  1. I know there have been a few posts recently about the bashers who love to come and rain on parades, but I guess they're just not getting it. When I first came to this site, I felt no need to register to post. Everything I wanted to say or ask was being said or asked by someone that was already registered. One day, I read a post from a man named Harry (Need to Say This- pinned at the top of the rumors page) that came from his heart. I concurred with this post, in saying that I feel like some of the people on his site are part of my family. This site used to be a friendly place, where someone could say, "Hey, I heard through the grapevine..." and people would reply with a kind "thank you for sharing what you heard." Now, if someone posts something that they heard, people come out of the woodworks to ask for everything from their mother's maiden name to what kind of toilet paper they used today!! The poster replies with said information, and the bashers attack, calling them liars, pumpers, and dealers. I find the "rumors" section to be pretty much an entertainment section. These bashers look at "rumors" and expect to have 100% confirmed intel. Well, that would most likely be found in the "news" forum. When it says "rumors," expect liquidity, because it is mostly "he said, she said." (And because it's Iraq!!) I am in this for one simple reason-- to afford my wife and I the oppurtunity to have a child. I don't have millions of dinar. I haven't spent thousands on this investment. Unless an investor has posted, boasting of owning an ungodly amount of dinar, they could very well be like me. So don't go bashing someone's morals when you have no idea what their goals are. I would like for this site (and the rumors section) to feel like the "dinner table" again. A place where a family can sit down and talk, laugh, enjoy each other's company, and not bust someone's balls for simply having ears.

  2. This is from Roger on A Site we aren't allowed to mention here and was posted there today. I thought it was worth bringing over because so many people have been down and frustrated with this investment lately. He has some good thoughts to share. -- Trimark All, I woke up this morning with the impression I should share the following with you. It is my intent that each of you finds comfort in what you read about this investment. There are so many out there who, at this point, and at some degree… me too, have their “heads spinning” with all the contradictory, confusing, frustrating, and even annoying information. I’m hoping you can gain perspective from what I share here. Throughout this investment, I have and continue to speak with contacts who are genuine and truthful in their intent when speaking with me. This I know based on the amount of information we have shared together and the length of time I have known them. It’s amazing… I’ve only met a couple of my online friends in person over the course of this ride, but some of these men and women I absolutely can call my good friends. No doubt, we will be friends for life. Anyway, the people I know they are connected with (and yes, I insist they always tell me the complete chain in the line of communication behind any “rumor” or “information” or “intel”) are the “real deal”. Many are involved. Others are undoubtedly in a situation where they would be exposed to information. And even other connections are simply in a situation, based on their status, situation, or role would naturally know things. I communicate with those who have spoken with the “Author” of the plan. Their separate information and communication is eerily similar, so I’ve got to believe them. I absolutely KNOW they don’t know one another. I’ve spoken to those who have connections with the IMF, UN, World Bank, U.S. State Department, White House, Government of Iraq, Military Economics Division, FBI, CIA, “Boots on the Ground”, Civilian Contractors, Oil Executives, Senior Banking Officials, Forex Gurus, Dubai Finance and Banking connections, Economics professionals, Currency Trading Desk personnel, and even those who have made literally millions sitting and waiting for things like this to happen with other currencies. I want all of you to know this because I want you to understand where I’m coming from. I genuinely BELIEVE in this opportunity for each of us! I hear things all the time! As you can imagine, I’m in a pretty good position to receive information when it comes in. Do I share it? Rarely! I don’t need or want the extra attention and scrutiny, not to mention the legal ramifications of sharing information that isn’t mine about such a “Top Secret” endeavor, and the betrayal I’d feel of another’s trust, as ALL the information I share or receive is NOT mine. As each of you has read on the front page of my site, I don’t have any “sources” of my own, only contacts who do. If I do share something, it’s only in a very carefully worded prose to help each of you have some general information that will guide you in your thinking. I’m not sharing this to build myself up to you. I’m sharing this with all of you so each of you will understand a few “truths” about this investment. Here they are: 1) The information you are hearing in the form of rumors or “intel”, is not necessarily wrong! Some of it is accurate… AT THE TIME IT WAS GIVEN… but as this is a very (as Phoenix has always shared) “live and fluid situation”… things change. 2) This is Iraq we’re dealing with. They aren’t use to all the attention and power. As such, it’s like taking a bumb out of the ally and teaching him manners and gentlemanly behavior. It takes time and patience. 3) You should be aware there are those who join these sites who’s sole purpose is to throw each of you off in your thinking about this investment. They do this because despite the fact that we (and our investment) are “part of the plan to help stimulate the world’s economy”, they don’t want and can’t have EVERYONE know about this. Economically, things would change and it would be impossible for Iraq to support the masses, and the “plan” would necessarily have to change. 4) The “REAL INFORMATION” is most likely only known by a hand full of people in the entire world. I guarantee THEY don’t share ANY of their information. There are MANY motivations and agendas of which we aren’t aware. We’ll probably never know some of them until they’re upon us. Because of this, it’s important to take everything in, already knowing there’s a caveat to the details, despite the intent or believability or honesty or position of the person sharing the information. This is the reason I don’t share more, as I am aware enough of the above to know that regardless of what I hear or believe, I know I am ALWAYS “TRUMPED” when it comes to the information I receive and share. 5) As I’ve shared before, the “Chats&Posts”, “Juicy Rumors”, “News Articles”, and “Tidbits” have great information in them. Take them all in, but believe none of them completely. Everyone of them is probably filled with things that are incorrect. 6) No “Guru” is so connected to say they are above what I just shared above. So, relax and stop the obsessive worshiping and following of “the individual” and start focusing on the overall big picture. We’ll know when we know and NO ONE will know sooner. Sorry! It just won’t happen. Certain “gurus” won’t get a 6-12 hour head start on the rest of us. The normal flow of sharing of information will occur and you will all eventually know. Those of us who are connected to more “sources” than others will only know before some because we received the call “first”, not because we’re “privileged”. Sorry, it just doesn’t and won’t happen that way. As some have shared in the past… “it will come as a thief in the night”. 7) The information is too strong from too many sources for this to NOT be the real deal. Despite the attempts of those who feel they need to share the gospel of this being a scam or fraudulent in nature, common sense tells us we’re on the verge of something special. Keep your eyes set on the end goal, and never mind the rest. Something is definitely happening. At what level, and at what time… only a hand full of people in the world know. I guarantee there is not one forum guru, including myself, who is a part of that exclusive club. 8) On a personal note… If I were approached about this a million times, I’d invest EVERY TIME! I’m not counting on anything, but I know who I’ve spoken with and what I know. It all screams this is happening. The details will be revealed in due time. Until then, all I can do is take care of things in my life and family. You should too. 9) Hang in there! Forget the details, as they really don’t matter, and are really none of your business. Don’t “feed the beast” of info sharers by giving them what they want… your praise and adoration. Be grateful to them for sharing but leave it at that. We’re all in the same boat. We all have the same dream. Please take this as my opinion only. It is what I believe based on what I think I know. Become self-sufficient in your thoughts, opinions, and theories, all the while remaining open to the opinions and thoughts of others.

Not everyone knows everything like you claim to so this FREE cash in guide might just help them!! 4. I agree, I wont even go into teh chat room anymore, it used to be fun now it's drudgery. I miss Puffplus, Mrparrot, markisauncfan, and a host of others. So I stick to the forums, shake my head at the bashers and make sure I hit the + button on all the people willing to stick their necks out to give me information!! A special thanks to all who give the "heard it from a friend who" rumors, Also kudos to the ones who make a joke or post a "rumor that is way outrageous, nothing like a laugh to make me realize this isn't as serious as I make it out to be. Sorry for all of those who NEED it, I do to, but if it wasn't for the RV I would have no hope at all

  6. National Coalition gives the rule of law until Tuesday to replace Maliki and threatens Baerakip Sunday, 08 August 2010 @ 13:02 GMT Al-Sumaria News / Baghdad A leading figure in the Iraqi National Coalition, Sunday, the coalition gave the coalition of state law even after the tomorrow, Tuesday to resolve the issue of the replacement candidate, Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister, another candidate, pointing out that his coalition was heading for an alliance with the Iraqi government formation in the case remained the law, insisting on the nomination of al-Maliki. Bahaa al-Araji in an interview with "Alsumaria News", "In the absence of a National Coalition on something positive from the rule of law through the replacement candidate Nouri al-Maliki and make up their minds, what we should go into an agreement with Iraq, because the vacuum of political and constitutional Pat impact clear on the security situation in Iraq, and all these things requires us to accelerate the formation of the government. " The Araji, a leader of the Sadrist WIN with the National Coalition that "the flexibility shown by the Iraqi List, by giving up some demands for the public good and to accelerate the formation of the government, completed a lot of progress and understanding in dialogues," adding that "the national coalition called the Iraqi during the talks to be the next prime minister of his own exclusively, while ensuring the benefit of Iraq and other blocs. " Prior to the National Coalition to announce his rejection of the nomination of the leader of a coalition of law Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister, and it reached a halt negotiations between the parties the end of last month, and claim not to accept any candidate backed by Maliki himself, which made the deadlock in the National Alliance that bringing them together, because of the coalition countries candidate through the law, and not to put irreplaceable. This comes at a time arrived, the leader of a coalition of law and Iraqi Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki before noon on Sunday to the city of Arbil, capital of the Kurdistan region of Iraq in a visit lasting several days to discuss a number of issues between them, the crisis the government formation, after giving the Kurdish semi-support for Maliki's mandate seconds after the confirmation of Jalal Talabani, that there is no red line by the Kurds to Maliki's nomination for a second term. According to these rapid developments the possibility of an agreement existing Iraqi and coalition rule of law on the coalition in addition to the Kurds to form a government, amid leaks about U.S. pressure, advances in this direction, especially al-Maliki to cede some powers of the Prime Minister for the president of the Political Council for National Security, and they were the pressures of the letter telephone addressed to the Vice-Rayes Joseph Biden of Maliki on Saturday. And accelerated the pace of negotiations between the coalition rule of law, the Iraqi and the Kurdish coalition and the Iraqi National Coalition and Iraqi forces on the one hand shortly after the submission of the proposal of American power-sharing between Iraq and Maliki's coalition, with the re-launch a U.S. initiative for the sharing of power between the coalition rule of law and Iraqi forces, provides the survival of Iraqi Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki, in office for a second term, giving the head of the Political Council for National Security for the Iraqi leader Ayad Allawi's list and positions of the sovereign task of the list to add to the Presidency of the parliament, with the exclusion of the National Coalition Government of the squad, especially the Sadrists. It seems that the conflict between the political blocs on the eligibility form the Iraqi government reached a climax, especially after the operations of mutual rejection between them and within them as their candidates for the post of Prime Minister, rejected the Iraqi List and the Iraqi National Coalition Maliki's nomination for a new term, while the coalition has rejected the national and coalition-Maliki, Allawi's nomination for the post, also rejects Sadrists any candidate of the Supreme Council for the post, while insisting the Council to nominate a person from within because he felt that the lack of access to the prime minister would mean putting his political future in the unknown, especially after the decline in the number of seats in parliament from 30 to 17 seats, almost. 8. I like the last portion Iraq Monetary Summit -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a post of an article that appeared at the end of last year: Republic of Iraq Monetary Summit Briefing The Republic of Iraq National Government, United States of America and its coalition allies are in the midst of confirming the 18 December 2009 date to discuss monetary terms concerning our globalization of the New Iraqi Dinar. Confirmations have been established by 13 of the 22 parties needed to proceed with these dealings (15 are needed to validate hearings). In a recent summit, finance minister Adel Abdul Mahdi wrote the following: English Translation (summarized): We feel strongly that these summit hearings will result in a complete globalization of our national currency and that we shall soon see a dramatic increase in the value of our legal tender. Minister of Petroleum, Ibrahim Bahr al-Uloum, wrote Wednesday, December English Translation (summarized): Our abundance of natural resources has positioned us to take full advantage of the current international economic crisis. I strongly believe the New Iraqi Dinar will soon be a respected currency within the global marketplace. The al-Ittilaf al-Watani al-Iraqi (National Iraqi Alliance) mainly composed of Shi'ite Islamist Arab parties, has recently expressed approval of the forthcoming Iraqi Monetary Summit and also anticipate the future currency stabilization to result in national unity and internal strengthening. The Saed Al Shuhada Islamic Movement appears to be the only national organization that opposes the Monetary Summit. Salam al-Maliki has stated that he disagrees with the summit meeting due to what he calls, the current condition of national unrest and the ever changing stability of the Iraqi national climate. His concerns were well documented during the recent hearings of the Iraqi National Dialogue Council. His concerns have not affected President Jalal Talabani’s decision to hold the hearings. Trade minister Abdel-Karim Mahoud al-Mohammedawi and finance minister Ali Adbul-Amir Allawi have recently issued this speculative briefing which was sent to all members of the governing council: Predict that the new Iraqi dinar should increase in value based on the dollar. English Translation (summarized): We feel through a series of strong and productive hearings, we could come to realize a globally unified currency. The affects of international trading of the New Iraqi Dinar, could see the value of our currency be assessed as high as $3.47 as compared to $1 USD. This is purely speculative but our country’s strong foundation of renewable resources along with a sturdy history of agricultural exportation supports this speculative estimate. Conversely, we feel as though the floor price could possibly be as low as $1.47 as compared to $1 USD, given a substantial decrease in the 2006 calculation of our gross domestic product evaluations. You are receiving this news because: A: You are an international dealer of The New Iraqi Dinar B: You have purchased a substantial amount of The New Iraqi Dinar C: You are/were a contributing member of the US Embassy in the Republic of Iraq D: You are/were a member of the federal parliamentary republic. E: You were an affiliate of the government’s austerity measures agenda. Let the bloodshed not go in vein but let Iraq’s National Supremacy reign once more! And now let the bashing begin!!!!!!!!! I just posted it I didn't write it

National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) reported, "Atiya arrived in Najaf and met with Sistani to discuss the crisis of forming next government after spending five months post elections." Earlier, Media sources mentioned that the US President, Barack Obama, called on Sistani to interfere to settle the crisis of forming the next government. / End/ So they first say, "Obama/Us have nothing to do with the say of the government", BUT, as you see here Obama is taking a back door approach to get his voice heard without it looking like he is right in the huddle!

  11. I watch the trends on this site. There will be a slew of negativity and then a post like this comes along to remind people the heart of the forum. We are a group of people watching the development of a nation. Sometimes the progress is exhilirating, other times it is downright angering. We live in a nation where we see problems resolved in thirty to sixty minutes. Relevant tangent here-----> When we first bought our house it was UGLY. I remember thinking no problem we can fix it I watch HGTV. I don't know how those people on HGTV have figured out how to remodel a bathroom in thirty minutes it took me three months. I cried, blamed my husband for buying such an ugly house. The problem was my concept of how things were supposed to be and how they really are were not aligned. It also doesn't help that the only marker we're looking at it the Kuwait RV. That happened in a blink. We knew it would take 7 to 10 years for this process to be complete. 7 to 10 actual years is painfully longer than the way time moves in movies. Anyone that has been on this site will attest to what I say next. The people here are good people. In one post they will offend (sometimes accidentally other times their ugly shows ) someone yet, if they know that someone is hurting will offer that very same person powerful words of encouragement. A lot of people on this site are quick to apologize if they have stepped on toes. And, everyone I have encountered will help you swim when your mind is swimming in facts that are too hard to process. , If the basher doesn't fit in the above category-he or she will, eventually, go away. I know I've seen it. Stick with the site and you'll see what I'm telling you.

  13. Bobbydee, Very well said! It is very hard to turn the other cheek sometimes when you are under assault as a poster, but if everyone would (and should) take the high road when it comes to responses on their posts, it would make this rumor section much more enjoyable to read. Not everyone can be as friendly and tactful as say Ron Scarpa, but if you will notice that everytime he has a response (even on a negative reply from someone else) he does it with class and dignity.

  14. Great post and find!! This has been the status quo for a long, long time. It has been very well publicized that an open-aired comment cannot happen!! Guys and gals that is political death! It has been talked about adnauseum at how these things ALWAYS take place behind the curtain. The US, the UN, everyone else involved cannot, repeat cannot come out in the open and say "we are going to do this to you if you do not do that thing". Look at how "O" came out and on two separate occasions proclaimed the draw down WILL continue and that the US WILL be a partner after wards. Guys and gals this is not a statement of politics, this is a open aired statement reaffirming a condition and making it public makes it so the Iraqi's can believe him. Then C Hill, our Ambassador to Iraq announces he is done in country. What president in their right or wrong mind would allow an envoy such as C. Hill to leave in the seemingly "middle' of this "crisis"? I tell you why, because his talents are no longer needed to intervene! THEN! The military, acting on "O"s orders, relinquishes MILITARY actions in Iraq..........Do I really need to spell this out for ya's? Guys and gals, everything we have been seeing, that is placed right in front of our eyes, has been back channel negotiations! Do you think Iran AND Syria, in their sudden back peddling, is FOR a unified Iraqi Gov? Hell no. WE, the US back channeled this arrangement! Wait and see how much "they have nukes" rhetoric comes from us in the coming months.....Just wait and see! You know, I have been told and I tell people this: you want to hide something from someone, put it out in the open right under their nose, it WILL go unnoticed! Look for the Iraqi media to show when the RV happens, which if I were a business man, and I am, I would want it to happen with as little impact as possible. When is this? During Ramadan when mostly everything is shut down. Why? Because the Iraqi media needs to let the shop owners know that they need to switch their pricing schedules, and they will need the time to remark all their stocks. This will take time people! And IMHO IF it happens I, if I were an Iraqi business man, would want it to happen when I have the time to invest in this. Ramadan!

  15. Way to go, Missouri... This is fantastic & little known. Hats off to Missouri for being ahead of the game!! Missouri set the bar! SO WHY IS EVERYBODY SO UPSET ABOUT ARIZONA??? Simple solutions to not so complex problems! The "Show Me" state has once again showed us how it should be done. They need more publication and exposure on this. Let's pass it around. In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the Official language of Missouri. Nearly 90% voted in favor! English became the official language for ALL governmental proceeding in Missouri. It also means no individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English. We need to take a lesson from that! In 2008 a measure was passed that requires our Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be here illegally. It allows Missouri law enforcement offices to receive training to enforce federal immigration laws. (Laws that the federal government is NOT enforcing!!) The bill makes it clear that illegal immigrants will NOT have access to taxpayer benefits such as food stamps and health care through Missouri HealthNET. In 2009 a measure was passed that ensures Missouri's public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are here illegally. The law also requires all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States. So while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember Missouri has been proactive in addressing this growing problem. Missouri has sent a clear message that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in our state and they are certainly NOT welcome to receive public benefits at the cost of Missouri taxpayers! Article in "The Ozarks Sentinel" Editorial Opinion - Nita Jane Ayres, May 13, 2010. http://ozarkssentinel.com/clients/ozarkssentinel/missouri-ahead-of-the-game-in-dealing-with-illegal-immigrants-p1034.htm?twindow=Default&smenu=145&mad=No PLEASE PASS THIS AROUND - MISSOURI DID NOT GET "BASHED" FOR THEIR LAW, SO WHY ARE WE????

  16. @ the back-paddle comment! Way to call it like it is. Spec Investor, not once has the word "additional" been used. You're adding it in after the fact, which is a weak attempt to cover up instead of just admitting you were mistaken. There is no shame in being wrong once in a while, but false pride on the other hand - that's not a good thing. Let's just drop it before the name calling starts, because then nobody wins. Regarding the spread: Plenty of people are saying they are going to get the CBI rate with no spread and also saying the CBI rate is 1170, which clearly means they don't understand that the CBI has TWO rates, and they also don't quite understand that no matter what Ali "said", they are going to pay a spread. This is why I have a "Cash In guide" coming out this week - it covers spread and a few other things that need to be cleared up. Ali doesn't have to educate people on this type of stuff - it's not his job. As I said - he's a business man, not a charity organization. When you cash in, you are going to pay a spread. I don't care what Ali said - when you cash in, there is a spread involved. It doesn't matter what Ali said, what Ali is charging, or what color socks you are wearing when you cash in. THERE IS A SPREAD INVOLVED IN ANY CURRENCY EXCHANGE TRANSACTION.

  18. Nuri al-Maliki: I'm part of the problem in forming a government but I did not Akhlgaha Al-Rafidayn News - Sunday, August 8th, 2010 @ 00:00 BAGHDAD: Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said he was "part of the problem" impeding the process of forming a new government, but at the same time challenged his allies and his political opponents, both in finding an alternative candidate for the presidency better than the government. Despite the passage of five months after parliamentary elections, which had hoped to which Iraqis can lead to greater stability in power in Iraq, but al-Maliki said in an interview with Reuters on Friday that security in Iraq remains stable, adding that investor confidence was not affected by extending the duration of the negotiations which had been fruitless so far for any alliance that may lead to the formation of the government. Maliki said: "Yes, we are as a person and as a bloc is part of the problem is we have a conviction and vision and we want success ... We can not under pressure promoted by the media to abandon our responsibility ... our belief should be respected and respect the conviction of others." "I did not do the problem. I want to solve the problem." Maliki warned of attempts by his opponents of seeking to undermine the powers of the prime minister and said that the move would lead to instability and to allow the return of al-Qaida and the armed groups and militias that was the reason to plunge Iraq into a sea of blood as a result of sectarian conflict that peaked in 2006 and 2007. Did not produce the parliamentary elections held on the seventh of March for outright victory for the bloc could form a government alone, which led to increasing conflict between rivals, Iyad Allawi, who heads the list of Iraqi and al-Maliki. And replaced the existing Iraqi elections in the first place two seats on the rule of law, a coalition led by al-Maliki. No one of the two blocs so far to create a coalition can move it to the parliament to form a government by a majority within it. Each face of al-Maliki, Allawi difficulty in persuading the masses to join the Tktlehma to form a government. The coalition that formed among the list of al-Maliki Shia character and a list of the National Coalition, which includes the majority Shiite parties had arrived a few days before an impasse when the leaders of the National Coalition officially stop their discussions with a list of al-Maliki because of its insistence on continuing his candidacy as the sole candidate for prime minister. He called the leaders of the National Coalition list of coalition state law to submit another candidate other, a demand that was rejected from the list and great-Maliki. Despite the talks stalled between the traditional allies, namely the list of al-Maliki and the National Alliance, who came third election, but al-Maliki said he would not mind joining the National Coalition for the discussions which he said was now taking place between his list and Allawi's list with the participation of the Kurds and the compatibility list. He described the talks as "serious and strong." Ruled out al-Maliki said is needed to form a government have any effect on investment in Iraq and said that the projects are still operating at full capacity. Many fear that a process of forming a government to delay the return of violence once again to Iraq. Although the reduction in violence in Iraq recently compared to past years but the month of July witnessed a noticeable increase in the number of victims of violence from the dead and wounded, compared to months that preceded it. Despite the continued killings, assassinations and targeting elements of the government and security bomb but he is much praised Iraqi security forces and played down the reports of the deteriorating security situation due to the current crisis that accompanied the formation of the government. "I'm sure if comes to the Prime Minister is weak and not supported by the majority of the forces and political groups, parliamentarians, the danger would be great to Iraq's unity and the security situation and return the militias and criminal gangs and al Qaeda will again begin to conflict." "We need a man to know the truth map the existing challenges, whether diplomatic or level on the external or internal." Iraq will face soon obligations timetables military is to withdraw U.S. combat forces from Iraq by the end of this month while maintaining the 50 thousand soldiers for the purposes of training and assistance in accordance with the security agreement signed between Iraq and the United States by the end of 2008. According to the agreement, the United States will withdraw its forces completely by the end of 2011. Will face the Iraqi forces that are still nascent, processing and training challenge of filling the security vacuum and military successor withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq. Asked whether Iraq would allow the survival of U.S. military bases in Iraq after the withdrawal, "Maliki said this topic is left to the next prime minister and approved by parliament ... can not be maintained at U.S. bases, but if chosen by parliament." "I do not want to talk about this issue and anticipate (events) we still have a year and five months and God willing, things change and may be the Prime Minister (next) without the need for such a demand." The following are excerpts from the interview .. Negotiations to form a government .. Q - after he was national coalition talks with a coalition of law and determination of the Iraqi because it has the constitutional and electoral benefit in forming a government where you are from talks on forming a government? "C - I think (that) set terms of an act before the lists are all finished at the end of a crisis and all he wants to carry the other party responsible for this crisis, but the reality is that everyone moving into this area ... so the crisis is not an issue that the National Coalition suspended from his dialogues, from the time of the National Coalition suspended dialogues are not new they announced it, possibly to give the message in the face of the draft appeared to move to resolve the crisis and there is a convergence is good and there is an understanding may come from the Department issue a large block and small block but consensus on the one basket to form a government partnership and a serious and strong steps in this direction. Means with the Kurdistan Alliance, serious and intensive dialogue with the Iraqi also a serious dialogue with the national consensus. . Yes, stop with the National Coalition do not want to stop the latter because we do not intend to exclude them from forming the government also has to be and come and take their share, if we spoke the language of their quotas and quotas in the formation of the government. ... ... There is a real crisis between the blocks, menus, but among the components you need to see the wisdom and calm and to discuss ... ... More correctly, at this stage to go to the House of Representatives passing a set of agreements we go and we know who will be the President of our Council and who is our President ... ... Therefore, I always say patience on the time of order to go pack a basket of agreements deal better than we go and we are different by rival ... . Both in the political process is now part of the crisis, but why not accept a candidate for prime minister. If the process was sound, why do not you respect people's opinion who voted for the owners. 650 000 votes in the Baghdad area alone. . If there is a crisis you want to jump on the data and contexts adopted in the management of the political process and after the depth of popular Everybody partners and I just say no because I have endured a party, I also did not have a party in itself only. . I do not say that Iraq is the reason I do not say that the PKK is the reason I do not say that the National Coalition is the reason.." Each part bears the size and bear this responsibility. " Q - What is the purpose of the complexity of this crisis? "C - all want to be. Iraq believe they have the vision and perception. State law also believed that it was a job and want to complete this project initiated by the Kurdistan Alliance also has its problems, perceptions and ideas and the National Coalition has a vision and put requirements. All stems from the requirements .. . all moving to their aspirations and address the concerns. I am my fears are not Shiites, but not on the block called the rule of law. I am my fears on Iraq, so I want to come a strong government in which a genuine partnership in which the discipline of the constitution, where the lack of exclusion and marginalization of one because we are in front of a very large in the next phase ". Q - Do you come to a deadlock with the National Coalition or crossroads and whether the option is to leave him on the table? "C - We are in our policy does not kill step taken. All thy ways are open to everyone, although they disagree with us and they freeze the dialogue and the dialogue was mainly static, before they declare frozen, but not lose the link does not come out and do not allow to dissolve the coalition and go to close the path towards dialogue with the list of Iraq and the Kurdistan Alliance and the compatibility of the results that they must all be partners in this government and no interest in government and political process that the way to go but will stay on all the roads exist and work toward access to a basket of key locations in the state. " Q - but they insist on changing your candidate for prime minister? "C - this insistence exists and we also insist and Iraqi Kurds insist insist. This determination is present, but this determination must end result. What is the alternative? . We said that insisting on the rejection alternative climb and runs through the scene and takes all and vote for its candidate, Welcome. ا. I could have said in an interview earlier let al-Maliki. ... They said al-Maliki does not exist in the political process ... .. I am withdrawing .. .. Count me froze my candidacy .. They agreed on a candidate you are, the Iraqi and Kurdistan Alliance and see (to see) what they can agree. " Q - Does this mean that the option to change your candidate not on the cards? "C - that's up to each block, and not one has the right to speak. I consider this bypass the poor performance of media by the masses, which says the existing channel in a bid to cancel its candidate. The list of the rule of law with 89 votes has voted unanimously to al-Maliki and this is a conviction. Either come and one has 10 Nfrat (seats) or 15 seats in the House of Representatives (say) Come changed your candidate .. do not ... this is dictatorship and interference in the affairs of the other. if you're acceptable Leave me I'm candidates. Leave a state of law and go Bmarcg acceptable, breaking scene, propelled to head the government and ended the case. " Q - We Kmracbon see that the decisions issued by the components of the small blocks are not blocks? How are small blocs control the fate of the large blocs? "C - There is no control but the large blocs also among them are not ready dialogues I mean, if the maturity of the dialogue between us and the Iraqi List to draw the map that is located far as these figures affect the political process because the two blocs constitute the 180 seats, and they could ... that constitute Parliament .. form a government, but we do not want to walk all alone So what if he joined us, the Kurdistan Alliance 60 seats, and we got 240 seats. This is the small blocs of no value to prevent it (then), but the large blocs among themselves so far not agreed. small blocs have a voice and influence in under the conflict or in the absence of agreements reached between the big blocs But if we reach an agreement can say what they say but they have to attend to be partners in the government and we will not remove them, but We will give them the right to the government under electoral size. " Q - Are there indicators of the maturity of the dialogue between the big blocs, such as Iraq and a coalition of state law? "C - I think it is not between Iraq and the rule of law only, but became the maturity parameters of the scene. I mean realistically think the Kurds and the Iraqi List also think realistically and the rule of law also think realistically and dialogue progresses. I believe that I am in dialogue in good steps forward, not on the basis of our potential we are in Iraq or our potential we are and the Kurdistan Alliance, but that communicate as components of the political process to draw the final map for the formation of the government. " Q - on the basis of the prime minister of the State of law and the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the Presidency of the Kurdistan Alliance? "C - We do not give up the prime minister was a coalition with the rule of law and a national alliance. This issue is known to everyone ... it's not reasonable to give the component represented 50% of the component 20% or 25% or 26%. These occur this is a crisis would not be acceptable from the street. Our problem is we are 60 years of suffering with the Kurdish issue because the successive regimes have wanted to resolve the crisis by force could not but we got to the stage to be our President, a Kurd and the subject of pride we were able to overcome the sectarian so is the process ... the prime minister must be in this way. " Q - How long does it take after the negotiations to form a government? "C - I do not want to put a time, but I think it's one day and one will hear the Iraqi people that the agreement has matured and may not be so as not to give a boost and thus apparently not done. But I guess now we started walking on the correct line and we started to talk away from the alliances at the expense of the other, but we sum and deliberate. It is a matter that we hope we are talking about how to manage the state and how to modify the constitution and the distribution of powers and the rebuilding of institutions we have built our institutions in light of murder, terrorism and sectarian lines. Many institutions, whether political or security service where the bug much more. I say this and acknowledged Adhirna because we build and we fight but today it should come back again to build our institutions, starting from the end of the policy as security, and our embassies and our departments all need to be reviewed in line with the trend until Alimqrati we call him. " Q - What about your partners on the other side the National Coalition? "C - as I told you that the dialogue is not on the basis of binaries compared to singlet and binaries the other, but rather on the basis of a package and one basket to get the position of the State. We do not want to go beyond the National Coalition or Nbadh the government do not want to go beyond even the small blocs others, such as the Accordance Front or even block the unity of Iraq, but there is a difference between agree and have brothers, the other right in the partnership and that they are not involved and play their role in the House but our goal to be our partners on the basis of my son, "Come ride with us" because he is not riding with us the plunge and would therefore be sabotage part of the political reality and not part of the building. We want everyone to be part of the construction process. " Q - some that you will Ithmkm taking place as part of the problem, what do you think? "C - We are part of the problem correctly I told you we are a part of the problem as a person and as a bloc, because our conviction and our vision and we want to succeed and can not be under pressure, which promoted the media to abandon our responsibility. Conviction must be respected and respect the conviction of others, we are part of the problem because we have to understand and perhaps our understanding should be taken more into account than anybody else because we stood up for the stages of difficult ... but not the wisdom that we've run the security operation and the balance between Shiites and Sunnis to Iraq was now mired in a sea of blood." Yes I am part of the problem, but I did not do a problem I want to continue in the solution process then, I've got a large block of this block was formed out of the will of any external or internal. " Q - Is it possible that there comes a time when you should have a decision to stand aside and you claim things are going, what you choose someone else you call it to complete the Msarkm? "C - I welcome the day I know (it) that the political forces to accept it. I'll be happy, I also would be my opinion with their opinion of Etienne tags in order to turn blood but Fletvqgua a person. Can we say this we believe that (appropriate). If this (the person) exists Bouklt what I have done and I said to the Iraqi people what I Bouklt blood, you will not be too mean to you in this position. But I'm even those who think he is good, I know that he's objections here and there by the menus and blocks. . I know that there are people who can be strong, but I know they do not have the admissibility of the presence of objections. .. They say there are no objections and wide-Maliki .. I know that there are no objections in more candidates are working for them. " The impact of the negotiations on the economic situation and investment and security .. Q - the delay in talks on forming a government is a negative impact on the economic situation, especially as you regarding the implementation of Uruguay has concluded large contracts with large companies to develop oil fields and the other waiting to sign more contracts to invest in Iraq? C - "from the site of the Prime Minister and Cabinet meetings I've got a map and clear there is no trouble of the economic process and the process management and diplomacy, nor in the subject to act in the budgets of the state. Yes, there are decisions we need and were not pressing on international treaties and we have no international treaties that we had international problems They existed for years and bears six months to a year .. it is more correct that parliament would be formed and shaped the government and the electoral process corresponds with the results of democracy required. " Q - Some investors are starting to feel the atmosphere of the negotiations negative impacted negatively on the investment environment, investors seemed to feel the danger to his money? C - "First, because what investors feel the danger we have investment projects list and one of the investments that 50 electricity company worldwide came (to Iraq) and held a conference and made competitive bids for the construction of the electricity sector. Now the port of Basra 9 hours until he graduated from the ships and the companies that come to develop oil fields . We never have the problem had never been influenced investment has not changed because the agreement on investment is not when we have a problem because it often does not need to (approved by the Council of Representatives). " Q - that could encourage political tension resulting from the negotiations to form a government armed groups to breach security situation, and you have noticed the recent actions are witnessed by the Adhamiya and other areas in Baghdad? C - "what happened was not enough to give the impression of a retreat of the security situation did not retract the security situation, but their operations (from) by killing a soldier or a policeman is an indicator of the success of our efforts in draining effort Qaeda and effort Baathists, but these processes were even though they were not great is the attempts to prove the existence of. I'm not saying (security situation) stable means there is a process but it did not involve any retreat. with a difference in the political process, I emphasize the (members of) the army and police are not related to you through politics and all the holding location and treat according to powers and responsibilities entrusted to him and there is no problem with the Security Council will meet weekly and take decisions with full powers and dismiss the driving forces and adds Etjhvl These are all things that walk quite naturally. There was no link between the security situation and the negotiations to form a government. " Q - Some people want to come up with the Prime Minister is weak What are the risks of this matter to the economy, security and foreign relations, Iraq and neighboring countries? C - "I'm sure that if comes a weak prime minister and if come the Prime Minister is not supported by the majority of parliamentary blocs and political forces, the danger will be very much on the unity of Iraq on the security situation will gangs, militias and al Qaeda will again ... We need a man who really knows the map of the existing challenges whether diplomatic, foreign relations or cause internal relations of national unity, national reconciliation and unity of Iraq's participation and genuine partnership and not a dictatorship, the partnership they are talking about. Iraq is now still in the Department of the red line and threatened by many dangers. " Iraq's preparations for a U.S. withdrawal .. Q - Do you think that Iraq is ready for a U.S. withdrawal, especially as naval and air forces of Iraq were not yet ready and arming the security services is incomplete? C - "We do not run the risk of not dealing emotionally with the issue when we had a security agreement to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq, a definitive agreement can not be reversed at the end of 2011 will end everything we calculated the expense of everything first, the growth of capacity and efficiency of professional and our troops is very high and now is control of the security situation and not U.S. forces, fully one hundred percent you upset the security situation from the sixth month 2009, as they expect the contrary, the development of much this means we are now have the weapons and supplies and professional and good training. during the remaining period will be completed by our naval and started to reach some of the pieces of marine warehouse where we purchased and before 2011 will be completed War Fleet in the Gulf, which will protect the platforms and Iraqi territorial waters also for the Air Force we have contracts for military aircraft for the protection of Iraqi airspace and aircraft to the Army Air to protect the borders and institutions. the question of armament as we want to definitely need time, but arming the sense that one can protect the atmosphere Iraq and Iraq's fresh water will be found, God willing. " - Is the next prime minister will need to retain the base or U.S. military bases to protect the borders of Iraq? C - "That is up to the next prime minister and the parliament because he (Prime Minister) has no right to ask and the Convention can not be locked to keep U.S. military bases unless the next parliament adopted a resolution keeping them." Interventions Foreign affairs in Iraq and its relationship to neighboring countries .. Q - stretching negotiations opened the door wide to foreign intervention, but an Iraq agree with this view? C - "I think that is stretching and complexity that he got the message of all States not to intervene because the interference is a problem. Regional and international interference is a problem and did not stop, this will remain the government is not formed. But with modification in the regional situation I started Atvael that the national factor, which fell for the benefit of working in international and regional role and seemed to take so I saw that the issue has become on the road to a solution. " Q - If we accept the existence of Saudi intervention in Iraqi affairs Is it a reaction to the growing Shiite influence in the region, or is it fear of Iraq's oil wealth? C - "First we must show that intervention, and then show why this one issue I think that it exists should end and that Iraq is not a country micromachined in a small country can draw him a map. Fearful of Shiite influence and associate influence of Shi'ite Iran, do not know the nature of Iraq's Shiites Shiites Iraq's people and national Intcefon to their homeland and defend and fight for it. Shiites in Iraq are not Iraqis. if some of the Shiites of Iraq a mistake and they do the Shiites of Iraq. There is a false picture of the Shiites of Iraq I think it started to become clear. they believe that the Shiites are advocates for the dismemberment of Iraq, but we proved that we Hama the unity of Iraq. 19. I have seen people come and go here. I have noticed that some of the new people that are on here just are not as nice as they were several months ago. The site does have a different feeling to me. I have noticed a lot more off topic posts that just IMO have no place here. Seems to be a bit more whining as well, however DV is still the best. Thanks Adam.

  20. I believe people are just frustraded about the way things are being handled in Irag. This should have been done already meaning the formation of the govt. I can understand the frustration of investors that have been in this for some time. The site has been a bit hostile at times, but you just have to ignore the bad things and focus on the good. I truely believe that this ride is almost over and it would be nice to have a conference there afterwards so we can share our views and friendship. We need to relax and kickback and not get upset over trivial things that are posted. I pray that this investment comes to an end next week so that we can enjoy life and help those in need. Ignore the naysayers and bashers and eventually they will go away. God Bless Semper Fi

I believe I know what I am going to with my $$$ too...but amazingly enough...I have an open mind and unlike you I don't have all the answers to life yet. Yesterday a guy gave me an idea that could save me a LOT of money when this happens. I have had security licenses, RE licenses, and literally walked with Princes, Presidents, and Vice Presidents, as well as with a few of the major corporate heads in North America. I can still learn. Keep an open mind brother. POURITFORWARD By the way...Thank You Adam I appreciate all you do.

  24. Pending RV amount if good, this is what we would like to do. If enough happens.............tell my husband it is time to stay home and smell the coffee. First thing pay our home off. Invest for long term income. Set up trust for our kids in hopes that we can make their life easier in the long run. Create some type of scholarship foundation for a female high school graduate. Tour the United States. Fish in Alaska. Hunt in say Kansas for White Tails. Buy a his and a her classic car from Barrett and Jackson. I work for myself and enjoy each day of what I do so I would not let this go. My husband has interest that would keep him busy working from home. Oh I almost forgot. We would really like to give the government a check immediately so that they can give it away to all their dreamed up CRAP.

I could really care less about your opinion on this - I personally am curious what adam is putting into this guide he is talking about. Why you are so negative on something like this is just not right. It makes no sense to me why you commented at all. How can you say this post has nothing to do with dinars ? You have much more patience than I have Bumper - I would have pulled this guys plug long ago.

  28. Legal expert: "Power sharing is best solution to end current Iraqi crisis." Sunday, August 8th 2010 9:36 AM Baghdad, Aug. 8 (AKnews) - An Iraqi legal expert said on Saturday that sharing the joint sovereign power is the best solution to solve the political crisis in the country. The alliance between Al- Iraqiya List and the State of Law Coalition (SLC) may lead to the formation of a new political power of the three presidencies, Tariq Harb, An Iraqi legal expert told AKnews. "The political blocs are suffering from a confidence crisis among them, even if a bloc got 50% of the votes in the recent parliamentary elections, a crisis would not have happen," he added. "The best solution for this crisis comes by sharing power through giving the presidency post to the Kurdistan Alliance, the prime minister post to the State of law, entrusting the Parliament Speaker post and most of the sovereign ministries to Al-Iraqiya List," said Harb. The results of the elections, announced by the Supreme Electoral Commission on March 26th had showed the progress of Al-Iraqiya list by gaining 91 seats, followed by State of Law coalition (SLC) that won 89 seats and the Iraqi National Alliance (INA )by 70 seats and the Kurdistan Alliance by 57 seats of the new 325-seat Iraqi parliament. The country is witnessing, since the announcement of the Federal Court over its ratification in the election results on June 1st, a political mobility among the four winning blocs in the elections to form the new government; but these blocs have not succeeded until now to reach an agreement to form the government, because of the legal disagreements over the bloc that will be charged to head the next government. http://www.aknews.com/en/aknews/4/171611

Don’t “feed the beast” of info sharers by giving them what they want… your praise and adoration. Be grateful to them for sharing but leave it at that. We’re all in the same boat. We all have the same dream. Please take this as my opinion only. It is what I believe based on what I think I know. Become self-sufficient in your thoughts, opinions, and theories, all the while remaining open to the opinions and thoughts of others". This could well be good advice in life itself.......Thank you again Ron

  33. I think what frank is saying is that Iraq wants the dinar to be reconized international. at the rate before the war. ( R I ) and for it to be out of chapter 7. until 31 July 2011, Unanimously Adopting Resolution 1936 (2010) The Security Council this morning extended the mandate of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) for another year, until 31 July 2011, calling on Member States for continued support. Through the unanimous adoption of resolution 1936 (2010), the Council determined that the mandate of the Mission would remain unchanged, taking into account the request of the Iraqi Government, but expressed an intention to review the mandate in 12 months or sooner, if requested by the Government. Through the text, the Council underlined the importance of security for United Nations operations in the country, and called upon the Government and other Member States to continue to provide security and logistical support, along with sufficient financial and material resources. In his most recent report on Iraq, presented to the Council on 4 August (see Press Release SC/10002), the Secretary-General emphasizes the continued importance of UNAMI in assisting the political progress and development efforts, but says that the Mission was in an “extremely complex operating environment”. 36. As I have been warning all for months the "pro Allawi" stories were 100% disinformation being spread to destabilize the political situation within Iraq. The dinar forums were used as tools to spread the disinfo and falsehoods. Phoenix Things are not as they seem.

  39. Mr. Rich, If I may, while I too am an investor, I am also aware there is no such thing as a "good" investment with respect to your veil and discreetness of {investment = a sure thing}. IMO this is the type of thinking that has led to several of the financial meltdown sectors, as well as, the loss of USA jobs to the foreign marketplace. Not too long ago a person got into the stock market with the very real understanding of risk vs. reward and no "sure thing" as that investor could lose all. But then came about the paradigm of "investors above all else" mentality of the general workplace. Jobs were cut and outsourced in order to keep the investor happy with a strong dividend vs allowing the market to fluctuate and value on a natural event. You need only look around at how this very same paradigm, in light of the on-going financial debacle of the century, and see it still is status quo. A true investor is a gambler by trade. A speculator seeks out the non-existent "sure thing" in belief it exists. I gambled thousands of my dollars with the Dinar - Dollars I decided I can part with, with nil negative impact on mine and my families lives should it tank. Now do I break even, or, make a profit? Time will tell.

  41. Breitling Email to DD: a Few Things People are Missing August 7, 2010 · Posted in DDT - CHATS / POSTS Roger, I wanted to point a few things out people are missing, one of the problems when looking for information or trying to piece together all the information, as humans we have a tendency to cherry pick. I want to talk about the process on which the Gov can be formed in Iraq. After the general elections the new parliament can vote in the Presidency. After this is done the Presidency can form a Gov. this is a very easy 3 step process. The problem Iraq is having is they can’t get past phase II. They don’t have enough votes to form a presidency. So like you and I had talked about on the phone the UN will not form a Gov, and then turn around and say well democracy rules, at this juncture and you will see from an interview with Allawi on July 29th he states just that. The U.N. is stepping in to get Iraq past Phase II, Establish the Presidency. Once that is accomplished then Iraq can go ahead on it’s own and form the Gov. and then once they form the Gov they can shoot for getting out of chapter 7. This statement was given by Allawi with the full knowledge of the UN meeting on the 4th of August and what it’s results may be. Iyad Allawi, in an interview with an Egyptian newspaper: July 29, 2010 Iyad Allawi, in an interview with an Egyptian newspaper: will withdraw if I was to hang . The interview was conducted in Baghdad: Mohammad Anwar: There are many questions that arise in mind when dialogue one of the symbols of the new Iraq at a time of growing conflict in Iraq continues, including the unresolved political crisis since the elections on the seventh of last March. It is even more difficult if the counterparty is Dr. Iyad Allawi, former Prime Minister and the President of the Iraqi List, won the largest number of seats in parliament (91 seats), the complexity of the dialogue with him to a lot of points on the ongoing negotiations to end the crisis and the formation of government, and his vision of the situation of Iraq and the U.S. role in Iraq and international. .‏ Happened this dialogue with Allawi at his Olive Street in central Baghdad on the impact of the explosions that rocked the office and hit the office of Al Arab, addresses a number of things that can reveal to the reader, an aspect of what is happening in Iraq, and what can the future holds for this Country: ‏ *‏ * How are things going for the negotiations to form a government? ـ Things are not progressing fast, insisting on the Iraqi issue is regarding the meaning of national partnership and the way the state administration and decision-making, among other things, and finally determine the criteria used to select the prime minister and other sites state, the fact that the Brotherhood, others were insisting on only Discussion positions presidencies three others, while we proposed the core issues first, before entering into positions by offering things and clarify both the issue of partnership government and national and how the decision-making, and other matters relating to rule a country of many races, creeds, issues must clear to all parties, first and foremost the issue of political sectarianism, national interests and Iraq’s foreign policy is through the things we put together a road map forward. * *Now where are you come? ـTwo days only approved a coalition of law to talk about these things, and we refused to enter into the question of the details and demanded the development of benchmarks and foremost a measure of competence and integrity and then measure the elections and peaceful transfer of power to deepen democracy in Iraq, which are also subject to debate negotiations are proceeding slowly because it was the tires spin of Foreign Affairs and not the core content, which we Tazavrat him in Iraq and stomach, and two others that have understood and accepted the research and debate. ‏*‏ * Understanding or a waste of time? I understand, I do not hide from you a secret that the Americans and the United Nations have the view that the winners must work together and there is a desire to be the alliance between us and the rule of law, a coalition is not against others but to attract others. * *Will the rule of law responsive to this desire? ـ .‏ God, what Americans know and told us we will not be at the center against others. ‏*‏ Q: What is the role of the Americans? ـ .‏ There is no role for them. ‏*‏ * Does this make sense after all what happened from 2003 .. the Americans have no role now? .‏ Forced, not Mjerin, U.S. policy fell and failed in many places evidence that after nearly ten years are down for the International Conference on Afghanistan from within its recommendations the need for reconciliation with the Taliban and U.S. policy more fear of failure and another in Iraq. ‏*‏ Q: When will the new government Be formed in your assessment? ـ God knows, we must not forget that the rule of law, missed three months of being accused of Baathism and after the exclusion and annihilation, and after that we are being accused of a Sunni Arab list, and after a recount of the vote, to enter into the question of the list are most other attempts to circumvent the eligibility national election in Iraq and their right to form a government, and I expect that the ninth month of the government formation will begin after the Eid al-Fitr, which will be certainly important negotiations during the month of August and my expectation but I hope that we finish tomorrow to get to significant results at the end of August and begin to cabinet positions and designations of the presidential, because there is another issue on the allocation of positions will be disputed even in the other blocs, and the difference that we are in Iraq this settled the matter for all positions. * Q: What is your view of the new government? Government will be four blocks from the winner and I am personally inclined to the participation of popular sectors are not present in the parliament, including the ways but not limited to Awakening that had been acting great to fight the forces of extremism, and this awakening is not enough to employ its members, but must there be a role in the political process, this as well as other strong, and since I’m the occupation and war have not changed my comments corresponding to the convictions for both national reconciliation and the elimination of political sectarianism and maintain the identity of Iraq and its Arab character and depth of Islamic and that they have adopted before the elections. * Q: What about the news about the existence of power-sharing deal with Maliki? There are no such things and I do not ACCEPT such deals, and I’m personally ready to leave the prime minister will not didst seize him, but I am not prepared to concede the right of Iraq to highlight someone else’s candidate for prime minister, and I do not have the slightest reservation Ali, with the honor and electing me by Iraq as prime minister candidate, but I put up with any other person for the position and there are many in Iraq’s fit to do so because the service of Iraq and the Iraqi people do not come from the post of prime minister or the Republic, but through the adoption of programs that serve Iraq , a signal to others not to hold the job, but stick to the election dues, therefore, Iraq or any other institution is unable to provide replacements, if I was an obstacle withdrawn, and we are keen firmly on the Kurds are part of the alliance for many reasons, including the historical and actual and future , and also we are keen to be the next Government of wise national partnership but we have to make clear what the partnership mechanisms and requirements, alliances depend on the current alliance with the Kurds and I will meet with President Barzani soon, as well as the rule of law, and if we start from the question of clinging to positions it means that we are talking about positions and not the country. * Q: What about your meetings with Maliki and bilateral took place there? ـ Axis House, which with al-Maliki is the focus of the confidence-building because there is a break It belongs to a different school of thought (the sectarian political) I come from a national school of thought Arabism, as well as the clarification of concepts to him, to find common rules to understand and, as was the question the biggest bloc and its commitment to mass the largest in parliament, although the precedents in Alatkhabat previous is the biggest bloc of winning elections, and these meetings have not resolved anything in the basic concepts to form a government national partnership rather than leadership positions . ‏*‏Q: What about the regional role in the formation of the government? .‏ Americans Saahbun their hands because of their political status, with the exception of Iran’s regional role is retarded too, which is generally a Greetings does not interfere with the exception of Iran, which calls for parties and delegations from holding its own with some of the parties that are linked with historic ties, and that harmful interference and we have Iranians refer to that either even before the elections and asked them to make a statement on the official Iranian position not to interfere unless he gets despite a promise by the Iranian ambassador this, all communications are currently declared, a negative factor for Iraq and Iran as well, and we are keen not to interfere with regard to Iran. ‏* * Do you expect an escalation of the security impact on the political alliances? Certainly will happen and will grow on both sides, first the subject and the general security is the escalation of bombings and assassinations, and the second is to target certain communities, and try to re-sectarian, and the targeting of national symbols, which is expected to increase. ‏* * In your personal security? I greatly threatened not a week passes but comes to me and assurances by the U.S. military and its security forces and Iraqi forces as well as the existence of a serious attempt to assassinate me and detection, but for the actions I am taking reasonable action because a person can not be confined within the four walls. ‏* * Who will be the next President of the Republic Is it the same President Jalal Talabani will be the last Arab or especially the Kurds are committed to the presidency? Not yet been set, we have not seen an official position of the Alliance of Kurdistan, and the proposal is in the media but not in direct negotiations shall adhere to the job and if not we have a reservation, not an Arab or Kurd or Sunni or Shiite, because These positions must be open to all Iraqis. ‏* * There are those who consider that the fourth day of August will be a day after the watershed and the United Nations intervenes after failing to form a government? Parliamentary session will remain open until agreement is reached on the three presidencies, the date the fourth of next month, a special UN Security Council on Iraq, and our position should not be only the second meeting will be held after naming the three presidencies and, if Iraq is not falling, God forbid, in trouble too. ‏* Q: You said that the government will be in the ninth month? the‏ presidencies something else to form a government because the government formation takes time, the United Nations is unable to intervene, weak and unable to do anything, we should speak of things as they are, is talking about the U.S. role and not the United Nations role , because the role of the United Nations would not be without an American role, the U.S. role in Iraq now, shy and hesitant and weak because of the problems that plague the world as a whole and at all levels, which is not a turning point because in my opinion, the Security Council will meet and listen to a report. d. Melchot the UN representative in Iraq, will come out a statement calling for an urgent Iraqi politicians to form a government, the United Nations will review it and he is in my opinion, what will happen after the Fourth of August, and will not interfere with the United Nations in the joints and the details matter, and internationalized Iraq since the invasion of Kuwait and possibly since the Iran-Iraq war and what to do .. This UN slogans to scary, but when you actually checked and it’s nothing, I repeat that the U.S. role is hesitant and unclear, The problem is that Iran is moving strongly and have sent delegations to do so, and we confirmed that we will not be a base for aggression against and we want good relations with them and sent them more of the messages. ‏*‏ Q: Do you still exists Iranian veto against you or not? .‏ This country and our people and our dignity .. keep in Iranian veto Aroukthm Jmathm with whatever they are. ‏*‏ * The Arab role is weak, or helpless in Iraq? And why? ـ Weak and helpless, and the reason for weakness is extradited to the U.S. position and his belief that the U.S. stance will be supportive of the unity of Iraq, since the start of the war, the Arabs believed the assurances by the United States there will be no role for the dismemberment of Iraq, aggravating the conditions and the dismantling of its social, economic, and that America will maintain on Iraq, which never happened, but the opposite happened, now there began an awakening and the attention of the Arab Iraq is going through, I’d say that there are two key posts required in the immediate urgency is a strong Iraq, and the second problem is chronic Palestine, and if not solve the immediate problem Vstsab region heart that only God knows, and therefore ensure Iraq’s unity, stability and security and strength will increase the coherence and strength of the Arab position and improve the chances just peace with Israel, because the stability of Iraq would create a lot of time and money and the Arab effort on all levels . ‏*Q: How do you see the coming period in Iraq? .‏ I say to all … if they do not form a government and an Iraqi national curriculum and program of Iraq sincere and clear there will be a major disaster in Iraq and the region and I am profoundly convinced of that, solving the problem of Iraq’s cohesion. LINK So here we have Allawi saying they will form the Gov around the ninth month, after the presidency is formed in August. Just as he stated, linked together but two dif deals. I am not predicting anything and I am still hoping this will end this month but remember some positions being held, and the positions that have to be post, have to be confirmed through parliament, just like our US and the British Gov has to go through, this is not a one day one shot deal this takes time, as Allawi explained. If it goes past August and we have a lot of people saying it will not RV in August and we are looking at Sep-Oct take the information given in consideration. One of my sources was saying Sep-Oct for many months now and the others have talked about August, the sources that were hell bent on August have now been informed that Sep-Oct is the time frame. Now we have Allawi who is talking about the Presidency being formed in August and the Gov being formed in Sep. What have we talked about for the RV to Happen ?????? they need to form the GOV, the presidency is the path to forming the Gov. So just keep those points in mind as we go down this road and again I hope they can knock it out this month, but the problem is we now have Allawi on the Sept band wagon. I also read Allawi saying once they form the presidency they can form a Gov in ten days, I had to laugh because I never have seen Iraq do anything with in ten days. But lets hope they can do it just once. Also through the grape vine I am still hearing on rates .86 and the Euro. They can come in allot higher then both those rates, and all agree to this, but are saying they won’t, the reason being in economics terms you will end up with a pool to small for the amount water, or a big pool and not enough water to fill it, they want a pool that will hold the water and be able to maintain that water level and go with Market driven slow grow to build a legitimate base for economic stability and future looking growth. Warmest Regards, Breitling

  42. Good idea. Make an investment based on what you read from an anonymous poster on the internet! I also enjoy reading what these guys say, but I can also point you to analysis from other very smart people who say the numbers don't add up. Like I said, if you don't understand it good enough to explain it then you probably don't need to be buying it. Otherwise it's just gambling, not investing.
