how can I tell if my dinar is uncirculated other then the fact that they look brand new?

I'm wondering why Adam hasn't sent me any emails lately like he in the past? Is it because there is nothing to report? Has any one else been getting them?

Hello Adam, newbie here . Is it important to try and get smaller then 25,000 Dinar or can I trade large denominations Dinar for smaller ? If so, where can I trade them. Probably a stupid question sorry.
