Did I miss something? How is that picture with the knife and the baby ok? I will be the first to admit that I don't 'get' some kinds of humor but I gotta say that picture totally offends me... I don't care what the symbolism is! Any way I can shut off the gallery entirely!? I've seen WAY TOO MANY iterations of betty. (Ya, I know I'm being a sourpuss... But this is the peanut gallery, so I put in my two cents worth.)

We have some great friends..........from all walks of life!~!! Debates
happen now and again as well. But totally a group that are all getting along.

Betty Boop is a darling......so until you walk in all our shoes......don't be so hard on any one of us.............we are family!!!

IF YOU CARE to go back and look at the thread titled" What's with all the Betty boop soft porn." YOU will see what the majority of people on this site thi nk of my pictures. . Also, I you go into my profile you will see that Markinsa. (One of the mods) has already stated that there is no problem with my pictures. Now if you wish to come here as a newbie (6 posts!!!!) and start a cyber riot fine. But be prepared to take the consequences of moaning about a Cartoon!! Take my advice read the other thread before you continue. And yes I am laughing at you for being so friggin stupid about a cartoon.
To anyone who reads this and knows me will ..... I am sorry for my rant. Most of you will realise this is out of character for me to be so rude and blunt , BUT this is just pathetic because of a cartoon in a sexy outfit!!! Worse things are seen on T. V. And in the streets of our towns and cities every day. And I would hope most of us have more important things in life to worry and complain about !!!!! And yes I am furious!

I haven't seen the pic either. But in Milwuakee they have billboards with baby's sleeping with knives, it to show the damger's of co-sleeping, lot's of infant death's lately due to this....

I might add ....... I see pictures on the gallery and I have not seen the picture you are talking about. Additionally, there MAY BE pictures that I could find un P. C. Or offensive for other reasons but I am thankful I am open minded enough to accept that these picture a re other people and they obviously hold good, happy memories for the individual and thus they are also good to share. But I am also able to realise that everybody has their own ideas of what is offensive. But a cartoon it ripping it.

Too many pictures of Betty Boop? That's like saying there are too many candied yams on the table! You can't get too much of a good thing! If you've got it, then flaunt it as far as I'm concerned. Personally, I'd love to see more guys with their shirts off. Dinar Thug, full makeup, no shirt. Now that's a pic I'd love to see. And Redsand's avatar, doing the karate routine, but in a speedo. JMO.

V party pictures. now some of them will really blow some socks off!!! Especially if we are all together. I'll bring the resus trolley with me. .

Hi all. Happy Thanksgiving. No, I did not bail on the conversation... Just had a couple of family events going. I didn't complain about how Betty is dressed, just that there's an overload of pictures of her.... I always thought it was kind of a stupid cartoon and I come here to a DINAR INVESTEMENT SITE and find it about HALF of the time. Grr. Just my two cents.
Interestingly enough my original complaint has no specific respomses... So maybe no one else saw it.
Does this ring a bell with anyone? Mostly red tones... Probably artwork. Is that Obama in the crowd on the left? Baby is laying on a board in the middle of a room full of people... Central figure above the baby is holding a long dagger-looking knife pointed at the baby. That's what I was reacting to so the shock value worked - a little too well in my case, it seems.
I thought more about it (yes, I actually do have a brain) and realized it just might be a "political" satire piece. ... Could the baby be the fledgeling Iraqi democracy!? And was this a commentary on whoever or whatever is trying to stop them from being successful?
My apologies to those of you whom I offended. I intended no harm... My original comments were actually directed to those who manage the site.

I can say as a Mod, I do not make a habit of going through and reviewing member's galleries. I spend my time reading. If I see an Obscene Picture posted in a thread I am reading, I will remove it. We moderators do rely on the other members to report infractions of the rules when they see them. It would help us manage the site better. We do not have the time to literrally read every post. Please use the "Report" button if you come across something you think is inappropriate.

To Betty; ET AL. Your response is completely off base in reaction to what I ACTUALLY said in my original post. You have blown me up over your assumptions of what I meant.
I actually said what I meant - "way too many" iterations of your picture. That was my opinion then and that is my opinion now.... Nothing about you or your position of high regard in the community... Nothing about your clothes... Or the lack thereof. You guys made all of that up yourselves. Sorry that you chose to be "furious" over it.
