THEN THAT MEANS THE LONGER IT IS BEING DRAGGED OUT

SO ACTUALLY WE BASED ON FACTS

AREN'T WAITING FOR ANY MORE MENTAL B.J.'S FROM CBI THAT THEY ARE DOING IT DIRECTLY AFTER THE GOVT IS FORMED

WE AS I SAID BASED ON MONTHS OF PROMOTING THE REMOVAL OF ZERO'S FROM THE NOMINAL RATE....

ARE DOING JUST THAT

WAITING FOR IT TO COME TO FRUITION

AND WE SHOULDN'T BE EXPECTING ANYTHING LESS AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME

THEY SAID THE TIME IS RIGHT......NOW TO REMOVE THE ZERO'S

AND THAT IS WHAT I BELIEVE IS GOING TO HAPPEN

NOW WILL WE WAIT FOR THEM TO HAVE THE 3RD READING OF THE BUDGET AND POSTED IN THE GAZETTE

I NEVER THOUGHT SO

BUT THIS PARLIAMENT IS HANDLING THINGS MUCH DIFFERENTLY

AND IN A MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH

AND THEY MOVE QUICKLY

AND THEY FULLY EXPECT TO HAVE IT DONE AND IN PLACE BY JAN 1....

NOW THAT ALSO MEANS THEY PLAN ON HAVING IT DONE IN THE NEXT

8 DAYS OR LESS

AS I SAID I FELT 7-10 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE FORMED

WAS REASONABLE AND FAIR TO ASSUME ENOUGH TIME WAS RENDERED TO HAVE CBI DISCUSS IT WITH THE MOF AND HAVE PARLIAMENT AGREE

SINCE THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT A NEW ISSUE

AND I AM SURE THAT ON THE 7TH MEETING OF PARLIAMENT

THAT ALL THE FINALITIES HAVE ALREADY BEEN ADDRESSED BY CBI TO PARLIAMENT

JUST WE WERE NOT PRIVVY TO THEM

THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IS TO GET THE MINUTES FROM THE MEETING OF THAT SESSION

AND ONLY ONCE IN ALL THE YEARS HAVE WE BEEN ABLE TO DO SO

AND THAT WAS RANGER77 WHO GOT IT

IT WAS THE ONE THAT STATED THEY WANTED THE RATE OF 3.22 BACK FOR THE IQD IN A TIMELY MANNER

I PERSONALLY READ THE MINUTES AND HAD MY OWN COPY

Where is Med .86 norminal rate he always worship as his rate. I wondered why he have to mention anything about a note which infer a rate of 3.22. and he didn't have the got to dispute it ?
