  1. An explanation for the 50% drop in annual interest rates or some public posting was missed. Lots of questions remain relative to tax treatment, access to funds to cover those taxes and what, if anything will happen to the zeros in these accounts after the reset.

  3. Thanks dawg. Maybe Warka's system just expired my login early. Hopefully, its an anomaly and I'll get a reset quickly.
  4. Trouble again. My password is up to date for sure and been checking access regularly. Today, "Account has Expired, Contact Bank"...Sent memo out to the necessary addy's. Will report back. Wondering if anyone else discovers the same surprise?
  5. FYI, posted at 2.29% for the 1/2 year. Annualized % appears to have dropped to 4.6%.
  6. 64, I just got my new password this morning too from Mr. I and it works fine. First time since early May that I have had access. I sent my email around 11 PM in the evening last Tuesday with a 4 AM response this Sunday morning. This was my 11th try since July. Hopefully, they're over the hump. haymon, re: resetting the p/w. I plugged in the old one, followed by the new one and its confirmation. When you hit the submit button you have to let it do its thing without trying to do other things. It came back and said that the reset was successful after 30 secs or so. It does feel like the system freezes for a short period of time.
  7. Good suggestion, I put in a request for any info he may have for the weekly rundown. Perhaps you should to.
  8. Why is Warka ignoring our requests for new passwords? They had system issues this summer and all of our passwords were "expired" early and and now they do not respond to our requests for new passwords. Mr. I, who has been very responsible in years past for resolving issues related to e-banking customer service is reading his mail, but not responding right now.
  9. I'm on my 6th attempt with several iterations of communication to Mr. Alamir, Mr. Amr and Mr. Issa. I know at least one of the memos to Mr. Issa has been read. No response at all yet. Please post when someone is successful.
  10. Hopefully I'll have access again as well soon. Very frustrating that they do not even respond with an email saying that they are having technical issues.
  11. Me too and I didn't think that my expiration date was anywhere close. I've emailed for renewal 3 times this week, 1st two to e-bank & e-bank.s and the 3rd time I also copied Mohammad Issa. No response as of yet.
