I have been dormant on the board here since November, lurking daily but not posting. I cannot give you hard intel as I have no sources, just 30 years of business experience as an owner and employer. I have this sneaking feeling that we are about to see everything come to fruition. Based on piecing together the puzzle here is my synopsis of why it should happen in the next 14-30 days max. 1. US treasury personnel in Iraq since middle of February: I believe they are there for 2 reasons, to help facilitate the RV/RI and to ascertain how many dinar are possibly inside the continental US after the value change. 2. The immediate banking changes that were revealed today are suspiciously geared toward investors like those who are outside the normal grouping of financial speculative, IE currency investors. Nothing is on the horizon that I can find in this economy to spur the changes in regulations except the possibility of a few million Americans having windfall profits. 3. Regulators know that in a matter of weeks the best and brightest planners will find loopholes in the new regulations. This expedites the need for the regulations to be closely placed to the event about to occur. They fully expect the rate to be at a level which will prompt a major portion of those invested to move to a liquidity position, cash out, rather than hold on for the possibility of saving several percent on creative financial moves. 4. The quick upswing of oil pricing is hastening the pressure on Iraq to do this while budgetary deficits will be overshadowed by record revenues. You can be certain that they are looking at the recent past spike to 150 per barrel and the subsequent reduction to 50 per barrel as a point of reference. Timing is everything when valuations may vacillate. 5. The information leaking, albeit slowly, as to Iraq's entrance as a full member of the WTO. While many current investors jumped on board due to the vague reference of the Kuwaiti RV the big boys look for more concrete evidence before moving in to this investment; IE entrance to the WTO. 6. The Arab Summit coming up in a few weeks time. Totally necessary for Iraq to enter the playing field not as a bottom feeder but at the head of the class. 7. Discord among the populace. Events in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Iran are fueling the process. You can guarantee the US has made their position clear that the welfare of the Iraqi citizen will be placated if they can provide substantial financial sustenance for the citizenry. 8. Activity among the providers of Dinar in the US. We are now seeing a major shifting from the top traders in dinar to focus on the RV/RI. These players would not be making the moves they are if they did not have some intuition that the game is about to end. I could give about 50 more reasons as to why we are closing in but I think you get the gist of where this is heading. Let's be patient and see what other events transpire over the next week. I for one would not be surprised to wake up in the morning and find out I need to alert my personal banker of an incoming transfer larger than usual!

I have noticed how the closer it seems an RV may occur, the more frustrated people are getting in their responses to such simple questions. All the poster wanted to know about a PREDICTED RATE, not a factual. Predicted meaning a guess. We can all guess and hope what a rate may be. What is the harm in saying "Hey, I predict from what I have read it will be anywhere from 10 cents to 10 dollars."? Why is it the ones who seem to have more experience in deducing information, are popular in their posts, and just plain popular here in the site say, "I believe in what I have read and calculated, the rate may be 1 dollar!", and get all kinds of pluses and "attaboys", and tons of thanks for making such a statement? Just because someone is learning and asks questions to learn gives no merit to be answered in such a way as to be told; "No one knows so stop asking stupid questions." In my opinion, that is rude and hurtful. But what do I know, I am still fairly new here also. I have watched people go from responding in a polite, cordial and respectful way to now being rude and thoughtless. If you don't like the question, why respond in such a disrespectful way? I miss the helpful and "let me point you in the right direction" responses. I know it is frustrating. More so for those who have been on this journey for a very long time. But stay the course and don't lose focus. If you attain such great wealth as you imagine the RV will deliver, and you are impatient and rude to others, will you then become the rich snob that so many people detest? I haven't invested enough to defend if I will or not, but I know it is not in my nature. I live by the most important rule my mother taught me: "TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WISH TO BE TREATED. LOVE LIKE YOU WANT TO BE LOVED. CARE LIKE YOU WANT TO BE CARED FOR." Sorry, I have just gotten disappointment overload seeing another rude response. Good luck to us all. Wednesday's is a bit of a tease for Thursday's chat ... it did answer some questions ... but it was a tease. Now most of you know that I am indeed a fan of Frank26 but I'm going to complain just a bit this morning ... you see he has asked members listening to the Thursday chat NOT to post what was said. Here's my problem with that ... when I had lots of time I spent it scouring the news/net for info about the IQD RI/RV ... as does he ... hours and hours ... but when my wife comes home ... I'm not spending 30 minutes on a chat much less 1.5-2 hrs (or more) ... just not happening ... my relationship with my wife (next to God) is the most important thing in my life! I'm banking the time with her! Traditionally (Monday chat is still transcribed), I would read a transcript the next morning (thankful to those who recorded and transcribed) and I could cover it in 15-20 minutes tops ... and remain apprised of where his team was regarding intel/info/supposition etc. ... and I value that. And NO ... I'm not blasting or taking a shot at Frank26, his team, or KTFM ... as I appreciate them and their work immensely. I just think that this is a policy that they didn't think through completely. It might raise participation numbers, set records or whatever ... in practice it is counter productive for those of us serious about trying to stay on top of Iraq/IQD AND put our family above our investment. That said I would really appreciate it if that were to change ... as would the "hard core" portion of my group! OK ... enough of that ... Frank26 and his team pointed out that al-Maliki is busy playing the clown doing everything he can to get your attention and draw it away from Shabibi (whom you haven't seen in a long while), the USTreasury reps, and the CBI ... and this mornings news would bear that out ... (he also said that when you see Shabibi again ... it will be time to do some serious praising and thanking!) A source reveals that al-Maliki will not submit candidates for the ministries of security today because of the many differences between his and blocks Al-Maliki establishes a new dictatorship. The government accused of deception on the same بالاستحواذ on public property Al-Maliki Demands the parliament more powers to remove ... and the list goes on. This one was voiced by one in my group as a huge problem ... Major oil pipeline sabotaged by insurgents ... I agree that it isn't optimum but it only transfers 1/4 of their exports ... additionally, I believe that it is one of three that they have (one through Syria and one to Basra) ... and will probably drive the price of oil up and possibly cover their loss of delivery by means of price. To me it speaks more to the fact that al-Maliki does need to "crap or get off the pot" ... just sayin'! Started to get all excited about this one ... USD and Euro, because they do not have but about $7 Trillion IQD in the whole country, unless they convert that liquidity, to digital. Let's say, the Central Bank of Iraq system, has half of that, which is only about $3 Billion Dollars, based in IQD, and the remaining Stock and Quasi Stock is in USD, mostly. {I know, this is a very rough estimate, but my bet is this is pretty close....close enough for giving this example, anyway.} The M2 is around $52 Billion, including all cash and digital, if I understand that right..... (could be off..... but again, good enough for this example.) Even if, Iraq is allowed 20% Fractional Reserve of the IQD, that means they can only support about $15 Billion USD worth of IQD, but have only $3 Billion USD worth of it to support that, (assuming they were able to digitize roughly 17 to 18 Trillion IQD), there are still 2 basic problems, they have. 1. IQD is not recognized internationally, so it would still have to be supported by USD, which is already being supported by the actual holdings of USD, which is also costing them a premium, for international transfers, because the IQD is not recognized. That alone represents a huge loss to the banks, in handling such transactions, as one would imagine, due to the premiums paid out to the larger international banks, for covering such activity. 2. The IQD held, does not hold any value of it's own, so the liquidity backed by IQD, is not valid outside of Iraq. If it were to become recognized, it would solve the first problem, but create a new problem, because there would be an immediate run on the banks, at the current rate of exchange, due to demands for international holdings. Why is this so? At the current rate of exchange, what little IQD is held by Iraq, would be consumed immediately, to demand for hard cash holdings, not to mention forex. Forex alone, runs about $4 Trillion per day. How long do you think, $3 Billion in IQD would last? I think maybe about the first hour of trade would cause a run and a bank holiday, at the current rate of exchange. So, what this article is suggesting, is that the CBI and Banks of Iraq, are certainly strong enough, to handle the transactions of foreign currency, but would not last even one hour, if the IQD became internationally recognized, at the current rate of exchange. Let's further this example, and suggest, that the entire amount of IQD in print, (based on news releases from CBI,) is 27 Trillion. Let us say, that Iraq could, (as if that were possible,) to buy back the entire cash supply at the current rate, (which is ridiculous, but let's just say for now, they could). The entire stock would cost them about $25 Billion of their existing reserves, which they could easily do and they would still have half of their foreign reserve left to easily support the entire 27 Trillion IQD. Here would be the problem: That is still only about $25 Billion worth of IQD, with only the Fractional Reserve ability, to place $125 Billion worth of IQD, into circulation, digitally. Again..... even with the entire supply, even if that were possible to recapture at the current rate, again, within the first hour of trading in the world market, there would be a run on the banks and Iraq would be left with no IQD left in their vaults, even because the people would grab it up, much less international trading. My guess is, nothing under a $1 to 1 IQD rate, could keep that from occurring, once the IQD is put on the open market. So..... this article is saying, they are strong enough to support the Dollar, but they could never support the IQD at the current rate of exchange. It has to be strong enough and with enough value, to stop a run on the banks, due to the demand. That is simple economics 101. Here is another way to look at this: If the CBI is strong enough to support the USD at $1 to $1 less a percentage, offset by the auctions, then it is also able to support a $1 to 1 IQD rate, unless the eternal demand is too great at $1.00, that there is still a run on the banks. My own calculations based on the MOP projections, would indicate, that for EOY 2010, the value would have to be set at a minimum of $1.36 in 2010, but closer to $1.75 for the years 2011 through 2012, which even then, many believe would still be to low, to fend off a run, because future speculation over the coming 5 years, shows that value to be about double that. Now, if that is so, and my own calculations are showing the 5 year plan value to be supportable at as high as $3.93, also based on MOP projections and calculations, along with the IMF Dejure Rate of $.00342 for EOY 2009, adding an additional $7 Billion to the Reserves from 2009 reports, should reflect a Real Rate of +/- $.00393 for EOY 2010. Drop the 3 zeros, means to shift the decimal 3 spots to the left = $3.93 REER. Now, here is why I am showing you this: If you have been listening to what people like Scooter or Rudy have been talking about, it would be a fair assumption, to say, world forex giants and multi international corporations, would jump on forex prices with the expectation of doubling or tripling their returns, but you would also have players driving down prices on those markets, if the rate is set too high, by playing the shorts on the market. That activity, known as 'Orbits' in circulation, is much of what sets the tempo and value, which is regulated by the amounts in circulation, proportionate to demand, but supported by the actual Reserves, of the Host Nation, supporting and backing that currency. If the price is too high, CBI and GOI have to sell of all their wealth to pay for their own paper, and they loose the value to inflation and have to destroy what they bought with their wealth. If it is too low, it is paid for buy the markets and does not cost them a dime, but they would have a run on the banks. So, what is a Bilderberger to do? The answer, is they have to come out at a value, that is just right, low enough to attract just the right amount of investors, that the market pays for the revaluation, yet high enough, to keep out, over-speculation, as to keep from having a bank run. My guess is, that would be about 1/3 to 1/2 of the projected 2010 amount of the REER, of $3.93. That is roughly $1.31 to $1.92, which is also consistent with the Qualitative vs Quantitative ratios of the percentage increases reflected in the Feasibility Study and the 5 Year Plan, of the Ministry of Planning. So...... this was a long explanation, in an effort to fill in the blanks, as to what the above article, is saying. They are saying they have the funds to continue using the Dollar and Foreign Currencies, as a banking policy for Iraq, but as we see, they are also saying, they need a Banking Law and Central Bank Law, of which both have been in Parliament already, and are among the 200 plus laws in Parliament, yet to be addressed and ratified. If you are confused about this, don't feel bad. I have been studying this for a full 7 years and am still struggling to grasp and comprehend the big picture. Much of what is going on with this, is still contained in 'Classified Documents' and is also a moving target, that changes daily. It is 'Live' and 'Fluid'. Be glad you are in this investment. I know of no better place to be positioned so far ahead of the curve. You are in the right place at the right time.

So, here we are. Life sucks. People that have jobs probably hate them - live for the week-end, but dread Sunday nights. We, in general think poorly of the world, and, as such, think poorly of the people of the world. Yes, there are some great people who we interact with every day, or at least we hear about people doing great things. But, in general, we do not see too many, nor hear of their goodness. The media does not talk about the goodness of people very often. Why? They run a business and they feel that their readers and viewers only want to hear things that deal with "the winter of despair". Are we nearing Armageddon? People felt secure that we were not - one reason being is that "the Anti-Christ" hasn't appeared. Yet many felt this wasn't true because there was always George W. Bush to blame. He could be the Anti-Christ, but now even the most strident of all Bush bashers have had to back down because maybe he wasn't so bad, after all. Hillarious looked like a good candidate for the job, but when satan interviewed her, he thought she was too mean for the job, and that giggle/snort. But now, maybe there is someone coming to the forefront of our consciousness, someone who speaks in psycho babble, has dark hair, kind of athletic looking. He could be a movie star. Well, truth is he is, or at least was. yes, Charlie Sheen is the Anti-Christ. This is perfect casting, but he has a tough job ahead of him. You see, we are entering "the spring of hope". People are not mean spirited or uncaring (excluded from this are the ladies, who cut you off in their BMW's while using their cell phones). Most people are fantastic. Just look at this site. Look at the kindness; the caring that you can see through their posts. Oh, even the mean ones are kind of cool. The Dinar experience is coming to a close, All things are pointing to it. How about the new rules haded down to DT. Do you think the Feds would come up with all these new laws-to serve one purpose - fill in the loop-holes of not paying tax on the revaluation of the Dinar. So, it is coming. This week-end, a group of people have arranged for a pan cake breakfast for my grandson who has fought and beat leukemia. When I first heard of this, I thought how great. There will be donations of items and silent auctions. This would help defray the incredible hospital bills. My grand son in the past 16 months has had 100 operating procedures, over 400 doses of chemo. His many hospital stays would mean being tethered to a bed for 5 days each time, and every time I visited him he was bouncy, healthy and of good cheer. I knew he was cured because the best barometer of a person's physical status are not the tests, but the demeanor of the person himself. He would get shots in his thighs and wouldn't cry, maybe a tear would roll down his cheek. His courage has been like nothing I have ever seen. He will be two in April and he has already accomplished more in his life, given people hope-inspired far and above any one I know. His story has made the newspapers. Well, we are having this pancake breakfast - no big deal, except that they are now expecting over 2,000 people to come. So, don't tell me people are jaded or we are in "the winter of despair". It is believed that the "new dinar" that they are referring to are the lower denoms. FYI.

As i read some of these posts on here about our responsibility to settle up with the IRS after the RV, most will do the right thing and pay whatever the percentage is and be happy that we were afforded this opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of. First let me say that i don't won't to pay a penny more in taxes than needed but i realize it is a part of life and one we can't escape from. True, our tax system is broken and it seems like it is one sided on who pays the most and who gets the breaks. Enough to aggrevate, YES. But think about it for a minute, the world's tax system has been corrupt since the time of Rome. " Jesus said render everything that is Ceasar's unto Ceasar and everything that is God's unto God. Do we have a choice, Yes, and with this choice will come consequences. 1. Remember what you had before you were able to be apart of this event. This made it possible to have dreams beyond any imagination we could of had before. The percentage of return on this investment is astronomical. Does it transform the mind, Yes, thoughts start creeping in '' HOW CAN I GET AROUND TAXES, HOW CAN I HIDE MY WEALTH FROM THE TAX MAN. DREAMS BECOME SATTLED WITH GREED AND CAN OVERPOWER COMMON SENSE. If you think the IRS will not tap you at some point you are badly mistaken. Most of the time they will wait a period of time after they have you on radar so as to achieve maximum interest and penalities which you will pay. Sounds like i am connected to the IRS don't it, NO, not me i have just taken time to write this so maybe a least one person will not be caught in such a mess. You cannot beat the tax man on this event. 2. Remember what i said earlier about where you are at before the RV and how much you are going to gain when this occurs. The gains of wealth will bless many and will afford dreams that was never thought possible, change the lives of many just waiting for a hand up. Now with that said i want each one to read this and think about which way you will proceed when the RV happens and taxes are due. We already know that the Govt. wants the taxes to be paid upon the transfer of this event monies any waiting period will gain interest. Should everyone check every avenue of investment yes, but let me say this.....The IRS will know who and how much when this happens. My theory is this. I am going to pay my taxes on whatever the amount is, will i like it "NO" but if i satisfy the IRS i won't have to fear an audit with astronimical interest and penalities, plus i can enjoy life without worry about the govt. taking everything i have because of stupidity on my part. I'll gret my teeth and give Ceasar what is due, because i have to remind my self, before the DINAR life was ordinary, after the RV life will be fascinating. Please, do what is legal and acceptable, don't play the game of greed to save from paying a few dollars that you wouldn't had if not for the Dinar. Take what you have after satisfying the IRS and have a good life. I quarantee it will still be more than you had to begin with......This is just my opinion, i do not want on the IRS radar, because they never let you off. Good luck to all in whatever you decide.

Hello Everyone, I have really missed reading DV for the last two weeks as I was in the Middle-East. Something strange is going on and I don't think Maliki or Shabibi is behind it. While I was there, I spoke with many, many Iraqi's about every topic including the Dinar. I watched countless of news reports from hundreds of Middle-Eastern channels that I didn't even know existed. Everything I heard and watched were quite different than what is being reported here in the States. There is something more to the Dinar not RVing and I wish I could put my finger on it. I remember several months ago economist were predicting oil to reach $120.00 a barrel and we are almost there. Hmmm! The Revolution in the Middle-East is being fueled by outside influences, not just in country. What I did observe is that the demonstrations in Iraq still had a civilized tone to them and were unlike Libya or Egypt, in spite of their horrible living conditions. Water from the sewers were up to the middle of their legs, streets were polluted with trash and the kids were playing in this mess. It was awful to say the very least. Borders from Iraq were being heavily monitored and they were not letting anyone come in or out unless you had legitimate clearance to do so. I even had to have my Iris scanned! Alot of things that I have read from these sites are just not the true picture in the M.E. For example, in Jordan, there were only approximately 25 people protesting after praying in the Mosque, yet when I watched CNN, it appeared to be thousands! Syria has been totally calm and could care less, going about life as usual. We will see if that changes. The Syrians are very happy with life there. Egypt has become a disaster. There are thousands and thousands of hard core prisoners that are roaming the streets and crime is on the rise. Trash and the stench will knock you off of your feet. I have never seen such unsanitary conditions as in Egypt. Streets have miles and miles of garbage piled up everywhere. There is no security and no real Government enforcing anything currently. Libya is a whole different story. In my opinion, this is where most of the U.S. and the West will be focusing on for the time being and I know the oil is playing a huge role in all of this. So, as far as the Dinar and Iraq, all I can say is I hope and pray something happens soon, because things just aren't adding up. Iraq is in a mess and there is absolutely no reason why this should not have RV'd by now. If Shabibi was the one in full control, I believe he would have done it by now. This is not just my opinion, but it is everyone's opinion that is an Iraqi. We all think that the Iraqi Government are just puppets for now. Shabibi could have finished this off a long time ago, so the real question is who and what is stopping him and why?

Ok gang, thought you might find this of interest. After seeing the new cash in procedures from DT and DB, I thought I would do a bit of investigating of my own. I went to Tampa Dinars site and clicked on cash in procedures. There was no change there. The site still said you could buy gold, said nothing about ledger to ledger transfers, or any of the other things we have been seeing today. I then decided to call them. The lady I spoke with was quite pleasant and I asked her if there had been any changes to their cash in procedure. She told me no. I then proceded to tell her what was being put out there by some of the other dealers. She asked me if I would hold for a moment and let her double check. After a couple of minutes she came back on the phone and told me that I was absolutely correct. She said her manager checked DB's site and it was true. Now my question to her was, "Why would you have to look at another traders site"? Why would you have not gotten the same info from the treasury dept? She was a little flustered and said she did not know. I then ended the call. Two minutes later, I went back to their site and guess what? Yep, the site is now showing the same info as the other two. Now mind you, he’s been there 4 times last year, ready to sign off, and as the Dinar folks are feeling the frustration of the Iraq Government to stick to the plan, and commit, but they find excuse after excuse. Our companies have felt that same frustration. Last Time our contact was there August of 2010. At that time they actually told our contact that until the full GOI was in place, they wouldn’t move forward, the contracts that is. Our contact has many connections in and around Iraq, including inside the government. He said after another disappointing trip in Oct 2010 that he wouldn’t be going to Iraq again until he was invited personally, and that the following two things had to happen: 1.The Government had to be place (FIRMLY) 2.The Iraqi’s had to RV their currency, to reflect price on contract At that Time, I never even gave Iraqi Dinar a second thought, (Wish I would of LOL). All I knew is that he wouldn’t be going back unless those 2 things happened, and no contract would be signed. Just this past Saturday after he had conversations with people over there he left almost immediately. He’s in Greece right now just in hanging mode for the word to come from Iraq to sign off.. In addition, I’m working on a HUGE contract that I know is for Iraq, but its all hush hush if you know what I mean, and that it has come to a complete hault as of today!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were told that they were waiting on some things to come through to move forward. THAT WAS TODAY!!! They never told us what they were waiting for, but dealing with them the last year, they never do. LOL! All I can say is I’m not vested heavy in the Dinar, but vested a lot more is when the RV happens on the contracts that I’m associated with. Very big $$$ that will last monthly, and for years to come.. I’ve read the rumors , and really don’t get to excited since MY life isn’t going to change with 200,000 dinar, but I didn’t want to post this info anywhere, but the above is true, which tells me The RV is coming very very soon. I don’t know dates or rate. All I know is my personal dealings with Iraq, and I have more to gain with the RV to happen, then cashing in Dinars. My gain would be those contracts getting signed. You can put this in your own words if you want I think the Folks that have been waiting a long time for this to happen (again I’m in it 4 weeks). IF YOU CAN READ THIS WITHOUT LAUGHING THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. ONLY A MAN WOULD ATTEMPT THIS... Pocket Tazer Stun Gun, a great gift for the wife. A guy who purchased his lovely wife a pocket Tazer for their anniversary submitted this: Last weekend I saw something at Larry's Pistol & Pawn Shop that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 15th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife Julie. What I came across was a 100,000-volt, pocket/purse-sized Tazer. The effects of the Tazer were supposed to be short lived, with no long term adverse affect on your assailant, allowing her adequate time to retreat to safety...?? WAY TOO COOL! Long story short, I bought the device and brought it home... I loaded two AAA batteries in the darn thing and pushed the button. Nothing! I was disappointed. I learned, however, that if I pushed the button and pressed it against a metal surface at the same time, I'd get the blue arc of electricity darting back and forth between the prongs. AWESOME!!! Unfortunately, I have yet to explain to Julie what that burn spot is on the face of her microwave is from... Okay, so I was home alone with this new toy, thinking to myself that it couldn't be all that bad with only two AAA batteries, right? There I sat in my recliner, my cat Gracie looking on intently (trusting little soul) while I was reading the directions and thinking that I really needed to try this thing out on a flesh & blood moving target. I must admit I thought about zapping Gracie (for a fraction of a second) and then thought better of it. She is such a sweet cat. But, if I was going to give this thing to my wife to protect herself against a mugger, I did want some assurance that it would work as advertised. Am I wrong? So, there I sat in a pair of shorts and a tank top with my reading glasses perched delicately on the bridge of my nose, directions in one hand, and Tazer in another. The directions said that: a one-second burst would shock and disorient your assailant; a two-second burst was supposed to cause muscle spasms and a major loss of bodily control; and a three-second burst would purportedly make your assailant flop on the ground like a fish out of water. Any burst longer than three seconds would be wasting the batteries. All the while I'm looking at this little device measuring about 5" long, less than 3/4 inch in circumference (loaded with two itsy, bitsy AAA batteries); pretty cute really, and thinking to myself, 'no possible way!' What happened next is almost beyond description, but I'll do my best. I'm sitting there alone, Gracie looking on with her head cocked to one side so as to say, 'Don't do it stupid,' reasoning that a one second burst from such a tiny li ole thing couldn't hurt all that bad.. I decided to give myself a one second burst just for heck of it. I touched the prongs to my naked thigh, pushed the button, and... HOLY MOTHER OF GOD. WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION. WHAT THE... !!! I'm pretty sure Hulk Hogan ran in through the side door, picked me up in the recliner, then body slammed us both on the carpet, over and over and over again. I vaguely recall waking up on my side in the fetal position, with tears in my eyes, body soaking wet, both nipples on fire, testicles nowhere to be found, with my left arm tucked under my body in the oddest position, and tingling in my legs! The cat was making meowing sounds I had never heard before, clinging to a picture frame hanging above the fireplace, obviously in an attempt to avoid getting slammed by my body flopping all over the living room. Note: If you ever feel compelled to 'mug' yourself with a Tazer, one note of caution: There is NO such thing as a one second burst when you zap yourself! You will not let go of that thing until it is dislodged from your hand by a violent thrashing about on the floor! A three second burst would be considered conservative! A minute or so later (I can't be sure, as time was a relative thing at that point), I collected my wits (what little I had left), sat up and surveyed the landscape. * My bent reading glasses were on the mantel of the fireplace. * The recliner was upside down and about 8 feet or so from where it originally was. * My triceps, right thigh and both nipples were still twitching. * My face felt like it had been shot up with Novocain, and my bottom lip weighed 88 lbs. * I had no control over the drooling. * Apparently I had crapped in my shorts, but was too numb to know for sure, and my sense of smell was gone. * I saw a faint smoke cloud above my head, which I believe came from my hair. Always planned on keeping it simple. Cash in, have money wired to my bank. Pay Uncle Sam his due ( I think this will be taxed as ordinary income, not capital gains, so that is what I am planning on). There is lot of speculation all over DV today questioning the integrity of the new regulations put on line by many dinar sellers sites. Implying "pumper talk" My thoughts.... I find it very hard to believe any dealer let alone Ali would post information about government regulations unless they are true? He has a multi million dollar organization, One lie would damage his credibility to all who have purshased from his company and any future relationships with his banks. It would diminish his standings as a buyer to the US treasury starting false accusations from quoting false government information.... Your thoughts?

I believe the email said, "getting ready to exchange the current dinar for the new dinar". Not saying it is true, but seems like you are jumping the gun a bit. It is a rumor, just treat it like one and move on.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the chat. There was nothing said that I personally have not heard before. 10 - 15 years to get to 3.22? No way!!! This would put the IQD in the same arena as other currencies that have virtually no value at all. Consider that Iraq has an oil reserve in the billions with only about 30% of the country being surveyed, gas reserves that are through the roof, gold, garden of eden, babylon, the only country with two rivers for import and export, actual farm vegetation , artifacts from the beginning of time and EVERY country in the world biting at the bits to help rebuild, the support of the World Bank, IMF and the UN, not to mention that their financial structure is being rebuilt with the most modern technology available. Adam, I am willing to bet you all of my dinar..that once this currency is tradable, that it will not take 10-15 years to reach 3.22..What say you??? Where are your facts to back this up? You said that you don't make predictions about the rate or date? You just did and it was a ridiculous one..This is just my opinion in response to your chat...I hope that the next one will be more informative for the people who have waited to hear from you.

Only my second post, am usually a watcher and observer, but had to share this one for what it is worth. we have a group of investors with Dinar and one of our group just now got a call from her banker that the rumor running around the banks in Atlanta, GA is that the RV will occur the 15th of this month. Strictly a rumor, but from a solid source. We'll see.

This may be something and it may be nothing. I don't mean to get everyone too excited, but Forex has changed like I have never seen it before. I watch forex all day and night. I see the changes it makes and I always keep track of what the IQD is doing. As of 7:33 am EST, Thursday morning, the Bid rate is 1,146.3000 and the ask price is 1,189.7000. Now I know that this seems like it s nothing, however, the Bid price has never been this low before. This is honestly the first time I have seen it like this. Now I know there will be those here that say, "Yea, it fluctuates, it goes there daily!" Well I'm here to tell you - they are lying. As I said, I watch Forex all day and I have never seen the IQD at this bid price. Now it may go back up and we will be back where we started, but maybe it won't. We will see soon enough. Shabbibi has been unusually quiet since the team from the US treasury dept. Has entered Iraq. Personally I feel that enough is done in the GOI for the trigger to be pulled. As with any global impacting deal there are factors not based on Iraq alone. My opinion, and mine alone, is that the US has the final say in when the trigger is pulled. The banking changes today, which caught everyone by surprise, were to me a major indicator. Do not underestimate the total amount of tax revenue this could generate, let me extrapolate. If there are 3 million US citizens holding 1 million dinar each this totals 3 trillion Dinar. If the Dinar Rv's at 1 to 1 this is a windfall profit of 3 trillion dollars. At a 35% tax rate, which by today's regulations cannot be avoided by transferring to a trust or commodity, this equates to 1.05 trillion dollars in tax revenue. Do you think the government is not involved or interested in this exchange? I think Shabbibi is waiting on the all clear from the US!

I think the whole thing about seating the ministers was a smoke screen from day one. I think the HCL is, as well. Somebody has a plan for this RV and it is coming soon and everything is in place, but we do not know the plan. I think the RV is more dependent on having the machinations in place to handle it. A big step was the FED laws about currency exchange. The banks may not be ready. The Rothchilds are trying to squeeze one more buck out of the oil. The group of people I have gotten into this with all bought from Ali. He is for the lack of a better word a real down to earth man. I have enjoyed two cc with him and spoken with him personally in these calls. Before you imply or implicate to defame someones character you should have more solid evidence. ALI stands to loose allot as he is a currency dealer and sells more than just Dinars, his reputation is all he has. Regarding the naming of sources, I'd remind everyone that the last time someone did that, it rebounded back on them in a very negative way. If I had a source I considered reliable, I wouldn't name him/her on this forum either, simply because I wouldn't want to inflict on them the many, many resulting calls, e-mails, etc. from people who just HAD to "verify it for themselves." That would border on harassment, and I have too much respect for my friends and business acquaintances to ask them to endure that kind of punishment. JMO.
