Typical kind of guy who wants to see the RV sooner rather than later. Still a bit fuzzy on tax implications; strongly considering the OSI arrangement, as well as open-dated gifting letter(s) to my church. Possess a healthy fear of a LOP - which would make all of this academic - I would realize a whopping 2 grand on my investment. On the other hand, a LOP seems to be a remote scenario, considering all of the Dinars held by the various national banks of the world's major players... But don't count on me; I'm certainly not an economist - plus my crystal ball needs some serious cleaning. I still wonder where the hell I was when home loans were being given out to anyone with a faint pulse.

I also wonder why all of the major players on Wall St. have not been held accountable for their overt contribution towards the meltdown of our (and the world's) economy. Politically, I am an Independent Conservative. Don't get me started on Obama, the Manchurian Candidate to whom history shall most certainly prove to be the most incredibly inept president in the annals (anals?) of time. Jimmy Carter doesn't hold a candle to to widespread corruption as well as the accelerated destruction to the underpinnings of our phenomenal nation he has facilitated. The SOB is over his head by miles of ocean, but, I feel we will overcome the machinations of The Amateur and his puppeteers. The really scary part are the actions that are taking place in the past and at present that we don't know about... I just hate to see my son, my grandchildren, and quite possibly their progeny having to pay for his (and in the past, the primarily Democratic held House and Congress') gross level of incompetence. But let not heap all of the blame on the the dems - there are plenty of RINOS who can assume equal credit. A final word: MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY ARE NOT ENTITLEMENTS! WE HAVE PAID FOR THEM! Entitlements include Medicaid, WIC, Section 8 housing, and other such excuses for many to not be seeking a job...
