If you open a dictionary to the word "oxymoron", after the definition, this is the probable example of case in point - "CREDIBLE INTEL OUT OF THE IRAQI PARLIAMENT"

New term: OKImoron, definition: Make outlandish prediction based off of intel from your secret source on your left hand Mr. Sockie, the head of sock-puppet security at the CBI (Currency Bullsh*tters International)... oh, AND TYPE IN ALL CAPS.

Why are you yelling?

IMO, posters (like Okie) type in caps to appear forceful in order, or in hope of, stifling or shutting out criticism. You'll also notice they will typically say something like, "can't take any questions now", or the like, since their intel is probably not strong or simply based on conjecture for dramatic effect. The true damage of this kind of sensational post is that it misleads readers into thinking that they actually know something. Check cbi.iq often and you will know, for sure, when the RV happens. Meanwhile, read this kind of post simply for entertainment, as I do.
