For the life of me I cannot figure out why someone would post a "laughing emoji" for this--and many other posts--that aren't laughing matters.

 

Either someone isn't taking this investment seriously (and should just leave) or they don't have a clue in life

 

Is there any way to see who posts what emojis on threads?

I think this needs to be moved to Iraq News.  I clicked on the link and read the page which you posted pics of. This doesn't seem to be a rumor.

It shows 'currency web service is down".  Must mean 'pending RV'. Like when the CBI site was down for maintenance two weeks ago, and all the gurus were packing for Reno. LOL. Not trying to be cynical, just realistic. After 9 years of these ups and downs, my pulse doesn't jump like it once did. But good detective work there IQD.

I believe that this is one of the steps that had to be completed before the RV.  I'm sure of it.  Never before has a site, related to money, gone down for maintenance in the 14 years I've been in this debacle.   It's RV time.
