So if they have the 500,000,000,000 barrels of oil at $76 per barrel the claim and they use the fractional reserve banking at 15% how would you figure that into the RV???

I believe i read that the 2011 budget was based on oil priced at $73 a barrel. With $90 being the current price, the difference is $17 x 2.5 million barrels = let's see --- 17 x 1170 = $19890 dinar x 2.5 mil = 49,725,000,000 billion dinar or $42,500,000 million us $$$. Just wonder if this makes a difference?

Just a thought: The U.S. has quite an investment in Iraq and had made a statement that the war would pay for itself. Now since the U.S. is a corporation and corporations are in the business of making $$$$$$$ as they too are huge holders as well as other nations that have made huge investments are looking for a return on their investment to the tune of still spending Billions to protect their investments. Now just to see how much money Iraq is and will be making we can look at the price of oil. At $80, 2 million barrels per day = $160,000,000 and in five years 12 million barrels a day = $960,000,000 X 365 days = $350,400,000,000 X 10 years = 3 trillion 5 hundred four billion. Not to mention all the gold and and cash being held to be released back to Iraq after chapter VII is complete It would seem that Iraq is in quite a nice position to RV. If I remember correctly It was stated that the value would be increased before the lower denominated currency would introduced. Just another prospective.
