I have to add that here in this pretty much messed up Country of mine you're usually required to go around with an ID on yourself (usually what we have been having for many decades now...An Identity card...so we don't pay too much mind about that)...Here Driver's license and Identity card are deemed as 2 diff things / documents

 

When you go to the poll station in order to vote ( for local and / or general elections, for referendums, whatever...) you go with your electoral card PLUS your Identity card ( which is a state doc issued by your residence area city hall)...You don't have that , you don't vote. Period.

 

It's granted  that if that was not mandatory  ...There'd be 1000's of frauds going on of folks trying to vote more than once, etc....even if every voter has a specific poll station close to where they live ( mine is a school very close to where I live) where they must go vote...They can't vote just anyplace they choose, I mean...And the people who attend you for voting have registries with your name & st. address , of course...You're allowed to vote ONLY when you show your Identity card and your Electoral card on which a stamp gets printed at every election you go to until card is full and then you go get another electoral card ( mine has maybe 15 or more stamps for every  local / general election and referendum I went vote for)

Ubertino..There is not much that I would say I agree with you regarding but I am in full agreement with your comment.  It is nice hearing from someone who is actually living with the need for voter ID and seeing the results.  We need it here but too many want voter fraud because it is the only way their party can get elected.  We want voter ID.  We need voter ID because there are people voting multiple times in an election.  There are dead people voting by the 10's if not 100's of thousands.  Thank you for sharing your experience.

I get what you say and tend to agree BUT at some point we must stop the insidious takeover of America.

in increments the freedoms in this country are being absorbed by the very crafty people who want to see us on our knees.

i believe that the fear of a national database of all Americans is a seed planted several years ago. 

when I first heard of it I was taken in by the artfully twisted truth.

i have rethought my position.

i do not like databases. I am in the field of forensic data recovery. Therefore I “understand” them.

it gives me a unique perspective on the things that people do for “amusement”

I can no longer hide in the weeds and take “pot shots” at people (subhuman) that want to take away my liberty and yours.

if it requires me to be listed in a database to ensure that ONLY rite full citizen’s May vote to elect our leaders, then so be it!

you use a computer. You think you are not in any databases?

I know I am and I don't like it. I use Privacy Badger to try and reduce the tracking, as an expert you might suggest the  best way to reduce tracking. I wouldn't mind a national ID, but I know the info will get hacked or sold to corporations who want to sell their crap or the worse case scenario they find those who have registered their guns and come and take them away. If all hell breaks loose like so many believe, registered gun owners will very high on the list of terrorist threats.
