another site Intel earlier told us partially it was because they were near to the upcoming parliamentary elections and no one in the parliament was able to work out the revaluation plan at all and they were busily focusing on more important political and some economic matters relating to the hopes for their re-election rather than meddling in the revaluation plan then, perhaps. Not surprisingly, it might be around March 2010, if they are re-elected as parliamentarians again.
