my e-mails, PMs, chat logs and telephone calls which I have done for years because of my former profession and position. The very people they attempted to discredit me with were simply presented with a small amount of the documentation, the truth was made known and that was the end of that. So after all of that I decided to open my own private forum and private chat which I did...and has been open for one year and ten months. The name of my forum is "Gimme Shelter" and we have a locked membership and accept no new members. We had an open membership for some time and began to have serious problems again Also as you know I host a nightly radio show on Blog Talk Radio every night at 11PM est. The show is called "Gimme Shelter Radio" and is a nightly 30 min. broadcast on current events and news. Why do I post here sometimes? Well even tho I have my own private forum and chat, I like most others read all sorts of places. A while back I noticed that there were quite a few newbies on this forum asking some basic questions and saw many times their questions go unanswered so I did a few postings to answer questions and a few for fun. To find my past post on this forum just do a search. Yes I said "Happy Trails" here in December and for many months did not post and would not have even posted today if it were not for the overt attempt to discredit me seen by the troll force in this thread and am only doing so to set the record straight not for me but for those who may not know the truth to the situation. Why is my forum private? Trolls...that's why. We had a situation where someone had come on to the forum in an effort to disrupt and they were effective to the point they caused some serious problems and cause the splitting of some friends by the telling of some lies and such and as taking false identity on chat and causing many problems so we shut down the forum to the public and just kept a small core of friends as members. We now have 80 members or so and it is a good, proactive positive place with zero problems. Our members are fun, intelligent and all in all a great group of folks with good intent and positive out looks. As can be seen in this thread the Internet offers a veil of anonymity so persons who feel empowered because they feel they are hidden and use the opportunity to "act out" and vent their frustrations. Most of the time it is just that and people who feel frustrated just lash out but in some cases you have people who are "not well" to put it in a nice way. Many of these people suffer from alcohol and drug abuse and the frustration due to pressing personal situations in their lives fueled by substance abuse will result in some interesting post by these people on public forums.' Now for the most part this is nothing but innocent venting but it can lead to compulsive rants by these people almost bordering on madness in a consistent stalking like stance. I in fact have a few stalkers who follow me around attempting their best to discredit anything I may say...they are quite fanatical and sometimes fun to watch. As far as me being crazy? Dang right!~ They say you must be crazy to jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a parachute! Yes some of the topics I cover and some of my interest may be seen by many to be "crazy" or "out of the box" and that is just the way it is. The way I see it is if the former Navy Seal Jesse Ventura can ask the questions about so called "conspiracy theories" that so can the former Army Ranger "Phoenix". Don't like it? Then don't read it. Is this the first time you have read this article that has been posted at least 10 times on this site? Hmm let me think do I believe you that there will be no revalue(hahahahahahahaha) or shabibi who during the Chamber of Commerce meeting in the states that said there will be a revalue soon. Such a tough one, but I think I will go with the other guy.

+ How many times do people have to say this.... Rumors are Rumors. They are not fact. Do I think they are lying? No? Do I think they are right? No.... That is what makes this a Rumor. Another thought... So many people call these guru's pumpers, what I cannot figure out is how YOU know that. Do you know? Do you have proof? You make an assumption as well as publicly call them names. That makes it Libelous statements. You should be careful.. Anyway, NOT lies, NOT Pumping, just information that has yet come to be true.
