The team of nine judges assigned to carry out the tasks of the Iraqi Electoral Commission, which suspended the functions of its former members and prevented travel on the basis of complaints of fraud and tampering with the results of the elections held on May 12, the process of entering new data for the election results after announcing the completion of the process of counting and counting of votes in the stations Who are legally challenged. A process that may take two to four days in the most recent cases, before the official announcement of the results of the Iraqi elections, which passed nearly three months without a clear resolution to them, according to Iraqi politicians close to the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi said, "The process of counting and sorting takes place in Green Zone within the National Office of the Electoral Commission. "

"The final results of the elections after the countdown will be similar to the first results announced after the end of the voting by several days," said leaks from the Electoral Commission, which was quoted by the London-based Arabic-language newspaper Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed. The political sources in Baghdad that "the results will not affect the size of the blocks, which has been agreed upon politically, and any change in the size of the six blocks (the first, and the opening, victory, and patriotism, the rule of law, and wisdom) in a way affecting the sequence will lead to a crisis and a major problem" .

"All political parties know and believe that the electoral process has been rigged. Despite the political talk about the nature of the cross-sectarian bloc, and the visits for understanding, it is only consultations," the paper quoted Fatah member Rahim Darraji as saying. "The official government committees set up by the Council of Ministers, especially the Financial Control Committee, have confirmed that the number of frauds exceeded 85," the official said. Per cent of the original Wat ".

In recent months, none of the blocs and lists that announced victory in the elections could not reach alliances or even final understandings within what was called "a joint political program that provides access to the large bloc that allows the constitution to form a government." All that was announced previously was Undermining it openly or without a declaration by going one side to the other, is a crime for the first party, as happened in the understandings of the Sadrists (s) with the popular crowd (Al-Fath).

In the meantime, the "Open List" abandoned one of its most prominent leaders as a result of severe problems because of Hadi Al-Amri's adherence to the candidacy for prime minister. The list issued a statement in which the leader Karim Nuri was dismissed from the list, saying that he "does not represent the list or the Badr Organization." Al-Nouri told the media that "the terms of reference in choosing the next prime minister do not apply to Hadi al-Amiri for the post."

For his part, said a member of "Asron" and close to Muqtada al-Sadr that "Maliki is working with his strength to isolate the others from the largest coalition, because he does not want to be formed by the government tools trusted by Moqtada al-Sadr," noting that "Sadr if the government form by alliance , The end of al-Maliki will be close, and will face the judiciary and the destruction of major crimes occurred in the country, most notably the fall of Mosul. Senior National Wisdom Movement Leader Fady Al Shamry said that the announcement of the manual recounting and sorting of parliamentary elections' votes and ratifying them by the High Electoral Commission (HEC) would take a month.

Shamry explained that the president would not be able to call on the parliament to hold its first session, which is supposed to be held within fifteen days from the date of the ratification of the general election results, as stated by the constitution, due to political disputes, adding that the first parliamentary session is most likely to be held in October.

The Parliamentary elections was marked by record low turnout. It was the first since Iraq declared victory over the ISIS group and the fourth since the 2003 US-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.

Saad al-Hadithi, spokesman for Iraqi premier Haider al-Abadi, said that there is no provision in the constitution about forming an emergency government.
He added that the efforts are underway for forming the new government.
"Measures are being taken after finishing the manual counting and sorting for the election results to be approved by the top federal court," the spokesman noted.
As soon as the court endorses the results, political blocs will engage in deliberations to form the biggest bloc under the dome.
This comes as former member of parliament Ali al-Hadithi said in a statement that there is a plan to form an emergency government.
