  1. On Sunday, the United States Coast Guard granted permission for the Kurdish oil tanker, United Kalavrvta, to offload its payload of crude oil from Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) controlled oilfields in northern Iraq. The State Department further indicated that they would not prevent tanker from offloading at port in Galveston, Texas (pictured). This action follows threats from Baghdad to sue any nation that accepts the “illegal” oil. The tanker is carrying one million barrels of crude that is valued at over $100 million dollars at current market prices. The tanker will now begin the process of unloading its payload to smaller vessels that will then take the oil into port for storage and processing. It is estimated the entire offloading process will take several days. link http://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2014/07/28/tanker-cleared-to-offload-kurdish-oil/
  2. The Kurds Are calling there own shots. By Patrick M Schmidt. The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has announced that they will pursue a new energy contract with Iran. It is expected that this contract will be similar to the current one with Turkey. Sherko Jawdat, Head of the Industry and Energy Committee, said, “strong oil and economic relations with Iran are part of the KRG’s economic policy.” The Iraqi central government disapproves of any “illegal” contracts that the KRG signs with foreign nations and has threatened legal action. link below: http://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2014/07/29/kurdistan-iran-energy-contract/
  3. Now someone here in Dinar Vets with knowledge of contract law explain to me. "How In the Hell " can a Nation sign a contract in US Dollars with another country without our express permission. Do they Have a printing press or something?
  4. (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday Russian newspaper revealed that Iraq signed a contract worth $1 billion USD with Russia for the supply of weapons, noting that the contract was concluded during the visit of the Defense Minister, Saadoun al-Dulaimi to Moscow last week. The Russian newspaper “Vedomosti” said,in its edition issued today, that “a new batch of Russian weapons started to arrive in Iraq.” The newspaper quoted on sources in the Russian military-industrial complex confirmed that “during a visit by an Iraqi delegation to Moscow last week under the chairmanship of the Minister of Defense Saadoun al-Dulaimi, contracts were signed worth more than one billion dollars relating to the supply of large batches of Russian arms to Iraq, including artillery systems, guns mortar and ammunition, including 4 rocket launchers, model of “TOS-1″. The newspaper added that “Russia will sell to Iraq 2-3 battalions of Grad rocket launchers, a large amount of mortars, anti-tank missiles and other”. The newspaper indicated that “the Russian Defense Ministry said – in a statement – that the main objective of the visit of the Iraqi defense minister to Moscow was military-technical cooperation.” It is noteworthy that Iraq had bought in last June 5 Russian fighter jets “Sukhoi -25″, and he is in talks about the purchase of 10 fighter jets, “Sukhoi – 27-30.” Today, the United States announced the sale of 5,000 missiles to Iraq as part of a weapons deal valued at $700 million dollars while indicating that 180 Lockhead Martin “Hellfire” missiles have already been transferred this year and 360 more “Hellfire” missiles will be delivered in August: link below: http://www.iraqinews.com/iraq-war/urgent-iraq-signs-1-billion-usd-contract-buy-russian-weapons/?
  5. If the Kurds just Hold true to form then I am willing to bet hard cold cash that they are sending another tanker to the us in hopes that it gets confasacted as well because if they can win in International Court then all they have to do is go home and Vote the referamdum and exit stage left. I doubt the US is really going to let that Shipment Leave under any circumstances. Now what if the Kurds send another Shipment!!! Who can stop them and Once the Oil is here they can play all the political games they want with Bagdad. The US goverment is always looking for pawns on the chess board..That is a fact
  6. Well I was always taught that a thief takes any thing of value. I feel real good when ever I here the Isis or Dassh or any other so called bad guys stealing DINAR. If they are still willing to steal it then I am still willing to keep it!!! Go RV or Go Bankrobbers!!
  7. I am sure the good old usa will take all that oil into consideration...Now the real question is what in the Hell is stopping the US from selling the entire shipment to someone else and keeping all the money. I am 100% sure this is the Kurds making a under the table deal with the US Government for something. What that is, I do Not Know but Who would ship that much oil across the ocean only to see it confascated once it makes it to it's distination. This just makes no sence at all!! Unless the Kurds Have already been paid or the Oil was just a Down payment on future deals to come.
  8. The last line is the best part..."Even though I’ve been warning about dinar buying for years, I have no idea what the Iraq Central Bank will do with this currency. It may very well revalue it in the favor of those who hold it. But it has to go through a lot of anguish and bloodshed before that happens." Now let's all go back to waiting as we are already doing..This information is just like all the rest of the information we get...Maybe good maybe bad but nothing solid..Dinar up's and downs..10 years a running and not "A" end in site!!
  9. And in that article they tell the tale: "The KRG has renewed its push for an independent state amid the latest violence roilingIraq. Its relationship with Baghdad has deteriorated over what it sees as Maliki's role in stoking the crisis and the long-running dispute over oil sales."
  10. I really hate this guy..I just don't know what else to say..The RV has driven sane people insane and insane people to GURU status..Hell from now on call it every second of every day. At least you want have to change your story so much..
  11. So let me get this straight A Tanker full of oil from Kurdistan just happened to pass safely through Internationl waters to the United States. I think the Kurds have just announced there Independence in actions forget words!!!
