Preparing the people

Being a newbie I don't know if this has been posted or not.

With such a life changing event doesn't it stand to reason that the people would be educated and informed about the RV.

Has there been any indiction that this has happened.

I found Adams book very informative and helpfull to get started then looking at news and browsing the web on the subject. And of course there are a lot of helpful people on this sight, as well as some with a good sense of humor.

I for one do not anticipate an education of the Iraqi people pre-RV

i agree w/ skelton on this one. I think they know their currency should have more value. If they were completely clueless, they wouldn't be protesting. After all, many of them remember a time when their money was worth more.

I don't quite understand how this is going to change for the Iraqi's immediately. If something cost 25000 IQD and after the rv it cost 25 then wouldn't their salaries be adjusted accordingly.

It might be a little rough to get use to that change in currency. The biggest difference I would think would be the fact that since there currency would be recognized as a international

currency, they can use it for trade and paying companies working in Iraq with dinar instead of dollars.
