    Have you seen the documentary The Obama Deception? If not, you can watch it for free on youtube. A quote from part 8: "Private Central banks from Europe, US, and UK took taxpayer money and loaned it at over 30% interest to third world countries. The banks would then bribe the leaders of those countries not to pay back the loans. Their third world puppets would then sign agreements stating that when the country defaulted the banks would be given all the natural resources and infrastructure of the once sovereign lands." IMO I don't think the IMF loans have anything to do with the RV....
