THE TRUTH BY POURIT...TIME TO GET CLASSY Let's start with this...I am registered with SEVERAL Dinar sites...and I love them all. Has there been some pumping...absolutely. Has there been some people stating rates and dates...absolutely. Have they been wrong...absolutely. But...here is the truth...as in life I find about 95% of everyone are good people...trying to do and be the best they can be. The truth is...I am very frustrated with all bashing of the others...and they are only trying to do the right thing. It's time to do the right thing and give people a break. On one site...they push books and info...so what...they disclosed it. I and only I made the choice to purchase. On one site...they are promoting a huge expensive fundraiser...don't go if you don't want to...but don't bash those promoting to help those veterans who gave us this wonderful opportunity. One site is promoting training with attorneys after rv...good for them. I will be there. You may or may not be...it's ok...but don't bash. Remember this...the truth in Iraq can change in an hour. IT'S TIME TO GET CLASSY. Now for the news: My Opinions: 1) We've heard about Kuwait Banks BUYING DINARS AT .35....It's confirmed by many folks. (In Iraq) THIS IS GOOD 2) Don't call the banks or pound them. They hate being overwhelmed. THIS IS OBVIOUS 3) The rate is locked and set...wont change. From a very reliable source. THIS I LIKE A LOT 4) We are working on a VERY VERY high source in Jordan for information. I WILL POST WHEN POSSIBLE 5) Nothing I have read, studied, or have understood leads me to believe this will revalue at .86 cents. ALSO GOOD 6) There are huge regional events coming up in the ME...Iraq (HOST) wants to be there with their chest puffed out and a real currency. 7) Biden is in Iraq...Hillarious on the way...THIS IS EXCELLENT 8) Banks make very few mistakes...I'm betting the locked in rate(which is high) is correct. 9) I believe(my opinion only) the RV has begun...but it's MUCH more complicated and a HUGE process. I 'm pretty good at reading between the lines. Finally...I want to thank you all...my buddies...the leaders of all sites...those that have invested to help not only themselves and Iraqis but others too. In other words it wasn't really for the "Dinar News Warriors" that this site is known for. I'm trying to give a few tips on the process. First, did you notice that I DID NOT show a single rumor item? Exactly! Then I reminded you not to LISTEN to what they say but what you SEE them do. Then I just went down the news list ... read, noticed (when opposing or multiple articles existed), and commented. Why you say ... because my plate is very full presently ... I can't spend the time that I was spending studying and this should give you a better sense of what is and what is not with or without me commenting on it. Maybe it would be helpful to keep a running list of those people who repeatedly share outright false information. I will begin with the ones I can remember but because there are so many names running through these forums, please list others I have not included. Here are the obvious ones: Okie - DD seems to stand by him that he has real connections but he has clearly displayed that he is either a pumper or doesn't know when he is being mislead by his own sources. It's important to keep in mind that it's not only the fact that he is wrong all the time but it's the intel he passes on that is laughable. For example: He stated that one of his sources claimed all of Iraq was out in the streets a few weeks ago cheering because the RV happened. Sorry but the majority of Iraqi's have no idea what the RV will mean for them. This kind of sloppy into comes in way too often Terryk - I know the majority of us laugh any time this guy posts anything but for any newbies, don't give any attention to his claims of $5+ RV's that happened last week but just haven't hit the Western world yet. IMO, Terryk is the worst offender. Topgunner - I can only site one example of this guy being blatantly false in his intel but it's a pretty big deal because it wasn't something he heard. He claimed to have spoken to a rep fro DOHA bank in Kuwait who told him that the rate of .1 IQD to 1 KWD was an accurate and valid rate. Frank26 - This guy seems to be more cautious in what he shares. I'll give him credit for that but the fact that he welcomes intel from TerryK and Okie is a big tip off that he may not be the best guy to listen to. Also, anyone who posts anything similar to, "This is my first post and you probably won't believe me but..." should be tossed out as a pumper in disguise. I'm going to start keeping track of names of these people as well. Please post any other offenders to this thread and their claims so we can keep a list of who not to listen to.

So you are saying these guys have credibility and should be listened to? Would you recommend someone who is going to be making an investment decision with the Dinar should use their "intel" as reasons to jump in? Rather than just stating your opinion why not share some facts of why we should be listening to these people?

The Father and Daughter talk is interesting and true, but what follows the discussion is a litany of conservative vs. liberal contrasts that seem so acturate and to the point. It's 2011, and we have officially gone from RV'ing once a week to every single day, even several times per day. Personally, I'm quite sick of seeing all the made up crap flying around recently. I agree with what you are saying. The problem is there is actually people out there that believes these people. I may have a big heart and I try my best to inform those people before their worlds starts to unfold. If I can keep one person from falling into their trap, than I have done something. I may be wrong for informing the people who are less educated on this investment than the rest of us, but liars shouldr be called for what they are. Flat out Liars.

The maturity level of dinarvets forum has dropped tremendously. I assume it is due to all the children that are now a part of our site. I am marking this up as a percent by volume dumbing down. My only question is who sold dinar to these children? We all can see they cannot handle themselves in an adult environment. Maybe there should be a warning sign on the currency “ Keep Out of Reach of Children”

Sheesh. There sure are alot of new threads regarding banning, liars, false rumor spreaders,...etc...etc... I'm sensing a lot of angry posters. Hmmm. Wonder who's to blame? Think about who's blog has been telling many of you not to fall for all that hype, all that bull, all that nonsense.

I see 20 posts a day on here saying RV any minute. Of course it never happens. People just need to stop getting so serious and caught up in the lies and hype. Once you're a seasoned dinar holder you become accustomed to those kind of posts. If you had the mods ban everyone who posted that kind of info they'd have to ban themselves and everyone else who post's on here. My wife just called me and she is laughing her butt off. She said A guy just came in and was asking her about different currencies and when he asked about the Dinar, she told him she just got information on the Dinar and that they WILL exchage it at 12pm est tommorow at a 3.47 rate. They had to offer 0.35 to lure those in dire need of cash. Those with One million Dinar currently have a currency that is not tradable. It is worth one tenth of a penny currently in most parts of the world. If they wanted money it was a huge offer to receive $352,982.00 USD for that same million not being honored anywhere else in the world for more. Now the Doha bank in Kuwait bought lots of Iraqi Dinar from the local civilians and business men. Now they will sell that same amount of Dinar they now have in their hands at the RV rate which will be considerably higher. So they sort of took a temporary loss buying a currency that is worthless to the rest of the world right now knowing it will be of huge value shortly. Understand?

To have its currency revalued, Iraq must submit a request to the IMF and World Bank for revaluation of its currency and give them a desired rate. Iraq also has to submit 2009 and 2010 financial reports and their approved budget for 2011. After the IMF and World Bank review the information they will either approve or disapprove Iraq's request. If they disapprove, they will tell Iraq what rate they will approve and why. If they approve the request, then it will be published on the UN Treasury Opertional Rates of Exhange site on a scheduled date with an effective date of the rate change following a few days later. The Publishing Date for changes in the Rates of Exchange in Jan 2011 are Jan 12 and Jan 28. The subsequent Effective Dates for the Rate of Exchange are Jan 14 and Feb 1, 2011. No new rates for any of the world's 220 currencies were published on Jan 12. The Iraqi Parliament will see the new revised budget for the first time tomorrow, Jan 13. Therefore the earliest that a change in Iraq's rate of exchange can occur will be Feb. 1, 2011. Also several protocols must be passed by the Iraqi Parliament to officially have the UN sanctions lifted therefore allowing a rate change. We have no choice but to wait until Jan 28 and see if Iraq can meet all that is required for a rate change. Prayer can also be a big help. Best Wishes to All.

I've been wandering the same thing. I'm no so sure about sonny but if Adam has a CBI contact, why doesn't he communicate with everybody on how things at the CBI is unfolding? I would think if there was something to put out Adam would do it. Thats why I don't put anything behind rumors. Now, I don't think so ... after all if you total all of the cash portion of the auctions from Oct 7 until now you get a little over 26M ... folks the average cash portion was between 18M-26M PER DAY previously. Lets think this through. Are they hoarding IQD and USD or at least doing their best to hold onto as much as possible while al-Maliki drags this out past the "drop dead" dates set and already ignored (that would seem reasonable before an RI/RV)? Are they out of IQD as some have said? OR have they figured out another way to provide this influx demonstrated for years on the pdf file. Well, prior to Oct 7th is was part of their life blood of liquidity. As I demonstrated ... totaling over three months worth of the cash auction reveals that they have either decreased their three month NEED down to the equivalent of one day's total (actually 63:1 because there were weekends and MANY holidays in that three months) OR they HAVE another mechanism. Now ... they continue to take small breaths of air through the reed ... not like they were doing before ... does this tell us that there isn't another mechanism OR are they employing a couple of strategies to provide themselves with what they need? So does that leave us with the other choices? Here's my answer: I've told you from the beginning that I didn't understand it completely but it was something that I believe that we should keep an eye on. I haven't changed my mind ... while the aforementioned is worth consideration ... and possibly/probably other scenarios ... FRANKLY I BELIEVE THAT WE ARE OVERTHINKING THIS. I have to say something about this remark...I did 3 tours in VN, 2 in Iraq over a 30 year career, and simply am sicken by your statement. As my father before me and his father before him, we sacrificed with our brothers in far away places, some of which you've probably never heard of, to protect, our freedom, the rights and values of our families and friends and also people like you...even though you would rather turn tail and run...yeah, even for you. What are the rules in regards to the three readings? This article seemingly alludes to the fact that you could have more than one reading in a day? yes/no? If not can it be read three consecutive days in a row? I'm hoping with Biden and the other political figures in Iraq tomorrow that maybe we'll actually see something happen.
