You can't cross Med in his Palace even when he is wrong. People who invested in Warka may not wish to convert to USD untill it rv. US Citizen investors made Warka what it is in Iraq. Number one private Bank. A lot of folks invested for a number of reasons. (1) To authenticate their dinar notes by randomly selecting them before shipping to Warka. And (2) To abtain 4% interest rate on savings account. This interest rates have been constant, for me, three years-in-a-roll. I am not pumping.
