Why Is Iraq Buying Gold? And Is It Good ??
GARY2 replied to BetOnDinar's topic in RV & Dinar Questions
I have been wondering the exact same thing. I know all of that gold backing the dinar will certainly make it a stronger currency. But, like you say, if they are getting ready to rv why not buy lots more gold with the higher valued dinar?! The only thing that makes sense to me is if they used dollars to buy the gold knowing the dollar is about to get the pee waddle de poo beat out of it very soon. The same for the Euro. The good ole USA is bankrupt and most of the European countrys are so buried in debt they'll see nothing but red for quite awhile. The rumors of a massive change in our banking system going from fiat money to gold &/or other precious metals backed currencys may have something to do with it. I hope I'm wrong but it looks like this is more of a long term investment everyday. Either way, we'll make a great profit, I'd just kinda like to celebrate this year rather than later, The biggest part of my physical life this time is behind me! LOL!! -
Thanks for the great article Machine. Gary2

It's like magic! I have about 35 hens. I throw them lots of food scraps and grain. Then come back that evening and "VOILA" I have a bunch of big, beautiful, brown eggs! The grandkids can't wait to get to Papa's house and hunt for eggs in the nests. It has been scientifically proven that pastured chicken eggs have about 30% more good cholesterol than caged chicken eggs. Also, they have more beneficial amino acids. Pastured eggs are good for you, caged eggs are not.

Hey guys, I highly recommend a book called "Wheat Belly" by William Davis M. D.. I checked it out of the library. It is scary what they have done to our modern wheat. What Thaiexpat is saying about eliminating wheat seems to be based on some very scary facts according to this Dr. Davis. Puckster_guy, eliminating wheat might just get rid of that belly for you. However, saying it & doing it are two different things!! I had lunch today and forgo the crackers with my salad and the bread with my meal. After feeling pretty cocky about my great self discipline, (I love bread!) I realized the fried okra was coated with flour and my brown gravy had to have flour in it also!! LOL! Sooo, have to be more careful next time.

Dinar Stud you have to understand that most Christians really believe that everybody that doesn't believe as they do are destined to burn in hell forever & ever. They feel it is their duty to try to prevent that. Having been raised as a Christian, I fully understand this. As far as the politicians are concerned, they are out after the vote and they know that most of their constituents, especially in the south, are mostly Christian so they will say or do whatever they think will get them reelected. A lot of times they come off looking rather stupid. Maybe I should say are showing their true intellect!! LOL! Happy New Year!! Come on RV.

Thanks for the excellent article Dinar Stud. There are a lot of good Christians out there that just do not understand how the separation of church & state protects them! Having said that, Separating Church & State does not mean we don't have the freedom anywhere to say we have a belief in God. I don't think that having a belief in a higher power constitutes a religion. Imho I believe events such as a prayer before a ball game to protect all of the players from serious harm should be okay. However, as soon as someone says "In Jesus name we pray" then gets into religion. I personally have no problem whatsoever with somebody praying in the name of Jesus, I consider him a good friend. I'm just using that as an example. Praying in the name of some other world savior such as Buddha would be the same thing. I also consider him a worthy soul. Without a separation of Church & State Europe ended up with the inquisition! A lot of good people lost their lives in horrible ways because they didn't believe the same way the church leaders did! Even so, we still have a lot of laws that have been put on the books based on religious beliefs, monogamy for one. I could go on & on but you get my drift.

I had heard a lot about bean sprouts over the years but had never tried to sprout my own. My wife got a sprouting jar and some beans for me at the health food store and I have fallen in love again!! It is so easy to sprout different types of beans and lentils and put them on your salads or add them to other foods and they are not only delicious but are extremely good for you!! My typical breakfast is: Two eggs over medium with sauteed onions, bell peppers, & (sometimes a little bit of home frys occasionally). One slice of bacon, 1/2 slice of buttered whole wheat toast, 1/2 of a sliced tomato covered with cottage cheese, topped with bean or lentil sprouts and 1/4 of an avocado. That lasts me well into the day. In fact, my nutritionist gets on me sometimes because I only eat twice a day & she wants me to eat three meals a day which includes three veggies & three proteins. Stay away from sugars and starches. All of my blood work is excellent & my blood pressure is perfect as long as I follow the above! When ever I cheat, my blood pressure goes up. I had a triple bypass about six years ago after two stints. I was following the doctor's orders and was slowly dying from taking all of their drugs. Today, I take no drugs, exercise regularly, and eat well!! Oh yeah, lost about 20 pounds in the process!!

Dinar Revaluation-Truth
GARY2 replied to runner5's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
Well, I'm an investor. I don't see a thing wrong with the article. It all makes sense. However, I knew when I went into this investment there was a good possibility that I may lose as much as half of what I invested. But! If it does go thru, it could be a life changing deal. I'm still in and plan on staying in. I didn't invest more than I could afford to lose. And yes, I'm still a believer. I think at some point that the dinar will be worth a lot more than it is now. It is just to their advantage to revalue at a much higher rate. As to how they do that, who knows?? Soooo, I will just wait for my extended trip around the world until they get tired of killing each other over there in the name of (whoever) and revalue their dinar!! Gary2
