travels Posted November 10, 2010 Report Share Posted November 10, 2010 For the past week I have tried to get a response from Warka. I have a new account, and have wired them money via Citibank. I cannot download the form to set up internet banking from their website, and I have gotten zero response from everyone I have emailed at the bank. Please send a signed authorization letter to our e-banking department e-bank@warka-bank-iq.com which authorizes our bank to send your client id and password by email deducting the annual fee of IQD 15000 from your IQD account. Please indicate your account number in your signed letter Warka Bank for Investment and Finance Cc: e-bank; Mohammad K.
