I went out to **************** and saw that BGG had posted a rate of WELLS FARGO RATE TO SELL TO YOU OF $4.02. So I went to the WELLS FARGO web site and its not even listed on their currency exchange -
I was under the impression that loping off of three zero's was referring to the rate. in other words.... rate is .0009347 $ per dinar would now be .90$ per dinar
