I have been notified by friends Abida and Farrah at an Iraqi Bank that the CBI is working on the RV this week end. Many, like my friends believe that this is only the first RV to take place in the next few years. The Dinar may RV more than once to spread the impact of exchange and control the volotility at the same time. My sources say that the Dinar will likely come out with a low RV and mark up from there as it trades on the Forex. Trading on the Forex will happen after the IMF accepts the currency as tradeable and in fact confirms Iraq's place in the oil trade within the middle east. This will all happen relatively quickly but will occur in stages and may take weeks to finalize. I was also told by Abida to hang on to my dinars as the other traders will be in line to cash in there holdings when the RV happens. His advice to me is to simply place the currency into a secure holding or safety deposite box for 2 to 6 month's after the RV to take advantage of the Mark up. Then he would expect me to exchange 30% and continue holding the balance for at least another year. When this all happens the selling of dinar on line will adjust to a complete stop as people start cashing in. The cashing in will hold the value of exchange low until the public has sold out. That's when the mark up will really move. I hope more of the same information comes forward. Go RV

Ok, Before we get to my prediction, I have something to say; I have been watching this site for about 6 months ever since someone convinced me about this. Since then I have seen so many predictions and announcements that I cant figure out exactly what I am supposed to be waiting for now?... I do believe tho it has started to have negative consequences. I must admit that it is hard for me to really "care" about the Iraqi people. I have become consumed with wondering when this thing is gonna go. I had a good business for 16 years, but now due to economy, and the banks not willing to lend, i find myself facing debt beyond imagine. IRS, Workmen's Comp, etc., have already filed liens and judgements. Now, im not complaining, just giving you background. I say all this to say that I am a Christian, (and I know that by that statement bashers are getting ready to respond, ) I believe in a purpose and that God has everything under control. But I also know that I should be caring about the Iraqi people who have it far worse than me. This is very hard to do. I find myself wanting this RV so bad to get out of debt and to better my life. I have slipped a little to my old ways of being self-centered and only caring about money. This has resulted in many nights glued to these sights. I want the Iraqi people to be helped, but really more concerned with my financial gain. I know I should change this attitude, and thats what I will start working on. Good thing its Sunday and I will be going to church in a few!!! I also have to remind myself: 1 Timothy 6:7,8 "For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that." A great reminder that he will take care of us and not to dwell on material things. I know you already think im some preacher or something, nope, I wasnt saved till about 6 years ago when God brought me out of my selfishness and hate for everyone else. I even fought in the cage for 3 years. (Im not your average "Bible Thumper".) I say that to confess that I have slipped a little back to that selfishness, and I do not like that. I will pour it forward if this thing RV's, i just hope we all havent become so consumed by this that it has changed how we are. For money doesnt change us, it only brings out who we actually are inside.!!! Finally!! My prediction: March 2nd is the date of RV. I am 100% possitive of this!! Here is my reasons; 1. The guy that got me into this, heard from a friend, who heard from a banker, who found a note on the floor, that was written in BLACK ink, that said the RV was the 2nd. 2. My birthday is the 15th of March, so that would be exactly 13 days after the 2nd.(I am a math genius) and we all know the signifigance of the number 13!! 3. My dog just came into the room as I typed this and barked twice!! This is confirmation!! (But he also could have just wanted to go outside). You take it as you want. 4. My wife just came in and yelled at me to get ready for church. And then she said; "Are you on the dang site again?!!" " It better RV by the 2nd or im gonna stop paying the internet bill!!!" So there you have it. It WILL RV by the 2nd. And for all you bashers, please note that I did include my INTEL!!!! God Bless us all and I hope that we will all at least learn from this experience and become better than what we where.

YESSSSSS Posted Today, 02:31 PM - UN revalues many nation’s currencies on the 1st of March 2011 - Government of Iraq (GOI) budget is now official and goes in effect on the 1st of March 2011 - Arab Summit is scheduled for the 29th of March 2011 (not the 23rd), Iraq needs to be a member one month prior (Feb 28th 2011) :-) - Iraq is hosting the Arab Summit on March 29th 2011 (Clear sign that they will do what it takes to become a member of the WTO :-) ) - Iraq MUST RI or RV in order to become a member as per WTO special request on Iraq. - It is confirmed that US banks have had extra physical cash in their vaults ready for IQD RV – they were going to return the reserves, but were told by the Federal Reserve to cancel the return order. This is an indicator that it is imminent. - The Iraqi budget for 2011 does not supply the contracts with the amount of money necessary for all the projects outlined pre-RV (can’t pay them at 1170 or .00086 – 1/10 of a penny) – (82.6 billion dinars is not a lot of money pre-RV. Post RV, the new rate of exchange will be sufficient monetary support all of the existing 3500 contracts as per Iraqi Government ) - China leaders signing off to the RV in Iraq on Feb 24th 2011, a huge indicator that everything is ready to go. Confirmed! ) - With the hyper inflation rising in Iraq , come 1st of March, the large denominations will have to be recirculated again which will be almost impossible since most, if not all large denominations recovered, were shredded by the CBI and they can’t afford to print new bills AGAIN. - Iraqi Borders are being strictly monitored for incoming and outgoing planes and anyone holding Iraqi Dinars which is a pre-cursor for and RI or RV - Protests in Iraq proves beneficial: The protests there have caused inflation in the country on many levels leaving the Government with now choice but to RV their currency to regain stability otherwise it would be imperative to reissue the larger denominations. - The US Treasurer and the World Bank were in Iraq this week to sign off on the RI or RV as well :-) . Good news there! - GOI positions are all filled — everything else is just smoke and mirrors otherwise the budget would have been approved and official in the distant future. Especially considering the fact that Iraq is striving to regain its status in the world – The rate of exchange has to be at least a re-instated (pre-war rate) of 3.22. - The IMF (Int’l Monetary Fund) has also been pressuring Iraqi Government to RV…the chances of an RI or RV happening mid-March is a stretch that the IMF is NOT going to allow. - Maliki will lose his position as Prime Minister if that happens. ( Rumor until confirmed ) - Maliki’s actual announcement on Thursday, Feb. 24th 2011 to the Iraqi people clearly indicated that Iraq has major plans to improve on the infrastructure of the country. In order to do so, the country would greatly benefit from a re-valued currency higher than its current rate of exchange. (We know things are very near) — It would be rather unwise for a Prime Minister to exclaim such plans and time periods expecting that a 1170 rate of exchange will support his goals for a country as huge as Iraq. - Maliki said he needed 15 months to get the electricity to everyone, more time for water and the sewers. - The country has been exchanging oil and paying contractors in US Dollars because they didn’t have a government formed in the past. Why would a newly formed Government continue to use another country’s currency (USD) dollars when they have their own newly printed (IQD)? First of all it is very costly to print the initial denominations, and now lower denominations are being circulated. With lower denominations value being so low, why would they print and circulate low denom’s without the RV near? - All of the above supports the events about to occur in the very near future. Any time between today and the 2nd of March :-) - Tell your invested friends. The RV has to happen now!

Why do some people on here have to be so rude, arrogant and antagonistical about other peoples posts. If you don't like it, you don't have to read the posts, but don't be so arrogant and rude. Some of us might like reading the post, but I personally don't like reading your 'rude, crude & socially unacceptable" remarks about someone else's post. If you don't like it, just ignore it. "your" should be spelled "you're". Thanks for the post, labdog. I always have my doubts about anybody in a bank having reliable information for us, but if this is true it's good news. At .01 I would sell enough to cover my initial investment and then wait for the subsequent increases for my profits. Adam said he couldn't see it coming out at less than a penny so the .001 is questionable IMO. We'll see. At least you're not predicting $5.27.

Um....The investment has taken 7 years now. So WHAT is considered overnight for you? Half a century?

I love the rumor but would like to point out some misconceptions. Ive read literally hundreds of post regarding Kuwaits "rv" yet nobody seems to know exactly what happened. Ive read and heard people claim first hand accounts of what went down in Kuwait and often their stories are not similar. Some honest sounding people who claim to have made money on Kuwait talk about how volatile their exchange rate was for a while. From I have read though that just wasnt the case. In fact Kuwait never really even "rv'd" their currency. They were invaded and had their gold and currency reserves raided. The banks were shut down for less then two years while nobody knew what would happen with the Kuwait dinar. In March of 91 their banks reopened and announced that they would issue a new currency and accept the old currency for a little over a month at an exchange rate of one to one as long as the serial numbers werent on their list of stolen currency. The rate was set at 3.47 and was pegged to the dollar, allowed only to float a few % points up or down. They have since reissued again and are now pegged to a basket of currencies. I admit I did not have first hand experience with the release of the new Kuwaiti dinar in 91 as I was studying it in social studies class and brown bagging my lunch at the time since I didnt have 2 bucks for hot lunch. If I am wrong I apologize but I have never seen anyone post an article or graph showing that the Kuwait dinar fluctuated greatly in 91. Regarding what the rate will be in Iraq I believe its anyones guess. Scooter has done the most work I have seen to come up with an educated guess but its really still very much a guess. People use the budget to justify just about any and every number. Some talk about inflation and how it will limit the new rate. Inflation can be viewed from a few different perspectives. On one hand things that cost now several thousand dinars cost less then one dinar 20 years ago so that is one form and in that regard they are suffering badly from inflation now. If they drastically rv to a dime, buck, or three those same things will be back to costing just a few dinars which is in a sense the opposite of inflation. I think what people are concerned with when they say the rv must be low is if the money supply is so big, with a big rv, people will quickly start charging a great deal more for things then they should and the over all money supply will drive down the value of the dinar. Whether or not they increase the value 100 times or 300,000 times it will be a unique event and take several different factors to manage the impact it has on inflation not just in Iraq but the entire world. How quickly their government and all governments around the world take the old dinar out of circulation I would think would be a huge factor in allowing them to shrink their money supply and thus manage inflation. Well, at least their money supply that isnt held by governments which will be used as reserves for the various super powers, mostly us, or leveraged for oil. Keep in mind also that there are places like Abu Dhabi in the UAE where half a million people live and the AVERAGE net worth of a citizen is 17 million dollars. So wealthy people in the mid east is nothing new. Ok thats enough, I drank a stong belgian beer tonight which apparently made me chatty. Good night.

The rate will come out at 3.22?? This rate has been thrown out by gurus for some time now, it comes from the RI (reinstatement) of the rate the IQD was at 20 years ago when the IQD last had any value to it during the Saddam regime. This is one of Okie's favorite rates to use in his repeated bad intel, rumor BS thrown out every week, along with many other pumpers. Why should we care? This is a BS rate, after 20 years, what do you think the chances are that the IQD would come out at the exact same rate? Think of it this way...if the IQD had been traded on the market for the last 20 years, what are the chances it would be worth the exact same amount that it was 20 years ago? Then add to that the fact that Iraq's GDP is not even close to what it was then, its oil exports, the price of oil, etc. is not even close to the same as it was back then. The chance of seeing a rate of 3.22 is about as good as your chance of falling off the edge of the the world. When you see this rate, the only thing you should think, is that the person claiming it, is another BS pumper. Just my 2 cents

I just want to say I have no ill thoughts for or about Okie ...My take on Okie is this I believe that I read at one point that he was in the Marines or another branch of our armed forces and served in vietnam and for that i take my hat off to him . I also think that he feels that he has actual intell that is good and gets a little over zelas.I feel that he is just trying to in all honesty help give what he can his intell has in the past not panned out and yet he still trys to help and give his all to help even though it has cost his reputation to not be so good . The Iraqi Finance Ministry said Saturday that it will launch the appointments in the state institutions this week, after the approval of the president on the 2011 budget. An official source in the Trade Ministry said on Sunday that the obstacles blocking the timely distribution of the food items covered by the government’s controversial subsidized ration card system have been overcome. Saad Fares, the General Manager of the General Company for Food Trading responsible for the distribution told AKnews that an operations room has been established to coordinate local demands with international companies. The Trade Ministry has said that from March the food items covered by the ration card will be distributed on a regular basis. "The ministry will work around the clock on the distribution of the ration card items and remove the obstacles that delay their delivery to Iraqi citizens,” Fares said. The delivery of the ration card items was delayed this year in most provinces for reasons described by the Trade ministry as "technical". The Trade Ministry announced recently a new plan for the distribution of the ration card items that gives priority to the country’s poor. Despite Iraq’s huge oil resources, international reports reveal that 27% of Iraqis live below the poverty line. The ration card system was adopted in Iraq after the UN Security Council imposed economic sanctions on Iraq following the invasion of Kuwait in 1990. In the 2010 federal budget, close to $2.9 billion was allocated to the ration card scheme which had cost the country more than $3.1 billion in 2009. The system has faced increasing criticism in a number of Iraqi provinces where distribution of the items covered by the scheme is often delayed or incomplete and in some parts of the country, the scheme has stopped functioning altogether. Protests breaking out across Iraq in recent weeks have focused on poor public services, rising unemployment and cuts to the ration card system, all contributing to an overall slump in living standards for many Iraqi citizens. I just came to realize today that this is not a roller coaster ride its a freaking time machine !!!! We are now looking at the beginning of march and I have know idea where January or February has gone ,and now they are setting the dial to take us for another two week journey. I have read many times that this investment is a roller coaster. The only reason it is a roller coaster is because too many people listen to the so called experts who state that it will happen every week. Why do we still listen to these people? The truth is, I invested in the dinar because of these simple facts. 1. The United States basicaly took over Iraq like we did Japan after WWII. What did there currency do? 2. We have all jumped on the bandwagon of this investment and some have forgotten that it is pure spectulation. The possibility that it will not happen at all exists, even if that is not what we want to believe. Now don't get me wrong I do believe it will happen, maybe today,maybe next week, next month next year etc. but the possibility still exists that it will not. The lack of an RV is not to inconvienience us, it actually isn't about us, it is about whatever is going on in Iraq. Do I believe that they make sense in the way they go about the working of government, No, but do I believe that our US governement has been expemplary no way. We are way to focused on our own wants and needs here right now, it's acually a bit of a selfish mentality. I mean no disrespect, I just believe that it will happen when it happens and keep my investment to a level that is within my means and that I can afford to loose. I want this as much as anyone, but let's all be realistic and don't buy into the hype of the "Gurus". Just my opininon. Again, No disrespect intended. Please keep the bashing to a low roar.

There are some emails circulating that really hit the mark. This is one of them. It does not sermonize or castigate, it simply and gently reminds us that life can be gone so quickly and it cannot be brought back. Once gone it is gone. Once the ones we love are gone, they will never again fill our eyes with their smile, our ears with their laughter, our arms with their warmth and our hearts with their love. It has been just over a hear now since I lost my husband, the best friend and companion a person could ever have. He was my soul mate. I know the ongoing pain of grief and when I see people speeding along the highway because they want to get home to their families and friends I wonder if they have the slightest idea of the grief they could cause some other family, or their own if they don't make it home. Here's the deal. I have spent approximately 3500 hours researching this dinar investment. I don't want anyone to over extend themselves. But...I am at about 99 % that this will happen and fairly soon. I believe it is just like a puzzle and I have seen most of the pieces fall into place. I think there are two more pieces to go. Maliki holds 1 and Shabibbi holds the other. I believe both pieces will be placed by Monday. You shouldn't tell newbies like yourself not to buy in...you should tell them to do some research and then make their own decision. I started buying in 2004 because I listened to someone like you about the Kuwait dinars 10 years earlier and did not pull the trigger. Probably cost me millions. I did my research this time and I'M READY.....and I totally believe thousands of lives will be transformed because of just those I have told. You can be a Grinch or you can POUROTFORWARD Life is a choice.

- UN revalues many nation’s currencies on the 1st of March 2011 - Government of Iraq (GOI) budget is now official and goes in effect on the 1st of March 2011 - Arab Summit is scheduled for the 29th of March 2011 (not the 23rd), Iraq needs to be a member one month prior (Feb 28th 2011) - Iraq is hosting the Arab Summit on March 29th 2011 (Clear sign that they will do what it takes to become a member of the WTO ) - Iraq MUST RI or RV in order to become a member as per WTO special request on Iraq. - It is confirmed that US banks have had extra physical cash in their vaults ready for IQD RV – they were going to return the reserves, but were told by the Federal Reserve to cancel the return order. This is an indicator that it is imminent. - The Iraqi budget for 2011 does not supply the contracts with the amount of money necessary for all the projects outlined pre-RV (can’t pay them at 1170 or .00086 – 1/10 of a penny) – (82.6 billion dinars is not a lot of money pre-RV. Post RV, the new rate of exchange will be sufficient monetary support all of the existing 3500 contracts as per Iraqi Government ) - China leaders signing off to the RV in Iraq on Feb 24th 2011, a huge indicator that everything is ready to go. ( US’ debt to China will be paid off to some degree by this IQD RV as US holds 3 Trillion USD in their reserves. Confirmed! ) - With the hyper inflation rising in Iraq , come 1st of March, the large denominations will have to be recirculated again which will be almost impossible since most, if not all large denominations recovered, were shredded by the CBI and they can’t afford to print new bills AGAIN. - Iraqi Borders are being strictly monitored for incoming and outgoing planes and anyone holding Iraqi Dinars which is a pre-cursor for and RI or RV - Protests in Iraq proves beneficial: The protests there have caused inflation in the country on many levels leaving the Government with now choice but to RV their currency to regain stability otherwise it would be imperative to reissue the larger denominations. - The US Treasurer and the World Bank were in Iraq this week to sign off on the RI or RV as well . Good news there! - GOI positions are all filled. - The Iraqi dinar dealers are now focused on lower denominations being distributed as they are now available for investors. - More Airports exchange booths are being set up by dealers for this upcoming RI/RV cash in process - People all over the nation are changing their tune as to the Iraqi Dinar as a “scam” including Major Banks. — how many Us bankswould be buying and selling Iraqi dinars at 1170 without a nominal gain unless they know it will be of some worth in the near future? - No one knows the rate, however, understanding oil, natural gas, and agriculture being their GDP (Gross Domestic Product), it would be huge disadvantage for Iraq to trade their resources with the rest of the world at that rate. Especially considering the fact that Iraq is striving to regain its status in the world – you would think the logical rate of exchange should to be a re-instated (pre-war rate) of 3.22. - The IMF (Int’l Monetary Fund) has also been pressuring Iraqi Government to RV…the chances of an RI or RV happening mid-March is a stretch that the IMF is NOT going to allow. - Maliki might lose his position as Prime Minister if that happens. (he’s a jerk) - Maliki’s actual announcement on Thursday, Feb. 24th 2011 to the Iraqi people clearly indicated that Iraq has major plans to improve on the infrastructure of the country. In order to do so, the country would greatly benefit from a re-valued currency higher than its current rate of exchange. (We know things are very near) — It would be rather unwise for a Prime Minister to exclaim such plans and time periods expecting that a 1170 rate of exchange will support his goals for a country as huge as Iraq. - Maliki said he needed 15 months to get the electricity to everyone, more time for water and the sewers. - The country has been exchanging oil and paying contractors in US Dollars because they didn’t have a government formed in the past. Why would a newly formed Government continue to use another country’s currency (USD) dollars when they have their own newly printed (IQD)? First of all it is very costly to print the initial denominations, and now lower denominations are being circulated. With lower denominations value being so low, why would they print and circulate low denom’s without the RV near? - All of the above supports the events about to occur in the very near future. Any time soon we will see an RV/RI. - Encourage your invested friends. The time may be near.

No matter what anyone guru says these things must happen before an RV or unless the Iraqi Government says other wise. 1.Government must be FULLY seated (CAN SOMEONE FIND OUT THESE POSITIONS) 2.Nothing is happening before March 1st because that's when the IMF new rates go in effect 3. If by chance the IQD is not on the list, don't get discouraged. 4. Possible RV dates could be after the ARAB SUMMIT in late March or in mid June once Iraqi get control of there oil fields. 5. If there its a low RV .30-1.00, mid RV 1.00-1.90, or high RV 2.20-4.86 pay your taxes don't try and cheat the government because the IRS will find you and take all your money.

I just came to realize today that this is not a roller coaster ride its a freakin time machine !!!! We are now looking at the beginning of march and I have know idea where January or February has gone ,and now they are setting the dial to take us for another two week journey. I have let this take me to places in the world I have no interest to go and have learned more about government and financial crap than I care to know . Not to mention all the conspiracy theories of the coming of the end of times and I think the best thing to do is to pay for email ,and text notification of the event and just wait till it happens. I do know that it is a really nice day out side and a great day for a bike ride or to go fishing . My dinar are in a safe place and aren't going anywhere and I am pretty sure that if it RVs today i cant cash in any way so with that being said time to live and enjoy the freedom that we take for granted, the RV will go whether we are in front of the computer or not so every one I hope you enjoy this great day and take some time out and get out of the time machine.... Ron, no proof lower denoms are being circulated. Oh, sure, protests were beneficial. Like the bombing and shutdown of one of their biggest refineries supplying 25% of their gas/heating oil. And please show proof the US govt is holding 3Trillion dinar. Please post links for all your claims. Thx.
