Some political parties rigged elections' results

MP Mohamed al-Sahyud blamed on Friday some political parties for the fraud and violation witnessed during the Iraqi parliamentary elections.

Sahyud said that these parties not only committed electoral fraud, but also burned elections' ballot boxes and destroyed electronic devices.

He pointed out that all polling stations witnessed electoral fraud, noting that international and local reports confirmed that hacking elections' electronic devices in order to rig the results is an easy process.

Iraqi people made their way to the poll stations On May 12 to cast their ballots in the country's first parliamentary elections since the defeat of ISIS terrorist group in December 2017.

Iraq's parliament said there are proofs that elections had been rigged.
