do the Iraqi citizens like to use the IQD or USD ?

and are the currency auctions designed to pull in all dinars and start all over with lower denoms

do the Iraqi citizens like to use the IQD or USD ?  (  the Iraqi people , probably  would like nothing more than to use their own money --- dinar , but  when you have a piece of paper that isn`t worth  much , takes too many notes to buy anything ,   why use it when the dollar  can buy much  MUCH more  and  can be carried  with more ease ...  )  so  I guess  the answer is  ,  they don`t care what they use right now ,  just  get  food and shelter paid for with what ever works !
