The hold up of this agreement is the amount of money paid to the citizens of Kurdistan from oil revenues and how much is kept by the GOI. Once that is settled and agreed upon then things will move swiftly to passage.

One more good post this week. Man, this has been a good week! Let's pray that it continues and the RV is also this week! ;)
