Not a veteran myself. But my dad, also an IQD holder was a vet in the Korean war. I’ve been fascinated with the politics of the Middle East since college and the rise and fall and hopefully rise again of Iraq is an absolute made-for-TV movie. Given my religious perspective, or lack thereof, I may never refer to the IQD revaluation as a “blessing,” but for fellow agnostics, I do think we are in line for some serious payback for just aspiring to be a good person. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, . . . unless of course I change my mind. Again.
