For the past week I have tried to get a response from Warka. I have a new account, and have wired them money via Citibank. I cannot download the form to set up internet banking from their website, and I have gotten zero response from everyone I have emailed at the bank. I have repeatedly emailed the e-bank and IFRD emails requesting help. Any suggestions?

Type up a letter of authoization (see below) sign it and attach it to an email.

Please send a signed authorization letter to our e-banking department e-bank@warka-bank-iq.com which authorizes our bank to send your client id and password by email deducting the annual fee of IQD 15000 from your IQD account. Please indicate your account number in your signed letter
