It is wild how many people all of a sudden are saying this wont RV right as we are coming into the final stretch. I wonder if this is the traders trying to get us to sell back our DInar so they cash in more money in trade in and so they have more DINAR for the RV? I have a very positive outlook on this RVing and between now and JUNE's end the latest. And even if it is NEXT YEAR that this RV happens it would be so worth the wait. Yet, we have come so far and so little is left. Why now all the BAD NEWS BANDITS on this site? What is it they have to gain? I just have to question this... Why come here and spread false intel lor bad news? I hope all of my fellow Dinar Holders who get what I am saying comment and keep the faith so those new do not get discouraged. PEACE... Everyone has been wondering about the “end of March” deadline. There have been MANY things that have happened in March that have been pivotal. If you’ve read my last few “CSC” posts, you’ll know that I believe Iraq has attempted to revalue more than a few times this month. As we near the end of March, I would like to point out a few events and a few resolutions that should come “hand-in-hand” with those events. WTO meeting– As we all know, the WTO had a meeting with Iraq on March 18th. Not much news was released about this. Then, Iraq’s inauguration into the WTO was set for March 25th. Did you see anything about this on March 25th, or after? Probably not. Now we’re hearing that Iraq is to have an “Introduction Announcement” by the WTO on April 7th. Before you get up to go get a shot of whiskey to drown the sorrows after hearing a date past April 1st, read this next paragraph. Let’s start with the “incognito info.” March 18th and March 25th were supposed to be news that would be earth shaking to Iraq. Why didn’t they release the big news? Maybe because it is tied to something even BIGGER. If the ascension into the WTO was just a move into an organization, they would have announced it when it happened. Even as just big news, they would have announced it. They know that the world knows they HAVE to have an internationally tradeable currency to be a permanent member. That would be grounds to not tell us about their new membership, right? You bet it is!! Now, when would they need to revalue their currency and make this membership active? BEFORE THE NEXT BUDGETED PERIOD. You know when that is? That’s right–> April 1st. Not only is this the beginning of a new month, but the beginning of a new quarter (but you already knew that.) Did you think of that? If Iraq were to want their currency to have a brand new value in a brand new budgeted period of time where it was effective in one period and not have to be accounted for in another, they would have to revalue between busines hours of 3/31 and 4/1. That way, it is not part of the first quarter budget but is starting the second quarter fresh. I told several of you guys to push back from the computer this weekend, because the RV wouldn’t happen this weekend. I also told you that you would hear things that would not be favorable. The smoke is thick, and will continue to get thicker. I was told that FOX News had a report saying that Iraq is filing bankruptcy. Then someone lost their mind over it, and wanted to get rid of their dinars. Mission accomplished!! That’s what they’re trying to do!! They will say whatever they need to to get some of that IQD in. Keep your dinars, folks. You will see and hear things that will have you doubting this to the core. Most of it will be believable. That is the way this plan was engineered. ALL authors of this plan know that they need to control he amount of people in this. If too many people are in it, it can be detrimental. If everyone in America were invested and became millionaires, everyone would quit their jobs and there would be no more workforce. With a controlled amount, it will work perfectly. The “smaller” investors will immediately dump money into the economy buying houses, cars, clothes, toys, and whatever else they need or want. “Larger” investors will quit their jobs, opening positions for the unemployed. Others will open their own businesses, opening even more jobs for the unemployed. As we draw near the end, steer clear of the smoke. Like I said, most of the negative news will sound believable. In conclusion, Iraq and the WTO have hidden Iraq’s membership inauguration for a reason. Neither of them want too many details out in the open. That would tell everyone that Iraq has a currency that can be traded over international borders. I believe they are holding this info and all details surrounding it until they can release the new value of their currency. I believe that date to be March 31 (after business hours in Iraq.) To reiterate, that will happen so that next budgeted period is fully covered. Then one week later, Iraq is announced as being inducted into the WTO and the World Market. There you go. Nice and short. Analytical info that you guys have been asking me to give. Hope this gives you a little peace of mind. Rest easy, folks. I don’t think we’ll see anything until Thursday. Just imagine for a second if you got on this site and there was no topics, no posts, not intel, no rumors and the page said 1of1 and it was blank. Day after day for about a week the site was blank. What would you be thinking. Would it cross your nind that maybe everyone got tired of being bashed for the content of their posts. What if Frank, Okie the oilman, and many others really did finally stumble upon true intel that give the real day and rate that would be of interest to us all but yet they decided to with hold the real thing from this site because they were tired of being used as a whipping post for some who wish to do nothing more than post negative, bashing, foul remarks just for the sole purpose of hurting feelings. What if they reach this point where they said enough is enough let them finn for themselves.....Now for the ones who cannot bring themselves to be kind with their opinions, just ask yourselves how are you going to feel if you suddenly find out that the cash in has happened and you were left uninformed because you just couldn't find a way to civilize your opinions. Just remind yourselves that these people bring to the table their posts of interest to us all, whatever the content is. Read it and move on just like a newspaper, take it for what it is worth to you and use a little common sense and move on. Don't hurt the feelings of those who bring content to this site for us all to read. I'd hate to see the day everyone decided not post anymore and there was nothing but blank pages, then were will we be. Everyone would do well to remember that there is no one better than you and you are no better than any one else...........

I've been puzzled at the presence of the 25,000 Dinar notes and 50 Dinar notes in circulation at the same time. I asked myself "what is the real value of a 50 Dinar note to the average Iraqi?" The answer is nothing! If a 25K note is worth only $21.25, what can you buy for 4 cents? Absolutely nothing. Recently we all read that each qualifying Iraqi citizen (about 6 million of them) will receive 15,000 IQD on their Smart Cards soon (last week actually - if you believe the false posts). In fact, this must and will happen soon. But what is 15,000 (actually 5,000 per month) worth to the Iraqi citizen? A whopping $12.75 - that's $4.25 per month. Without a RV the "food stamp" Smart Card program does not make sense. If the machines are being loaded with "low denominations" it makes sense that this will be or become the common denominations Iraq plans for its internal commerce. Stepping back from all the BS we are all reading I could only see one viable outcome. There MUST be an RV and soon. What about RATE? The number that makes sense to me is based on the VALUE of the government gift of 5,000 Dinars each month to their citizenry. Making a wild guess at the maximum value of their 5,000 Dinars compared to someone in the US on food stamps and financial subsistence, I think the number is about $1,500 per month. That works out to an RV of 30 cents to the Dinar, a 350 X increase in the current value - pretty darn good from any investors view point. The good part of this outcome is there will certainly be rapid growth in the value of the Dinar through a constant revaluation against the dollar. As the triple denominations are are collected and retired, leaving only the lower denomination currency in play (just like what happened in the US) the value is likely to increase to the level of the Kuwaiti Dinar - likely higher. Remember, Iraq is sitting on 1/4 of the worlds future oil. My last conclusion is WHEN this will happen. Frankly, it's likely to happen when we least expect it. All indications point to SOON. But, this is Iraq and no one can predict M and company. GO RV

Where does it end? Call these fools out!" Yeah, I know it's negative but these guru's over there seem to be outright fabricating information. No surprise there. Why don't you and your intel GET lost! After the IMF article that just surfaced, and after every single prediction that you and the guru crew proclaim about RV dates and rates and mind you never indicate a substantial reason why, you have zero credibility and must be foolish to continue to believe whoever you get intel from. Greetings to all members. This is positive news. Sorry for the delays. 1. The Parliament did vote and approve two of the minister positions today; the Minister of Interior and the Minister of Defense. 2. The Minister of Planning was also voted on and approved. 3. Maliki will be presenting the last minister, the Minister of Security to Parliament in a day or two for a vote. 4. He also told me that the HCL (Oil and Gas Law they call it) is still being studied. Not sure when Parliament will vote on it. <-- Not sure if this is necessary for the RV. 5. The Prime Minister of Turkey is there and he is signing a lot of contracts, mostly oil and other things. 6. The Prime Minister of Turkey is going to southern Iraq tomorrow to sign some contracts and to Kurdistan the next day to sign contracts too. 7. I found this to be great news because he also said that there are a lot of foreigners coming into Baghdad daily. He said the road from the airport is bumper to bumper traffic. He said it is like being at the United Nations and seeing all the different nationalities. 8. I also found this positive, some restaurants are now open 24 hours a day now and some gas stations too. He said that there are several new and large restaurants being built too. He stated that things are getting better there daily. He said every day there is something new and different. 9. Terrorist bombings have declined tremendously and the people are feeling more and more secure now. 10. There are more new cars on the road now. Use to there was like 1984 model cars. Now there are a lot of 2010 and 2011 cars on the road and not as many older cars anymore. 11. Things are looking very positive for Iraq now and I think the RV is even closer than ever now. DCT, There are many folks like myself that do not subscribe to one site, but have multiple outlets from where we draw in information and either glean it, or discard it as worthless. Most folks like myself have learned to maintain a low profile, listen to what is said, wherever it is said, either agree or not, but most importantly not respond to it because in doing so would set you up as a target for any opposing viewpoints. I maintain that there are others out there like myself that have learned to separate bullhockey from bullseyes. Most importantly, nothing we would say would make this RV happen one second earlier. Iraq's Currency ~ In Depth Explanation about Iraq's Currency Redenomination and Exchangeability ... bumped ~ Iraqi Currency Redenomination and Exchangeability There have been a tremendous number of inquiries about the recent news that Iraq will be increasing the value of their currency and, at the same time, introduce new denominations into the Iraqi economy sometime in 2010 (currently planned). Specifically, it has been reported that the Iraq Finance Minister issued a statement saying they have prepared a plan to increase the value of the dinar against the dollar and will introduce 25, 10, 5, 1, 1/2, ¼, and smaller (possibly 1/10 or 1/20) dinar banknotes and/or coins. He said that successful fiscal policies pursued in Iraq have contributed to increasing the value of theIraqi dinar against the dollar, noting that the U.S. Dollar dropped significantly in value during the current year. Of note, he also said in a press statement that the bank has been following with great interest the phenomenon of low demand for the U.S. Dollar in the local Iraqi currency exchange markets. Mudhhir Muhammad Salih, a member of a Central Bank advisory panel, said by the end of 2010, new banknotes will be fully introduced while the current banknotes will be gradually removed from circulation. He did not specify when the new banknotes would be issued. Both (current and new) denominations will be legal tender in Iraq until the current banknotes are completely withdrawn over a period of time. Economic analyst Hilal al-Tahhan was quoted as saying “the bank's move is overdue.” He said he expects the currency change to go smoothly because of the decision to allow both the current and new banknotes to coexist during an extended exchange period, leading to less turbulence in the economy. What does all this mean? Overall, this news appears to be very positive and possibly points to some significant changes in the value of the Iraqi Dinar. It has long been the opinion of many Iraqi Dinar investors that the Iraqi Government must introduce new lower denominations into their economy before the value of their currency increases. If the value (buying power) of the dinar increases significantly or rapidly, the largerdenominations currently in circulation would be impractical for use during everyday transactions in the Iraqi economy. If the Iraqi Dinar increased in value to 10 cents (.1 USD), the smallest banknote in Iraqi would have a value of $5 USD. There would no practical way to purchase everyday items inthe economy and no way to make change---the currency would be impractical and unusable. If a soda in Iraq has a value of 50 cents now, it will still have a value of 50 cents if the value of the dinar increases---there has to be a denomination in the Iraq economy to pay for it. The current problem is that Iraq doesn’t have any currency in circulation to pay for normal day-to-day products if the dinar rises significantly in value---Iraq must have smallerdenominations moving forward. Also from the recent news, it appears as though all denominations (current and soon to be issued) will be in circulation at the same time and no immediate exchange will be necessary. Hopefully, theIraqi Dinar will be on the world exchange market soon to allow for even easier exchange in the near future. Expectations are that Iraq is moving as fast as they can to rebuild their economy and wealth, and join the international economic community. There have also been rumors about the future exchangeable value of some current Iraqi banknote denominations, and limited time periods for exchange of current Iraqi banknotes. It has been falsely rumored that perhaps the 25,000 dinar banknote will be exchanged at a different exchange rate than current smaller Iraqi banknotes. Another false rumor suggests there will be a very short period (days or weeks) of exchange for the current Iraqi banknotes after a significant change of value and introduction of lower denominations . Well, to address these rumors, let’s look at currency from a basic level: Countries issue their own currency. They issue their currency with a responsibility to honor it and redeem it. The currency must be accounted for. When a country issues currency (the US as an example), they borrow against the currency and issue debt to support it. The US recently printed a significant amount of currency in order to finance stimulus funding. In order to do this, the US government had to borrow the money with an obligation to pay it back. One of the main functions of the US Treasury Department is to manage the U.S. national debt (the amount of money which the federal government owes to its creditors). China owns much of our debt as do US citizens and other countries---we must honor our issued currency and our debt. If a country doesn’t honor its debt, creditors (other countries and investors) lose faith in the defaulting country and a country will end up in financial ruins. Iraq, as a responsible member of the world economic community with a goal of getting their currency online with the rest of the world currencies, has issued currency with an obligation to honor it----all of it---not just certaindenominations. Throughout modern history, I can't think of one instance where a country honored some denominations , but not others---it doesn't make sense---people and other countries would lose faith in that country's responsibility to respect their debt and honor their issued currency---who would trade with them, exchange with them, or conduct business with them? To limit the time period for currency exchange in order to force the de-valuation of currency in circulation in order to reduce debt doesn't happen and wouldn't be tolerated by the world financial community. Countries have to be accountable for all of their currency and they can't play games with exchange timelines to try and prevent people for exchanging. Remember, in addition to individual investors, large governments and banks outside of Iraq hold Iraqi currency. Money from all over the world has flowed into Iraq through the purchase ofIraqi Dinar . The Iraqi Government will honor that investment in their economy, or there will never be faith in their economy and they will never be accepted by the world financial community. Y'all are reading way too much into this. No where does it say that the IQD will not or can not be revalued. It does not even mention an RI, does it?? Does it refer to the IQD becoming an internationally recognized and trade able currency? NO it does not. I have been reading all the different opinions about a 10cent RV all the way up to 5 or 6 bucks! What keeps ringing in my ears is "nobody know the date and rate"..So I figure, well let me look at this...Iraq uses the USD, right! Are they going to become the 51st state and continue using the USD...? I figure they printed up this money for a reason...If they decide to start using Dinar to do business, they have to do something with it, don't they? (million dollar question)...Not worth much concidering they have all that Black Gold, or if you prefer Texas Tea, down in there back yard...(besides some other minerals and such)...Now here is where my opinion really picks up...And a question...If they have been dealing in the dollar, wouldn't they at least want their Dinar to be worth a Dollar...? So if they came in around a Dollar and then let the market take care of the rest....Who knows...Example...If they RV at 1 dollar....Would a 50 Dinar coin be worth 50 cents..? I have finally decided what I will do when the RV happens. I have to thank you all for your sound advice. I will be purchasing a recreational vehicle, one of those very large motor homes. You know the ones that get really lousy gas mileage. I figured since oil is driving the Iraqi economy and will be the primary reason for the IQD revalue, it is only fitting that I do my part to use as much of their product as possible. I will be traveling throughout the United States and taking in the sights. Truth be told I have always wanted to see more of our wonderful country. You know what the latest pump is over at Feebles Kinar? They got this group out of Las Vegas that sets up LLC's for people. They've got everyone convinced that you need to set up the LLC before this "Imminent" RV takes place. That's what pisses me off. They prey on newbies and people that I guess are that stupid not to realize what they're doing. I listen to their conference calls and all they do is pump nonsense then callers come on and say, "Hey, what's that company I should use to set up my LLC? Gosh, golly, gee, "Do I have time to set up my LLC before the RV?" Wow, that rhymed! My God, when and IF this thing pops, I'll have plenty of time to figure out the next course of action. Sigh.

Please, don't anyone forget who's pulling the trigger and it's not Shabbs. This is not about the Iraqi people (unfortunately) and not about your common everyday citizen becoming a millionaire. Our govt pays war dept to Kuwait for Iraq, Iraq paying contractors in IQD April 1st, US budget put off until I believe 15th of April, just a few signs I believe an RV in store! I may be wrong but based on a few signs we are alot closer then we think! If it doesnt happen shortly I am afraid we will see some major issues and a big mess in the ME! This is to important to there economy and citizens to if they have any concern about those poor folk in Iraq!
