Weight training combined with proper diet is a great way to maintain whatever body weight you want...if you choose to eat a little more chocolate, you just get to work a little longer in the gym

June...the reports of September are a bit of smoke...it could go till then, but June feels very strong. Not happening before then.

that should get some imaginations started….???
