طالبت وزارة المالية من خلال مصدر مسؤول فيها على أهمية الإسراع بنشر قانون التعريفة الكمركية حيث Demanded that the Ministry of Finance through the official source where the importance of speeding the deployment of the customs tariff law, where


إن وزارة المالية قد أنجزت القانون منذ أكثر من عام وأرسلته إلى وزارة العدل وهي بأنتظار النشر . The Ministry of Finance has completed the law since more than a year and sent to the Ministry of Justice and is awaiting publication.

وأكد المصدر إن هذا القانون في حال تطبيقه سيسهم في دعم موارد الدولة وتعظيم الإيرادات الكمركية وفق صيغة متطورة والذي سينعكس ايجابيا" على الاقتصاد العراقي . The source added that this law, if enacted, will contribute to the support of state resources and to maximize the revenue of customs according to a formula developed and which will reflect positively "on the Iraqi economy.
