Turkey is vying for a spot in that basket of currencies with iraq. Turkey actually wants to become a member of the european union, which is strange in itself beings they are a middle east country. In my opinion i think that iraq will end up in a basket of currencies that will include the gcc countries, the u.s. dollar, the gbp, and possibly the euro, unless trump changes his mind with the EU if they dont come around on the iran deal. lol...
