6-6-2018   Newshound Guru Walkingstick   [via sunny]   CBI gave the Gazette...back in May...an announcement to be published at a future date...CBI Announcement will be a number of announcements from the CBI.  1) Small notes, how to dispense. 2) Talk about 2nd set of books;  3)  Article 8 compliant; 4) Talk about billboards and 5) Possibly a new CBI Governor.  IT’S THE END AND THEY ARE GOING TO TELL THEIR CITIZENS EVERYTHING!

 

6-6-2018   Newshound Guru Walkingstick   [via sunny]   Anytime a bill is signed/passed in Iraq it is found at the Ministry of Justice website and then published in the Gazette.  Everything is at the Minister of Justice site.  Article 8 is the law of the reinstatement.  US dollar and the Iraqi Dinar must be in parity.  1:1  That is a step of the reinstatement.  CBI used tools of Article 8 to be 2% compliant.  90 days is not important to maintain the compliance.  This parity tells me it's done.

Thanks Floridian...The part about Article 8 is what I'm looking for...The CBI might come out low on the rate for nothing else than to see who will bite on the cheaper rate and make money off the spread exchange...but Iraq has been operating off the USD rates for so long that it will cause very little complication ( .86 to 1 ).... As for a new CBI governor...It was rumored when Shabibi was forced into exile than he could return to announce the RI of the dinar....jmho

According to this article...It looks like Frank26 was right all along.

There are two sets of Gazettes in hard print...one for Iraqi eyes only & a international version for the rest of the world to see.

So it seems that all the KTFA crew have taken over the roles of Tony and Rayren, since all of dinarland has now caught onto them and no one believes anything they say anymore. If WS found all this info somewhere on the web, why wouldn't he provide a link so people wouldn't question him???

He did not find this info on the web.  He is "supposedly" part owner of a bank in Iraq. 

I have no idea whether it's true or not.

Frank's RV indicator leans more and more on what Delta and Walking stick have to say. And none has been right yet. I think Frank has inhaled too much VOG. It's all just their opinion. I don't care how many ATM's the Stick owns, people employed or connections to the business world in Iraq he 'may' have. When the CBI decides to move, they will. And while Shabibi may be consulting with the GOI and CBI, he hasn't expressed any interest in a return (that I have seen) other than more guru speculation. CBI holds all the cards. They will be revealing their hand soon though IMHO.

I've seen it written several times on Dinar Recaps, where Frank says WalkingStick is part owner of a bank in Iraq.

I don't go to Frank's website, but that's what it says on Recaps when they print stuff from KTFA.

If I can find it, I'll post it here.

Both of us stand corrected.  I thought Walking Stick owned the bank(s), but it's his friends that own it.

If this is true then why did frank call it so many times in the past. I am not trying to be a mud puddle here but walkingstick has been at frank's for years and would have known way back then that iraq was in no way ready for an ri, rv, etc. They would have had to have known that the banks were not ready, and what still needed to be done step by step. Im sorry but i would love to believe this but they have called it way too many times. Thank you Floridian for all your input.

Yep that's halfway true Walkingstick. But remember you heard it from us first! The bank screens are still showing rates on and off for the last day or so and we have solid confirmation of a rate of 28.50 with an NDA. Just give me everything you have and I'll flee the country and never go to jail...again. Dont give it to Bruce though. He just wants your money to make money off of his hospitals. What a scam. At least I make cool rap songs for you all!

Even on dinarvets there has been mention what is in English is not what is in the Arabic version of the same announcement on the CBI website. One of the reasons why it gets posted in Arabic on here then translated. So there could very well be two books which are different based on the language used.
