Steve, very well read and disclosed information, thank you for sharing. I did a bit of research myself yesterday and through various ME websites and information gathering I've found a few hurdles. The plan with the IMF yes...it's been in play, the main hurdle I'm seeing though is with the KRG and their Revenue Dispersal in accordance with the Iraqi Constitution the country's dispersal, as the KRG had developed their own plan. I have yet to see where they will comply with the Constitution and IMF plan fully. Do you think that will have a hindrence on the RV? All three regions have to come together, and I've not seen much traffic on here in regards to that. If the RV can happen before all the cards are in place, that's fine with me, I'm ready to get out of the ME more than anybody, and will be happy with whatever the rate might be, my thinking 1.00+

If you have something specific that you'd like me to research I will gladly do so, but at this time I don't see a connection between what the KRG is doing and the upcoming RV.
