The court's spokesman, Iyas Samok, said in a statement today, August 13, that the court, during its session, considered a request to rule on the unconstitutionality of articles (26, 45 and 47) of the Law on the establishment of foreigners No. 76 of 2017, "noting that" Article (26) ) Of the law challenging its unconstitutionality provides that the Director-General or his authorized person may unlawfully remove an alien who has entered the territory of the Republic of the Republic illegally. "

Al-Samok pointed out that "the Federal Supreme Court found that the status of these powers is a legislative option for the House of Representatives in accordance with its competence stipulated in Article (61 / I) of the Constitution, and does not contravene the provisions of Article (88) thereof, "The third appeal relates to article (47) of the law, which stipulates that granting the Director General or a person entitled to the jurisdiction of a criminal judge in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law impose the fine provided for in articles 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42, 43 and 44) of this law . "
