Entitlement my ass, I paid cash for my social security insurance!!!! Just because the government borrowed the money, doesn't make my benefits some kind of charity or handout!! Congressional benefits, aka. Free healthcare, outrageous retirement packages, 67 paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation, unlimited paid sick days, now that's welfare, and they have the nerve to call my retirement entitlements!!!!!!.....scroll down............... What the HELL's wrong??? WAKE UP AMERICA !!!! Tuesday's Daily Bulletin paper, ran two articles on the front page side by side: 1- Calif 's 20 Billion Dollar Budget Deficit 2- The Calif Supreme Court ruling that ILLEGALS can attend college and get benefits. Why don't they just deport them when they arrive to register? 3- Last year they ran an article on the yearly costs to Calif Taxpayers from Illegals using Hospital Emergency Rooms for their general health care. - At just one hospital the cost to tax payers totaled over 25 million a year. Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with all the people that run this country!!!!!! We're "broke" and can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,??????????? In the last couple of years we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile, and Turkey . And now Pakistan ......home of bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!! Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries! They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when its time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why did the government borrow from it in the first place? We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans. AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment -etc, etc. YET..................... They have a 'Benefit' for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies. Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries. Sad isn't it?

This is not based on inside information or some hidden inside source, this is based on Public documentation. No guess work, it is what the Iraq government and CBI have already told us. 7.UN accepted budget projections for Iraq are $90.1 billion. However, oil revenues are estimated at only $26.1 billion. 90.1/26.1 = $3.452 USD just to meet their existing UN approved budget. It is probably safe to assume they will include additional government spending so that’s why you are hearing estimates for the RV rate as high as $4.41. , In another article “The Iraq Revaluation Soon” this paragraph ended the article, “Recently, the Iraqi Government stated “We have promised the people of Baghdad and Iraq that the next four years will be the phase of construction and better economy, and we will live up to our promises” So, to answer the original question asked above, “Will Iraq’s currency, the Iraqi Dinar, gain value compared to other world currencies soon?” Absolutely, YES!… Because a new government is in place, and old oil fields are getting back on line, and new ones are being discovered, and the security has been restored. Iraq also had a lot of debt piled up owing to many other countries. And most of that debt has been forgiven by those countries. What will keep the currency revaluation from happening now? I just wanted to say that i am eating crow and it don't taste good because there is no recipe to make it better. I have to apologize and i said i would if it didn't happen the 1st. I stuck my neck out on my intuitions and i was wrrrrrrrroooonnnnggg and i have learned my lesson. These guys over there can make more excuses than carters got liver pills so i will leave all RV dates up to the ones who can say it with a straight face and sleep at night. Thats not me. This is the latest from Steve Ernossete - Thur, June 2 – food for thought as usual when he ‘writes’- What is holding up the RV and what can be done about it? 6/2/2011 by Ernorrste Today at 2:11 pm For the last several weeks I have dwelt on what might be causing the delays in the pending RV. In this process I have been led, I believe, to the answer. Let me take you down my thought process. There are a number of players that have a stake in the RV. Some have more say than others, obviously. Let’s look at the players and deal with each one separately to see if we can eliminate any of them from the mix. Here are the players, as I see them: The UN The World Bank The US Treasury The President of the US Possible Terrorist Implications The IMF The Government of Iraq (completion) The Parliament of Iraq Prime Minister Maliki The CBI (Shabibi) or The Ministry of Finance The hidden Powerful Elite Gurus on various dinar sites and their members I have come to the conclusion that the UN is not a force in this action at this time. The UN has been urging Iraq to clean up its issues related to release from Chapter 7 for many months now. They have applauded the successes of Iraq while, more recently, given pointers for the last few points that needed to be addressed by Iraq for total release. In the meantime Iraq has been diligently working to eliminate these last few problems, and appears to have succeeded in doing so. In any case, it is my opinion that the RV and the release from Chapter 7 are no longer linked, even though a final announcement of release may coincide with the RV announcement. For purposes of this post, however, I do not believe that the UN is holding up the RV. The World Bank is a minor player in this event and has never been seriously looked at as a “contender” in any sense in holding up the RV. As a lending agent to underdeveloped countries it has offered funds to Iraq over the years, but there has never been any indication that their funding of Iraq has anything to do with the RV itself. Therefore I do not see them as a player in the RV process. The US Treasury appears to have had input in the timing of the RV in the past. We get an indication of this from the fact that the UST has made some “rule” changes that will affect our ability to cash in our dinars. It is my opinion that these rule changes have come about because of our “loose lips” on the chat and conference calls. Such things as “ledger to ledger transfers” and “direct dinars-to-gold” exchanges” have been eliminated in recent months as options to us for cashing in. It is my opinion that these changes came about by the UST to close loopholes that otherwise might have made it difficult for the UST (or IRS, more particularly) to monitor our tax liabilities. It is my opinion, however, that the UST is no longer a factor in the delay of the RV. It has been some time since any rule changes have been announced. It seems to me that the UST is now an advocate of an imminent RV in Iraq rather than a delaying force. The President of the US has been labeled as a delayer in the recent past. Some gurus have claimed (who knows how they get this information…..) that Obama wanted a higher rate for the US Government than the one available at the banks. According to this “intel” he was rebuffed and the situation was resolved without his winning the argument. In any case, the same “intel” has claimed that he “signed off” on all paperwork. This would indicate to me that he is no longer a factor in any delays of the RV. In fact, if it is actually true that he did sign off on the paperwork (again, how do they know this…….) then he, along with us, is now awaiting the RV announcement as well. More recently we heard from one of the gurus that apparently some terrorist organizations have been able to obtain “pallet loads” of dinars and that Interpol and the CIA have been working diligently to capture these “rogue dinars” and stop the terrorists from benefiting from the new rate, which would of course allow them to fund even greater terrorist activities. Fortunately the guru who reported this has indicated that the situation is now resolved, so this is no longer a delay in the RV announcement, if in fact it ever was one. I must admit, however, that the idea that any group of persons could obtain “pallet loads” of dinars seems a bit far fetched to me. Whatever. The threat is now apparently gone, so the dinar is not being held up by “terrorist implications.” The IMF is clearly a major player in the entire process leading to the RV of the dinar. As the world’s “currency monitor” it claims responsibility, ultimately, for balancing the values of the world’s currencies. It is on record for several years now having stated that its “new” policy is to realign all of the major currencies in the world to reflect the “underlying wealth” of a given country. I have discussed this in detail previously so I will not dwell on it here. It is my opinion, however, that this process has been complete for some time now, probably several months in fact, and that the IMF is actually frustrated that the RV of the dinar has not been “made available” yet as a part of the entire basket of currencies to be revalued at one time. While there have been “intel” statements in the past that certain countries “weren’t ready yet” there have also been more recent statements indicating that every country is now ready and that they are waiting on Iraq. Assuming this “intel” is correct, then, we can see that the IMF is not delaying the RV of the dinar. In fact, it is apparently awaiting the announcement, along with Mr. Obama. It had been stated some time ago by Mr. Shabibi that he would announce the RV when the government of Iraq was completed. For many months we have all awaited the announcement of the names of the last 3 ministry positions in the belief that this is what was the cause of the delay in the RV. However, last month Mr. Shabibi was asked directly how the government was affecting the timing of the RV. His answer was short and complete: “The formation of the GOI has nothing to do with the RV.” Since he is the man who is ultimately in charge of the changing of the rate of the dinar (as he clearly indicated in an previous answer to a question at the same Chamber of Commerce meeting in Washington D.C.) then we can almost certainly trust his words on this matter. Therefore I do not see the completion of the formation of the government as a delay in the RV announcement, contrary to what some gurus are now, again, reporting. If the final formation of the government of Iraq is not a factor, could the parliament itself in some way be holding up the RV? Once again we must revert back to Mr. Shabibi, who announced clearly that he was going to draft a law regarding the “removal of the three zeros”, then pass it by the cabinet and Prime Minister, and from there onto the parliament for approval. According to the press reports, he did in fact draft the law. He also passed it through the cabinet and the Prime Minister’s office. And, according to that article from several weeks ago now, it was to go before Parliament at the beginning of the following week for a vote. We may safely assume that the vote did in fact take place and that the “rubber stamping” of the “removal of the three zeros” had been approved. Of course we know that the “removal of the three zeros” had in fact been taking place since December 2009 and was in effect completed when the draft law was written. Therefore, as I have indicated before, the term “removal of the three zeros” was a code phrase for the RV itself rather than what it said, since what it said was already completed. Therefore, the parliament has apparently already approved the final draft law of the RV. Since that is the case, they are not a factor in the delay of the RV anymore. This brings me to Prime Minister Maliki. It is clear to me that Mr. Maliki is a force in the overall process that is causing delays in the formation of the government of Iraq. What is NOT clear to me is that his obstinence, as I would call it, is a factor that is delaying the RV announcement itself. In fact, based upon his TV announcement from last week, it would appear that he was trying to push the ball forward with respect to the RV announcement rather than delay it in any real sense. Therefore, even if he has played a role in the past in delaying the final RV announcement, it seems clear to me that his most recent statement indicates that he is in fact ready for it to be announced as soon as possible. Incidentally, we have had “intel” from as far back as two or three months ago in which we were told that Maliki had told Shabibi to get the RV done as soon as possible. Therefore, if this “intel” is accurate, Maliki is certainly not the delaying force holding up the RV announcement. In any case, his latest TV showing indicates that he believes personally that this thing is essentially “done” and ready to be made public “at any moment.” This brings me to Mr. Shabibi and the entire CBI and Ministry of Finance. Clearly the CBI works in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance. In my book I have shown that the two organizations have worked together since 2005 with the plan that is now coming to fruition. However, I also showed that the Ministry of Finance deferred to the CBI, and in particular to Mr. Shabibi, in the approval and implementation of the plan itself. Therefore we need only concern ourselves with Mr. Shabibi himself in terms of asking whether or not he is a factor in the delay of the announcement of the RV. We know that as far back as February of 2010 Mr. Shabibi had informed the IMF that he was ready to bring the dinar into Forex as an internationally tradable currency “in the near future.” This was over 15 months ago, which is hardly a time frame that could be called the “near future.” More recently, at the meeting of the Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C. he said that the revaluation of the dinar would occur “very soon.” It seems to me, then, that Mr. Shabibi has been ready for quite some time to see the completion of his 5 year turned to 6 year project. The very fact that he was “ready” 15 months ago and that he indicated over 2 weeks ago that it was going to happen “very soon” is, to me, a sign that he is definitely NOT delaying the RV announcement. Instead, it would seem apparent that he is attempting to push the announcement through, rather than delay it any farther. I would be totally remiss if I did not include the real power brokers of the world. I called them the Powerful Elite, and they truly are both powerful and elite. I am referring to the banking interests worldwide who pull most of the strings that run this world. Let’s just say that the Powerful Elite are ruthless and have no allegiance to any country. Their allegiance is to power and to money. So, then, knowing that this coming RV of up to 110 countries around the world will be a huge boost to the world economy, can anyone think of a reason why they would want to delay the RV of the dinar in Iraq? The answer, quite simply, is no, they are not behind the delays. In fact, I would venture to guess that they’ve been ready to roll this out since December of 2009 and that they are just as frustrated as we are. This leaves me with only one other group that might be delaying the announcement of the RV. That group is us, quite frankly. Unless you think I am naïve I am aware that there are some who think that it is arrogant of us to even think that the “players” pay any attention to us at all. The simple truth is that the frenzy of anticipation that exists on dinar-related web sites has clearly drawn the attention of the other players. We have had evidence of this in the “rules” changes from the UST/IRS as well as recent “intel” from high level “three letter” agencies requesting that we tone down our rhetoric somewhat. Furthermore, if we are drawing the attention of the “powers” of the “3 letter agencies” in the US you can best believe that we have the attention of others outside the US as well. However, is it actually possible that WE are the delaying factor in the coming RV? Does that really make sense? This brings me to the final answer as to Who is really delaying the RV, and why, and what can be done about it. It seems perfectly clear to me now that we are not the source of the delay. However, it also seems clear to me that the delay is ultimately in the hands of God, and that He has delayed this RV announcement because of our infantile obsession over it. You all may think I am off base here. So be it. I will apologize when I am shown to be wrong, if that turns out to be the case. However, having exhausted every other possibility, perhaps it is time to look upward, and then look inward, to find the real Source of the delay. Our obsession is hardly something to be rewarded, is it? Perhaps, just perhaps, it is time for us to “let go, and let God.” In doing so, obediently, we will finally relax into His will rather than act like ravenous wolves in chat sites and conference calls, constantly calling out for “rates and dates.” Perhaps, just perhaps, if we did stop totally, and wait on God, this would be enough, for Him, to see our obedience to Him. Perhaps then He would end the delay. Let’s ask ourselves some questions about just how we are acting, and how we are perceived as this process has unfolded. We can start with the most obvious question: has any intel at all ever been shown to have been accurate? We all know the answer to this is a resounding “NO.” But does that make sense? My father used to say to me this simple and yet true statement: “Son, even a blind sow can find an acorn once in awhile.” By that he meant that somewhere, sometime, everyone is bound to be right at least once in awhile. However, in the case of all of the searching and all of the sources and all of the article analyses by all of the gurus from all of the various dinar sites we can proudly make one claim: not one shred of “intel” has yet proven to be accurate. Take a simple example. The announcement of the final three ministers has been predicted, claimed, touted, and finalized conclusively by any number of gurus for several months now. Yet as of this moment I can confidently state that no one knows for certain if the process is completed or not (in spite of the fact that the latest “intel” even gives their names!). Here is another example that points out the absurdity of some of the guru claims. Have you ever noticed how every time Hillarious or Joe leave the country that at least one guru comes out and says that they are heading to Iraq? Yet we find out later that in fact that wasn’t the case at all, or, if in the few cases one of them did go to Iraq we have no evidence that the RV was the topic of discussion, in spite of the guru statements to the contrary. Now I do not belittle the people who are sincerely trying to figure this out. In fact, I’m surprised that they continue to do what they do, given their track records. One would begin to think that their “sources” aren’t very reliable and that they would be more hesitant to repeat what they’ve been told. I know I would be. Yet they continue to present their case for “just what is going on behind the closed doors” each week, only to discover the following week that their information wasn’t quite accurate, or, to put it more bluntly, wasn’t accurate at all. Now I have three close friends on this site who participate in this process with all of the seriousness that anyone could have in this endeavor. I can also attest that they are just as frustrated, time and again, as you and I are when we hear the “intel” and then find out it is not accurate, again and again. So I’m drawn to one conclusion, and one only, regarding the reason for the delay in the announcement of the RV. That conclusion is that God Himself is hindering the announcement. If He were not the Source of these constant delays and twists, then why, as my Dad would have said, hasn’t some blind sow found at least one acorn yet? In other words, who other than God could give all of the gurus on all of the sites a 100% perfect failure rate? I believe I can rest my case here with little fear of being refuted on this point. So we have the answer as to Who has delayed the RV announcement. We must now ask the next two questions: Why is it being delayed and what can be done about it? At this point I am following a normal analytical process to its conclusion. I could be wrong on this, but I doubt it. Having eliminated all of the major players from this equation we are left with ourselves only. So we must honestly ask ourselves why God would delay the RV announcement because of us. When the question is asked this bluntly the answer begins to appear fairly quickly, doesn’t it? After all, if this is truly a worldwide event, planned from before the beginning of time by God Himself, as we believe, as a blessing to believers and a great wealth transfer as prophetically announced by Isaiah and others some 2700 years ago, then perhaps, just perhaps, our attitude might be a factor in what is causing God to delay His plan. Is it possible, or even probable, that He is waiting for us? Let’s look at how we have been reacting, and see if we can’t gain some clarity from His perspective, instead of from our own only. For instance, if you were God, and you knew just exactly what you needed for this to roll out perfectly, you’d want to have good stewards, right? You’d want to have people who were mature, prepared, and patient, right? And you would definitely have a concern if instead you saw people whose sole purpose seemed to be “rate and date” or “intel” or “who will get the announcement first?” or “where should we look?” and so on. To me it seems evident that we are not living up to our responsibilities in this regard. We seem to have a desperation attitude instead of an attitude of confidence and patience. Now I’m not saying everyone has all of these issues, but clearly many, if not most, have expressed some or several of these issues in the recent past. The reality is that there is now a near panic mentality as the event approaches, and instead of a peaceful knowledge leading to patience we have evidence of depression, anxiety, and frustration. Therefore, I’d like us all to look within ourselves this week and see if we aren’t a factor in the delay of the RV announcement. Are we ready, or is God still waiting on us to get ready? Realizing the enormity of the upcoming event, and knowing that it is a God-sized plan gives us reason to be a little antsy. However, we should all, and I include myself in this incidentally, be looking for leadership from our Lord. Instead of saying, “Are you running with me Jesus?” perhaps we should be saying, “When you are ready, Lord, tell me what to do.” Just how this message will affect each individual is something that I have no control over. Some will get more from it than others. Some, probably on other sites, will pooh-pooh it as dribble. My concern is not for the outcome, but for the presentation. I hope that I have laid this out clearly enough for us all to see that we are, in fact, also “players” in this grand scheme. Furthermore, I hope that we each see that our individual actions and attitudes may well be affecting the timing of the release of the RV announcement. Take care. Look upward, and then look inward. There are people on here still trying to come up with all kinds of formulas between tne number of people holding dinars, the average held and what kind of rate whether it will bankrupt Iraq trying to pay millions an millions of dollars to people not just here but all over the world. First let me say that sometime back the US signed a deal with Iraq to buy oil for our nation at 35 dollars a barrell when they needed it. All the people holding dinars here in the US when cash in time comes will simply go to their chosen places with whatever they will be cash in at the time and the bank will perform the necessary steps for you, make you happy, hear you scream, watch some faint, haul some out in an ambulance, but seriously you will have your receipt in hand showing your new wealth whatever that may be and you can go on your merry little way planning, buying, joining the rich side of the table. After you turn these in to what ever place it will go to the US Treasury and between the rate you got the Treasury will up it a little to let the banks make some more besides any spread or transaction fees. All these dinars will go to the US Treasury vault to be used later.Not only will the vault fill up with dinars it will fill up with our taxes to make uncle sam happy. And this question i like, "How is the business section going to function with 3 million plus people not showing up for their jobs " first these 3 million people are not consentrated in one area or one job profession. For example maybe there is an office with 15 people in it and one jumps up and says....Its here i don't work here no more.... there are 14 people left to handle it until they hire another. Now let me add that 3 million or so new millionaires contributing to the economy spending money like... Brewsters millions...funny movie by the way is paid making the govt happy, 3 million new faces will have jobs that was maybe unemployed making the govt happy. We get what we want, the govt gets what it wants. They have money coming in from every direction and we will continue to spend our money for years. millions of people will have new jobs to feed their families. I'll be happy, you'll be happy, Uncle Sam will be happy and maybe it will last for a while.

The ANT AND THE GRASSHOPPER This one is a little different ...... Two Different Versions ..... Two Different Morals OLD VERSION: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. MORAL OF THE OLD STORY: Be responsible for yourself! MODERN VERSION: The ant works hard in the withering heat and the rain all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while he is cold and starving. CBS, NBC , PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so? Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper and everybody cries when they sing, 'It's Not Easy Being Green..' ACORN stages a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the group singing, We shall overcome. Then Rev. Jeremiah Wright has the group kneel down to pray for the grasshopper's sake. President Obama condemns the ant and blames President Bush, President Reagan, Christopher Columbus, and the Pope for the grasshopper's plight. Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share. Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity & Anti-Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning of the summer. The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the Government Green Czar and given to the grasshopper. The story ends as we see the grasshopper and his free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the ant's food while the government house he is in, which, as you recall, just happens to be the ant's old house, crumbles around them because the grasshopper doesn't maintain it. The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be seen again. The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize and ramshackle, the once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood. The entire Nation collapses bringing the rest of the free world with it. MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful how you vote in 2012 I've sent this to you because I believe that you are an ant! You may wish to pass this on to other ants, but don't bother sending it on to any grasshopper's because they wouldn't understand it, anyway.

Finally received an email response: "BanG was a hectic day , people have been chatting it up and celebrating as they have been told that there is a currency change in the process. We are hearing all kinds of mixed information from day to day in the GOI. Will keep you posted on the hype and currency talk. Do not believe everything you see or hear as to the protests and complaining crap as this is in very limited locations and not as big as they say it is. Most Iraqi's in the street are excited about the changes going on with the rejuvenation projects in Iraq and the removal of most of the blast barriers. As we said there is much to celebrate and the Iraqi's are cutting loose. Later BanG." This was the jist of the reply from my friend Jim. The guys appear to be doing well and the remaining pieces of the email are personal and directed to me. As we continue to chat I hope more information is revealed as to the daily lives of folks in Iraq. Peace.

Thought I would do a preemptive post before someone tried posting the RV is going to be 1.134 or 1.168 USD to 1 IQD. Any post that states the RV is coming in this low or lower is bad intel based on official public documentation. The feasibility article actually explains the justification for using a rate lower then 3.20 an accepted estimated rate of exchange, also not the RV rate. You can not plan or estimate feasibility on “I don’t know what it is worth” so they have set low-ball figures to be able to begin planning that has a reasonable chance of success. Based on Iraq Government and Banking documents posted in public view, we should see an RV before the end of June, probably as soon as they can now and the rate should be over 3.20 USD to 1 IQD. If this does not happen, it is not bad intel received by a guru, it is the government and the bank of Iraq that will have failed to achieve their publicly stated plan of action. This is an IMF structural benchmark for Iraq's financial development due end of June. They can't just push it back. The following is from the IMF's March 2011 country report for Iraq: Financial Sector 12. Financial inter-mediation is at a very low level in Iraq. A functioning banking sector is essential for the development of a strong private sector. We have begun to embark on our banking sector reform strategy: A critical step will be to complete the financial restructuring of the two largest state owned banks, Rafidain and Rasheed, based on their completed financial and operational audits. In this regard, we formed a Bank Reconciliation Unit that comprises technical level staff from the banks, the CBI and the Ministry of Finance, and with the assistance of Ernst and Young (who were the agents of the Ministry of Finance in the external debt restructuring process) to: (i) deal with all legacy external liabilities taking into account the government’s actions in the context of Iraq’s external debt restructuring (ii) identify and propose to write-off non-performing loans to defunct state-owned enterprises; (iii) propose a course of action for other remaining unreconciled accounts; and (iv) after the balance sheets have been cleaned up, revalue the remaining foreign currency denominated balance sheet items. The BRU will work under the supervision of the Restructuring Oversight Committee (ROC), consisting of the Minister of Finance, the Governor of the CBI, and the Chairman of the BSA. The BRU will send its recommendations for final approval to the respective boards of the two banks. Through this process, we aim to complete the restructuring of the balance sheets of Rafidain and Rasheed by end-June 2011 (a structural benchmark). Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance will continue to work closely with the World Bank under its banking sector project to modernize these banks by moving ahead with the plans for their operational restructuring. These banks will operate on a fully commercial basis, on market terms, and the government will refrain from directing any lending. Decisions on the recapitalization of Rafidain and Rasheed will not be made until the restructuring of their balance sheets has been completed and adequate progress has been made in their operational restructuring, especially by establishing an appropriate governance structure and strengthening risk management and control functions. More generally, given the vulnerabilities these (and other) banks face due to operational risks, the CBI will continue to improve its oversight systems and monitor closely the activities of the banks, particularly during the transition process. The new set of prudential regulations for commercial banks, including those related to minimum capital requirements, liquidity risk, and anti-money laundering, are being implemented. Work on the relevant reporting tables for the banks will be completed soon in consultation with the IMF and other technical assistance providers. When I logged onto Dinar Vets this morning , the FIRST thing I saw is two, side by side LARGE ads that say The Dinar Investment is a SCAM. I've seen them before, but today, both of them and so large, just made me think WTH?? My opinion, but you would THINK that whoever sells the advertising would have a stopping point at that onet. I feel like I'm crossing the picket line. Very awkward also to have one of those on one side, and Adams book for sale on the other. ps. However, I did order Russian girlfriends for all my single guy friends, so that one worked out great

I for one think that the top portion of the post was very well put together and that for all of us involved, Christian or not, it has been a time of searching our souls as to motives of greed etc. I have for one have caught myself wanting just that bit more and I could see how "God" could use this to refine and purify our hearts He has with me.

The ACLU should be classified as a terrorist organization--there is a limit to who should be represented not a blank check for the abusers using the system for thier own ends--truly represent those who's rights have been trampled and have an honest need not the others--fine line I know but gone are the days to protect that one in a million verses the thousands taking advantage of the system and start thinking about who acually has to pay the check! capt. cliff

I posted this on my facebook a couple days ago. hooboy, was that a fun time. I actually support this. It seems fair enough. The state reimburses you for the test if the results are clean, if not...well you get no welfare. I don't think its too much to ask that if you intend to live off the US' dime that you stay clean. I seem to do alright staying employed and out of jail and I don't do drugs. I'm sure there are plenty of folks on welfare who don't do drugs. I don't see how this expectation is too much to ask of the general public. Drugs are illegal, you shouldn't do them if you're living off food stamps of if you race robot giraffes around your own private stadium. To expect folks to be and stay clean is something so basic, to argue against it seems silly to me.

The Iraqi Dinar is a REAL currency, issued by a REAL country,used by REAL people on a daily basis. That in itself proves it is not a scam. Now, if you hold fake or counterfeit dinar then yes, you got scammed. If you wake up every morning and hang on every word of egotistical,attention getting, pathological liars that sprinkle fairy dust in your coffee about how you will wake up one morning and be an instant millionaire, then guess what... YOU SCAMMED YOURSELF! I REPEAT YOU SCAMMED YOURSELF! Yes pumpers scam people on a daily basis, using someones emotions,hopes and dreams to make you spend money you don't have on a SPECULATAION, but that does not make the Iraqi Dinar a scam. It has only allowed people to be scammed, and pumpers and scammers should be ashamed of themselves. This investment is a SPECULATION. Meaning that an undervalued currency has the potential to increase in value based on goods and services. Its actually not that high of a risk because the cost of the currency is relatively low versus the potential outcome. Thats all this investment is,period. Do I believe in the dinar? Of course I do or I wouldn't be here. Will it revalue,lop,re-denominate or some combination of either.....sure it can. However, no amount of hopes,dreams,pumping,or speculating is going to change the outcome. Take time to educate yourself,research, and come up with your own conclusion. Listen to people like Adam,Scooter,Keep,Mr. Rich,doc31,Bang and others because they do the research,have the experience, and base most of their conclusions on facts,articles,and what is presented,not what isn't. I must also thank the MODS for all they do. This site is second to none and I am much more educated because of the time and effort,debates,and articles that are brought here for us to enjoy. NEWBIES: Don't let this investment keep you in fantasy land. Don't cry about how Iraq should have done this by now. Stop complaining about your feelings getting hurt because people tell you the truth. Spend as little time as you can here so you don't miss out on life. Don't spend more money than you can afford to lose,don't let this investment change you, and most of all don't let yourself get scammed by a speculation. To Qman: I'm sure you have considered the fact that we all have the priviledge of the freedom of speech, and I happen to agree. I'm no fan of Obama, but we also must consider that this site is owned by private individual(s) and is not a public site rather intended for the exchange of information regarding the Iraqi Dinar. The owners of the site also have the freedom to allow or disallow posts as they see fit. I'm certain it's nothing personal to you, but you can appreciate their position. Just sayin'. Any of us can be as patriotic as we wish. Some here haven't been convinced yet of the correctness or the error of installing this particular president. While posts like the one you put up is gratifying if you want to promote a change in the administration it is sure to draw fire from the opposition. Thus, while the goal here is a drive toward the exchange of ideas and thoughts regarding a particular topic, it was not designed as an exchange or blog for political rivalries. Hope you can see through the smoke and allow the mods to rule rather than your leaving the site.

I understand making money and selling advertisement space on a website but when you are watching if a investment as ours becomes fruitful and writing books about it and the RV, then why allow an ad about our investment being a SCAM. It causes me to have second thoughts about this investment and the website. It kind of lends me to think the site has other motives behind it and is only trying to make as much money as possible before this completely goes bust. JMO and I hope I'm very wrong

Last night as I watched Glenn Beck I was inspired by his guests. They were Holocaust survivers and told their stories of how they survived the war, many with the help of Schindler. Both Schindler and Soros were contemporaries at the the time. Soros sold his soul and became a traitor to his own people. He ratted on them and gladly gave them up to the Nazis and many were killed. Even today Soros has no remore of his past actions (See youtube). On the other hand, Schindler, a wealthy secular Jew sold everything he had to to save as many Jews from the furnaces. The rest is history! Today Soros continues to finance Marxists organizations such as NARAL, National Lawyers Guild, Media Matters, People for the American Way, Project Vote, Sojourners, and dozens more. He seeks the destruction of Israeal and has visited the White House at least seven times this past year. He is a favorite guest of Obama. Why??? Soros has collapsed major currencies for his own self serving interests and now is attempting to do the same with the US dollar. Geithner has his ear close to Soro's whispers. Any wonder why we are headed in the direction we are in?? My point in all this is ths. Watch what goes on behind the scenes. Can you trust a person like Soros who has the ear of this administration and some in Congress. If the chips are down will YOU stand up to be a Schindler or a Soros?

Actually, "Off Topic Posts" is a forum where anyone can go and present the "topics of their choice" that don't concern the "dinar". You might want to "read" some of the posts, they are pretty interesting. Qman is very well respected on this site, and he writes from his "heart". He gives us a few moments away from the "dinar", as do most of the other members who post in the "Off Topic Post". I am sure the "moderators" of this site close down posts that are offensive and hurtful...they do a good job. I am greatful for the chance to be part of this group. There are some wonderful members here.

Thank you Steve for your post. I am one of the - probably - many who agree with you. As I was praying this morning (God might call it "ordering") the RV to happen, the thought passed through my mind to simply put this in my "God box" and allow Him to handle it in due time. And unless the dinar revalued, why would the foreign currencies need to be revalued? If the rate stays the same, at 1170, they already know the rates of exchange.

Several times that I am on this site I see ads that say "DO NOT BUY IRAQI DINAR! Free Report Exposes Biggest Scam. The newest one I have seen is from www.Sovereign-Investor.com Others I've seen state something about the Iraqi Dinar being a scam. Sorry if this has been asked and/or addressed before but why are those ads here? Just find this very odd. Thanks in advance for enlightenment.

I don't read every post out there so I'm not sure what you're talking about. I don't understand how you can make a blanket statement about locking every Obama comment posted. Would you explain that to me please. I have read some that the race card is played and I don't agree with it. I have read some that are pro Obama or con Obama and I don't agree whole heartedly with them either. It's so easy to hammer everyone then to handle it the way it should be handled, the ones who cross the line can be dealt with. So do it the right way and handle business with them, not shut down every post that has something to do with Obama or what you may find offensive, all that will accomplish (in my opinion) is people will begin posting "Obama" positive or negatives with some other title. Our gov't is good at hammering everyone instead of handling business with the folks that need to be dealt with. Let me offer another solution, get rid of the off topic post and keep it to dinar news, rumors or opinions, get rid of the off topic post if it's causing a problem. I have stated earlier, and you can find out from another MOD that, I pay to support this site and I would appreciate it if, the MODs or any of us, would exercise caution at offending people and driving them from this site. They may be a part of the post RV plan and my understanding is that the more we have involved the better our opportunities for investment post RV. If your flexng your muscles because your a MOD then stop it! There is a better way to handle this. If you're posting things to purposely offend folks then that needs to stpop as well. Part of the problem in America today is we're told that religion and politics starts trouble, that its best not to discuss it. That is part of the problem, if we never discuss things with people that have a different view point then we won't learn how to discuss topics like that properly. That is when we get into the name calling and the threats and other junk that comes with it, it is a lack of maturity and I for one am mature enough and adult enough to discuss things the right way, which in my opinion is allowing another adult to have a voice. By the way, since the attacks on America (911), if someone threatens another person it is a crime, "terroristic threats", and I don't believe you want to be involved in that, especially if you're the one threatening, I know tha I don't want to be on either end of that kind of communication.
