:DI do not feel confortable with this , because if balance the budget they will come up with something else, and there will be no rv yet. IMO rv will be just before elections. PM Maliki is behind all this !!. If he rv prior to the lections, put cash on the Iraqui families, he will be a hero and win elections by a landslide, We have to remember that most politicians are crooks, and in this countries there mis even more corruption.

Can someone explain the first part to me? I see, "Saturday 13-01-2010" Saturday is not the 13th, it's the 16th.
