Hi Everyone - I'm posting these Guru posts just to keep everyone informed with what some others are saying about what is occurring with Iraq and the possible RV/RI of the IQD on various Dinar websites. No one knows exactly what will happen or when - these are simply opinions about what is happening based on news & media articles from the CBI & GOI and events in Iraq. Some may not like them posted here, but it's just the flow of information...! RON

 

 

-12-2018   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat  Article quote:   "The Central Bank to develop a plan to compensate the market small categories of local currency, as will be next month large quantities of huge ones," noting that "these quantities will meet the need of the local market for those categories of currency."  So today we seem to have some WOW news. This news is all about the  Central Bank of Iraq announcing its intention to issue large amounts of local currency, with small categories. But the excitement is not that they are launching the lower denominations and thus an RV. Instead they are simply saying they are replacing damaged notes as they are taking in by the banks.

It just means the process is more involved and deeper process and more to do than we had thought...and there is just so much information we get of the totality of the process...We know we are at the point the last of the things we believe are necessary to happen are happening. That is really good. WE can tell the progress that is being made in a lot of areas...Iraq is getting it done...(1 of 2)   

9-12-2018    Intel Guru Bruce   We are at the point right now we got 3 more things that Iraq needs to do...Number 1 Prime Minister Abadi should be reappointed as Prime Minister. That fact be made known somehow overnight or tonight. We also want the HCL, Oil and Gas Law, should be activated and they should be paying out a very large amount of to the citizens with that activation. We understand that is something would be done here soon, fairly quickly. The final thing is the reinstatement which we think is already happening for the dinar. Also we have the revaluation. We have timetables for that and it looks very near...Let’s just say that people should be paying attention the next day or so what could be happening...  The operational word is could. We are hearing some very good things.  We will see what happens...(2 of 2)

9-12-2018   Newshound Guru tlm724   Article:  "The central poses large amounts of small currency"  Will be interesting to see how "Small" the notes are but I suspect they are the 250 and 500 dinar notes that the CBI Director of Financial Operations talked about replacing.
