I am sick and tired of the excuse of forming a government....there is always going to be some small deal where the government is not completely formed......look no further than the US we are always at odds over a seat in congress, ect. that is not filled ........A special election here and there........If Iraq wanted an RV it could be done.........through the years I have heard every excuse............Shabs is suppose to have the power to pull the trigger any time but his postion is appointed.......we are always back at square one............Malilki has the power....the only thing about that is he could care less about th poor in Iraq....he wants to keep it that way........he is worth millions upon millions just as all the other leaders

I must agree wholeheartedly with you. Truly I doubt that any news coming from Iraq holds any validity whatsoever. We have heard every kind of explanation of the whys and wherefores that any mind could every put forth from the well educated economists to the amazing currency experts and on to intel specialists and just ordinary predictors.

Eeegads...doesn't anyone get it? There will be no Revaluation of the Dinar until those pulling the strings decide to do so. Actually every bit of the current information has been given over and over and over and over during the past three or more years. The only progress regarding the Revaluation of the Iraqi Currency or the Dinar is that the Dinar Investors have soared in numbers from 400,000 two years ago in the USA to nearly 3000000 today. Isn't it obvious that the Iraqi Government and only the powers that be, which are behind Iraqi Government have enjoyed the fruits of the new Iraqi Currency and its sales to investors. I am certain that the Iraqi Dinar will revalue but when no one and I mean no one but those pulling the strings of the Iraqi Currency know. Surely not even those individuals had any idea that they would have an old fashioned 'gold rush'. They are in a pickle and it will be interesting to see what they will do to emerge from the pickle barrel.

I remain faithful to a speedy revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar.

Maybe I am a little nieve, but I typically like 8 balls chats...its all speculative, but a good perspective. I don't think he's referring to the RV here...I think he's talking about the interplay between the US Dollar and Asia currencies. Based on context 8 Ball believes the seating of the security minister is the hold up.
