Im not sure if this question has been asked or not, but here it goes. Say the rv comes in low and they give us 90 days for the old money to be exchanged. Say it takes longer than that for the value to go up again. How would we cash in some and save some to cash in later if they are going to take them out of circulation? Hope that question makes since. It would be much easier to vote on them if it were a time of celebration over the RV, rather than in a time of government thrashing by the people of iraq IMO. They dont have to have them in office to give the rate do they?
