This is very positive that I now have one more box checked off the list. I am working on the HCL Law a/k/a "Oil and Gas Law" to be signed next. This confirms now from several sources that we are in deed on track and moving in the right direction and the days are now numbered. I am so glad to finally say that we are days away vs. weeks away. I also received several more very powerful facts that I cannot share the source or details, but did put a huge smile on my face. Please trust me as I am not making this up. Steve ********************************************************* Where we are today: • 2011 Budget done and approved by parliament. • Dr. Shabibi announced a new rate of $3.10 to $3.20 during the ceremony several weeks ago. • Dr. Shabibi unveiled the new lower dominations of currency that will be replacing the existing currency with the three zeros. • 13 US treasury members still in Iraq working at the Ministry of Finance. • 13 US treasury members will remain in Iraq until the revaluation has been completed and cashing out is done. • Maliki announced on Iraqi TV that the Dinar will change in value to over $3.00. • All citizens by now know that their currency will change to over $3.00. • Now England has finance staff working alongside US treasury staff at the MOF. • MOF is waiting on the final go ahead and assured Parliament that it can have the “new money” in all necessary locations within 24-48 hours from activation. • Iraq is revaluating their currency on Israel TV which was huge news. • The 3 remaining positions have been picked and waiting to be announced. • HCL law which is called the “oil and gas law” has been approved and now waiting for signatures to go into effect. • Citizens in northern Iraq – Kirkuk area are getting restless. • Every one of our contacts are now thinks within days and not weeks. • Several days ago Parliament asked Maliki to return in 2 days to answer questions. He did to that and it went into very late night hours. • I personal feel that next week would be a great window of opportunity but very confident that it will have taken place before the end of the month or the demonstrations will get totally out of control and chaos will break out and perhaps destroy all progress to date.

So a group of very wealthy doctors in Cali, whose information trickled down to me, and is why I got invested in this in the first place, made a call saying that its going down on sunday. Now, they did make a prediction before which was December 27th (if I remember correctly) and that obviously didnt pan out. They have remained quiet since then, but SUPPOSEDLY this group is very wealthy and tied in with alot of big shots (whatever that means, supposedly oil company ceo's and wall street jerk offs). At 12 noon EST today I am going to find a quiet place and spend one minute in quiet reflective prayer for the people affected by the disasters taking place in Japan. I hope as many people as possible will join me. We all know what the power of prayer can do. Most if not all of us have witnessed it in our own lives. Sometimes daily. Our brothers and sisters in Japan need our love and support right now and maybe if we do it all together our power of prayer can make a difference in their lives. It's times like these that make me realize how wrapped up in my own selfish desires I can get. Many people in Japan have lost everything. For some, life has changed forever. I wanted to do something but was not sure what. Then I realized that the simple gesture of prayer may be all I need to do right now to help someone half a world away. Peace

Breitling: Parallel Currency Laws Being Passed in US & Iraq March 11th, 2011 10:37 pm · Posted in CHATS & POSTS (Iraqi Dinar Info) I’m posting this to point out some conversations I’ve had about the goings on with the Fed’s new laws and Iraq itself as they too have included new legislation on currency exchange. Some of the laws passed down to currency traders in the US are as follows: 1. No ledger to ledger transfers They are doing this so you’re forced with a wire transfer. If you use the wire transfer then it is Fed controlled, A ledger-to-ledger transfer is considered inner-banking, and the information from ledger-to-ledger will just be in the company reports. With wire transfer, the Feds will have the eye on the package from the get-go. 2. Per US Treasury Department directives, wires can only be sent to the individual exchanging the dinar, and the account must be in that person’s name. Again this is to control who will be receiving the funds upon exchange, and at what amounts. Each and every individual will have to cash in using name and appropriate ID based on Fed regulations. 3. Per US Treasury Department directives, wires can only be sent internationally if the individual making the exchange is a citizen of that country and the account is in the customer’s name. Again, this is so feds can keep an eye on the package for tax reasons. They have skewed options, and unless you are a non-US citizen, you have to trade your dinar into a US Bank or US Dealer/Exchange/Trader. 4. Per US Treasury Department directives, dinar exchanges must convert to US dollars in the customer’s name prior to any purchase of precious metals or other commodities. This is also a way of skewing different tax reducing tactics. Before you trade the dinar, you have to fill out the tax forms, and then you can buy gold. The reason they want to do this is to stop people from trying to convert dinar into gold so they can get into a long term cap and gains. Also, trading for gold was speculated by some you do not have to fill in amounts and report to the feds. I want to point out that none of this is in anyway bad news. In fact, it’s very good news because if the feds ever thought no one was cashing in, or going to cash in, then why even bother with such alarming new regulations. The fed has laid out a strategy to get dinar in their hands. They even have a right to do so I might add. Now let’s look at Iraq. The timing should make you very excited. This was sent to me by 8ball. another site had it up on his site. Mind you, regulations related to investments, currency, and wiring-of-funds for both countries were put out just about the sometime. Iraq May Legislate on Currency Exchange Posted on 09 March 2011 According to a report from AKnews, a number of bankers in Baghdad have demanded that the Iraqi parliament legislates to regulate and protect their businesses from market changes because of the sudden decisions taken by the Iraqi government. Ali Abdul-Zahra, owner of an foreign exchange bureau, told AKnews that banking in Iraq is still precarious and that regulation is needed on the opening of forex services. “The law is supposed to prevent any economic decision that may disrupt the currency market which negatively affects the work of the offices.” “The circulation of hard currency (dollar) at the present time follows the decisions taken by the Iraqi government in particular with regard to the entry of goods into the country.” fadil Taher, the owner of Qusour Exchange office in Baghdad told AKnews that “the exchange work in Iraq is subjected to unjustified controls and in need of great facilities by the concerned authorities.” “The banking offices suffer from the problem of mobile money-changers who affect the Iraqi market and this must be addressed by the Iraqi government to prevent the currency exchange outside of regulated offices.” “The well-known banks do not deal with unknown external financial dealers and they work according to the regulations of money laundering law, which is adopted by the Iraqi Central Bank (ICB).” So there you have it! We have it on our end regulations from the Fed set up to get our dinar rather than the currency dealers and Iraq. On Iraq’s end, they need regulation to also protect bankers from unfair advantage from currency dealers based on sudden decisions taken by the Iraqi government. The Iraqi bankers are lobbying because regulation is needed on the opening of forex services. If you’re getting the point, both sides are maneuvering for a change in status and activity in the IRAQI CURRENCY, and the laws on both sides just gave us a heads up!!! Breitling

Anytime the govt gets involved and/or begins to make changes: something is in the wind. With the new legislation on wire transfers, etc., they are shutting down avenues of our escaping taxes. Says to me that something is about to change. Now, since all of these changes seem to be directed toward the dinar; logic would have you believe that an RV is about to happen. No intel! No friend of a friend call. Just logic and common sense. In December I posted that I had a friend that works with a major oil corp. He had just returned from Dubai @ the middle of December 2010. He travels there on business several times a year and we had previously spoken about the Dinar. He was told in Dubai, that they felt an RV would happen in about 6 months. Well 4 months have past and with the actions of the US govt. I am thinking and hoping that we are going to beat the 6 month prediction from Dubai. FYI: he told me he bought some dinar.

Contrary to some of the statements being made about the new "US Treasury Law" regarding the dinar there is nothing to back that up. If someone knows of a recent law regarding the DINAR specfiically from the US Treasury Dept please post it here. Otherwise just chalk this up to someone's vivid imagination. in other words, it's a rumor! What there is in California, is a bill designed to affect money transfers from DEALERS. this is California bill AB 2789 which states the new law for the State of California regarding the fact that currency dealers need to have certain amounts of reserve on hand and be accountable for all transaction therein.. Hello Everyone, I have really missed reading DV for the last two weeks as I was in the Middle-East. Something strange is going on and I don't think Maliki or Shabibi is behind it. While I was there, I spoke with many, many Iraqi's about every topic including the Dinar. I watched countless of news reports from hundreds of Middle-Eastern channels that I didn't even know existed. Everything I heard and watched were quite different than what is being reported here in the States. There is something more to the Dinar not RVing and I wish I could put my finger on it. I remember several months ago economist were predicting oil to reach $120.00 a barrel and we are almost there. Hmmm! The Revolution in the Middle-East is being fueled by outside influences, not just in country. What I did observe is that the demonstrations in Iraq still had a civilized tone to them and were unlike Libya or Egypt, in spite of their horrible living conditions. Water from the sewers were up to the middle of their legs, streets were polluted with trash and the kids were playing in this mess. It was awful to say the very least. Borders from Iraq were being heavily monitored and they were not letting anyone come in or out unless you had legitimate clearance to do so. I even had to have my Iris scanned! Alot of things that I have read from these sites are just not the true picture in the M.E. For example, in Jordan, there were only approximately 25 people protesting after praying in the Mosque, yet when I watched CNN, it appeared to be thousands! Syria has been totally calm and could care less, going about life as usual. We will see if that changes. The Syrians are very happy with life there. Egypt has become a disaster. There are thousands and thousands of hard core prisoners that are roaming the streets and crime is on the rise. Trash and the stench will knock you off of your feet. I have never seen such unsanitary conditions as in Egypt. Streets have miles and miles of garbage piled up everywhere. There is no security and no real Government enforcing anything currently. Libya is a whole different story. In my opinion, this is where most of the U.S. and the West will be focusing on for the time being and I know the oil is playing a huge role in all of this. So, as far as the Dinar and Iraq, all I can say is I hope and pray something happens soon, because things just aren't adding up. Iraq is in a mess and there is absolutely no reason why this should not have RV'd by now. If Shabibi was the one in full control, I believe he would have done it by now. This is not just my opinion, but it is everyone's opinion that is an Iraqi. We all think that the Iraqi Government are just puppets for now. Shabibi could have finished this off a long time ago, so the real question is who and what is stopping him and why?

Well, how good is the intel about the Emir of Kuwait stopping for a visit? We do see laws finally being passed. How good is the intel that Iraq has NOT been fully released from Chapter 7 (I thought that happened in Dec.) I remember talk of the Emir bringing "papers." Maybe the Wallstreet Journal and New York Times. Speaking of which, I have yet to see even the honest to God news coming out of Iraq being mentioned in the WSJ. No talk of the dinar as an investment opportunity. Do they have info but compelled to keep silent? Gagged? Doesn't seem possible they have no idea! Who really shot JFK? It is upsetting to know that I will never know the whole truth about anything in the papers or on the news. Just what they see fit to print. Of course, when it comes to politics, transparency is the last thing our "representatives" want. I suspect less than a third of the wheeling, dealing, and stealing could stand the light of day. Too many of them want to be career politicians: line their pockets, bolster their power and influence, then get re-elected. Good morning, IF you would have done your research like the thousands of us have on the multiple sites, you would have seen the official documents from the UST, WTO, IMF, UN, GCC and many others that the dinar is going to either RI or RV, just a matter of when. Now, no one has that exact date or rate, hence the rumors section trying to piece things together and tid bits of information gained from un-named sources. Few are right and many are wrong. But, if you start to read between the lines, almost all have been right about one thing or another. Now if your not a confident person, sell your half and leave all this, but if your patient it will eventually pay off. If you have anything to add, please do, but don’t bash a rumor, no body said guaranteed anywhere. Rumor, rumor, rumor. Ch 7 was never fully lifted, your research would of told you that, U.S. citizens are allowed to financially benefit from Iraq's success, the Emir is going back to Iraq if you researched Kuwait TV or Kuwait web sites you would eventually find two to three sources stating that. Read between the lines and start to put the pieces of the puzzle together. This will happen in 2011, the U.S. is desperate for this financial increase towards taxes, building businesses in the U.S. and drastically reducing our deficit. Now FOX News, CBS, NBC, MSN, CNN and many others have talked positive about the Dinar in 2010 as an investment. Again, no body has the date or the rate. Guru's are never 100% right, but the pieces of the puzzle are starting to fit together, eventually they all will. Steps have to be taken to make sure this goes right, works right and hopefully doesnt fail. Hence it is taking a long time unfortunately to check off all the boxes.. Enjoy your research........... I have been dormant on the board here since November, lurking daily but not posting. I cannot give you hard intel as I have no sources, just 30 years of business experience as an owner and employer. I have this sneaking feeling that we are about to see everything come to fruition. Based on piecing together the puzzle here is my synopsis of why it should happen in the next 14-30 days max. 1. US treasury personnel in Iraq since middle of February: I believe they are there for 2 reasons, to help facilitate the RV/RI and to ascertain how many dinar are possibly inside the continental US after the value change. 2. The immediate banking changes that were revealed today are suspiciously geared toward investors like those who are outside the normal grouping of financial speculative, IE currency investors. Nothing is on the horizon that I can find in this economy to spur the changes in regulations except the possibility of a few million Americans having windfall profits. 3. Regulators know that in a matter of weeks the best and brightest planners will find loopholes in the new regulations. This expedites the need for the regulations to be closely placed to the event about to occur. They fully expect the rate to be at a level which will prompt a major portion of those invested to move to a liquidity position, cash out, rather than hold on for the possibility of saving several percent on creative financial moves. 4. The quick upswing of oil pricing is hastening the pressure on Iraq to do this while budgetary deficits will be overshadowed by record revenues. You can be certain that they are looking at the recent past spike to 150 per barrel and the subsequent reduction to 50 per barrel as a point of reference. Timing is everything when valuations may vacillate. 5. The information leaking, albeit slowly, as to Iraq's entrance as a full member of the WTO. While many current investors jumped on board due to the vague reference of the Kuwaiti RV the big boys look for more concrete evidence before moving in to this investment; IE entrance to the WTO. 6. The Arab Summit coming up in a few weeks time. Totally necessary for Iraq to enter the playing field not as a bottom feeder but at the head of the class. 7. Discord among the populace. Events in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Iran are fueling the process. You can guarantee the US has made their position clear that the welfare of the Iraqi citizen will be placated if they can provide substantial financial sustenance for the citizenry. 8. Activity among the providers of Dinar in the US. We are now seeing a major shifting from the top traders in dinar to focus on the RV/RI. These players would not be making the moves they are if they did not have some intuition that the game is about to end. I could give about 50 more reasons as to why we are closing in but I think you get the gist of where this is heading. Let's be patient and see what other events transpire over the next week. I for one would not be surprised to wake up in the morning and find out I need to alert my personal banker of an incoming transfer larger than usual!

Wow I have been reading on this site for 3 months now and must say that the negativity has spread like a cancer and the sad part is with all the bashing I believe that many have missed the positive news and developments that have been happening with our investment. In my opinion ( no link required my opinion ) I feel that we are in very short time are going to be seeing what we are all looking for RV.... RATE ..... and an end to the pumping I think if you look at just the fact that the treasury dept has found a way to make sure they get tax $$$$$ from every one and the fact that the Emir of Kawate and others will be in Iraq tomorrow and the WTO it adds up to the end result but I really think that I hear more negativity from members on here that are invested than I do from the ones that are closed minded that I have told about this investment that think it is a scam. Has any one heard of the power that is in positive thinking ????? not to mention the power that is in negativity I work in sales and will tell you this you could have a sales force of 100 of the best sales people all having the best week ever in sales and all it would take is one negative minded rep to screw it up for the entire sales force I have seen it happen. So I do feel that we have a choice to look at this with a positive mind or a negative mind. Steve and his group broke off from here and made all kinds of emergency calls, a new site, many many predictions and have been right 0% of the time. He spoke of how the contracts were being paid in dinar etc. I told him that it was still being paid by the US gov and he said no, it is dinar. So I showed those guys the link and article where last year the US gov started paying those contracts in dinar as the US dollar was a target for terrorism. Not worth bringing over to this site. Just be patient and sit back, you will find out all you need to know right here and on fox news. Anything else is pointless especially from PD. Come on people, these posts that speculate less that 1 to 1 rate is about as far fetched in my book as 6.00 is. Unless there is a 2 part RV thin who will gain. If the US is looking for tax dollars to fill in the holes then i fail to see where a measly 1.00 will help compared to what millions of Dinar cashed in will bring in taxes.......what will a 1.00 help in Iraq when all the other oil producing nations will be yelling and screaming because the US has been so instrumental in setting up this, so now we have all the oil producing nations yelling discrimination and favoratism. The world would laugh at the very thought of such a wimper. What would Kuwait say after they expressed their opinion to the UN and IMF to start out somewhere around what their's is. There is no special secret to cashing in Dinar. It is like exchanging Canadian $$$ for US $$$ or vice versa. If the transaction is over $10K then you have to fill out the US Treasury FinCEN Form 104. It is that simple - cause exchanging your dinar for US $$$ regardless of the Rv - the activity is still the same - you are exchanging one currency for another. All this hysteria about new laws with regard to the dinar is BS. The California AB 2789 bill is for monetary dealers. It basically came about because there were companies that sold bogus money orders. It has nothing to do with currency exchanges. For the sake of clarification - when you decide to "cash-in" your dinar, substitute the word "exchange" as that is what you are doing - exchanging. Say you went on a trip to France and you went to your bank or another institution that dealt in foreign currencies. You exchange $2000 US for the corresponding amount of French Francs. When you get home from your trip you still have a certain amount of French money left so you go to your bank and "exchange" it back for US $$$. Your "cash-in" process is just a simple exchange of one currency for the other and depending on when you do the exchange you get the $$$ amount that is dictated by the exchange rate of the day. You cash in Casino chips. You "exchange" currencies. It is that simple. Dealing with the IRS with regard to taxes is a separate matter and it is something one will have to handle with a financial professional. It has nothing to do with the initial exchange of ones dinars for US $$$ once the Rv happens. There are no new mysterious laws governing the exchanging (cash-in) of dinar for US $$. • Dr. Shabibi announced a new rate of $3.10 to $3.20 during the ceremony several weeks ago. • Maliki announced on Iraqi TV that the Dinar will change in value to over $3.00. • All citizens by now know that their currency will change to over $3.00. I would like to see a new article, video, carrier pigeon note stating any one of the above. And why not next week, this weekend is already shot. By middle of week we should hear weekend before turning back to sometime in the week.

Clint, not aware of what you are referring to but, China is not a player in any point concerning the RV. China only has the leverage on the future purchase of oil they may buy and cannot even do that until sanctions are lifted so that Iraq can sell to other nations. By far the US has the greatest investment of any nation on earth in Iraq. I do agree with Texas that the full GOI must be seated and announced prior to a RV/RI. My opinion is that the delay has been because of last minute revelations that affect many governments not only Iraq. Texas, I agree with you about the government being seated prior to any RV/RI. We may not see eye to eye on why it has been delayed but it really does not matter as I am more than likely wrong! I have a hard time believing that Maliki who has been in charge for the past few years did not already know who he wanted to nominate for the positions. Internal power struggles might have delayed it a few weeks but something else, something we will never know, is going on behind the scenes. Again I go to the fact that the team from the US Treasury arrived in country mid February. Now the out of the blue banking changes. Personally I think Maliki will put the nominees forward tomorrow and they will be approved and then boom! Shabbibi puls the trigger. Shabbibi has been unusually quiet since the team from the US treasury dept. Has entered Iraq. Personally I feel that enough is done in the GOI for the trigger to be pulled. As with any global impacting deal there are factors not based on Iraq alone. My opinion, and mine alone, is that the US has the final say in when the trigger is pulled. The banking changes today, which caught everyone by surprise, were to me a major indicator. Do not underestimate the total amount of tax revenue this could generate, let me extrapolate. If there are 3 million US citizens holding 1 million dinar each this totals 3 trillion Dinar. If the Dinar Rv's at 1 to 1 this is a windfall profit of 3 trillion dollars. At a 35% tax rate, which by today's regulations cannot be avoided by transferring to a trust or commodity, this equates to 1.05 trillion dollars in tax revenue.
