I have wanted to make sure that my 100th post is Special I lost my Father in March of 09 he was an American Veteran of Korea a true American hero he always told me not to be scared to invest in something you believe in and I believe in the RV I miss my Father and I believe that the RV will happen by the 26th only because my dads birthdayday is the 24th. I miss him and I know he is here with me to take care of my family and Country so I believe that this will Happen. I love you Dad you are the MAN.

This is confirmed. I have a close friend here on Merritt Island who owns a shop here and he's from Lebanon, I got him involved with the investment about two weeks ago and now he's hooked and watches Al Jazeera daily and told me yesterday that the Iraqi Govt. will be seated and announced by the 26th or 27th. The pressure from the US other countries and the local population has brought it to a head. So it's a done deal next week folks, and IMO they will have to announce the RV/RI within hours to stop the speculative buyers from making purchases. I still have no confirmation of pics or scans on the lower denoms, and have not heard from my main source on that yet as he's been pretty busy. I've also heard that banks are still closed. North Bank has only been open on Sunday which is not normal. Only a cashier has been there on Sunday's as well. It's on a base so no worries of it being robbed. About as safe as it's gonna get there..lol. Maliki is being removed as we speak from what I have heard. If he does not resign he will be forcibly removed. (rumored) but from a pretty good source. All I got for now. V

I have a second CONFORMATION from a source outside the wire. It was televised on Al Jazeera that the RV will occur sometime next week. One of the locals from a nearby village that works on base told his foreman that it was announced on the television. Remember Folks this is a second hand rumor This will be my last post for a while I will be in transit for the United States then to play with the grandbabies.( I am going to play with Grandma first but don’t tell them.) I saw the following two posts on another site about the reduction of the money supply and potential rate. They are quite interesting so I thought I would post them here. The first post explains the rationale of Bama's theory. In the second post, sxmas puts it in plain English. Post #1 from Bama on another site - 7/23/10 Let's see....to understand what they may mean when they say "reduce the money supply from 26 trillion dinar (26,000,000,000,000) to 25 billion dinar(25,000,000,000)" requires a few assumptions. For starters, we haveto assume they are only discussing the paper currency currently or formerly incirculation. Next, we have to assume that both amounts have nothing to do with the exchange rate, but represent the actual number of dinars incirculation. Lastly, we have to assume when they say "deleting the three zeros" they are referring toremoval of the dinar notes with denominations of 25,000 IQD, 10,000 IQD, 5,000IQD and the 1,000 IQD. With those assumptions in place, here is what we can conclude must be completed to accomplish the goal of reducing the physical money supply: 1. Removal of the vast majority of physical currency. ( In order to reduce from 26 trillion to 25 billion, 99.99% of the currency must be removed). To make is simple, divide 25 billion by 25 trillion and you will see that 25 billion is .001% of 25 trillion. It has been reported that between 70% and 90% has already been removed. That which has been removed to date is the currency that comes through the Iraqi banking system and can be converted to electronic currency or other wise taken off the market. What about the other 7trillion IQD (roughly the 26% not yet removed)? Why has that not been taken out of circulation? It turns out that 7 trillion IQD is the amount that is estimated to be held by investors and foreign governments. In other words, they would need to have all speculators as well as foreign governments return the IQD that is currently being held for investment purposes. 2. Either completely move from an 80% cash economy to a 100% electronic economy, or introduce paper currency to replace what has been removed from circulation. A developing / emerging economy will cease to function when trying to make a transition to a cashless society without a long and extensive campaign to educate the local citizens. If the goal is removal of the 000's by the end of 2010 as the article sates, we are left to assume that some new paper currency must be on the way. (We have heard the rumors of small denominations for some time now that are waiting to be introduced into the system). The arrival of new, smaller denominations into the currency system would by necessity be combined with an increase in the value of the existing currency as well as a reduction in the price of existing goods and services. For instance, a new pair of shoes that now is priced at 105,300 IQD ($90 US) would be priced at 80 IQD (using a new value of $1.12 per 1 IQD). Salaries would be adjusted, phone bills would be adjusted, pensions would be adjusted,etc, etc. 3. A society of 30 million people can not function on a physical money supply of 25 billion dinars. If we assume that the average household runs on cash and the average Iraqi household earns between $600 and $800 per month, then we can logically say that 25 billion IQD at the current rate will not meet the needsof an 80% cash based society. (30 million Iraqi people using 25 billion cash equals 833 IQD per person per month, which at current exchange rates is roughly $.71 US). Assuming there are 6 people per Iraqi family as reported in the World Health Organizations’ 2006/2007 Iraq Family Health Survey, the 25 billion IQD in circulation would stretch to 5000 IQD per month per household, or roughly $4.30 per household per month. Either way,there simply will not be enough cash to run the economy. Given the above, we can conclude that if in fact the money supply is decreased from 26 trillion IQD to 25 billion IQD, a new value must be assigned to the remaining 25 billion in circulation. The current supply of 26 trillion IQD at an exchange rate of $.00086 to 1 IQD has a nominal value of $22,360,000,000 ($22.3 billion). Assuming the CBI intends to keep the purchasing power for the Iraqi citizens’ unchanged, then a new exchange rate of $.89 would have to be implemented in order for the 25 billion IQD to have the same value of $22,360,000,000 US. This does not mean the exchange rate can not be higher, however, this is a neutral rate given the stated goal of decreasing the physical supply of money. While we have all seen the rates $.86, $1.49, $3.22, and $3.86 floating around, it is difficult to pin down what the actual rate may be. Logic dictates something above a dollar is in order, but the intent of the CBI/GOI/UN/US/IMF folks can not be gauged. The purchasing power of the Iraqi citizen could be increased with a much higher rate, allowing for an increased standard of living and most likely a decrease in violence. Only time will tell of course, but if the article is to be believed, we can be encouraged that an increase in the value of the IQD is coming sometime prior to the end of 2010. Post #2 from sxmas on another site - 7/23/10 Here is one way to gauge the rate: Kuwait's curent money supply (M3 - money circulating in the economy) is 25 billion dinars with a value of $87 billion US. Saudi Arabia has a current money supply valued at $217 billion US. The United Arab Emarites have a current money supply valued at $163 billion US. Iraq has a current money supply valued at $22 billion US. As Iraq removes currency and reduces the amount in circulation to 25 billion dinars, those dinars must have a value of somewhere between $22 billion (value of current supply) and $217 billion (Saudi Arabia has 5 million less people than Iraq but 10 times the money supply). Using those numbers, a range for the new rate could be from $.89 ( to keep the value the same is USD) to $8.68( to match the value of Saudi Arabian currency). A reasonable expectation is a rate that increase the value of Iraq's supply of currency to $80 to $90 billion, which would be $3.20 to 3.60, which would be a median range for the M3 (current money in circulation) of other Gulf Countries. Clarification from Bama: Just a quick clarification: I am not saying the value of any currency of the above mentioned countries is $.89 or $8.68. I was merely making a point that in order for Iraq to have a money supply that is equal to those other countries money supply as stated in USD, then a rate of $.89 to $8.68 would be in order. I am NOT saying $8.68 is what is to be expected. That is just an example of how big the money supply is of Saudi Arabia.

I think I know (maybe) the info behind the latest rumors of government being seated this week. Dinars R Us just posted a news article today re: "Supreme Islamic Council concerned about alliance break up". In the article it states "However, the differences are to be resolved in the second assembly due to be held on July 27 where finally the three Iraqi senior figures are to be named." The second assembly is supposed to be held on the 27th as it's two weeks after the first deadline. I think the rumor that the government will meet is based on this and that may be what some people heard on Al Jazeera. That seems to make the most sense. As always with Iraq politicians there is no guarantee that they will actually meet but the plan seemed to be (or is?) for them to do so.

I am a police officer here in Indiana. Today I took a police report from a gentleman whom is actually from Iraq. After I took his report you know I had to ask him about Iraq. I first aked him if he had any contacts in Iraq and he stated he have a lot of family members still in Iraq. After that question I could not get him to stop. He went on and on how he speaks to his family there almost everyday and that everything is getting better and better there. I finally got the chance to ask him the golden question, has he heard anything about the dinar. He stated, "Oh, the dinar? Its getting better for everyone. Iraq is second behind Kuwait over there and will get even better. The dinar is getting stronger and will be strong." Take it for what its worth but only if you could see the excitement in this gentleman's eyes when I asked about Iraq and the dinar. I thought he was going to two flips backwards!!!

Last year, on July 28, a Tuesday, my three Children (Ages 38, 36, 35) and I were together at the hospital for my Open-heart surgery.. Needless to say my triple By-Pass was sucessful and I walked out of the hospital three days later.. And with the grace of God and my family I am still here, one year later.. I would like to celebrate my first year of new life with an RV.. GOOO Dinar!!! Four more years...Four more years!! And a RV for my Dinar investment which is 6 years old.... Goooo Dinar!!

Hello everyone, newbie here. Just got through talking with my stepson who is working in Iraqi for the goverment. He said that where he is at that they had just built a new bank that is suppose to open next week. Also he said that they are only allowed to purchase 3/4 of a million dinars once a month. He is going to call again tomorrow and I will find out where he is at for sure. I also asked him if he has heard anything about an RV but nothing so far.He is going up to the finance office Monday and ask around. If I hear anything I will post it Vett63.

Not trying to be negative but my fiance is in Kuwait DOD. I told him about the "government formation rumor" yesterday and they still haven't heard anything other than what I tell him. Ok so I went to 5/3 bank to pick up some more dinar, (I recently ordered 75k worth) when I opened the envelope that they put it in, there was all 10k notes and a 5k note......now, all of my dinar up to this point has been distributed to me in 25k notes. apparently according to the girls at the bank, they have been seeing less and less of the larger notes lately and it has been increasingly common to have customers receive entire orders of 5k notes! What this leads me to believe is that the 25k notes are all drying up. Is this the reduction of liquidity that all the articles are talking about? just a thought and my experience......

ok, so my husband and I were on the veranda of a nice restaurant here in our town having a drink......all of the sudden we hear this lady talking about what????? You guessed it! SHERIFF JOE IS AT IT AGAIN! You all remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona , who painted the jail cells pink and made the inmates wear pink prison garb. Well......... SHERIFF JOE IS AT IT AGAIN! Oh, there's MUCH more to know about Sheriff Joe! Maricopa County was spending approx. $18 million dollars a year on stray animals, like cats and dogs. Sheriff Joe offered to take the department over, and the County Supervisors said okay. The animal shelters are now all staffed and operated by prisoners. They feed and care for the strays. Every animal in his care is taken out and walked twice daily. He now has prisoners who are experts in animal nutrition and behavior. They give great classes for anyone who'd like to adopt an animal. He has literally taken stray dogs off the street, given them to the care of prisoners, and had them place in dog shows. The best part? His budget for the entire department is now under $3 million. Teresa and I adopted a Weimaraner from a Maricopa County shelter two years ago. He was neutered and current on all shots, in great health, and even had a microchip inserted the day we got him. Cost us $78. The prisoners get the benefit of about $0.28 an hour for working, but most would work for free, just to be out of their cells for the day. Most of his budget is for utilities, building maintenance, etc. He pays the prisoners out of the fees collected for adopted animals. I have long wondered when the rest of the country would take a look at the way he runs the jail system and copy some of his ideas. He has a huge farm, donated to the county years ago, where inmates can work, and they grow most of their own fresh vegetables and food, doing all the work and harvesting by hand. He has a pretty good sized hog farm, which provides meat and fertilizer. It fertilizes the Christmas tree nursery, where prisoners work, and you can buy a living Christmas tree for $6 - $8 for the holidays and plant it later. We have six trees in our yard from the prison. Yup, he was re-elected last year with 83% of the vote. Now he's in trouble with the ACLU again. He painted all his buses and vehicles with a mural that has a special hotline phone number painted on it, where you can call and report suspected illegal aliens. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement wasn't doing enough in his eyes, so he had 40 deputies trained specifically for enforcing immigration laws, started up his hotline, and bought 4 new buses just for hauling folks back to the border. The Iraqi blocs are engaged in apparently endless negotiations for almost four months to settle their differences over the allocation of the ministries and the key positions, especially that of prime minister.The National Alliance continues but is threatened and its continuation depends on resolving the issue of prime minister's candidate, according to Leyla al-Khaffaji, a member in the Islamic Supreme Council.We hope that this crisis can be overcome within the next few days", she added. The joint committee of the two blocs, tasked to resolve the dispute over the nomination failed in fulfilling its duty, Khaffaji said, adding "the member parties to the National Alliance have all signed to refuse Maliki's nomination for prime minister and the State of Law has been informed about this communal stance". The National Alliance proposed that the Sate of Law and the Alliance should forget about their chosen candidates so that they can agree on a compromise candidate", according to Khaffaji. Due to the prolonged talks among the blocs and lack of a compromise, the second parliamentary session was postponed for two weeks. To be honest the US can push for this but this is the only option left. The constitution says the winner of the largest bloc....that would be Allawi. The federal supreme court ruled that they could form the biggest bloc after the elections. Consider that it's Talabani's responsibility to choose the PM designate to form the government. That has to be Allawi and it should have been done so long long ago. The federal court would also be right that groups can form up and they can keep Allawi from winning and there doesn't have to be a formal arrangement just good old fashioned politics. The IHEC has said that INA and SOL did not form a single group legally before the elections and therefore there is no larger a bloc than Allawi's. However since Allawi is the largest he has the right to be designated as PM designate to form the goverment. If he fails it goes to the next largest bloc after 30 days If these silly people would just follow their own constitution and quit letting Maliki keep fouling up the process this would be over. That Maliki has played this game the way it has been played he must only be playing for time to secure his way out of the country because he has broken every law he can here about the elections both common sense and constitutional. He has help from politicians but I would think more for the reasons that they are not clear on procedure as compared to nefarious reasons. Even so to me their whole elections process is just stupid as they could have sent Maliki down long ago and it's in black and white within the constitution of Iraq. Frank26 Post: 24 July 2010 - KTFM Greetings Family, Last night while I was having dinner with three admins and a mod I received a phone call from TerryK telling me that he had word from a high military source originating from the Gulf on a ship telling him that on AJ network that the GOI would be seated on Monday or Tuesday. All of you know that we have been following this seating and have given it a time frame that covered from the 16th to the 26th. When Terry told me of his intel he was very supportive of it. So I told him that it falls within my team’s estimates. Then he went on to tell me that his source said the AJ network claimed the RI announcement to happen on those same days. NOT because of Terry’s source…….BUT ONLY …….because his source claimed to have seen in on AJ network I agreed to further investigate it. I trust AJ network much more than I do local Iraqi tv stations. I knew I only had to make a few calls to get people in Iraq to start monitoring for us. I also asked you Family to get on AJ and start listening. Since then ……I have two sources telling me that yes they heard on AJ that the GOI will be seated next week. One source told me they said within two days……which would put it around Monday. I do not believe we will hear the RI on Monday or Tuesday. It is Tuesday that our next time frame starts where we have put the GOI to open mechanisms that will reveal the RI……..that being 26th of July to the 3rd of August. That does not mean it will be activated……simply revealed through the process of the GOI getting to work. Imagine two gun slingers pointing a gun at each other. Neither will put their guns down but if the RI is revealed during this time frame …….the authors will put their guns down and reward them with CH7. RI first ……..then you are free. If you will re-read AutoMag's excellent post you will see that Allawi was never afforded the opportunity to form a government regardless of what you think has been happening in Irag since the elections because Talabani did not do his job. I understand that some of their constitution might be vague ... but had they followed it al-Malaki would have been stripped of his power and we would have had an RI/RV ... as AutoMag said it "... long long ago". AND if Talabani had stepped forward a week ago last Tuesday and named the 2 deputies and the speaker ... This is when one such group, Muamalah Council, plans to implement the dinar system in Malaysia's northern state of Kelantan. If information on its website is to be believed, the council has the blessing of the state's Islamist government, Parti Islam SeMalaysia (Pas), to kickstart the dinar in three moves. First, the state will pay a quarter of its public servants' salaries using the dinar. Second, all state companies will accept dinar payments. Lastly, some 600 commercial enterprises will also embrace this currency. Inspired by selective religious sources and backed by historical precedents within the annals of Islamic history, the gold dinar system is touted by certain fiercely proud Muslims as the Islamic answer to thwart capitalism's woes. The idea was first mooted by Malaysia's former prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad, in the aftermath of the 1997 Asian financial crisis. He argued that the coins would never hang their possessor out to dry in the same way that paper money had. As precious metals with intrinsic value, gold and silver are more resistant to market fluctuations and devaluation compared to the US dollar – an argument he took to the Organisation of the Islamic Conference as a tool to battle western hegemony. Today, Islamic gold dinar advocates would cite the recent credit crunch as proof. Indeed, the rocketing price of gold – possibly transcending a record high of $2,000 an ounce – can only strengthen their pitch. While Mahathir's grand plan for Malaysia to implement the dinar system by 2003 may have been unceremoniously scrapped by his successor, Abdullah Badawi, the idea has since gained currency beyond Malaysia's shores. In neighbouring Indonesia, for instance, an outfit known as Wakala Induk Nusantara (WIN) had begun minting Islamic gold coins for use in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. Just received today a 1/2 million from iraqpapermoney, hubby's gonna kick my butt when he finds out, but asked for 25K notes and received all of it in 5K notes. No extra charge. Kind of went " way cool" hope this is a sign of things to come. No idea if it is , but just thought I would share. pp
